Abstract

本发明涉及一种环氧树脂组合物、涂料及其应用。该环氧树脂组合物包括如下质量份数的各原料:环氧树脂78份~90份;消泡剂0.2份~0.7份;增韧剂1份~6份;稀释剂5份~20份;单端被聚乙烯基醚改性的硅油0.6份~1.5份;其中,单端被聚乙烯基醚改性的硅油的化学式为(CH3)3SiO(SiO)nSi(CH3)2CH2‑Z‑(CH2CH2O)mH,Z为二价有机基团,二价有机基团为CH2CH2、CH2COO或CH(CH3)CH2OO,m取值为5~50,n取值为8~10。本发明采用单端被聚乙烯基醚改性的硅油与其他原料合理配比制得环氧树脂组合物,与固化剂固化交联后,赋予贴面材料优异的柔韧性和耐屈挠性。

技术领域
本发明涉及材料技术领域,特别是涉及一种环氧树脂组合物、涂料及其应用。
背景技术
随着现代化的进程和科学的进步,涌现了大量的新材料应用于建筑装饰装中。其中,贴面材料已成为现代生产和生活中广泛使用的一种装饰材料,例如将贴面装饰材料用于家具贴面装饰、墙壁贴面装饰灯等。但是,随着生活水平的提高,人们对贴面材料的要求也越来越高,不仅要求贴面材料具有较好的美感,还要求贴面材料具有较好的机械性能,使用时不容易发生鼓包和分层以及不释放有毒气体。
传统的贴面材料一般是在玻璃纤维布层的两个表面分别涂布环氧树脂涂层,但是该贴面材料的拉伸强度和耐屈挠性能较差。
发明内容
基于此,有必要针对传统贴面材料的拉伸强度和耐屈挠性能较差的问题,提供一种环氧树脂组合物、涂料及其应用。

在其中一个实施例中,贴面材料还包括经遍布层和防水油毡层;所述经遍布层位于所述第一环氧树脂固化层远离所述玻璃纤维层的一侧,所述防水油毡层位于所述第二环氧树脂固化层远离所述玻璃纤维层的一侧。
本发明采用特定的单端被聚乙烯基醚改性的硅油作为原料,并且与其他原料进行合理配比,从而制得环氧树脂组合物。经实验证明,该环氧树脂组合物与固化剂固化交联后,应用于贴面材料,使得贴面材料具有优异的柔韧性和耐屈挠性。
本发明的贴面材料由于包括上述环氧树脂组合物制得的环氧树脂固化层,从而赋予了贴面材料较强的拉伸强度和优良的耐屈挠性能,且该贴面材料还包括经编布层和防水油毡层,经编布的花纹赋予贴面材料各种表面纹路,不需要昂贵的花纹辊,制造方法简单,生产成本低;防水油毡层赋予了贴面材料优良的防水性能。

改性硅油是在普通硅油的硅原子的一部分导入除甲基及苯基以外的有机基(以下,也称为“改性基”)而成的硅油。改性基如氯苯基、甲基苯乙烯基、长链烷基(例如碳数2~18的烷基)、聚醚基、卡必醇基、氨基烷基、环氧基、(甲基)丙烯酰基等。
聚醚改性硅油,是由性能差别很大的聚醚链段和聚硅氧烷链段,通过化学键连接而成。聚醚硅油主要有SiOC类主链型、SiOC类侧链型、SiC类侧链型、SiC类两端型、SiC类单端型。本发明采用的是单端被聚乙烯基醚改性的硅油。
本发明采用特定的单端被聚乙烯基醚改性的硅油作为原料,并且与其他原料进行合理配比,从而制得环氧树脂组合物。该环氧树脂组合物与固化剂固化交联后,应用于贴面材料,使得贴面材料具有优异的柔韧性和耐屈挠性。

进一步地,环氧树脂涂料还包括固化剂;按照质量份数,环氧树脂组合物为80份~100份,固化剂为15份~35份。
在其中一实施例中,固化剂可选择脂肪族多元胺(如乙二胺、己二胺、二乙烯三胺、三乙烯四胺)和低分子量聚酰胺树脂(由亚油酸二聚体或桐油酸二聚体与脂肪族多元胺如乙二胺,二乙烯三胺反应生成的琥珀色粘稠状树脂)。优选为低分子量聚酰胺树脂。
本发明还提供一种环氧树脂涂料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
按照上述的环氧树脂涂料的各原料备料,然后混匀即得。
本发明还提供一种贴面材料,包括依次层叠的第一环氧树脂固化层、玻璃纤维布层和第二环氧树脂固化层;第一环氧树脂固化层和第二环氧树脂固化层由上述的环氧树脂涂料制备而成。
进一步地,该贴面材料还包括经遍布层和防水油毡层;经遍布层位于第一环氧树脂固化层远离玻璃纤维层的一侧,防水油毡层位于第二环氧树脂固化层远离玻璃纤维层的一侧。即,该贴面材料包括依次层叠的经编布层、第一环氧树脂固化层、玻璃纤维布层、第二环氧树脂固化层和防水油毡层。经编布层优选为聚酯长纤维经编布层。
上述贴面材料的制备方法包括如下步骤:
将上述环氧树脂涂料喷涂在防水油毡的一面,然后与玻璃纤维布的一面复合,之后送入烘箱烘烤固化;然后将上述环氧树脂涂料喷涂在玻璃纤维布的另一面,与经编布的一面复合,之后送入烘箱烘烤固化,即得;烘箱烘烤固化的温度为60℃~90℃。
本发明的贴面材料由于包括上述环氧树脂组合物制得的环氧树脂固化层,从而赋予了贴面材料的较强的拉伸强度和优良的耐屈挠性能,且该贴面材料还包括经编布层和防水油毡层,经编布的花纹赋予贴面材料各种表面纹路,不需要昂贵的花纹辊,制造方法简单,生产成本低;防水油毡层赋予了贴面材料优良的防水性能。

实施例1~7的环氧树脂组合物的原料如表1所示:

本对比例4的环氧树脂组合物的制备方法同实施例5,区别在于,将单端被聚乙烯基醚改性的硅油替换为[HO(CH2CH2O)mCH2CH2CH2](CH3)2SiO[Si(CH3)2O]nSi(CH3)2[CH2CH2CH2O(CH2CH2O)mH],n平均值为30,m平均值为15。
对比例5
本对比例5的环氧树脂组合物的制备方法同实施例5,区别在于,将单端被聚乙烯基醚改性的硅油替换为(CH3)3SiO[Si(CH3)2O]x{Si(CH3)[CH2CH2CH2O(CH2CH2O)zH]O}ySi(CH3)3,x平均值为20,y平均值为5,z平均值为15。
制备环氧树脂涂料
取上述实施例1~7和对比例1~5的环氧树脂组合物各100g,然后分别与20g由亚油酸二聚体与二乙烯三胺反应生成的琥珀色低分子量聚酰胺树脂混合,搅拌均匀,即得环氧树脂涂料,记为实施例8~14和对比例6~10。
制备贴面材料
将实施例8~14和对比例6~10的环氧树脂涂料采用相同工艺制作贴面材料:
将环氧树脂涂料喷涂在防水油毡的一面,然后与玻璃纤维布的一面复合,之后送入烘箱,在80℃烘烤固化,然后将环氧树脂涂料喷涂在玻璃纤维布的另一面,与聚酯长纤维经编布的一面复合,之后送入烘箱,在80℃烘烤固化,即得贴面材料,记为实验组1~7和对比组1~5。
性能测试
将实验组1~7和对比组1~5的贴面材料进行拉伸断裂强度测试和耐屈挠性能测试,测试结果如表2所示。
1、拉伸断裂强度测试方法:拉伸强度通过拉力机进行测量。
2、耐屈挠性测试:按照GB/T 12586-2003《橡胶或塑料涂覆织物耐屈挠破坏性的测定》中的方法B执行。耐屈挠试验后,将所有可见因素,如折皱、龟裂、剥落和褪色等考虑进去,来评价整个外观情况。将经过屈挠试验的试验和未经过屈挠试验的试样进行对比,并且不经放大,按照下列4种等级确定外观劣化分级:0——无;1——轻微;2——中等;3——严重。

从表2的拉伸断裂强度和耐屈挠等级的数据可以看出,本发明实验组1~7的贴面材料的拉伸强度在3×103MPa~4×103MPa之间,耐挠曲等级为0。而对比组1的贴面材料采用的环氧树脂涂料中的单端被聚乙烯基醚改性的硅油的量较少,虽然拉伸断裂强度没有较大改变,但是耐屈挠等级已达到2等级。而对比组2的贴面材料采用的环氧树脂涂料中的单端被聚乙烯基醚改性的硅油的量较多,拉伸断裂强度和耐屈挠性能均较差。对比组3的贴面材料采用的增韧剂较多,破坏了环氧树脂所形成交联固化层的粘结强度,而使得拉伸强度和耐屈挠等级都急剧下降;对比组4和5均没有采用单端被聚乙烯基醚改性的硅油,拉伸断裂强度和耐屈挠性能均较差。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (10)

1.一种环氧树脂组合物,其特征在于,包括如下质量份数的各原料:

其中,所述单端被聚乙烯基醚改性的硅油的化学式为(CH3)3SiO[Si(CH3)2O]30Si(CH3)2[CH2CH2CH2O(CH2CH2O)15H]。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环氧树脂组合物,其特征在于,包括如下质量份数的各原料:

3.根据权利要求1所述的环氧树脂组合物,其特征在于,包括如下质量份数的各原料:

4.根据权利要求1所述的环氧树脂组合物,其特征在于,所述消泡剂选自硅酮消泡剂和聚醚消泡剂中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的环氧树脂组合物,其特征在于,所述增韧剂选自端羧基丁腈橡胶和丙烯酸酯橡胶中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1~5任一项所述的环氧树脂组合物,其特征在于,所述稀释剂为缩水甘油醚。
7.一种环氧树脂涂料,其特征在于,包括权利要求1~6任一项所述的环氧树脂组合物。
8.根据权利要求7所述的环氧树脂涂料,其特征在于,所述环氧树脂涂料还包括固化剂;按照质量份数,所述环氧树脂组合物为80份~100份,所述固化剂为15份~35份。
9.一种贴面材料,其特征在于,包括依次层叠的第一环氧树脂固化层、玻璃纤维布层和第二环氧树脂固化层;所述第一环氧树脂固化层和所述第二环氧树脂固化层由权利要求7或8所述的环氧树脂涂料制备而成。
10.根据权利要求9所述的贴面材料,其特征在于,还包括经编布层和防水油毡层;所述经遍布层位于所述第一环氧树脂固化层远离所述玻璃纤维布 层的一侧,所述防水油毡层位于所述第二环氧树脂固化层远离所述玻璃纤维布 层的一侧。
