The crusher 30 is used for crushing the second material, and the crusher 30 is a commercially available device and will not be described herein. And the second material after metal removal is conveyed to the crusher 30 by the conveyor to be crushed, the particle size of the crushed material is about 20-30mm, the smaller the crushed particles are, the higher the oil yield at the rear end is, the higher the dehydration rate is, the lower the water content of the dry slag is, and the better transportation and utilization are realized.
The hydrocyclone 40 is used for separating the slurry of the second crushed material mixed with water into a third material and ceramic glass fragments with a larger specific gravity, and the hydrocyclone 40 is also a commercially available device and will not be described herein. The second crushed material and water are mixed into slurry, and the slurry is pumped into a hydrocyclone 40 through a high-pressure pump, under the action of the hydrocyclone 40, the ceramic glass fragments with high specific gravity are discharged from the lower part, and the third material is discharged from the upper part.
The presser 50 is configured to press the third material, so that the third material is separated into a fourth material and an oil-water mixture, the presser 50 of this embodiment may be a screw presser 50, and the screw presser 50 is also an existing device in the market, and will not be described herein. The third material discharged from the hydrocyclone 40 is conveyed to a presser 50 to be pressed and dehydrated, and after dehydration, the fourth material has a water content of about 60%, and cannot be clewed out by hand, and the water content meets the culture conditions of the hermetia illucens.
The fermentation machine 60 is used for fermenting the fourth material to form the feed of the hermetia illucens, and the fermentation machine 60 is also an existing device in the market and is not described herein. And conveying the dehydrated fourth material to a fermentation machine 60 through a conveyor for fermentation, wherein the fermented product is used for breeding the hermetia illucens.
According to the feed for feeding the hermetia illucens, the kitchen waste is subjected to impurity removal, crushing, dehydration and fermentation treatment, so that the resourceful treatment of the kitchen waste is realized. In the impurity removal process, firstly, the kitchen waste is primarily crushed and sieved by the sorting machine 10, metal and plastic products are not easy to crush, so that metal and plastic products with larger volume are sieved and separated, glass and ceramic products are fragile, the glass and ceramic products are crushed and sieved, so that the first material contains glass and ceramic fragments and also contains metal with small volume, then the residual metal in the first material is further removed by the magnetic separator 20 to obtain a second material, the second material is crushed by the crusher 30, the second material is mixed with water after being crushed, and then the ceramic glass fragments in the second material are separated by the hydrocyclone 40, so that inorganic substances such as packaging bags, beverage bottles, metal products, porcelain, glass products and the like in the kitchen waste can be more thoroughly screened out, and the organic matter content of the kitchen waste is improved, the survival rate of the cultured hermetia illucens is ensured.
The oil-water separator 70 is used for separating grease and sewage in an oil-water mixture, and the oil-water separator 70 belongs to the existing equipment on the market and is not described herein. The oil-water separator 70 heats the oil-water mixture, the oil floats on the surface of the water because the specific gravity of the oil is lighter than that of the water, the oil is discharged through an oil outlet at the upper end of the oil-water separator 70, the oil is recycled, and the sewage enters the sewage treatment system through a sewage outlet at the lower part.
The air floating machine 80 is used for removing scum in sewage, and the air floating machine 80 belongs to the existing equipment in the market and is not described herein. The sewage separated by the oil-water separator 70 still contains high organic matters, macromolecular substances are filtered by the air flotation machine 80, the contents of COD, BOD, ammonia, nitrogen and organic matters are reduced, and the next-stage sewage enters a sewage treatment system for treatment.
The stacking machine 90 is used for dewatering the scum separated from the sewage to obtain a fourth material, and the stacking machine 90 belongs to the existing equipment in the market and is not described herein. The dross moisture content that separates through air supporting machine 80 is very high, can't the direct use and the transportation, and these dregs are leaked through the extrusion of screw press 50 in addition, so the granule is very little, can't dewater with screw press 50 secondary, so choose to fold spiral shell machine 90 and dewater these dross, and then be used for heisui river horsefly to breed.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, and not to limit the same; while the invention has been described in detail and with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently replaced; such modifications and substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the present invention, and they should be construed as being included in the following claims and description.
