Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of online shopping systems, in particular to an order management system.
Background
With the rapid development of network technology, the traditional trade is undergoing a revolution fully advancing towards the e-commerce, the e-commerce increasingly shows huge market value and development potential, and is widely applied to various industries, the e-commerce platform is diversified, the transaction scale is huge, a large comprehensive service seller is in batch emergence, the industrial chain is more refined and perfect in division of labor, and the e-commerce ERP system gradually forms the characteristic of clear functional requirements. Whether the system can support the normal development of the large-scale e-commerce business of large-brand enterprises and the cross-platform and cross-product comprehensive service large-seller e-commerce business is the embodiment of the adaptability, the technical level and the competitiveness of a set of e-commerce ERP system, and the e-commerce ERP system is gradually mature along with the fire-heat development of e-commerce and is continuously optimized in an iterative manner, so that a unique functional requirement is formed. In the on-line shopping system in the prior art, after the order is placed and paid on line, the goods are supervised and the order is input manually, and the related management of a supply chain cannot be carried out. Therefore, improvements in the prior art are needed.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects in the prior art, an order management system is provided to help an e-commerce system complete the whole transaction and perform related management on a supply chain.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides an order management system, which comprises the following steps:
s1: selecting a required product at a user side, and placing an order;
s2: the management platform is divided into sub-orders according to the commodities, and each sub-order comprises commodity information;
s3: after the user places an order as required, the management platform generates a settlement order and carries out payment;
s4: if the payment fails, closing the order at the user side, and if the payment succeeds, informing a background to judge the inventory;
s5: after the inventory is determined to be sufficient, the stock is finished and the delivery is finished.
In a further improvement, in step S4, if the payment is successful, the invoice is generated and corresponds to the delivered invoice number.
In a further improvement, in step S4, if the order payment fails, the user enters a state of waiting for payment, the order is closed if the payment fails, and the background is notified for stock if the payment succeeds.
A further improvement is that the time waiting for the user to pay is 30 minutes, and over 30 minutes the system will modify the order correlation from the database to a closed state and close the payment portal.
A further improvement is that in step S5, the quantity of the goods is counted before the stock, and the order is refunded if the goods are insufficient, and the subsequent delivery is performed if the goods are sufficient.
Due to the adoption of the technical scheme, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the invention is provided with the user end front-end system and the background ERP system, can automatically process, judge payment, settle accounts and stock after the order is placed by the user, does not need to count and operate manually, has simple system and quick operation, can help the e-commerce system to complete the whole transaction, and carries out related management on the supply chain.
Drawings
FIG. 1 is a flow chart of the operation of an order management system according to the present invention.
Detailed Description
In order to make the technical means, the inventive features, the objectives and the effects of the invention easy to understand, the invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
A first embodiment of the present invention discloses an order management system, as shown in fig. 1, which includes the steps of:
s1: selecting a required product at a user side, and placing an order;
s2: the management platform is divided into sub-orders according to the commodities, and each sub-order comprises commodity information;
s3: after the user places an order as required, the management platform generates a settlement order and carries out payment;
s4: if the payment fails, closing the order at the user side, and if the payment succeeds, informing a background to judge the inventory;
s5: after the inventory is determined to be sufficient, the stock is finished and the delivery is finished.
Specifically, in step S4, if the payment is successful, a waybill is generated and corresponds to the delivered waybill number; if the order payment fails, entering a state of waiting for the user to pay, closing the order if the payment fails, and informing a background to stock if the payment succeeds; the time for waiting the payment of the user is 30 minutes, the system modifies the order correlation from the database to a closing state after the time exceeds 30 minutes, and closes the payment entrance; in step S5, the number of items is counted before stock, and if the items are insufficient, the order is refunded, and if the items are sufficient, the subsequent shipment is performed.
In use, a user selects and places goods at a user end, and since the transaction goods may come from different suppliers and warehouses, the order needs to be split into sub-orders according to the goods so as to be delivered and delivered conveniently, and the sub-orders directly contain goods information; as shown in fig. 1, a user places an order as required, any goods can be combined at will, the management platform generates a settlement statement, the system calls a third-party payment interface to send a payment request, a user side displays a payment page, the user can perform payment operation, the management platform judges whether the payment is successful or not, if the payment is successful, the management platform notifies a background to stock goods, if the payment is failed, the management platform displays a waiting state for the payment of the user, if the payment is successful within 30 minutes, a signal is sent to notify the stock goods, otherwise, the order correlation is directly modified to a closed state, and the user side is notified to close a payment inlet; in addition, after the payment is successful, the related data is transmitted to a background ERP system for inventory judgment, if the inventory is insufficient, the user side is prompted to carry out order refund processing, if the inventory is sufficient, the delivery process is started, and the delivery is finished after the user receives the goods.
The order management system is simple and quick to operate, the front-end system and the background ERP system of the user side are arranged, the order can be automatically processed, paid and judged, settled and stocked after the user places the order, statistics and operation are not needed manually, the e-commerce system can be helped to complete the whole transaction, and the supply chain is relatively managed.
Specific embodiments of the invention have been described above. It is to be understood that the invention is not limited to the particular embodiments described above, in that devices and structures not described in detail are understood to be implemented in a manner common in the art; various changes or modifications may be made by one skilled in the art within the scope of the claims without departing from the spirit of the invention, and without affecting the spirit of the invention.
