Abstract

本发明提供了一种抗菌型凝胶退热贴,包括由上至下设置背衬层、水凝胶层和聚乙烯薄膜覆盖层,所述水凝胶层由下列以重量份数配比的原料制得:高分子物质10‑20份、纯化水60‑70份、分子碘5‑10份、甘油8‑13份、冰片3‑5份、成型剂0.5‑1.5份、交联调节剂0.5‑1.5份。由于本发明采用上述的方案,本方案中的退热贴具有抗菌、杀菌的分子碘成分,可以在退热贴使用过程中自动脱落或被撕下后,保护退热贴免受环境细菌的污染。

一种抗菌型凝胶退热贴及其制备方法
【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种抗菌型凝胶退热贴及其制备方法。
【背景技术】
退热贴主要通过凝胶内的水分气化带走人体局部的热量,起到降温退热的作用,而现有的退热贴使用群体主要是婴幼儿或者儿童,但在退热贴的实际使用过程中,退热贴容易从使用者的发热部位处松脱,尤其是婴幼儿,它们不喜欢退热贴的贴肤质感,经常会用手去将退热贴撕下来,在退热贴自行松脱或被撕下来后,水凝胶部裸露在外,非常用以受到环境细菌的污染,若再将沾染了细菌的退热贴重新贴回人体发热部,则这些细菌容易侵害到体质较弱的婴幼儿。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的是为了克服上述问题,我们提供了一种抗菌型凝胶退热贴,其具分子碘成分,可以在退热贴的使用过程中,起到杀菌、抑菌的作用。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种抗菌型凝胶退热贴,包括由上至下设置背衬层、水凝胶层和聚乙烯薄膜覆盖层,其特征在于:所述水凝胶层由下列以重量份数配比的原料制得:高分子物质10-20份、纯化水60-70份、分子碘5-10份、甘油8-13份、冰片3-5份、成型剂0.5-1.5份、交联调节剂0.5-1.5份。
于一个或多个实施例中,所述水凝胶层有下列重量份数配比的原料制得:高分子物质12份、纯化水65份、分子碘8份、甘油9份、冰片3.5份、成型剂1份、交联调节剂1.5份。
于一个或多个实施例中,所述背衬层为无纺布或复合无纺布。
于一个或多个实施例中,所述的交联调节剂为EDTA-2Na。
于一个或多个实施例中,所述成型剂为二氧化钛或高岭土中的一种。
本发明还提供了一种抗菌型凝胶退热贴的制备方法,其通过以下步骤制备:
a.将12份高分子物质、65份纯化水、9份甘油和3.5份冰片放入第一搅拌器中,在常温下以120r/min的转速搅拌20-30分钟;
b.往搅拌器中加入8份分子碘、1份成型剂和1.5份交联调节剂,在40℃的温度下以140r/min的转速搅拌30-40分钟,然后静置20-30分钟后获得水凝胶混合物;
c.将背衬层裁剪成所需形状,将b步骤中得到的水凝胶混合物均匀的涂覆至裁剪后的背衬层上;
d.将聚乙烯薄膜覆盖层裁剪成背衬层的形状,并将裁剪后的聚乙烯薄膜覆盖层覆盖在混合物层上,然后进行固化得出退热贴成品。
于一个或多个实施例中,所述涂覆至背衬层上的水凝胶混合物的厚度为0.5-1.2mm。
本发明同背景技术相比存在的效果是:
由于本发明采用上述的方案,本方案中的退热贴具有抗菌、杀菌的分子碘成分,可以在退热贴使用过程中自动脱落或被撕下后,保护退热贴免受环境细菌的污染。

为了加深对本发明的理解,下面将结合实施例和附图对本发明作进一步详述,该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不构成对本发明的保护范围的限定。
请参看图1,本发明提供了一种抗菌型凝胶退热贴,包括由上至下设置背衬层1、水凝胶层2和聚乙烯薄膜覆盖层3,所述水凝胶层2由下列以重量份数配比的原料制得:高分子物质10-20份、纯化水60-70份、分子碘5-10份、甘油8-13份、冰片3-5份、成型剂0.5-1.5份、交联调节剂0.5-1.5份,在退热贴的水凝胶层2上的制作过程中添加分子碘成分,通过分子碘的杀菌、抑菌作用,确保退热贴在使用过程中,免受外界细菌、真菌、微生物的污染。
优选的,所述水凝胶层采用高分子物质12份、纯化水65份、分子碘8份、甘油9份、冰片3.5份、成型剂1份、交联调节剂1.5份,该配比成分得到的退热贴具有较好的杀菌、抑菌作用,并且退热散热效果好。
优选的,所述背衬层1为无纺布或复合无纺布。所述的交联调节剂为EDTA-2Na。所述成型剂为二氧化钛或高岭土中的一种。所述高分子物质是聚丙烯酰胺、海藻酸钠、羧甲基纤维素钠和 聚乙烯醇中的一种。
本发明的抗菌型凝胶退热贴通过以下制备步骤制备得到:
a.将12份高分子物质、65份纯化水、9份甘油和3.5份冰片放入第一搅拌器中,在常温下以120r/min的转速搅拌20-30分钟;
b.往搅拌器中加入8份分子碘、1份成型剂和1.5份交联调节剂,在40℃的温度下以140r/min的转速搅拌30-40分钟,然后静置20-30分钟后获得水凝胶混合物;
c.将背衬层1裁剪成所需形状,将b步骤中得到的水凝胶混合物均匀的涂覆至裁剪后的背衬层1上,背衬层1的形状可以是心形、月牙形、圆形、矩形等形状,还可以在背衬层1上设计图案,以贴合婴幼儿的童心。
d.将聚乙烯薄膜覆盖层3裁剪成背衬层1的形状,并将裁剪后的聚乙烯薄膜覆盖层3覆盖在混合物层上,然后进行固化得出退热贴成品。
优选的,所述涂覆至背衬层1上的水凝胶混合物的厚度为0.5-1.2mm,优选为1mm,在该厚度中,水凝胶层可以持续散热10个小时以上,基本可以满足日常发热降温的需求。
除上述实施例外,本发明还可以有其他实施方式,采用等同替换或等效变换形成的技术方案,均落在本发明的保护范围内。

1.一种抗菌型凝胶退热贴,包括由上至下设置背衬层(1)、水凝胶层(2)和聚乙烯薄膜覆盖层(3),其特征在于:所述水凝胶层(2)由下列以重量份数配比的原料制得:高分子物质10-20份、纯化水60-70份、分子碘5-10份、甘油8-13份、冰片3-5份、成型剂0.5-1.5份、交联调节剂0.5-1.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌型凝胶退热贴,其特征在于:所述水凝胶层(2)有下列重量份数配比的原料制得:高分子物质12份、纯化水65份、分子碘8份、甘油9份、冰片3.5份、成型剂1份、交联调节剂1.5份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种抗菌型凝胶退热贴,其特征在于:所述背衬层(1)为无纺布或复合无纺布。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种抗菌型凝胶退热贴,其特征在于:所述的交联调节剂为EDTA-2Na。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种抗菌型凝胶退热贴,其特征在于:所述成型剂为二氧化钛或高岭土中的一种。
6.一种抗菌型凝胶退热贴的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
a.将12份高分子物质、65份纯化水、9份甘油和3.5份冰片放入第一搅拌器中,在常温下以120r/min的转速搅拌20-30分钟;
b.往搅拌器中加入8份分子碘、1份成型剂和1.5份交联调节剂,在40℃的温度下以140r/min的转速搅拌30-40分钟,然后静置20-30分钟后获得水凝胶混合物;
c.将背衬层(1)裁剪成所需形状,将b步骤中得到的水凝胶混合物均匀的涂覆至裁剪后的背衬层(1)上;
d.将聚乙烯薄膜覆盖层(3)裁剪成背衬层(1)的形状,并将裁剪后的聚乙烯薄膜覆盖层(3)覆盖在混合物层上,然后进行固化得出退热贴成品。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种抗菌型凝胶退热贴的制备方法,其特征在于:所述涂覆至背衬层(1)上的水凝胶混合物的厚度为0.5-1.2mm。
