背景技术
陶瓷因为其环保、优美和使用方便,应用非常广泛,不仅应用于日常生活中的餐具、茶具,也经常作为艺术品,或用作收藏或用作摆件。但是,陶瓷器皿容易破裂,修补起来,工艺复杂,操作难度大,修改后痕迹明显,达不到期望的完美效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种瓷器修补工艺,操作步骤简单,修补后整体效果好,整体强度好。
本发明所述的陶瓷器修补工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)清理:对待修补面用60-80℃热水冲洗干净,然后用清洗液冲洗;
(2)预处理:对待修补面用砂布打磨;
(3)将粘合剂涂抹到待修补面,然后,剔除多余粘合剂,通风,阴凉处晾干;对接缝打磨;接缝处涂抹陶瓷黏土,涂釉质层,放入加热炉烘烤。
陶瓷器修补后整体效果非常好,修补痕迹不明显,整体强度好,不会因为修补过容易碎裂。
进一步优选地,预处理采用300目的砂纸打磨。
进一步优选地,清理时,将待修补面浸泡到热水1-2小时。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明通过设置采用热水清洗以及砂布打磨预处理,陶瓷器待修补面更容易粘接,粘接牢固度更好,修补的整体效果上有了很大提升,整体强度上与修补前基本一致;外观的整体效果上也有很好的完整性,修补痕迹不明显。

(3)将粘合剂涂抹到待修补面,然后,剔除多余粘合剂,通风,阴凉处晾干;对接缝打磨;接缝处涂抹陶瓷黏土,涂釉质层,放入加热炉烘烤。

(3)将粘合剂涂抹到待修补面,然后,剔除多余粘合剂,通风,阴凉处晾干;对接缝打磨;接缝处涂抹陶瓷黏土,涂釉质层,放入加热炉烘烤。

(1)清理:对待修补面用80℃热水冲洗干净后,将待修补面浸泡到热水中1.5小时,然后用清洗液冲洗;
(2)预处理:对待修补面用砂布打磨;预处理采用300目的砂纸打磨。
(3)将粘合剂涂抹到待修补面,然后,剔除多余粘合剂,通风,阴凉处晾干;对接缝打磨;接缝处涂抹陶瓷黏土,涂釉质层,放入加热炉烘烤。
