the transfer driving motor is fixed on the vertical pillar, the tail end of a power output shaft of the transfer driving motor is provided with a transfer driving wheel disc, the transfer chain belt is wound on the transfer driving wheel disc, and the transfer driving motor drives the transfer chain belt to run.
5. The fastener delivery apparatus of claim 3, wherein the lateral stop mechanism comprises:
the limiting bottom plate is transversely arranged, is arranged on the limiting driving mechanism and is driven by the limiting driving mechanism to move;
the pair of limiting support plates are arranged at two ends of the limiting bottom plate respectively, the bottom end of each limiting support plate is fixed on the limiting bottom plate, the top end of each limiting support plate extends to the upper part of the limiting bottom plate and can move together with the limiting bottom plate, the top end of each limiting support plate is provided with a position avoiding opening, and the transverse support plate and the conveying chain belt penetrate through the position avoiding openings and are perpendicular to the limiting support plates, so that the limiting support plates can move along the outer side surfaces of the transverse support plates;
and the two ends of each limiting side strip are respectively fixed at the top ends of the limiting support plates and can move along with the limiting support plates, and the limiting side strips are used for laterally limiting the fasteners on the conveying chain belt.
6. The fastener delivery apparatus of claim 5, wherein the positive drive mechanism comprises:
the limiting driving seat body is fixed on the bearing substrate and is positioned between the vertical pillars;
the limiting driving screw is arranged in the limiting driving seat body through a bearing and can rotate in the limiting driving seat body;
the limiting driving motor is fixed on the bearing substrate, the tail end of a power output shaft of the limiting driving motor is provided with a limiting driving wheel disc, the tail end of a limiting driving screw rod is provided with a limiting transmission wheel disc, the limiting driving wheel disc is connected with the limiting transmission wheel disc through a limiting power belt, and the limiting driving motor drives the limiting driving screw rod to rotate;
and the limiting transmission seat block is assembled on the limiting driving screw and fixed on the bottom surface of the limiting bottom plate, and the limiting driving screw drives the limiting transmission seat block to move when rotating.
7. The fastener delivery apparatus of claim 5, wherein the exit limiting mechanism comprises:
the cylinder body of the outlet limiting cylinder is fixed on the vertical strut, and the piston rod of the outlet limiting cylinder extends upwards;
the bottom end of the outlet limiting baffle is fixed at the tail end of a piston rod of the outlet limiting cylinder, the top end of the outlet limiting baffle points to the gap between the transfer chain belts, and when the piston rod extends out, the outlet limiting baffle is driven to extend into the gap to block the fasteners on the transfer chain belts, so that the fasteners stop moving;
and the outlet limiting guide rod is fixed on the cylinder body of the outlet limiting cylinder, the outlet limiting guide block is arranged at the bottom end of the outlet limiting baffle, and the outlet limiting guide block is assembled on the outlet limiting guide rod.
8. The fastener delivery apparatus of claim 7, wherein the inlet limiting mechanism comprises:
the cylinder body of the inlet limiting cylinder is fixed on the limiting support plate, and the piston rod of the inlet limiting cylinder extends upwards;
the bottom end of the inlet limiting baffle is fixed at the tail end of a piston rod of the inlet limiting cylinder, the top end of the inlet limiting baffle points to a gap between the transfer chain belts, the inlet limiting baffle is driven to extend into the gap when the piston rod extends out to block fasteners on the transfer chain belts, and the fasteners on the transfer chain belts are pushed towards the direction of the outlet limiting baffle when the limiting support plate moves to be gathered between the inlet limiting baffle and the outlet limiting baffle;
the inlet limiting guide rod is fixed on the cylinder body of the inlet limiting cylinder, the inlet limiting guide block is arranged at the bottom end of the inlet limiting baffle, and the inlet limiting guide block is assembled on the inlet limiting guide rod.
