Abstract
本发明涉及一种波纹管承口头加工方法,包括以下步骤:S1、将管材加工为承口头的一端的第一个波峰切除,形成熔接面;S2、将管材移至加工工位,模具型腔合拢,将管材预夹紧;S3、将模具型芯前移并插入到管材内;S4、模具型腔增压锁紧;S5、注射装置将熔胶注入到模具中;S6、熔胶冷却后,移走模具,形成与管材端部熔接为一体的承口头。本发明的波纹管承口头加工方法根据波纹管的结构特点,用二次加工的方式在管材的一端注塑加工成型与管材连为一体的承口头,成本低,工艺难度低,减少了工作量,提高了工作效率,提高了连接密封可靠性。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及管材加工技术领域,具体涉及一种波纹管承口头加工方法及产品。
背景技术
塑料双壁波纹管是一种常用的排水排污用塑料管材,它由内外两层组成,内层为平滑层,可保持水流流动畅顺,外层为波纹状,可为管材提供较高的刚性,是一种性价比很高的塑料管材。目前其连接的方式主要有两种,一种是套筒连接,制造一种具有双承口的管状接头,管材分别与接头承插连接。一种是在线扩口连接,是将管材的一端加工成承口的形状,与管材另一端实现承插连接。套筒连接方式的缺点是连接两根管材需进行两次承插施工,不仅增加一次承插连接施工的工作量,增加了材料成本,并且增加了接口渗漏的机会。而在线扩口连接的方式需在管材生产时同时加工形成扩口头,生产工艺较复杂,设备投入大,并且严重影响生产效率,增加废品率,同时扩口头的配合尺寸波动较大,接口密封性可靠性较差。
发明内容
为了解决现有的波纹管连接方式所存在的加工困难,效率低,材料成本高以及连接可靠性低问题,本发明提供了一种波纹管承口头加工方法及产品,工艺难度小,加工简单,材料成本低,连接密封性更好。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供以下技术方案:
一种波纹管承口头加工方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:将管材加工为承口头的一端的第一个波峰切除,形成熔接面;
S2:将管材移至加工工位,模具型腔合拢,将管材预夹紧;
S3:将模具型芯前移并插入到管材内;
S4:模具型腔增压锁紧;
S5:注射装置将熔胶注入到模具中;
S6:熔胶冷却后,移走模具,形成与管材端部熔接为一体的承口头。
本发明根据波纹管的结构特点,用二次加工的方式在管材的一端注塑加工成型与管材连为一体的承口头,成本低,工艺难度低,减少了工作量,提高了工作效率,提高了连接密封可靠性。
进一步的,在步骤S1中,将管材加工为承口头的一端的第一个波形的外层波峰的前部切除,切除的宽度为波峰宽度的60%~90%,可以更好地与熔胶形成熔接面,更好地与管材另一端贴合,加工后的产品连接密封性更好。
进一步的,在步骤S4中,当模具型腔、型芯与管材端部构成了所需的承口头的形状时,将模具型腔增压锁紧,形成所需形状时再锁紧,定型效果更好,产品误差更小。
进一步的,所述熔胶的材质为PVC或PP或PE,与管材的材料相一致,强度更高。
一种利用上述的波纹管承口头加工方法得到的带有承口头的波纹管,包括管体以及承口头,所述承口头与所述管体连接,本发明的带有承口头的波纹管连接的工作量小,施工难度小,成本低,连接密封性更好。
进一步的,所述承口头的外壁设置有与所述管体的外壁相同的波纹状凸起,强度及刚度高,更加结实可靠。
进一步的,所述承口头的内壁为平滑状,使管材内部的水流更加畅顺。
进一步的,所述承口头的内径大于所述管体外壁波峰的直径,所述管体外壁的凹槽中嵌入有密封胶圈,实现水密封,连接更加稳固,密封性好。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明根据波纹管的结构特点,用二次加工的方式在管材的一端注塑加工成型与管材连为一体的承口头;与套筒连接比较,可减少承插连接施工的次数,减少了施工量,减少了施工费用,提高了施工效率,同时减少了渗漏的机率;与在线扩口比较,可提高管的材生产效率,降低工艺难度,降低废品率,提高接头配合精度,提高连接密封可靠性。

本发明实施例包括:
如图1-2所示,一种波纹管承口头加工方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:将管材加工为承口头的一端的第一个波峰切除,形成熔接面;
S2:将管材移至加工工位,模具型腔合拢,将管材预夹紧;
S3:将模具型芯前移并插入到管材内;
S4:模具型腔增压锁紧;
S5:注射装置将熔胶注入到模具中;
S6:熔胶冷却后,移走模具,形成与管材端部熔接为一体的承口头。

如图1所示,在步骤S1中,将管材加工为承口头的一端的第一个波形的外层波峰的前部切除,切除的宽度为波峰宽度的60%~90%,可以更好地与熔胶形成熔接面,更好地与管材另一端贴合,加工后的产品连接密封性更好。
在本实施例中,在步骤S4中,当模具型腔、型芯与管材端部构成了所需的承口头的形状时,将模具型腔增压锁紧,形成所需形状时再锁紧,定型效果更好,产品误差更小。
在本实施例中,熔胶的材质为PVC或PP或PE,与管材的材料相一致,强度更高。
如图3-4所示,一种利用上述的波纹管承口头加工方法得到的带有承口头的波纹管,包括管体以及承口头,承口头与管体连接,本发明的带有承口头的波纹管连接的工作量小,施工难度小,成本低,连接密封性更好。
在本实施例中,承口头的外壁设置有与管体的外壁相同的波纹状凸起,强度及刚度高,更加结实可靠。
在本实施例中,承口头的内壁为平滑状,使管材内部的水流更加畅顺。
在本实施例中,承口头的内径大于管体外壁波峰的直径,管体外壁的凹槽中嵌入有密封胶圈,实现水密封,连接更加稳固,密封性好。

Claims (8)
1.一种波纹管承口头加工方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:将管材加工为承口头的一端的第一个波峰切除,形成熔接面;
S2:将管材移至加工工位,模具型腔合拢,将管材预夹紧;
S3:将模具型芯前移并插入到管材内;
S4:模具型腔增压锁紧;
S5:注射装置将熔胶注入到模具中;
S6:熔胶冷却后,移走模具,形成与管材端部熔接为一体的承口头。
2.根据权利要求1所述的波纹管承口头加工方法,其特征在于,在步骤S1中,将管材加工为承口头的一端的第一个波形的外层波峰的前部切除,切除的宽度为波峰宽度的60%~90%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的波纹管承口头加工方法,其特征在于,在步骤S4中,当模具合模锁紧后,模具型腔、型芯与管材端部构成了所需的承口头的结构形状。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的波纹管承口头加工方法,其特征在于,所述熔胶的材质为聚乙烯、聚丙烯或其改性材料。
5.一种利用权利要求4所述的波纹管承口头加工方法得到的带有承口头的波纹管,其特征在于,包括管体以及承口头,所述承口头与所述管体连接。
6.根据权利要求5所述的带有承口头的波纹管,其特征在于,所述承口头的外壁设置有多条轴向和径向的凸起加强筋。
7.根据权利要求5所述的带有承口头的波纹管,其特征在于,所述承口头的内壁为平滑状。
8.根据权利要求5所述的带有承口头的波纹管,其特征在于,所述承口头的内径大于所述管体外壁波峰的直径,所述管体外壁的凹槽中嵌入有密封胶圈。
