s2, sequentially grinding allantoin, butylated hydroxytoluene, methyl hydroxybenzoate and ethylparaben into powder by grinding rollers, screening for 20min by a screen mesh, and uniformly mixing to obtain a first mixed powder raw material with the particle size of 200 meshes;

s5, taking out the second mixed matrix, cooling at room temperature for 6 hours, adding the first mixed powder raw material into the second mixed matrix, stirring for 26 minutes by a stirring rod in a clockwise direction to obtain a third mixture, heating the reaction kettle to 136 ℃, putting the third mixture into the reaction kettle, heating for 4 hours to remove water, and obtaining a first pasty mixture;
s6, taking out the paste mixture I, and performing high-temperature sterilization treatment by high-pressure steam for 36min for 5 times to obtain the skin-moistening and anti-tinea pedis ointment.

s2, sequentially grinding allantoin, butylated hydroxytoluene, methyl hydroxybenzoate and ethylparaben into powder by grinding rollers, screening for 15-20min by a screen mesh, and uniformly mixing to obtain a first mixed powder raw material;
s3, adding water, mineral oil, glycerol and isopropyl palmitate into a reaction vessel, stirring by a stirring rod every 4-10min for 20-40S, and stirring for 2-8 times to obtain a first mixture, heating the reaction vessel to 110-116 ℃, adding the first mixture into the reaction vessel, and heating for 1-4h to obtain a first mixed matrix;
