本发明公开了一种生理缓释氨基酸平衡的鱼饲料,饲料中添加有具有缓释功能的羟基蛋氨酸钙及高赖氨酸含量原料,所述高赖氨酸含量原料为血球蛋白粉或血浆蛋白粉。其针对鲫鱼的特性而设置,在对鲫鱼进行喂养时能为鲫鱼的成长提供可靠的氨基酸来源,提高鲫鱼的生长速率,能大大缓解由于吸收不同步对合成氨基酸的利用效果的影响,还能通过使用合成氨基酸有效降低饲料的生产成本,提高鲫鱼养殖收益。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于鱼饲料技术领域,尤其是涉及一种生理缓释氨基酸平衡的鱼饲料。
背景技术
鲫鱼属于鲤科,具有极高的药用价值,其性平味甘,具有和中补虚、除赢、温胃进食、补中生气之功效,是我国重要的养殖性鱼类。据统计,2018年我国鲫鱼淡水养殖产量为277.2万吨,在我国的鱼类养殖中占有较高的比例,而进一步提升鲫鱼的生长速率,降低养殖成本也是鲫鱼养殖过程中的一个重要研究课题。
其中,氨基酸平衡是鲫鱼营养理论和配方设计最为重要的技术之一,而为了同步达到降低鲫鱼养殖成本及提高鲫鱼养殖效率的目的,更多人开始投入到合成氨基酸在鱼饲料的应用研究中来。但大量的研究表明,与陆生动物不同,水生动物并不能很好的利用合成氨基酸,鱼类对于合成氨基酸的吸收极快,一般2小时左右就能达到吸收高峰期,而鱼类对于一般蛋白质的吸收则较慢,一般在食用后4个小时左右才能达到吸收高峰期,这导致氨基酸的吸收无法互补,影响合成氨基酸的使用效果,导致合成氨基酸在鲫鱼饲料的应用中受阻。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:提供一种生理缓释氨基酸平衡的鱼饲料,以降低鲫鱼的养殖成本,提高养殖效益。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种生理缓释氨基酸平衡的鱼饲料,饲料中添加有具有缓释功能的羟基蛋氨酸钙及高赖氨酸含量原料,所述高赖氨酸含量原料为血球蛋白粉或血浆蛋白粉。
其中,鱼饲料中具体包括如下重量份的组分:面粉15-25份、米糠5-8份、豆粕20-35份、菜粕20-30份、棉粕5-15份、猪肉粉6-18份、鱼粉5-8份、血球蛋白粉2-5份、猪油1-3份、豆油1-3份、磷酸二氢钙2-3份、复合维生素0.1-0.3份、复合矿物质1份、OBA益生菌0.1-0.2份、晶体赖氨酸0.1-0.3份、羟基蛋氨酸钙0.1-0.3份、氯化胆碱0.1-0.3份。
作为优选地,鱼饲料包括如下重量份的组分:面粉22份、米糠5份、豆粕20.5份、菜粕20份、棉粕6份、猪肉粉8份、鱼粉8份、血球蛋白粉4份、猪油1份、豆油1.5份、磷酸二氢钙2.3份、复合维生素0.2份、复合矿物质1份、OBA益生菌0.1份、晶体赖氨酸0.1份、羟基蛋氨酸钙0.2份、氯化胆碱0.2份。
进一步地,所述OBA益生菌为包含枯草芽孢杆菌、凝结芽孢杆菌、粪肠球菌的复合微生物制剂。
进一步地,所述混合维生素包括如下重量份的组分:维生素A0.75份、维生素D30.015份、维生素E60份、维生素K3 6份、维生素B1 6份、维生素B2 8份、维生素B6 12份、维生素B12 0.02份、烟酰胺50份、D-泛酸20份、叶酸2份、D-生物素0.05份、肌酵80份。
进一步地,所述符合矿物质包括如下重量份的组分:铁18份、铜1份、锰2.5份、锌12份、碘0.12份、硒0.03份、钴0.05份、镁20份。
进一步地,包括如下步骤:
(1)首先将各原料经二次粉碎至90%过80目筛,均匀混合;
(2)再将混合后的原料经调质解调器在98℃下调制3分钟;
(3)然后在120℃下经双螺杆挤压膨化机制粒;
(4)最后在80℃下烘干,冷却后,即制成生理缓释氨基酸平衡的鱼饲料。
综上所述,由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明提供的鱼饲料中添加有高赖氨酸含量原料及缓释羟基蛋氨酸钙,提供了鲫鱼需要的第一、第二限制性氨基酸,既能为鲫鱼的成长提供可靠的氨基酸来源,提高鲫鱼的生长速率,又能大大缓解由于吸收不同步对合成氨基酸的利用效果的影响,还能通过使用合成氨基酸有效降低饲料的生产成本,提高鲫鱼养殖收益;
2.本发明提供的鱼饲料在投喂鲫鱼后,发现鲫鱼的生长速度、亩产量、饵料系数等方面均具有明显提高,这大大降低了养殖过程中的饲料成本,提高了养殖收益;
3.本发明提供的鱼饲料组分及配比是按照鲫鱼可消化氨基酸和可消化能量为依据设计的,依据鲫鱼对不同蛋白质源和能量源的可消化率来选择蛋白质原料和能量原料,并根据氨基酸平衡原则设计饲料配方,以确保鲫鱼对饲料蛋白质、氨基酸具有很高的消化利用率,降低代谢废物中N的排放。

一种生理缓释氨基酸平衡的鱼饲料,饲料中添加有具有缓释功能的羟基蛋氨酸钙及高赖氨酸含量原料,其中,具有缓释功能的羟基蛋氨酸钙可以从美国诺伟司公司进行购买,高赖氨酸含量原料为血球蛋白粉或血浆蛋白粉。
其中,本发明提供的生理缓释氨基酸平衡的鱼饲料中具体包括如下重量份的组分:面粉15-25份、米糠5-8份、豆粕20-35份、菜粕20-30份、棉粕5-15份、猪肉粉6-18份、鱼粉5-8份、血球蛋白粉2-5份、猪油1-3份、豆油1-3份、磷酸二氢钙2-3份、复合维生素0.1-0.3份、复合矿物质1份、OBA益生菌0.1-0.2份、晶体赖氨酸0.1-0.3份、羟基蛋氨酸钙0.1-0.3份、氯化胆碱0.1-0.3份
其中,复合维生素的含量组成如表1所示(重量份):

以下结合实施例对本发明的特征和性能作进一步的详细描述。
实施例1
本实施例提供的生理缓释氨基酸平衡的鱼饲料包括如下重量份的组分:面粉22份、米糠5份、豆粕20.5份、菜粕20份、棉粕6份、猪肉粉8份、鱼粉8份、血球蛋白粉4份、猪油1份、豆油1.5份、磷酸二氢钙2.3份、复合维生素0.2份、复合矿物质1份、OBA益生菌0.1份、晶体赖氨酸0.1份、羟基蛋氨酸钙0.2份、氯化胆碱0.2份。
上述原料通过以下制备方法制得饲料:
(1)首先将上述各原料经二次粉碎至90%过80目筛,均匀混合;
(2)再将混合后的原料经调质解调器在98℃下调制3分钟;
(3)然后在120℃下经双螺杆挤压膨化机制粒;
(4)最后在80℃下烘干,冷却后,即制成上述的鲫鱼饲料。
实施例2
本实施例提供的生理缓释氨基酸平衡的鱼饲料包括如下重量份的组分:面粉15份、米糠8份、豆粕35份、菜粕21份、棉粕5份、猪肉粉18份、鱼粉5份、血球蛋白粉5份、猪油1份、豆油3份、磷酸二氢钙2份、复合维生素0.3份、复合矿物质1份、OBA益生菌0.2份、晶体赖氨酸1.3份、羟基蛋氨酸钙0.1份、氯化胆碱0.1份。
上述原料通过以下制备方法制得饲料:
(1)首先将上述各原料经二次粉碎至90%过80目筛,均匀混合;
(2)再将混合后的原料经调质解调器在98℃下调制3分钟;
(3)然后在120℃下经双螺杆挤压膨化机制粒;
(4)最后在80℃下烘干,冷却后,即制成上述的鲫鱼饲料。
实施例3
本实施例提供的生理缓释氨基酸平衡的鱼饲料包括如下重量份的组分:面粉25份、米糠5份、豆粕20份、菜粕30份、棉粕15份、猪肉粉6份、鱼粉10份、血浆蛋白粉2份、猪油3份、豆油1份、磷酸二氢钙3份、复合维生素0.1份、复合矿物质1份、OBA益生菌0.12份、晶体赖氨酸0.3份、羟基蛋氨酸钙0.3份、氯化胆碱0.3份。
上述原料通过以下制备方法制得饲料:
(1)首先将上述各原料经二次粉碎至90%过80目筛,均匀混合;
(2)再将混合后的原料经调质解调器在98℃下调制3分钟;
(3)然后在120℃下经双螺杆挤压膨化机制粒;
(4)最后在80℃下烘干,冷却后,即制成上述的鲫鱼饲料。
试验例
试验所用水族箱为容积为300L的水族箱,其中鲫鱼共选用560尾初始体重约为5g的健康鱼苗,并将鱼苗分为14组,每组40尾,试验时间为5个月,在试验过程中水族箱内的水温保持在25-29℃,循环水开启,并保持水中溶氧量不低于4mg/L。其中,试验所用饲料为实施例1-3的饲料及实施例1-3剔除羟基蛋氨酸钙、血球蛋白粉或血浆蛋白粉后的饲料最为相应对比例,最后再选取一组市面上常规饲料作为对照组,每种饲料分别投喂2个水族箱内的鲫鱼,投喂时间及投喂量均相同,在试验时间结束后对每个水族箱内的鲫鱼重量及存活数进行统计,其中每种饲料投喂的2个水族箱取平均值进行统计,计算喂养后的鲫鱼平均体重,表3即为数据统计结果。

其中,增重率=(收获均重-初始均重)/初始均重*100;
存活率=(试验结束存活尾数/试验初始投放尾数)*100;
饲料系数=饲料消耗总量/(收获重量-初始重量)。
对照组包括如下重量份的组分:鱼粉15份、豆粕粉38份、玉米面7份、白面4.5份、麸皮34份、复合矿物质1份、复合维生素0.5份。
由表3可知,采用本发明的配方所制得的鱼饲料(实施例1-3制得的鱼饲料),与对比例1-3及对照组的饲料喂养鲫鱼5个月后,实施例1-3的平均增重率,相对于对比例1-3的平均增重率增加608.67,相对于对照组的增重率增加794.67,即本发明的鱼饲料可以提高鲫鱼的生长速率;实施例1-3的平均存活率,相对于对比例1-3的平均存活率增加6%,相对于对照组增加2%,即本发明的鱼饲料可以提高鲫鱼的成活率;实施例1-3的平均饲料系数,相对于对比例1-3的平均饲料系数降低0.9,相对于对照组的饲料系数降低0.4,即本发明的鱼饲料将鲫鱼喂养至同等重量时,消耗量更少,在大规模喂养时可以节省大批量饲料,大幅度降低鲫鱼养殖的饲料成本。由此可以得出,实施例1-3所对应的鲫鱼增重率更高,成活率更高,相应地饲料系数也更低,即采用本发明提供的鱼饲料喂养鲫鱼后,可以明显提高鲫鱼的生长速率,缩短鲫鱼的喂养周期,并提高鲫鱼的成活率,最终使得鲫鱼的产量更高,相同时间内可喂养批数增加,亦即,本发明提供的鱼饲料在降低饲料喂养成本的同时,提高了鲫鱼的养殖效率及成活率,大幅度提高了鲫鱼养殖的收益,具有极好的推广应用价值。

Claims (7)
1.一种生理缓释氨基酸平衡的鱼饲料,其特征在于,饲料中添加有具有缓释功能的羟基蛋氨酸钙及高赖氨酸含量原料,所述高赖氨酸含量原料为血球蛋白粉或血浆蛋白粉。
2.根据权利要求1所述的生理缓释氨基酸平衡的鱼饲料,其特征在于,包括如下重量份的组分:面粉15-25份、米糠5-8份、豆粕20-35份、菜粕20-30份、棉粕5-15份、猪肉粉6-18份、鱼粉5-8份、血球蛋白粉2-5份、猪油1-3份、豆油1-3份、磷酸二氢钙2-3份、复合维生素0.1-0.3份、复合矿物质1份、OBA益生菌0.1-0.2份、晶体赖氨酸0.1-0.3份、羟基蛋氨酸钙0.1-0.3份、氯化胆碱0.1-0.3份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的生理缓释氨基酸平衡的鱼饲料,其特征在于,包括如下重量份的组分:面粉22份、米糠5份、豆粕20.5份、菜粕20份、棉粕6份、猪肉粉8份、鱼粉8份、血球蛋白粉4份、猪油1份、豆油1.5份、磷酸二氢钙2.3份、复合维生素0.2份、复合矿物质1份、OBA益生菌0.1份、晶体赖氨酸0.1份、羟基蛋氨酸钙0.2份、氯化胆碱0.2份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的生理缓释氨基酸平衡的鱼饲料,其特征在于,所述OBA益生菌为包含枯草芽孢杆菌、凝结芽孢杆菌、粪肠球菌的复合微生物制剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的生理缓释氨基酸平衡的鱼饲料,其特征在于,所述混合维生素包括如下重量份的组分:维生素A0.75份、维生素D30.015份、维生素E60份、维生素K36份、维生素B16份、维生素B28份、维生素B612份、维生素B120.02份、烟酰胺50份、D-泛酸20份、叶酸2份、D-生物素0.05份、肌酵80份。
6.根据权利要求1所述的生理缓释氨基酸平衡的鱼饲料,其特征在于,所述符合矿物质包括如下重量份的组分:铁18份、铜1份、锰2.5份、锌12份、碘0.12份、硒0.03份、钴0.05份、镁20份。
7.一种根据权利要求2-6任意一项所述的生理缓释氨基酸平衡的鱼饲料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)首先将各原料经二次粉碎至90%过80目筛,均匀混合;
(2)再将混合后的原料经调质解调器在98℃下调制3分钟;
(3)然后在120℃下经双螺杆挤压膨化机制粒;
(4)最后在80℃下烘干,冷却后,即制成生理缓释氨基酸平衡的鱼饲料。
