本发明公开了一种餐具洗洁剂的制备方法。将月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、月桂酰胺丙基氧化胺、甘油硬脂酸酯、乙二醇二硬脂酸酯、柠檬酸锌、乙醇、丁二醇、稻糠油、茶叶提取物、苦参根提取物、柠檬酸和水通过加热、混匀等工艺步骤制得。本发明制备方法简单,其成品性质温和,泡沫柔细,能迅速分解油腻,快速去除污物、异味、腥味,除菌、抑菌,能有效彻底的清洁,易冲洗,不残留,不刺激皮肤,使用后使餐具洁白光亮如新。

餐具洗洁剂洗是一种日常生活清洁用品。现目前的餐具洗洁剂使用后,不易清洗,容易残留在餐具上,长期使用,危害人们的健康。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种餐具洗洁剂的制备方法;本发明制备方法简单,其成品性质温和,泡沫柔细,能迅速分解油腻,快速去除污物、异味、腥味,除菌、抑菌,能有效彻底的清洁,易冲洗,不残留,不刺激皮肤,使用后使餐具洁白光亮如新。
本发明由以下的技术方案实现:
一种餐具洗洁剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括下列步骤:
1、取下述重量份的配料:月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠10-20份、月桂酰胺丙基氧
化胺5-15份和水20-65份,混匀,加温到50-55℃;
2、在在搅拌条件下,依次加入下述重量份的配料:甘油硬脂酸酯2-3份、
乙二醇二硬脂酸酯0.5-2份、柠檬酸锌0.5-1份、乙醇0.5-1份、丁二醇1-2份和水10-15份,搅拌均匀使之完全溶解;
3、降温至30-35℃时,依次加入下述重量份的配料:稻糠油3-6份、茶叶
提取物1-6份、苦参根提取物1-6份和柠檬酸0.5-2份,搅拌均匀,灌装即可。
步骤3中所述的茶叶提取物的制备方法是将茶叶粉碎,加其5-8倍量的水浸泡2-3小时,煎煮2-4次,煎煮时间2-3小时,过滤,合并煎液,将煎液减压蒸发浓缩为原体积的15-20%,加80-95%乙醇至含醇量40-80%,沉淀12-36小时,过滤,滤液减压回收乙醇,即得。
步骤3中所述的所述苦参根提取物的制备方法是将苦参根粉碎,加其5-8倍量的水浸泡2-3小时,煎煮2-4次,煎煮时间2-3小时,过滤,合并煎液,将煎液减压蒸发浓缩为原体积的15-20%,加80-90%乙醇至含醇量40-80%,沉淀12-36小时,过滤,滤液减压回收乙醇,即得。

乙二醇二硬脂酸酯1.2份、柠檬酸锌0.8份、乙醇0.8份、丁二醇1.5份和水13份,搅拌均匀使之完全溶解;
3、降温至35℃时,依次加入下述重量份的配料:稻糠油4份、茶叶提取物
4份、苦参根提取物3份和柠檬酸1份,搅拌均匀,灌装即可。
步骤3中所述的茶叶提取物的制备方法是将茶叶粉碎,加其7倍量的水浸泡2.5小时,煎煮3次,煎煮时间2.5小时,过滤,合并煎液,将煎液减压蒸发浓缩为原体积的18%,加85%乙醇至含醇量60%,沉淀28小时,过滤,滤液减压回收乙醇,即得。
步骤3中所述的苦参根提取物的制备方法是将苦参根粉碎,加其7倍量的水浸泡2.5小时,煎煮3次,煎煮时间2.5小时,过滤,合并煎液,将煎液减压蒸发浓缩为原体积的18%,加85%乙醇至含醇量60%,沉淀28小时,过滤,滤液减压回收乙醇,即得。

一种餐具洗洁剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括下列步骤:
1、取下述重量份的配料:月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠20份、月桂酰胺丙基氧
化胺15份和水65份,混匀,加温到55℃;
2、在在搅拌条件下,依次加入下述重量份的配料:甘油硬脂酸酯3份、
乙二醇二硬脂酸酯2份、柠檬酸锌1份、乙醇1份、丁二醇2份和水15份,搅拌均匀使之完全溶解;
3、降温至35℃时,依次加入下述重量份的配料:稻糠油6份、茶叶提取物
6份、苦参根提取物6份和柠檬酸2份,搅拌均匀,灌装即可。步骤3中所述的茶叶提取物的制备方法是将茶叶粉碎,加其8倍量的水浸泡3小时,煎煮4次,煎煮时间3小时,过滤,合并煎液,将煎液减压蒸发浓缩为原体积的20%,加90%乙醇至含醇量80%,沉淀36小时,过滤,滤液减压回收乙醇,即得。

1. 一种餐具洗洁剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括下列步骤:
取下述重量份的配料:月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠10-20份、月桂酰胺丙基氧
化胺5-15份和水20-65份,混匀,加温到50-55℃;
在在搅拌条件下,依次加入下述重量份的配料:甘油硬脂酸酯2-3份、
乙二醇二硬脂酸酯0.5-2份、柠檬酸锌0.5-1份、乙醇0.5-1份、丁二醇1-2份和水10-15份,搅拌均匀使之完全溶解;
降温至30-35℃时,依次加入下述重量份的配料:稻糠油3-6份、茶叶
提取物1-6份、苦参根提取物1-6份和柠檬酸0.5-2份,搅拌均匀,灌装即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种餐具洗洁剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤3中所述的茶叶提取物的制备方法是将茶叶粉碎,加其5-8倍量的水浸泡2-3小时,煎煮2-4次,煎煮时间2-3小时,过滤,合并煎液,将煎液减压蒸发浓缩为原体积的15-20%,加80-95%乙醇至含醇量40-80%,沉淀12-36小时,过滤,滤液减压回收乙醇,即得。
