a. Cleaning and disinfecting used equipment and tools for later use;
b. adding the propylene glycol of the phase A into a pre-sterilized feeding barrel, sequentially adding other materials of the phase A, uniformly stirring by using a stainless steel spoon, and soaking for one day for later use;
c. adding the soaked A-phase material into a stirring pot, heating to 95 ℃, preserving heat for 8 hours, and naturally cooling to normal temperature;
d. preparing a charging barrel, discharging the phase A cooled to the normal temperature, and soaking for 15 days again;
e. preparing a material placing barrel and a filter screen, filtering the soaked phase A for later use, and uniformly mixing the phase B for later use in advance;
f. adding the pre-mixed B phase into the A phase, and uniformly stirring by using a stainless steel spoon;
g. and adding the phase C into the mixed solution of the phase A and the phase B, uniformly stirring, and sampling to detect to be qualified.

selecting a phase B raw material: ethanol: 8% and borneol: 0.4%, vanillyl butyl ether: 0.7 percent;
selecting C-phase raw materials: phenoxyethanol: 0.3%, chlorphenesin: 0.13%, 1, 2-hexanediol: 0.3 percent.

The herbaceous plant relieving essential oil capable of relaxing tendons and activating collaterals as claimed in claim 1, wherein the phase A is prepared from the following raw materials: propylene glycol, ephedra, mountain pepper root, mugwort, monkshood, white paeony root, garden balsam stem, erycibe obtusifolia, notopterygium, woodlouse, pyrola, rhubarb, frankincense, doubleteeth pubescent angelica root, Weilingshan, shinyleaf pricklyash root and methylparaben.
3. The herbaceous plant relieving essential oil capable of relaxing tendons and activating collaterals as claimed in claim 1, wherein the phase B is prepared from the following raw materials: ethanol, borneol and vanillyl butyl ether.
4. The herbaceous plant relieving essential oil capable of relaxing tendons and activating collaterals as claimed in claim 1, wherein the phase C is prepared from the following raw materials: phenoxyethanol, chlorphenesin and 1, 2-hexanediol.

The herbaceous plant relieving essential oil with the effects of relaxing tendons and activating collaterals as claimed in claim 2, wherein the propylene glycol is 0.1% -0.3%, and the ephedra herb is: 0.3% -0.6%, mountain pepper root: 1% -1.6%, mugwort: 0.4% -1%, radix aconiti: 0.6% -1.2%, white peony root: 0.6% -1%, garden balsam stem: 0.5% -1%, and erycibe obtusifolia: 0.5% -0.8%, notopterygium root: 0.2% -0.8%, cassia twig: 0.4% -1%, ginger: 1% -2%, asarum herb: 0.1% -0.5%, safflower: 0.2% -1%, ground beetle: 0.3% -0.6%, pyrola: 1% -1.6%, rhubarb: 0.3% -0.6%, frankincense: 0.1% -0.6%, pubescent angelica root: 0.5% -1%, weilingshan: 0.5% -1%, radix zanthoxyli: 0.5% -1%, methylparaben: 0.08 to 0.2 percent.
6. The herbaceous plant relieving essential oil capable of relaxing tendons and activating collaterals as claimed in claim 3, wherein the ratio of ethanol: 6% -10%, borneol: 0.2% -0.6%, vanillyl butyl ether: 0.5 to 0.8 percent.
7. The herbaceous plant relieving essential oil with the effects of relaxing tendons and activating collaterals as claimed in claim 4, wherein the phenoxyethanol: 0.1% -0.5%, chlorphenesin: 0.05% -0.2%, 1, 2-hexanediol: 0.1 to 0.4 percent.
8. The herbal plant relieving essential oil with the effects of relaxing tendons and activating collaterals as well as the preparation method and the use method thereof according to claim 1 are as follows:
cleaning and disinfecting used equipment and tools for later use;
adding the propylene glycol of the phase A into a pre-sterilized feeding barrel, sequentially adding other materials of the phase A, uniformly stirring by using a stainless steel spoon, and soaking for one day for later use;
adding the soaked A-phase material into a stirring pot, heating to 85-95 ℃, preserving heat for 8 hours, and naturally cooling to normal temperature;
preparing a charging barrel, discharging the phase A cooled to the normal temperature, and soaking for 15 days again;
preparing a material placing barrel and a filter screen, filtering the soaked phase A for later use, and uniformly mixing the phase B for later use in advance;
adding the pre-mixed B phase into the A phase, and uniformly stirring by using a stainless steel spoon;
and adding the phase C into the mixed solution of the phase A and the phase B, uniformly stirring, and sampling to detect to be qualified.
