本发明涉及育果袋纸及工艺技术领域,具体为一种育果袋纸及其制造方法。
背景技术
育果袋对苹果的生长具有很大的作用,越来越受到果农的普遍使用。可减少农药的使用,减轻污染。使果面干净,无枝磨,无鸟伤虫伤,果实外观品质得以大大改善。能降低病虫害发生率,提高果实内在质量。可促进疏果,提高优果率使树体合理负载。虽然,育果袋具有如此大的功能与作用,但是对育果袋本身要求很高,例如对育果袋的防水性、湿强度、表面光滑度、抗菌防霉性能和保鲜性能有着较高的要求,目前的育果袋,存在在生产制备和使用的材料中很难满足上述的性能指标的问题。
因此,设计一种防水性较高、湿强度较高、表面光滑度较好、抗菌防霉性能较高和保鲜性能较好的育果袋纸及其制造方法显得非常必要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种育果袋纸及其制造方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,发明提供如下技术方案:一种育果袋纸,包括以下原料及质量百分比的漂白针叶木浆30~50%、漂白阔叶木浆20~30%、松香胶4~6%、硫酸铝5~7%、乳化石腊溶液8~10%、丙烯酸酯共聚物4~8%、水溶性有机氟化物树脂12~16%、柠檬酸6~10%、氯化钠1~3%、湿强剂7~9%、增白剂2~4%、抗水剂5~9%、保鲜剂8~10%和防霉杀菌剂4~10%。
优选的,所述防霉杀菌剂,由以下质量份数的组分组成:胡椒碱22~26份、多菌灵24~28份、山苍子油20~24份、三七总皂苷20~24份、丁香酚24~28份、山梨酸钾24~28份、莳萝子挥发油20~24份和藤茶提取物24~28份。
优选的,所述抗水剂由以下质量份数的组分组成:石蜡80~160份、硬脂酸10~40份、硼砂2~10份、纯碱1~6份和滑石粉6~10份。

一种育果袋纸的制造方法,具体包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将漂白针叶木浆与漂白阔叶木浆配好后,经水力碎浆处理放入贮浆池中,经打磨到叩解度在30°SR;
步骤二:将上述湿重4~8g时放入混合搅拌罐中,在混合搅拌罐中加入松香胶、硫酸铝、乳化石腊溶液、丙烯酸酯共聚物、水溶性有机氟化物树脂、柠檬酸、氯化钠与增白剂混合搅拌1~2h后,边搅拌边加入保鲜剂、防霉杀菌剂和抗水剂,升温至40~50℃,静置30~40min后,持续搅拌2~3h,制备混合浆料;
步骤三:抗水剂的制备与加入:按质量份数将150份石蜡与40份硬脂酸加入到反应器中,加热至80℃,再加入10份硼砂和6份纯碱,搅拌均匀,加2600份水稀释,在50℃下搅拌3h,最后得抗水剂,将上述制备的抗水剂分成若干个等份,每间隔10~20min加入到上述制备的浆料中,边加入边搅拌混合直至将抗水剂添加完毕后再持续混合搅拌30~40min,制得混合浆料;
步骤四:将湿强剂对上述制备的混合浆料进行调解后放入抄纸机料井内,控制定量30~40g/㎡,经抄纸机抄造,按照1~3g/㎡石腊乳液进行表面涂腊,卷取、分切复卷为成品果袋纸。
与现有技术相比,发明的有益效果是:
1、该育果袋纸,通过在浆料中加入抗水剂,其中的抗水剂包括石蜡、硬脂酸、硼砂、纯碱和滑石粉,保证制备的育果袋纸外表面的光滑性,提高育果袋纸的防水性能,可以更好的防止因喷洒农药对果实的污染,并能抵御夏秋两季风雨侵蚀。
2、该育果袋纸,通过在浆料中加入保鲜剂,其中的保鲜剂包括乙氧基喹啉、明胶、柠檬酸、丁香酚、碳酸钠、丁基羟基茴香醚和水,起到对育果袋纸的保鲜性能,提高育果袋纸对果子的新鲜防护性能。
3、该育果袋纸,通过在浆料中加入松香胶、硫酸铝、乳化石腊溶液、丙烯酸酯共聚物和水溶性有机氟化物树脂,并且在制备方法中按照1~3g/㎡石腊乳液进行表面涂腊,进一步提高育果袋纸表面的光滑性,提高对果子的防护效果,可以更好的防止因喷洒农药对果实的污染,并能抵御夏秋两季风雨侵蚀。
4、该育果袋纸,通过在浆料中加入防霉杀菌剂,其中的防霉杀菌剂胡椒碱、多菌灵、山苍子油、三七总皂苷、丁香酚、山梨酸钾、莳萝子挥发油和藤茶提取物,制备食品级的防霉杀菌剂,可以更好的抗菌防霉效果。
5、该育果袋纸,通过在浆料中加入湿强剂,并且湿强剂为一种高湿强淀粉胶黏剂,其中高湿强淀粉胶黏剂包括马铃薯淀粉、山梨糖醇、过硫酸铵、羧甲基纤维素、过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯、丁苯乳液、丙烯酸酯、硼砂、单氟磷酸钠、聚丙烯酰胺、醋酸乙烯、1,2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮、三聚氰胺甲醛树脂、去离子水和硬脂酸,保证湿强的同时,不会伤害到果实。

本实施例中,所述湿强剂为一种高湿强淀粉胶黏剂,所述高湿强淀粉胶黏剂包括重量份数比如下的原料:马铃薯淀粉100份、山梨糖醇5份、过硫酸铵1份、羧甲基纤维素15份、过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯2份、丁苯乳液40份、丙烯酸酯12份、硼砂1份、单氟磷酸钠3份、聚丙烯酰胺5份、醋酸乙烯10份、1,2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮2.5份、三聚氰胺甲醛树脂3份、去离子水1600份和硬脂酸5份。
实施例3
一种育果袋纸,包括以下原料及质量百分比的漂白针叶木浆40%、漂白阔叶木浆25%、松香胶5%、硫酸铝6%、乳化石腊溶液9%、丙烯酸酯共聚物6%、水溶性有机氟化物树脂14%、柠檬酸8%、氯化钠2%、湿强剂8%、增白剂23%、抗水剂7%、保鲜剂9%和防霉杀菌剂7%;
本实施例中,所述防霉杀菌剂,由以下质量份数的组分组成:胡椒碱24份、多菌灵26份、山苍子油22份、三七总皂苷22份、丁香酚26份、山梨酸钾26份、莳萝子挥发油22份和藤茶提取物26份。
本实施例中,所述抗水剂由以下质量份数的组分组成:石蜡120份、硬脂酸25份、硼砂6份、纯碱3.5份和滑石粉8份。
本实施例中,所述保鲜剂由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:乙氧基喹啉29份、明胶8份、柠檬酸5、丁香酚6、碳酸钠2份、丁基羟基茴香醚7份和水13份。
本实施例中,所述湿强剂为一种高湿强淀粉胶黏剂,所述高湿强淀粉胶黏剂包括重量份数比如下的原料:马铃薯淀粉100份、山梨糖醇5份、过硫酸铵1份、羧甲基纤维素15份、过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯2份、丁苯乳液40份、丙烯酸酯12份、硼砂1份、单氟磷酸钠3份、聚丙烯酰胺5份、醋酸乙烯10份、1,2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮2.5份、三聚氰胺甲醛树脂3份、去离子水1600份和硬脂酸5份。
一种育果袋纸的制造方法,具体包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将漂白针叶木浆与漂白阔叶木浆配好后,经水力碎浆处理放入贮浆池中,经打磨到叩解度在30°SR;
步骤二:将上述湿重4~8g时放入混合搅拌罐中,在混合搅拌罐中加入松香胶、硫酸铝、乳化石腊溶液、丙烯酸酯共聚物、水溶性有机氟化物树脂、柠檬酸、氯化钠与增白剂混合搅拌1~2h后,边搅拌边加入保鲜剂、防霉杀菌剂和抗水剂,升温至40~50℃,静置30~40min后,持续搅拌2~3h,制备混合浆料;
步骤三:抗水剂的制备与加入:按质量份数将150份石蜡与40份硬脂酸加入到反应器中,加热至80℃,再加入10份硼砂和6份纯碱,搅拌均匀,加2600份水稀释,在50℃下搅拌3h,最后得抗水剂,将上述制备的抗水剂分成若干个等份,每间隔10~20min加入到上述制备的浆料中,边加入边搅拌混合直至将抗水剂添加完毕后再持续混合搅拌30~40min,制得混合浆料;
步骤四:将湿强剂对上述制备的混合浆料进行调解后放入抄纸机料井内,控制定量30~40g/㎡,经抄纸机抄造,按照1~3g/㎡石腊乳液进行表面涂腊,卷取、分切复卷为成品果袋纸。
实验检测:对上述实施例1、实施例2与实施例3制备的育果袋纸与现有技术中育果袋纸均分别进行防水性、湿强度、表面光滑度、抗菌防霉性能和保鲜性能的试验,实验数据具体详情见图1中的实验表格。
实验检测结论:本申请中实施例1、实施例2与实施例3制备的育果袋纸的防水性、湿强度、表面光滑度、抗菌防霉性能和保鲜性能相当,并且均高于现有技术中育果袋纸。
发明的有益效果是:该育果袋纸,通过在浆料中加入抗水剂,其中的抗水剂包括石蜡、硬脂酸、硼砂、纯碱和滑石粉,保证制备的育果袋纸外表面的光滑性,提高育果袋纸的防水性能,可以更好的防止因喷洒农药对果实的污染,并能抵御夏秋两季风雨侵蚀。该育果袋纸,通过在浆料中加入保鲜剂,其中的保鲜剂包括乙氧基喹啉、明胶、柠檬酸、丁香酚、碳酸钠、丁基羟基茴香醚和水,起到对育果袋纸的保鲜性能,提高育果袋纸对果子的新鲜防护性能。该育果袋纸,通过在浆料中加入松香胶、硫酸铝、乳化石腊溶液、丙烯酸酯共聚物和水溶性有机氟化物树脂,并且在制备方法中按照1~3g/㎡石腊乳液进行表面涂腊,进一步提高育果袋纸表面的光滑性,提高对果子的防护效果,可以更好的防止因喷洒农药对果实的污染,并能抵御夏秋两季风雨侵蚀。该育果袋纸,通过在浆料中加入防霉杀菌剂,其中的防霉杀菌剂胡椒碱、多菌灵、山苍子油、三七总皂苷、丁香酚、山梨酸钾、莳萝子挥发油和藤茶提取物,制备食品级的防霉杀菌剂,可以更好的抗菌防霉效果。该育果袋纸,通过在浆料中加入湿强剂,并且湿强剂为一种高湿强淀粉胶黏剂,其中高湿强淀粉胶黏剂包括马铃薯淀粉、山梨糖醇、过硫酸铵、羧甲基纤维素、过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯、丁苯乳液、丙烯酸酯、硼砂、单氟磷酸钠、聚丙烯酰胺、醋酸乙烯、1,2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮、三聚氰胺甲醛树脂、去离子水和硬脂酸,保证湿强的同时,不会伤害到果实。
显然,本领域的技术人员可以对本发明进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本发明的精神和范围。这样,倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。
Claims (6)
1.一种育果袋纸,其特征在于:包括以下原料及质量百分比的漂白针叶木浆30~50%、漂白阔叶木浆20~30%、松香胶4~6%、硫酸铝5~7%、乳化石腊溶液8~10%、丙烯酸酯共聚物4~8%、水溶性有机氟化物树脂12~16%、柠檬酸6~10%、氯化钠1~3%、湿强剂7~9%、增白剂2~4%、抗水剂5~9%、保鲜剂8~10%和防霉杀菌剂4~10%。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种育果袋纸,其特征在于:所述防霉杀菌剂,由以下质量份数的组分组成:胡椒碱22~26份、多菌灵24~28份、山苍子油20~24份、三七总皂苷20~24份、丁香酚24~28份、山梨酸钾24~28份、莳萝子挥发油20~24份和藤茶提取物24~28份。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种育果袋纸,其特征在于:所述抗水剂由以下质量份数的组分组成:石蜡80~160份、硬脂酸10~40份、硼砂2~10份、纯碱1~6份和滑石粉6~10份。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种育果袋纸,其特征在于:所述保鲜剂由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:乙氧基喹啉28份~30份、明胶5份~11份、柠檬酸3份~7份、丁香酚2份~8份、碳酸钠1份~3份、丁基羟基茴香醚6~8份和水10份~16份。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种育果袋纸,其特征在于:所述湿强剂为一种高湿强淀粉胶黏剂,所述高湿强淀粉胶黏剂包括重量份数比如下的原料:马铃薯淀粉100份、山梨糖醇5份、过硫酸铵1份、羧甲基纤维素15份、过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯2份、丁苯乳液40份、丙烯酸酯12份、硼砂1份、单氟磷酸钠3份、聚丙烯酰胺5份、醋酸乙烯10份、1,2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮2.5份、三聚氰胺甲醛树脂3份、去离子水1600份和硬脂酸5份。
6.一种育果袋纸的制造方法,其特征在于:具体包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将漂白针叶木浆与漂白阔叶木浆配好后,经水力碎浆处理放入贮浆池中,经打磨到叩解度在30°SR;
步骤二:将上述湿重4~8g时放入混合搅拌罐中,在混合搅拌罐中加入松香胶、硫酸铝、乳化石腊溶液、丙烯酸酯共聚物、水溶性有机氟化物树脂、柠檬酸、氯化钠与增白剂混合搅拌1~2h后,边搅拌边加入保鲜剂与防霉杀菌剂,升温至40~50℃,静置30~40min后,持续搅拌2~3h,制备成浆料;
步骤三:抗水剂的制备与加入:按质量份数将150份石蜡与40份硬脂酸加入到反应器中,加热至80℃,再加入10份硼砂和6份纯碱,搅拌均匀,加2600份水稀释,在50℃下搅拌3h,最后得抗水剂,将上述制备的抗水剂分成若干个等份,每间隔10~20min加入到上述制备的浆料中,边加入边搅拌混合直至将抗水剂添加完毕后再持续混合搅拌30~40min,制得混合浆料;
步骤四:将湿强剂对上述制备的混合浆料进行调解后放入抄纸机料井内,控制定量30~40g/㎡,经抄纸机抄造,按照1~3g/㎡石腊乳液进行表面涂腊,卷取、分切复卷为成品果袋纸。
