Abstract

本发明公开了一种PCB板背钻方法,包括如下步骤:步骤一、将PCB板放在背钻装置的第一传送带上;步骤二、PCB板碰触到第一接近开关后,推拉装置推动固定夹板将PCB板夹紧定位;步骤三、机器识别系统拍照对背钻的位置进行定位;步骤四、横向丝杆机构和纵向丝杆机构运行使得钻头处于待背钻处正上方,然后竖向丝杆机构带动钻头下降至钻头将待背钻处压紧,然后旋转装置旋转并且同时记录竖向丝杆机构下降的距离,到达预设的距离后停止背钻。本发明结构简单,使用方便,可以快速对PCB板进行定位,不需要在PCB板上预设定位孔,且背钻精度高,可以自动清理钻屑。

一种PCB板背钻方法
技术领域
本发明属于一种机械领域,尤其涉及一种PCB板背钻方法。
背景技术
PCB板通常具有多层板结构,在多层板的制作中,例如12层板的制作,我们需要将第1层连到第9层,通常我们钻出通孔(一次钻),然后陈铜。这样第1层直接连到第12层,实际我们只需要第1层连到第9层,第10到第12层由于没有线路相连,像一个柱子。这个柱子影响信号的通路,在通讯信号会引起信号完整性问题。所以将这个多余的柱子(业内叫STUB)从反面钻掉(二次钻),即叫背钻。但是现有的背钻,为了定位需要在PCB板上预先打定位孔,导致PCB板的结构容易遭到损坏,再次,现有的背钻是将钻台肉眼估计与PCB板接触后再将钻头下降的距离作为背钻的深度,很容易出现误差;此外,背钻后出现的碎屑现在通常是人工清理,浪费人力。
发明内容
本发明的目的是设计一种新型的PCB板背钻方法,本发明结构简单,使用方便,可以快速对PCB板进行定位,不需要在PCB板上预设定位孔,且背钻精度高,可以自动清理钻屑。
为了达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种PCB板背钻方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤一、将PCB板放在背钻装置的第一传送带上;
所述第一传送带两侧安装有固定夹板,固定夹板连接有推拉装置;第一传送带上方安装有背钻机构和安装架,安装架上安装有第一升降装置,第一升降装置连接有挡板,挡板上安装有第一接近开关;背钻机构包括钻头,钻头连接有矩形块,矩形块滑动安装在导块内,导块内成形有与矩形块配合的安装槽,安装槽底部安装有压力感应片,导块连接有旋转装置,旋转装置连接有横向丝杆机构,横向丝杆机构连接有纵向丝杆机构,纵向丝杆机构连接有竖向丝杆机构;旋转装置外壳上连接有除尘箱,除尘箱底部连通有吸气管,吸气管上安装有气泵;除尘箱侧面连通有出气管,出气管上安装有过滤网;第一传送带上方还安装有机器识别系统;
步骤二、PCB板碰触到第一接近开关后,推拉装置推动固定夹板将PCB板夹紧定位;
步骤三、机器识别系统拍照对背钻的位置进行定位;
步骤四、横向丝杆机构和纵向丝杆机构运行使得钻头处于待背钻处正上方,然后竖向丝杆机构带动钻头下降至钻头将待背钻处压紧,然后旋转装置旋转并且同时记录竖向丝杆机构下降的距离,到达预设的距离后停止背钻。
进一步的改进,所述横向丝杆机构、纵向丝杆机构和竖向丝杆机构结构相同,均包括旋转电机和滑杆,旋转电机连接有丝杆。
进一步的改进,所述旋转装置为钻孔电机。
进一步的改进,所述机器识别系统包括摄像头,摄像头连接有计算机。

实施例1
如图1-2所示的一种PCB板背钻方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤一、将PCB板放在背钻装置的第一传送带1上;
所述第一传送带1两侧安装有固定夹板2,固定夹板2连接有推拉装置3;第一传送带1上方安装有背钻机构5和安装架4,安装架4上安装有第一升降装置41,第一升降装置41连接有挡板42,挡板42上安装有第一接近开关43;背钻机构5包括钻头51,钻头51连接有矩形块52,矩形块52滑动安装在导块53内,导块53内成形有与矩形块52配合的安装槽54,安装槽54底部安装有压力感应片55,导块53连接有旋转装置56,旋转装置56连接有横向丝杆机构57,横向丝杆机构57连接有纵向丝杆机构58,纵向丝杆机构58连接有竖向丝杆机构59;旋转装置56外壳上连接有除尘箱6,除尘箱6底部连通有吸气管61,吸气管61上安装有气泵62;除尘箱6侧面连通有出气管63,出气管63上安装有过滤网64;第一传送带1上方还安装有机器识别系统9;
步骤二、PCB板碰触到第一接近开关43后,推拉装置3推动固定夹板2将PCB板夹紧定位;
步骤三、机器识别系统9拍照对背钻的位置进行定位;
步骤四、横向丝杆机构57和纵向丝杆机构58运行使得钻头51处于待背钻处正上方,然后竖向丝杆机构59带动钻头51下降至钻头51将待背钻处压紧,然后旋转装置56旋转并且同时记录竖向丝杆机构59下降的距离,到达预设的距离后停止背钻。
横向丝杆机构57、纵向丝杆机构58和竖向丝杆机构59结构相同,均包括旋转电机510和滑杆511,旋转电机510连接有丝杆512。
旋转装置56为钻孔电机。
机器识别系统9包括摄像头,摄像头连接有计算机。

步骤一、将PCB板放在背钻装置的第一传送带(1)上;
所述第一传送带(1)两侧安装有固定夹板(2),固定夹板(2)连接有推拉装置(3);第一传送带(1)上方安装有背钻机构(5)和安装架(4),安装架(4)上安装有第一升降装置(41),第一升降装置(41)连接有挡板(42),挡板(42)上安装有第一接近开关(43);背钻机构(5)包括钻头(51),钻头(51)连接有矩形块(52),矩形块(52)滑动安装在导块(53)内,导块(53)内成形有与矩形块(52)配合的安装槽(54),安装槽(54)底部安装有压力感应片(55),导块(53)连接有旋转装置(56),旋转装置(56)连接有横向丝杆机构(57),横向丝杆机构(57)连接有纵向丝杆机构(58),纵向丝杆机构(58)连接有竖向丝杆机构(59);旋转装置(56)外壳上连接有除尘箱(6),除尘箱(6)底部连通有吸气管(61),吸气管(61)上安装有气泵(62);除尘箱(6)侧面连通有出气管(63),出气管(63)上安装有过滤网(64);第一传送带(1)上方还安装有机器识别系统(9);
步骤二、PCB板碰触到第一接近开关(43)后,推拉装置(3)推动固定夹板(2)将PCB板夹紧定位;
步骤三、机器识别系统(9)拍照对背钻的位置进行定位;
步骤四、横向丝杆机构(57)和纵向丝杆机构(58)运行使得钻头(51)处于待背钻处正上方,然后竖向丝杆机构(59)带动钻头(51)下降至钻头(51)将待背钻处压紧,然后旋转装置(56)旋转并且同时记录竖向丝杆机构(59)下降的距离,到达预设的距离后停止背钻;所述横向丝杆机构(57)、纵向丝杆机构(58)和竖向丝杆机构(59)结构相同,均包括旋转电机(510)和滑杆(511),旋转电机(510)连接有丝杆(512);所述旋转装置(56)为钻孔电机;所述机器识别系统(9)包括摄像头,摄像头连接有计算机。
