(1) preparing materials: weighing collagen peptide, phytosterol, purslane powder, blueberry powder, water-soluble dietary fiber, maltodextrin and xylitol according to a raw material formula;
(2) mixing materials: mixing collagen peptide, phytosterol, purslane powder, blueberry powder, water-soluble dietary fiber, xylitol and 25% of maltodextrin by weight for the first time, then adding 25% -50% of maltodextrin by weight for the second time, and finally adding the balance of maltodextrin by weight for the third time;
(3) sieving: sieving the material mixed in the step (2) by a 100-mesh sieve, and collecting undersize;
(4) sterilizing and packaging the undersize product obtained in the step (3).

Claims (6)

1. A nutrition product suitable for resisting aging of astronauts is characterized by comprising the following raw materials: collagen peptide, phytosterol, purslane powder, blueberry powder, water-soluble dietary fiber, maltodextrin and xylitol.
2. The anti-aging nutritional product for astronauts according to claim 1, wherein the raw materials comprise, by weight: 0.5-2 parts of collagen peptide, 0.05-0.5 part of phytosterol, 2-5 parts of purslane powder, 2-5 parts of blueberry powder, 1-3 parts of water-soluble dietary fiber, 10-15 parts of maltodextrin and 1-3 parts of xylitol.

The anti-aging nutritional product for astronauts according to claim 1, wherein the raw materials comprise, by weight: 1 part of collagen peptide, 0.1 part of phytosterol, 4 parts of purslane powder, 4 parts of blueberry powder, 2 parts of water-soluble dietary fiber, 12 parts of maltodextrin and 2 parts of xylitol.
4. The anti-aging nutritional product for astronauts according to claim 1, wherein the purslane powder is prepared by the following method:
(1) pretreatment: cleaning fresh purslane, draining surface water, properly cutting, and then adding clear water to soak for later use according to the mass ratio of 1: 7-10 of feed liquid;
(2) pulping: pulping the purslane processed in the step (1) and the clear water for soaking in the step (1) together by using a pulping machine to obtain purslane pulp;
(3) ultrahigh pressure static extraction: transferring the purslane slurry obtained in the step (2) into a high-pressure-resistant container, applying pressure of 300-400 MPa to the purslane slurry in the high-pressure-resistant container, maintaining the pressure for 10-15 min, and then quickly relieving the pressure within 1-3 s to restore the pressure in the high-pressure-resistant container to normal pressure;
(4) centrifuging: centrifuging the purslane slurry treated in the step (3), and respectively collecting the centrifuged supernatant and precipitate;
(5) puffing: scattering the precipitate obtained in the step (4), placing the scattered precipitate in a vacuum microwave drying device, and carrying out intermittent vacuum microwave puffing under the conditions of a vacuum degree of 0.95-0.98 MPa, a microwave dose of 0.5-3.0 kw/kg, a microwave working time of 40-60 s and an intermittent time of 5-15 s, wherein the total microwave working time is controlled to be 4-6 min;
(6) low-temperature ultrasonic-assisted extraction: mixing the precipitate treated in the step (5) with 75% ethanol at 0-5 ℃ according to the mass ratio of 1: 5-7, then placing the mixture into an ultrasonic extraction device, and extracting for 30-60 min under the power of 200-400W; supplementing 75% ethanol with the temperature of 0-5 ℃ and 0.5-1 time of the mass of the precipitate every 10min during the low-temperature ultrasonic extraction;
(7) concentration: concentrating the supernatant obtained in the step (4) to obtain a water extraction concentrated solution; concentrating the extracting solution obtained in the step (6) to obtain an alcohol extracting concentrated solution;
(8) and (3) drying: spray drying the water-extracted concentrated solution obtained in the step (7) to obtain purslane water-soluble active powder; freeze-drying the alcohol extract concentrated solution obtained in the step (7), and then crushing to obtain alcohol-soluble purslane active powder;
(9) mixing: and (4) uniformly mixing the purslane water-soluble active powder and the purslane alcohol-soluble active powder in the step (8) to obtain the purslane powder.
5. The anti-aging nutritional product for astronauts as claimed in claim 1, wherein the blueberry powder is prepared by the following method: cleaning fresh blueberries, adding ice blocks for pulping, concentrating at 35-45 ℃, freeze-drying, and crushing at low temperature of 0-12 ℃ to obtain the blueberry powder.
6. The nutraceutical of claim 1, prepared by a process comprising:
(1) preparing materials: weighing collagen peptide, phytosterol, purslane powder, blueberry powder, water-soluble dietary fiber, maltodextrin and xylitol according to a raw material formula;
(2) mixing materials: mixing collagen peptide, phytosterol, purslane powder, blueberry powder, water-soluble dietary fiber, xylitol and 25% of maltodextrin by weight for the first time, then adding 25% -50% of maltodextrin by weight for the second time, and finally adding the balance of maltodextrin by weight for the third time;
(3) sieving: sieving the material mixed in the step (2) by a 100-mesh sieve, and collecting undersize;
(4) sterilizing and packaging the undersize product obtained in the step (3).
