step two: decocting the residues prepared in the step one, folium isatidis, radix isatidis, pericarpium citri reticulatae, radix scutellariae and fried Chinese yam with distilled water of which the mass is 10 times of the total mass of the medicaments, decocting for 2 hours, filtering to obtain a first filtrate, decocting the residues with distilled water of which the mass is 8 times of the total mass of the medicaments for 2 hours, filtering to obtain a second filtrate, and mixing the first filtrate and the second filtrate uniformly to obtain a water decoction liquid;
step three: reflux-extracting radix Codonopsis, radix astragali, herba Lysimachiae Christinae, and radix et rhizoma Rhei with 5 times of ethanol, wherein the reflux process comprises refluxing with 75% ethanol for 2 times, each time for 2 hr, to obtain ethanol extractive solution;
step four: mixing the water decoction obtained in the second step with the ethanol extract obtained in the third step, concentrating the mixed solution into clear paste with the relative density of 1.3-1.4, adding gypsum, mirabilite and auxiliary materials, uniformly mixing, granulating by using a granulator, drying the obtained granules by using a freeze dryer, and spraying the volatile oil obtained in the first step to obtain the veterinary traditional Chinese medicine for clearing heat and removing toxicity.
Through using freeze dryer to dry veterinary traditional chinese medicine granule, can keep traditional chinese medicine extract's pharmacological activity, avoid the medicine in high temperature drying process, the rotten inactivation of pharmacodynamic component, freeze drying freezes into ice earlier with the moisture in the medicine granule simultaneously, makes moisture directly sublimate out from the medicine granule through vacuum condition, and the medicine granule keeps original granule dress, becomes the great granule of specific surface area, makes the absorption effect of medicine granule better.
The veterinary traditional Chinese medicine for clearing away heat and toxic materials comprises the following components in parts by weight: 5 parts of folium isatidis, 6 parts of radix isatidis, 6 parts of gypsum, 6 parts of rheum officinale, 5 parts of glauber salt, 5 parts of pericarpium citri reticulatae, 5 parts of astragalus membranaceus, 6 parts of scutellaria baicalensis, 4 parts of cinnamon, 4 parts of fried Chinese yam, 3 parts of codonopsis pilosula, 5 parts of lysimachia christinae hance and 5 parts of schizonepeta.

s3, after drying, opening the gas discharge valve 9 to increase the pressure of the cold hydrazine 3 and the material tank 7 to atmospheric pressure, closing the vacuum pump 18 and the compression refrigerator 2, electrifying the heat conducting wire 27 in the tank body 20, heating the cold hydrazine 3 and the tank body 20 to room temperature, screwing the handle 36 and opening the tank cover 21 to obtain dried veterinary traditional Chinese medicine particles, and opening the water outlet valve 13 to discharge the water melted in the cold hydrazine 3.

Claims (8)

1. A preparation process of a veterinary traditional Chinese medicine for clearing heat and removing toxicity is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: adding cortex Cinnamomi, herba Schizonepetae, and distilled water into volatile oil extractor, and extracting by steam distillation for 4-6 hr to obtain volatile oil and residue;
step two: decocting the residues prepared in the step one, folium isatidis, radix isatidis, pericarpium citri reticulatae, radix scutellariae and fried Chinese yam with distilled water of which the mass is 10 times of the total mass of the medicaments, decocting for 2-3 hours, filtering to obtain a first filtrate, decocting the filter residues with distilled water of which the mass is 8 times of the total mass of the medicaments for 2-3 hours, filtering to obtain a second filtrate, and mixing the first filtrate and the second filtrate uniformly to obtain a water decoction liquid medicine;
step three: reflux-extracting radix Codonopsis, radix astragali, herba Lysimachiae Christinae, and radix et rhizoma Rhei with 5 times of ethanol, wherein the reflux process comprises refluxing with 75% ethanol for 2 times, each time for 1-2 hr, to obtain ethanol extractive solution;
step four: mixing the water decoction obtained in the second step with the ethanol extract obtained in the third step, concentrating the mixed solution into clear paste with the relative density of 1.3-1.4, adding gypsum, mirabilite and auxiliary materials, uniformly mixing, granulating by using a granulator, drying the obtained granules by using a freeze dryer, and spraying the volatile oil obtained in the first step to obtain the veterinary traditional Chinese medicine for clearing heat and removing toxicity.

The preparation process of the heat-clearing and detoxifying traditional Chinese medicine for veterinary use according to claim 1, wherein the heat-clearing and detoxifying traditional Chinese medicine for veterinary use comprises the following components in parts by weight: 3-6 parts of folium isatidis, 5-7 parts of radix isatidis, 5-7 parts of gypsum, 5-6 parts of rheum officinale, 4-5 parts of glauber salt, 4-6 parts of dried orange peel, 4-6 parts of astragalus membranaceus, 5-7 parts of scutellaria baicalensis, 3-5 parts of cinnamon, 3-6 parts of fried Chinese yam, 1-3 parts of codonopsis pilosula, 3-5 parts of desmodium and 3-5 parts of schizonepeta.
3. The preparation process of the heat-clearing and detoxifying veterinary traditional Chinese medicine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the auxiliary material is a mixture of 5-9 parts by weight of sucrose and 2-5 parts by weight of dextrin.

s1, adding the veterinary traditional Chinese medicine particles to be dried into a material tank (7), opening a compression refrigerator (2), reducing the temperature in the cold hydrazine (3) to-40 ℃, keeping the temperature for 5-15min, and pre-freezing the veterinary traditional Chinese medicine particles;
s2, opening a vacuum pump (18), vacuumizing the cold hydrazine (3) and the material tank (7), and drying the veterinary traditional Chinese medicine particles;
s3, after drying, opening the air discharge valve (9), closing the vacuum pump (18) and the compression refrigerator (2), electrifying the heat conducting wires (27) in the tank body (20), heating the cold hydrazine (3) and the tank body (20) to 10-20 ℃, and opening the tank cover (21) to obtain the dried veterinary traditional Chinese medicine particles.
