一种水性聚氨酯双面擦拭革及其生产方法,水性聚氨酯双面擦拭革分三层,底层为基布层,中层为发泡层Ⅰ,上层为发泡层Ⅱ;所述发泡层Ⅰ成份重量比为水性聚氨酯100份,色浆1‑6份,发泡剂0.1‑1份,稳泡剂2‑8份,pH调节剂0.2‑0.6份,增稠剂0.8‑4份,封闭型异氰酸酯1‑3份,碳酸氢氨5‑15份;发泡密度为400‑500g/L,粘度为5000‑20000cps cps左右;所述发泡层Ⅱ成份重量比为水性聚氨酯100份,色浆1‑6份,填料高岭土10‑50份,发泡剂0.1‑1份,稳泡剂2‑8份,pH调节剂0.2‑0.6份,增稠剂0.8‑4份,封闭型异氰酸酯1‑3份,碳酸氢氨5‑15份。本发明是无纺布层上涂水性聚氨酯涂层而成,先用无纺布层擦后再用水性聚氨酯涂层一面擦,结果非常干净,没有水迹和纤维丝,清洁玻璃效果很好。

一种水性聚氨酯双面擦拭革及其生产方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种环保型的抹布。
背景技术
现在的打扫卫生的擦拭布或抹布虽然品种很多,但毛巾之类吸水性好,容易留下纤维丝痕迹,另外有些超细纤维的材料虽然不会留下纤维丝,但壁上会留下水迹,特别是玻璃,等干后会有没擦洗干净的感觉,现在无论是室内装饰还是建筑外的幕墙玻璃,如何快捷清洗迫切需要相适配的擦拭工具。
发明内容
本发明提供一种既不会留下水迹又不会留下纤维丝的环保型水性聚氨酯双面擦拭革及其生产方法。
本发明是通过如下技术方案来实现的:一种水性聚氨酯双面擦拭革,其主要技术特征是所述水性聚氨酯双面擦拭革分三层,底层为基布层,中层为发泡层Ⅰ,上层为发泡层Ⅱ;所述发泡层Ⅰ成份重量比为水性聚氨酯100份,色浆1-6份,发泡剂0.1-1份,稳泡剂2-8份,pH调节剂0.2-0.6份,增稠剂0.8-4份,封闭型异氰酸酯1-3份,碳酸氢氨5-15份;发泡密度为400-500g/L,粘度为5000-20000cps左右;所述发泡层Ⅱ成份重量比为水性聚氨酯100份,色浆1-6份,填料高岭土10-50份,发泡剂0.1-1份,稳泡剂2-8份,pH调节剂0.2-0.6份,增稠剂0.8-4份,封闭型异氰酸酯1-3份,碳酸氢氨5-15份;发泡密度为300-600g/L,粘度为5000-20000cps左右。
作为优选,所述水性聚氨酯双面擦拭革分三层,底层为基布层,中层为发泡层Ⅰ,上层为发泡层Ⅱ;所述发泡层Ⅰ成份重量比为水性聚氨酯100份,色浆1份,发泡剂0.5份,稳泡剂5份,pH调节剂0.5份,增稠剂6份,封闭型异氰酸酯2份,碳酸氢氨10份;发泡密度为400-500g/L,粘度为20000cps左右;所述发泡层Ⅱ成份重量比为水性聚氨酯100份,色浆1份,填料高岭土10-20份,发泡剂0.5份,稳泡剂5份,pH调节剂0.5份,增稠剂1.5份,封闭型异氰酸酯2份,碳酸氢氨10份;发泡密度为400-500g/L,粘度为20000cps左右。
所述基布层为无纺布层。
所述中层发泡层Ⅰ厚度0-0.1mm。
所述上层发泡层Ⅱ厚度0.2-0.7mm。
所述上层发泡层Ⅱ外层表面设有纹路。
一种水性聚氨酯双面擦拭革生产方法,包括以下步骤:(1)无纺布含浸预处理:无纺布先在草酸重量比1份和水重量比99份混合液里浸放;
(2)干燥→放在烘箱干燥;
(3)0间隙刮涂发泡层-1→用干湿涂布机刮涂水性聚氨酯薄的涂层;
(4)干燥80-100°C→放在烘箱干燥,温度控制在80-100°C之间;
(5)0.2-0.70mm涂刮发泡层-2→用干湿涂布机刮涂水性聚氨酯厚的涂层;
(6)干燥60-130°C→放在烘箱干燥,温度控制在60-130°C之间;
(7)冷却、收卷。
本发明因为是无纺布层上涂水性聚氨酯涂层而成,先用无纺布层擦后再用水性聚氨酯涂层一面擦,结果非常干净,没有水迹和纤维丝,特别是清洁玻璃效果很好。

具体实施方式:
如图1、图2所示,本水性聚氨酯双面擦拭革分三层,底层为基布层1,基布层为无纺布层,中层为发泡层Ⅰ2,上层为发泡层Ⅱ3;发泡层Ⅰ为水性聚氨酯薄涂层,厚度0-0.1mm,先把基布层表面的纤维间隙填平。发泡层Ⅱ为水性聚氨酯涂层,厚度0.7mm。上层发泡层Ⅱ外层表面设有纹路。
实施例1:本水性聚氨酯双面擦拭革发泡层Ⅰ成份重量比为水性聚氨酯100份,色浆1份,发泡剂0.5份,稳泡剂5份,pH调节剂0.5份,增稠剂6份,封闭型异氰酸酯2份,碳酸氢氨10份;发泡密度为400-500g/L,粘度为20000cps左右;所述发泡层Ⅱ成份重量比为水性聚氨酯100份,色浆1份,填料高岭土10-20份,发泡剂0.5份,稳泡剂5份,pH调节剂0.5份,增稠剂1.5份,封闭型异氰酸酯2份,碳酸氢氨10份;发泡密度为400-500g/L,粘度为20000cps左右。
一种水性聚氨酯双面擦拭革生产方法,包括以下步骤:(1)无纺布含浸预处理:无纺布先在草酸重量比1份和水重量比99份混合液里浸放,使涂层料不容易渗透到无纺布层里;
(2)干燥→放在烘箱干燥;
(3)0间隙刮涂发泡层-1→用干湿涂布机刮涂水性聚氨酯薄的涂层,使基布上小的纤维间隙填平,封住间隙,保持手感;
(4)干燥80-100°C→放在烘箱干燥,温度控制在80-100°C之间;
(5)0.2-0.70mm涂刮发泡层-2→用干湿涂布机刮涂水性聚氨酯厚的涂层;
(6)干燥60-130°C→放在烘箱干燥,温度控制在60-130°C之间;
(7)冷却、收卷。
使用时先用基布层擦拭,然后用水性聚氨酯涂层面擦拭,不留一点水迹和纤维丝痕迹,非常干净。水性聚氨酯属于环保材料,而且吸水功能很好。

1.一种水性聚氨酯双面擦拭革,其特征在于所述水性聚氨酯双面擦拭革分三层,底层为基布层,中层为发泡层Ⅰ,上层为发泡层Ⅱ;所述发泡层Ⅰ成份重量比为水性聚氨酯100份,色浆1-6份,发泡剂0.1-1份,稳泡剂2-8份,pH调节剂0.2-0.6份,增稠剂0.8-4份,封闭型异氰酸酯1-3份,碳酸氢氨5-15份;发泡密度为400-500g/L,粘度为5000-20000cps左右;所述发泡层Ⅱ成份重量比为水性聚氨酯100份,色浆1-6份,填料高岭土10-50份,发泡剂0.1-1份,稳泡剂2-8份,pH调节剂0.2-0.6份,增稠剂0.8-4份,封闭型异氰酸酯1-3份,碳酸氢氨5-15份;发泡密度为300-600g/L,粘度为5000-20000cps左右。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种水性聚氨酯双面擦拭革,其特征在于所述水性聚氨酯双面擦拭革分三层,底层为基布层,中层为发泡层Ⅰ,上层为发泡层Ⅱ;所述发泡层Ⅰ成份重量比为水性聚氨酯100份,色浆1份,发泡剂0.5份,稳泡剂5份,pH调节剂0.5份,增稠剂6份,封闭型异氰酸酯2份,碳酸氢氨10份;发泡密度为400-500g/L,粘度为20000cps左右;所述发泡层Ⅱ成份重量比为水性聚氨酯100份,色浆1份,填料高岭土10-20份,发泡剂0.5份,稳泡剂5份,pH调节剂0.5份,增稠剂1.5份,封闭型异氰酸酯2份,碳酸氢氨10份;发泡密度为400-500g/L,粘度为20000cps左右。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种水性聚氨酯双面擦拭革,其特征在于所述基布层为无纺布层。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种水性聚氨酯双面擦拭革,其特征在于所述中层发泡层Ⅰ厚度0-0.1mm。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种水性聚氨酯双面擦拭革,其特征在于所述上层发泡层Ⅱ厚度0.2-0.7mm。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种水性聚氨酯双面擦拭革,其特征在于所述上层发泡层Ⅱ外层表面设有纹路。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种水性聚氨酯双面擦拭革生产方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:(1)无纺布含浸预处理:无纺布先在草酸重量比1份和水重量比99份混合液里浸放;
(2)干燥→放在烘箱干燥;
(3)0间隙刮涂发泡层-1→用干湿涂布机刮涂水性聚氨酯薄的涂层;
(4)干燥80-100°C→放在烘箱干燥,温度控制在80-100°C之间;
(5)0.2-0.70mm涂刮发泡层-2→用干湿涂布机刮涂水性聚氨酯厚的涂层;
(6)干燥60-130°C→放在烘箱干燥,温度控制在60-130°C之间;
