本发明公开了一种聚酯纤维用染色剂,按照质量百分比由以下原料组分构成:分散染料20%~30%,丙三醇13%~20%,咪唑啉3%~5%,分散剂1%~3%,醋酸1%~2%,海藻酸钠2%~4%和水40%~60%,以上各原料含量的总和应为100%。该发明的有益效果:本发明采用偶氮型分散染料,合成方法生产,工艺简单,成本较低;该染色剂在高温下的耐光牢度较高,不发生色变;聚酯纤维经该染色剂染色后的织物经过热定型处理或柔软整理后具有优异的洗涤牢度,且上色容易,色彩鲜艳,颜色丰富。

技术领域
本发明属于印染技术领域,具体涉及一种聚酯纤维用染色剂。
背景技术
目前纤维类型越来越丰富,聚酯纤维是纺织品的主要纤维源泉,随着人们对穿着要求和服用性能的不断提高,用聚酯纤维制成的染色牢度高标准的要求已经成为迫切需要。
聚酯纤维一般采用活性染料进行染色,而采用传统染色助剂及染色工艺时染料对纤维的上染百分率和固色百分率一般都较低。为了解决这个问题,在染色过程中要加入大量的无机盐进行促染,但加入大量无机盐促染的最大弊端就是会使纺织品的手感粗糙,并可能造成被染纺织品的擦伤。
且为了顺应节能减排的大环境的发展趋势,染整工艺也有了新的发展方向,生态染整工艺的出现不仅为未来的染整加工提供了技术支撑,也为实现节能减排起到了重要作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种聚酯纤维用染色剂,解决了现有技术中存在的聚酯纤维用染色剂染色效果不均匀得问题。
本发明所采用的技术方案是,一种聚酯纤维用染色剂,按照质量百分比由以下原料组分构成:分散染料20%~30%,丙三醇13%~20%,咪唑啉3%~5%,分散剂1%~3%,醋酸1%~2%,海藻酸钠2%~4%和水40%~60%,以上各原料含量的总和应为100%。
本发明的特点还在于:
分散染料22%~26%,丙三醇15%~18%,咪唑啉4%~5%,分散剂2%~3%,醋酸1%~2%,海藻酸钠2%~3%和水45%~56%。
分散染料为偶氮型,分散红玉GFL、分散深蓝HGL、分散黄RGFL中一种或几种。
分散剂为2-萘磺酸甲醛聚合物钠盐、亚甲基双甲基萘磺酸钠中一种。
匀染剂为阴离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂复配型表面活性剂,阴离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂的质量比为1~2:1。
阴离子表面活性剂为磺酸盐类中任意一种,非离子表面活性剂为醚类中任意一种。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明采用偶氮型分散染料,合成方法生产,工艺简单,,成本较低;该染色剂在高温下的耐光牢度较高,不发生色变;聚酯纤维经该染色剂染色后的织物经过热定型处理或柔软整理后具有优异的洗涤牢度,且上色容易,色彩鲜艳,颜色丰富。

下面结合具体实施方式对本发明进行详细说明。
本发明一种聚酯纤维用染色剂,按照质量百分比由以下原料组分构成:分散染料20%~30%,丙三醇13%~20%,咪唑啉3%~5%,分散剂1%~3%,醋酸1%~2%,海藻酸钠2%~4%和水40%~60%,以上各原料含量的总和应为100%。
优选的,分散染料22%~26%,丙三醇15%~18%,咪唑啉4%~5%,分散剂2%~3%,醋酸1%~2%,海藻酸钠2%~3%和水45%~56%。
优选的,分散染料为偶氮型,分散红玉GFL、分散深蓝HGL、分散黄RGFL中一种或几种。
优选的,分散剂为2-萘磺酸甲醛聚合物钠盐、亚甲基双甲基萘磺酸钠中一种。
优选的,匀染剂为阴离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂复配型表面活性剂,其中,阴离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂的质量比为1~2:1,阴离子表面活性剂为磺酸盐类中任意一种,非离子表面活性剂为醚类中任意一种。

一种聚酯纤维用染色剂,按照质量百分比由以下原料组分构成:分散染料20%,丙三醇18%,咪唑啉5%,分散剂3%,醋酸1%,海藻酸钠3%和水50%。
其中,分散染料为分散红玉GFL;分散剂为2-萘磺酸甲醛聚合物钠盐;匀染剂为阴离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂的质量比为1:1的复合型匀染剂,阴离子表面活性剂为烷基苯磺酸钠,非离子表面活性剂为烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚。
实施例2
一种聚酯纤维用染色剂,按照质量百分比由以下原料组分构成:分散染料25%,丙三醇20%,咪唑啉4%,分散剂1%,醋酸2%,海藻酸钠2%和水45%。
其中,分散染料为分散深蓝HGL;分散剂为亚甲基双甲基萘磺酸钠;匀染剂为阴离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂的质量比为1.5:1的复合型匀染剂,阴离子表面活性剂为烷基磺酸盐,非离子表面活性剂为月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚。
实施例3
一种聚酯纤维用染色剂,按照质量百分比由以下原料组分构成:分散染料23%,丙三醇13%,咪唑啉3%,分散剂2%,醋酸1.5%,海藻酸钠3.5%和水55%。
其中,分散染料为分散黄RGFL;分散剂为2-萘磺酸甲醛聚合物钠盐;匀染剂为阴离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂的质量比为2:1的复合型匀染剂,阴离子表面活性剂为α-磺基单羧酸,非离子表面活性剂为脂肪酸甲酯聚氧乙烯醚。
实施例4
一种聚酯纤维用染色剂,按照质量百分比由以下原料组分构成:分散染料30%,丙三醇15%,咪唑啉4.5%,分散剂1.5%,醋酸1%,海藻酸钠4%和水44%。
其中,分散染料为分散红玉GFL、分散深蓝HGL的混合物;分散剂为亚甲基双甲基萘磺酸钠;匀染剂为阴离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂的质量比为1.2:1的复合型匀染剂,阴离子表面活性剂为α-磺基单羧酸衍生物,非离子表面活性剂为脂肪酸甲酯聚氧乙烯醚。
实施例5
一种聚酯纤维用染色剂,按照质量百分比由以下原料组分构成:分散染料20%,丙三醇13%,咪唑啉3%,分散剂1%,醋酸1%,海藻酸钠2%和水60%。
其中,分散染料为分散深蓝HGL、分散黄RGFL的混合物;分散剂为2-萘磺酸甲醛聚合物钠盐;匀染剂为阴离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂的质量比为1.8:1的复合型匀染剂,阴离子表面活性剂为烷基苯磺酸钠,非离子表面活性剂为月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚。

1.一种聚酯纤维用染色剂,其特征在于,按照质量百分比由以下原料组分构成:分散染料20%~30%,丙三醇13%~20%,咪唑啉3%~5%,分散剂1%~3%,醋酸1%~2%,海藻酸钠2%~4%和水40%~60%,以上各原料含量的总和应为100%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚酯纤维用染色剂,其特征在于,所述分散染料22%~26%,丙三醇15%~18%,咪唑啉4%~5%,分散剂2%~3%,醋酸1%~2%,海藻酸钠2%~3%和水45%~56%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚酯纤维用染色剂,其特征在于,所述分散染料为偶氮型,分散红玉GFL、分散深蓝HGL、分散黄RGFL中一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚酯纤维用染色剂,其特征在于,所述分散剂为2-萘磺酸甲醛聚合物钠盐、亚甲基双甲基萘磺酸钠中一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚酯纤维用染色剂,其特征在于,所述匀染剂为阴离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂复配型表面活性剂,阴离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂的质量比为1~2:1。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种聚酯纤维用染色剂,其特征在于,所述阴离子表面活性剂为磺酸盐类中任意一种,非离子表面活性剂为醚类中任意一种。
