Abstract
The invention discloses an anti-aging nutritional product suitable for astronauts, which comprises the following raw materials: collagen peptide, phytosterol, purslane powder, blueberry powder, water-soluble dietary fiber, maltodextrin and xylitol. The invention is prepared by taking collagen peptide, phytosterol, purslane powder, blueberry powder, water-soluble dietary fiber and the like as various functional raw materials, is rich in nutrition, is easy to absorb by a human body, and especially has an outstanding aging delaying effect.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of food processing, and particularly relates to an anti-aging nutritional product suitable for astronauts.
Background
Senescence is a natural law, and is a series of degenerative changes expressed by physiological structures, functions and the like after the human body grows and develops to be mature, but senescence can be delayed. The causes of aging in human body include chronic inflammation, gene mutation, depletion of cellular energy, hormone imbalance, calcification, fatty acid imbalance, digestive enzyme deficiency, gradual pancreatic depletion, blood circulation failure, oxidative stress, and free radical increase. The existence of free radicals causes the generation of peroxides in the human body, and the generation of peroxides accelerates the aging of tissue cells, and finally causes the aging of the human body. The antibody theory considers that the number of antibodies synthesized in the body is continuously reduced along with the aging of people in middle-aged, and the resistance of the human body is reduced due to the reduction of the number of the antibodies, so that the pathological changes of tissues and organs of the human body are caused, and the life is shortened. "anti-aging" is called "anti-aging" in the accurate sense, and means that the human body prolongs the normal physiological activities of tissues and organs through various ways, thereby prolonging the physiological process of life. Aging of the human body is affected by many conditions, of which the most influential are dietary factors. Therefore, foods for anti-aging can be purposefully selected according to mechanisms resulting from aging. In addition, the movement of human tissues and organs is performed under the unified command of a nervous system, and unhealthy eating habits easily cause nervous system disorder and body tissue and organ damage, so that the exertion of the functions of the human tissues and organs is influenced, the aging of the human body is promoted, and the eating habits of controlling drinking and overeating on time without smoking and without overeating are required to be developed.
The astronauts refer to people who have been carelessly flown in the air or have flown in the space, and need to work and live in special environments such as weightlessness, noise, vibration, radiation, circadian rhythm change, narrow space and the like. Research shows that the aerospace environment has adverse effects on the nervous system, the immune function, the metabolism of body substances and the like of a human body, and the adverse effects can accelerate the aging process of the body of an astronaut. In order to delay the aging process of astronauts in the special space environment, diet adjustment is an important means, and particularly, the development of safe and reliable space food with rich nutrition and the effect of delaying aging is a key.

Aiming at the problems, the invention provides an anti-aging nutritional product suitable for astronauts, which is prepared from various functional raw materials such as collagen peptide, phytosterol, purslane powder, blueberry powder, water-soluble dietary fiber and the like, is rich in nutrition, is easy to absorb by a human body, especially has an outstanding anti-aging effect, and is particularly suitable for astronauts.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows.
A nutrition product suitable for resisting aging of astronauts is characterized by comprising the following raw materials: collagen peptide, phytosterol, purslane powder, blueberry powder, water-soluble dietary fiber, maltodextrin and xylitol;
the raw materials comprise collagen peptide which is an enzymolysis product of collagen, the collagen peptide is a natural biological product, the natural biological product has the characteristics of small molecular weight, easy absorption, no antigenicity, no allergy, high safety, no side effect, high biological activity, accurate action, strong carrier transport capacity and the like, and has the functions which are not possessed by other polypeptides due to the special structure, the contents of proline and hydroxyproline are obviously higher than those of active peptides derived from other protein raw materials, the research shows that the collagen peptide has the effects of oxidation resistance, bacterial resistance, calcium absorption promotion, blood pressure reduction, blood sugar reduction and the like, the research also can delay skin aging, the phytosterol is a steroid compound of plant active ingredients, wherein β -sitosterol can inhibit superoxide anions and clear hydroxyl radicals, the visible phytosterol has good antioxidation effect so as to delay aging of organisms, the food is the only source of the sterol because the human body cannot synthesize sterol per se, the dietary sterol is necessary, the dietary sterol is added in the diet because the food obtains the unique source of the sterol, the unique source, the phytosterol, the dietary sterol is rich in Chinese, the traditional Chinese medicine has the application history of thousands of various nutrient components and medicinal components, the vitamin, vitamin C, vitamin B, vitamin C and vitamin B, vitamin C and vitamin C in the dietary fiber, vitamin C and vitamin E, vitamin C in the dietary fiber and vitamin C in the dietary fiber vitamin C, vitamin C and vitamin C in the vitamin C, vitamin C and vitamin C, vitamin C are beneficial to human body, vitamin C and vitamin C, vitamin C and vitamin C.

As a preferred technical scheme, the purslane powder is prepared by the following method:
(1) pretreatment: cleaning fresh purslane, draining surface water, properly cutting, and then adding clear water to soak for later use according to the mass ratio of 1: 7-10 of feed liquid;
(2) pulping: pulping the purslane processed in the step (1) and the clear water for soaking in the step (1) together by using a pulping machine to obtain purslane pulp;
(3) ultrahigh pressure static extraction: transferring the purslane slurry obtained in the step (2) into a high-pressure-resistant container, applying pressure of 300-400 MPa to the purslane slurry in the high-pressure-resistant container, maintaining the pressure for 10-15 min, and then quickly relieving the pressure within 1-3 s to restore the pressure in the high-pressure-resistant container to normal pressure;
(4) centrifuging: centrifuging the purslane slurry treated in the step (3), and respectively collecting the centrifuged supernatant and precipitate;
(5) puffing: scattering the precipitate obtained in the step (4), placing the scattered precipitate in a vacuum microwave drying device, and carrying out intermittent vacuum microwave puffing under the conditions of a vacuum degree of 0.95-0.98 MPa, a microwave dose of 0.5-3.0 kw/kg, a microwave working time of 40-60 s and an intermittent time of 5-15 s, wherein the total microwave working time is controlled to be 4-6 min; the precipitate obtained after ultrahigh pressure static extraction and centrifugation is compact, and the residual active ingredients in the precipitate are more difficult to dissolve out; through the puffing step, the organizational structure of the precipitate can be changed to form a fluffy and porous structure, so that the subsequent dissolution of the extracted effective components is facilitated, and the yield and the extraction efficiency are improved; the material temperature in the microwave oven can be controlled in a reasonable range by adopting intermittent vacuum microwave puffing, so that the phenomenon that the activity of active substances in the material is damaged due to overhigh local temperature of the material caused by a microwave corner effect is avoided;
(6) low-temperature ultrasonic-assisted extraction: mixing the precipitate treated in the step (5) with 75% ethanol at 0-5 ℃ according to the mass ratio of 1: 5-7, then placing the mixture into an ultrasonic extraction device, and extracting for 30-60 min under the power of 200-400W; supplementing 0-5 ℃ 75% ethanol with 0.5-1 times of the mass of the precipitate every 10min during low-temperature ultrasonic extraction (namely supplementing 0-5 ℃ 75% ethanol in the extracting solution to prevent ethanol loss and extracting solution temperature rise); in the ultrasonic-assisted extraction process, if the extraction time is too long, the temperature of the material can be continuously increased, and the activity of the active substances can be possibly damaged;
(7) concentration: concentrating the supernatant obtained in the step (4) to obtain a water extraction concentrated solution; concentrating the extracting solution obtained in the step (6) to obtain an alcohol extracting concentrated solution;
(8) and (3) drying: spray drying the water-extracted concentrated solution obtained in the step (7) to obtain purslane water-soluble active powder; freeze-drying the alcohol extract concentrated solution obtained in the step (7), and then crushing to obtain alcohol-soluble purslane active powder;
(9) mixing: and (4) uniformly mixing the purslane water-soluble active powder and the purslane alcohol-soluble active powder in the step (8) to obtain the purslane powder.
As a preferred technical scheme, the blueberry powder is prepared by the following method: cleaning fresh blueberries, adding ice blocks for pulping, concentrating at 35-45 ℃, freeze-drying, and crushing at low temperature of 0-12 ℃ to obtain the blueberry powder.
As a preferred technical scheme, the preparation method of the nutritional product comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing materials: weighing collagen peptide, phytosterol, purslane powder, blueberry powder, water-soluble dietary fiber, maltodextrin and xylitol according to a raw material formula;
(2) mixing materials: mixing collagen peptide, phytosterol, purslane powder, blueberry powder, water-soluble dietary fiber, xylitol and 25% of maltodextrin by weight for the first time, then adding 25% -50% of maltodextrin by weight for the second time, and finally adding the balance of maltodextrin by weight for the third time;
(3) sieving: sieving the material mixed in the step (2) by a 100-mesh sieve, and collecting undersize;
(4) sterilizing and packaging the undersize product obtained in the step (3).
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1) the nutritional product has the advantages that the raw materials are exquisite, the formula is scientific, and the collagen peptide, the phytosterol, the purslane powder, the blueberry powder and the water-soluble dietary fibers in the used raw materials have certain anti-aging effect; in addition, the nutrients of the raw materials are complementary, so that the product is rich in protein, carbohydrate, vitamins and trace elements, can provide sufficient energy and balanced and rich nutrition for astronauts, and has outstanding effect of delaying senility.
2) The product of the invention does not add chemically synthesized functional components, is green and healthy, and accords with the current consumption concept; in addition, the nutritional product is powder, can be mixed with milk, beverage, porridge soup and the like for eating, is convenient to use, and is easy to absorb by a human body.
3) In order to exert the anti-aging effects of purslane and blueberries in the raw materials, the purslane powder and the blueberry powder used in the invention are prepared by adopting a unique process. The purslane powder is combined with water extraction and alcohol extraction, so that active ingredients such as polysaccharide, flavone and the like in the purslane are extracted more completely, and the extraction efficiency and yield can be greatly improved by adopting an ultrahigh pressure static extraction process in the water extraction; in the alcohol extraction, the raw materials generate a porous structure through swelling so as to be beneficial to the dissolution of effective components, and the alcohol extraction active components with higher activity can be prepared under the condition of ensuring the yield by combining the low-temperature ultrasonic wave auxiliary extraction. In the preparation process of the blueberry powder, the temperature is controlled in a lower range, so that active ingredients in the blueberries can be well protected from being damaged.

Example 2
A nutrition product suitable for resisting aging of astronauts comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 0.5-2 parts of collagen peptide, 0.05-0.5 part of phytosterol, 2-5 parts of purslane powder, 2-5 parts of blueberry powder, 1-3 parts of water-soluble dietary fiber, 10-15 parts of maltodextrin and 1-3 parts of xylitol.
Example 3
A nutrition product suitable for resisting aging of astronauts comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1 part of collagen peptide, 0.1 part of phytosterol, 4 parts of purslane powder, 4 parts of blueberry powder, 2 parts of water-soluble dietary fiber, 12 parts of maltodextrin and 2 parts of xylitol.
Example 4
A nutritional product suitable for resisting aging of astronauts comprises the following raw materials: collagen peptide, phytosterol, purslane powder, blueberry powder, water-soluble dietary fiber, maltodextrin and xylitol; the purslane powder is prepared by the following method:
(1) pretreatment: cleaning fresh purslane, draining surface water, properly cutting, and then adding clear water to soak for later use according to the mass ratio of 1: 7-10 of feed liquid;
(2) pulping: pulping the purslane processed in the step (1) and the clear water for soaking in the step (1) together by using a pulping machine to obtain purslane pulp;
(3) ultrahigh pressure static extraction: transferring the purslane slurry obtained in the step (2) into a high-pressure-resistant container, applying pressure of 300-400 MPa to the purslane slurry in the high-pressure-resistant container, maintaining the pressure for 10-15 min, and then quickly relieving the pressure within 1-3 s to restore the pressure in the high-pressure-resistant container to normal pressure;
(4) centrifuging: centrifuging the purslane slurry treated in the step (3), and respectively collecting the centrifuged supernatant and precipitate;
(5) puffing: scattering the precipitate obtained in the step (4), placing the scattered precipitate in a vacuum microwave drying device, and carrying out intermittent vacuum microwave puffing under the conditions of a vacuum degree of 0.95-0.98 MPa, a microwave dose of 0.5-3.0 kw/kg, a microwave working time of 40-60 s and an intermittent time of 5-15 s, wherein the total microwave working time is controlled to be 4-6 min;
(6) low-temperature ultrasonic-assisted extraction: mixing the precipitate treated in the step (5) with 75% ethanol at 0-5 ℃ according to the mass ratio of 1: 5-7, then placing the mixture into an ultrasonic extraction device, and extracting for 30-60 min under the power of 200-400W; supplementing 75% ethanol with the temperature of 0-5 ℃ and 0.5-1 time of the mass of the precipitate every 10min during the low-temperature ultrasonic extraction;
(7) concentration: concentrating the supernatant obtained in the step (4) to obtain a water extraction concentrated solution; concentrating the extracting solution obtained in the step (6) to obtain an alcohol extracting concentrated solution;
(8) and (3) drying: spray drying the water-extracted concentrated solution obtained in the step (7) to obtain purslane water-soluble active powder; freeze-drying the alcohol extract concentrated solution obtained in the step (7), and then crushing to obtain alcohol-soluble purslane active powder;
(9) mixing: and (4) uniformly mixing the purslane water-soluble active powder and the purslane alcohol-soluble active powder in the step (8) to obtain the purslane powder.
Example 5
A nutritional product suitable for resisting aging of astronauts comprises the following raw materials: collagen peptide, phytosterol, purslane powder, blueberry powder, water-soluble dietary fiber, maltodextrin and xylitol; the blueberry powder is prepared by the following method: cleaning fresh blueberries, adding ice blocks for pulping, concentrating at 35-45 ℃, freeze-drying, and crushing at low temperature of 0-12 ℃ to obtain the blueberry powder.
Example 6
A nutritional product suitable for resisting aging of astronauts is prepared by the following steps:
(1) preparing materials: weighing collagen peptide, phytosterol, purslane powder, blueberry powder, water-soluble dietary fiber, maltodextrin and xylitol according to a raw material formula;
(2) mixing materials: mixing collagen peptide, phytosterol, purslane powder, blueberry powder, water-soluble dietary fiber, xylitol and 25% of maltodextrin by weight for the first time, then adding 25% -50% of maltodextrin by weight for the second time, and finally adding the balance of maltodextrin by weight for the third time;
(3) sieving: sieving the material mixed in the step (2) by a 100-mesh sieve, and collecting undersize;
(4) sterilizing and packaging the undersize product obtained in the step (3).

1. A nutrition product suitable for resisting aging of astronauts is characterized by comprising the following raw materials: collagen peptide, phytosterol, purslane powder, blueberry powder, water-soluble dietary fiber, maltodextrin and xylitol.

The anti-aging nutritional product for astronauts according to claim 1, wherein the raw materials comprise, by weight: 0.5-2 parts of collagen peptide, 0.05-0.5 part of phytosterol, 2-5 parts of purslane powder, 2-5 parts of blueberry powder, 1-3 parts of water-soluble dietary fiber, 10-15 parts of maltodextrin and 1-3 parts of xylitol.

The anti-aging nutritional product for astronauts according to claim 1, wherein the raw materials comprise, by weight: 1 part of collagen peptide, 0.1 part of phytosterol, 4 parts of purslane powder, 4 parts of blueberry powder, 2 parts of water-soluble dietary fiber, 12 parts of maltodextrin and 2 parts of xylitol.
4. The anti-aging nutritional product for astronauts according to claim 1, wherein the purslane powder is prepared by the following method:
(1) pretreatment: cleaning fresh purslane, draining surface water, properly cutting, and then adding clear water to soak for later use according to the mass ratio of 1: 7-10 of feed liquid;

(9) mixing: and (4) uniformly mixing the purslane water-soluble active powder and the purslane alcohol-soluble active powder in the step (8) to obtain the purslane powder.
5. The anti-aging nutritional product for astronauts as claimed in claim 1, wherein the blueberry powder is prepared by the following method: cleaning fresh blueberries, adding ice blocks for pulping, concentrating at 35-45 ℃, freeze-drying, and crushing at low temperature of 0-12 ℃ to obtain the blueberry powder.
6. The nutraceutical of claim 1, prepared by a process comprising:
