本发明涉及一种创可贴用胶黏剂及其制备方法,属于医用材料技术领域。该创可贴用胶黏剂包括按照质量份数计的如下原料:环氧树脂20-40份、脂环胺15-25份、十二烷基水甘油醚5-10份、羧甲基纤维素钠1-5份、纳米氧化锌0.2-1份、硅胶0.5-2份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯1-3份、滑石粉0.1-0.5份、甲壳素0.1-0.3份、乙二醇2-8份。本发明的创可贴用胶黏剂无毒害,有良好的抗菌作用,满足医用级别,透气性好且防水性好;本发明制备方法简便,适用于大范围推广应用。

创可贴用胶黏剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于医用材料技术领域,具体涉及创可贴用胶黏剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
胶黏剂(adhesive)是通过界面的黏附和内聚等作用,能使两种或两种以上的制件或材料连接在一起的天然的或合成的、有机的或无机的一类物质,统称为胶黏剂,又叫黏合剂,习惯上简称为胶。简而言之,胶黏剂就是通过黏合作用,能使被黏物结合在一起的物质。“胶黏剂”是通用的标准术语,亦包括其他一些胶水、胶泥、胶浆、胶膏等。
创可贴,是人们生活中最常用的一种外科用药。创可贴,又名“止血膏药”,具有止血,保护创口作用。它是由一条长形的胶布,中间附以一小块浸过药物的纱条构成。这就要求胶布上的胶黏剂具有良好的粘结性,还要安全无毒。但是目前的创可贴使用的时间不宜过长,由于创可贴外层的胶布不透气,过久地使用就会使伤口和伤口周围的皮肤发白变软,导致细菌的继发的感染,从而使伤口更加的恶化。现有的医用胶黏剂不仅要求胶黏剂具有良好的粘结性,还要安全无毒。
因此,市场需要一种抗菌性好,同时透气性好的创可贴用胶黏剂。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了提供一种创可贴用胶黏剂及其制备方法,该创可贴用胶黏剂无毒害,有良好的抗菌作用,满足医用级别,透气性好且防水性好。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
创可贴用胶黏剂,包括按照质量份数计的如下原料:环氧树脂20-40份、脂环胺15-25份、十二烷基水甘油醚5-10份、羧甲基纤维素钠1-5份、纳米氧化锌0.2-1份、硅胶0.5-2份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯1-3份、滑石粉0.1-0.5份、甲壳素0.1-0.3份、乙二醇2-8份。
以上所述的创可贴用胶黏剂,包括按照质量份数计的如下原料:环氧树脂30份、脂环胺21份、十二烷基水甘油醚7份、羧甲基纤维素钠3份、纳米氧化锌0.6份、硅胶1.2份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯2份、滑石粉0.3份、甲壳素0.2份、乙二醇5份。
进一步,所述硅胶为细孔硅胶,平均孔距2.0-3.0nm。
以上所述的创可贴用胶黏剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)按照质量配比,将环氧树脂和硅胶混合,搅拌30-60min,升温至80-90℃,再依次加入羟甲基纤维素、纳米氧化锌、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、滑石粉和甲壳素,搅拌均匀;
(2)再加入脂环胺和十二烷基水甘油醚,继续搅拌30-60min;
(3)向步骤(2)所得混合物中滴加乙二醇,搅拌均匀,即得所述创可贴用胶黏剂。
进一步,所述步骤(1)中升温至85℃。
本发明的有益效果为:
第一,本发明的创可贴用胶黏剂在保证抗菌性好的基础上,透气性大幅度提升,延长使用时间,减少伤口感染;
第二,本发明的创可贴用胶黏剂同时具有良好的防水性,遇水不易感染伤口,也不易掉落;
第三,本发明制备方法适用范围广,节能省时,工艺可靠高效,利于规模化生产。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的详细描述,本发明中使用的原料若无特别说明,均可通过市购获得。
实施例1
创可贴用胶黏剂,包括按照质量份数计的如下原料:环氧树脂20份、脂环胺15份、十二烷基水甘油醚5份、羧甲基纤维素钠1份、纳米氧化锌0.2份、硅胶0.5份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯1份、滑石粉0.1份、甲壳素0.1份、乙二醇2份,其中所述硅胶为细孔硅胶,平均孔距2.0-3.0nm。
上述创可贴用胶黏剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)按照质量配比,将环氧树脂和硅胶混合,搅拌30min,升温至80℃,再依次加入羟甲基纤维素、纳米氧化锌、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、滑石粉和甲壳素,搅拌均匀;
(2)再加入脂环胺和十二烷基水甘油醚,继续搅拌30min;
(3)向步骤(2)所得混合物中滴加乙二醇,搅拌均匀,即得所述创可贴用胶黏剂。
实施例2
创可贴用胶黏剂,包括按照质量份数计的如下原料:环氧树脂24份、脂环胺18份、十二烷基水甘油醚6份、羧甲基纤维素钠2份、纳米氧化锌0.4份、硅胶0.8份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯2份、滑石粉0.2份、甲壳素0.1份、乙二醇4份,其中所述硅胶为细孔硅胶,平均孔距2.0-3.0nm。
上述创可贴用胶黏剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)按照质量配比,将环氧树脂和硅胶混合,搅拌40min,升温至82℃,再依次加入羟甲基纤维素、纳米氧化锌、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、滑石粉和甲壳素,搅拌均匀;
(2)再加入脂环胺和十二烷基水甘油醚,继续搅拌40min;
(3)向步骤(2)所得混合物中滴加乙二醇,搅拌均匀,即得所述创可贴用胶黏剂。
实施例3
创可贴用胶黏剂,包括按照质量份数计的如下原料:环氧树脂30份、脂环胺21份、十二烷基水甘油醚7份、羧甲基纤维素钠3份、纳米氧化锌0.6份、硅胶1.2份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯2份、滑石粉0.3份、甲壳素0.2份、乙二醇5份。
上述创可贴用胶黏剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)按照质量配比,将环氧树脂和硅胶混合,搅拌50min,升温至85℃,再依次加入羟甲基纤维素、纳米氧化锌、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、滑石粉和甲壳素,搅拌均匀;
(2)再加入脂环胺和十二烷基水甘油醚,继续搅拌50min;
(3)向步骤(2)所得混合物中滴加乙二醇,搅拌均匀,即得所述创可贴用胶黏剂。
实施例4
创可贴用胶黏剂,包括按照质量份数计的如下原料:环氧树脂35份、脂环胺23份、十二烷基水甘油醚8份、羧甲基纤维素钠4份、纳米氧化锌0.9份、硅胶1.6份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯2份、滑石粉0.4份、甲壳素0.3份、乙二醇7份,其中所述硅胶为细孔硅胶,平均孔距2.0-3.0nm。
上述创可贴用胶黏剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)按照质量配比,将环氧树脂和硅胶混合,搅拌50min,升温至88℃,再依次加入羟甲基纤维素、纳米氧化锌、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、滑石粉和甲壳素,搅拌均匀;
(2)再加入脂环胺和十二烷基水甘油醚,继续搅拌50min;
(3)向步骤(2)所得混合物中滴加乙二醇,搅拌均匀,即得所述创可贴用胶黏剂。
实施例5
创可贴用胶黏剂,包括按照质量份数计的如下原料:环氧树脂40份、脂环胺25份、十二烷基水甘油醚10份、羧甲基纤维素钠5份、纳米氧化锌1份、硅胶2份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯3份、滑石粉0.5份、甲壳素0.3份、乙二醇8份,其中所述硅胶为细孔硅胶,平均孔距2.0-3.0nm。
上述创可贴用胶黏剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)按照质量配比,将环氧树脂和硅胶混合,搅拌60min,升温至90℃,再依次加入羟甲基纤维素、纳米氧化锌、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、滑石粉和甲壳素,搅拌均匀;
(2)再加入脂环胺和十二烷基水甘油醚,继续搅拌60min;
(3)向步骤(2)所得混合物中滴加乙二醇,搅拌均匀,即得所述创可贴用胶黏剂。
性能测试
对本发明实施例1-5所得产品进行性能测试,结果如下表:

由上表可见,本发明的创可贴用胶黏剂有良好的抗菌作用,透气性好且防水性好,其中实施例3效果最佳。

1.创可贴用胶黏剂,其特征在于,包括按照质量份数计的如下原料:环氧树脂20-40份、脂环胺15-25份、十二烷基水甘油醚5-10份、羧甲基纤维素钠1-5份、纳米氧化锌0.2-1份、硅胶0.5-2份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯1-3份、滑石粉0.1-0.5份、甲壳素0.1-0.3份、乙二醇2-8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的创可贴用胶黏剂,其特征在于,包括按照质量份数计的如下原料:环氧树脂30份、脂环胺21份、十二烷基水甘油醚7份、羧甲基纤维素钠3份、纳米氧化锌0.6份、硅胶1.2份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯2份、滑石粉0.3份、甲壳素0.2份、乙二醇5份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的创可贴用胶黏剂,其特征在于,所述硅胶为细孔硅胶,平均孔距2.0-3.0nm。
4.权利要求1或2所述的创可贴用胶黏剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)按照质量配比,将环氧树脂和硅胶混合,搅拌30-60min,升温至80-90℃,再依次加入羟甲基纤维素、纳米氧化锌、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、滑石粉和甲壳素,搅拌均匀;
(2)再加入脂环胺和十二烷基水甘油醚,继续搅拌30-60min;
(3)向步骤(2)所得混合物中滴加乙二醇,搅拌均匀,即得所述创可贴用胶黏剂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的创可贴用胶黏剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中升温至85℃。
