Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of biological energy, and relates to a damp-proof and mildew-proof biomass granular fuel and a preparation method thereof.
Background
At present, most of fuels used by people are fossil energy sources such as kerosene, petroleum, natural gas and the like, are non-renewable resources, are gradually exhausted in large-scale exploitation of human beings, and can discharge a large amount of toxic gas during combustion to cause serious pollution.
The biomass fuel which takes forestry and agricultural residues, such as straws, sawdust, bagasse, rice chaff and the like as main raw materials has the advantages of high efficiency, cleanness, no pollution and the like, the biomass has low energy density and unstable combustion rate, and has the problems of difficult transportation and storage, the biomass is made into biomass particles by compact forming, which is an effective method for solving the problems of transportation and storage, the water content of the particles directly influences the properties of difficult forming, difficult ignition, combustion heat value, particle density, ash caking and the like of the fuel, the biomass can easily absorb moisture to cause damp and mildew, the existing biomass particle fuel can not meet the damp-proof and mildew-proof requirements, and the problems of difficult ignition, mildew and odor generation, low combustion efficiency and the like of the fuel due to easy moisture absorption and mildew after long-term storage.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing the moisture-proof and mildew-proof biomass pellet fuel which has good mildew-proof and moisture-proof capabilities, high heat efficiency and high combustion heat value.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
a moisture-proof and mildew-proof biomass granular fuel comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 8-10 parts of camphor wood chips, 12-18 parts of modified straws, 10-15 parts of modified bamboo charcoal, 0.1-0.5 part of antibacterial agent and 0.1-0.5 part of catalyst.
Further, the water content of the camphor wood chips and the modified straws is less than 8%.
Further, the preparation method of the modified straw comprises the following steps: dissolving 15-30 parts of sodium chloride in 150 parts of 50% ethanol aqueous solution to prepare a mixed solution a; crushing 25-35 parts of straws, adding the crushed straws into the mixed solution a, uniformly mixing, standing for 60-120min, performing microwave radiation for 3-5min under the condition of power of 800-.
Further, the straw is at least one of castor straw, sunflower straw, soybean straw and sorghum straw.
Further, the preparation method of the modified bamboo charcoal comprises the following steps: dissolving 30-45 parts of sodium benzoate in 90-110 parts of 50% ethanol water solution to prepare a mixed solution b; and (3) adding 20-30 parts of bamboo charcoal into the mixed solution b, stirring for 60-90min, filtering and drying to obtain the modified bamboo charcoal.
Furthermore, the drying temperature is 70-75 ℃, and the drying time is 2-3 h.
Further, the antibacterial agent is titanium dioxide.
Further, the catalyst is at least one of ferric oxide, ferroferric oxide, magnesium oxide and aluminum oxide.
The preparation method of the damp-proof and mildew-proof biomass granular fuel comprises the following steps: crushing camphor wood chips, performing superheated steam treatment at the temperature of 450-650 ℃, cooling to 75-80 ℃, adding modified straws, modified bamboo charcoal, an antibacterial agent and a catalyst, uniformly mixing, and performing extrusion molding by using a molding granulator.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
the camphor wood chips selected by the invention have the moisture-proof and mildew-proof effects, meanwhile, the camphor wood is rich in grease which is beneficial to combustion, the activity and the cementing property of the camphor wood chips are improved by carrying out high-temperature superheated steam treatment on the camphor wood chips, the camphor wood chips can be tightly adhered with other materials in fuel, the granular fuel is easier to form, and the combustion stability of the fuel is ensured.
The modified straw selected by the invention is prepared from straw, ethanol water solution dissolved with sodium chloride and potassium permanganate, ethanol is vaporized and expanded under microwave heating, the diffusion rate of sodium chloride molecules is improved, and the volume of the straw and the action area of the straw and potassium permanganate are increased. The sodium chloride rapidly expands at high temperature, the potassium permanganate has good sterilization and corrosion resistance, and can be decomposed to generate oxygen when the fuel is combusted, and the sodium chloride and the potassium permanganate cooperate to effectively promote the fuel to be fully combusted and improve the thermal efficiency of the modified straw.
The selected modified bamboo charcoal is prepared from bamboo charcoal and an ethanol water solution dissolved with sodium benzoate, and the bamboo charcoal has antibacterial and mildewproof effects and a loose porous structure, and can reduce peculiar smell generated by burning camphor wood chips. During the preparation process, the ethanol is vaporized and expanded to increase the volume and porosity of pores, thereby being beneficial to sodium benzoate to diffuse among layers and load on the layers. The sodium benzoate can effectively sterilize and inhibit bacteria, prevent corrosion and mildew, and improve the stability and durability of the fuel.
The titanium dioxide serving as the antibacterial agent can form a protective film on the surface of the fuel to reduce water adsorption, prevent mildew and moisture, promote carbon formation and protect carbon residue during combustion, and improve the heat production efficiency of the fuel during combustion; the selected catalyst is matched to improve oxygen supply, promote complete combustion of the fuel and reduce the slag rate of the fuel.
