本发明公开了一种加强型5G无线通信小基站用防鼠防蚁光电混合缆,两根电缆左右并行排列,两个光缆对称设置于两个电缆的中部上下侧,包带包覆于电缆和光缆外侧,填充物填充于包带内侧电缆和光缆和填充绳外部,包带外侧还依次包覆有屏蔽层、护套和外被层,包带与填充物之间或包带与屏蔽层之间嵌套有扎纱,屏蔽层与护套之间或包带与屏蔽层之间套嵌有撕裂绳。本发明的光缆和电缆呈十字分布,混合缆缆芯结构稳定,光缆采用蝶形光缆,适用于光缆入户,外护层、绝缘层及护套均采用低烟无卤聚烯烃,阻燃和抗电磁干扰性能佳,扎纱和填充物有效保障了混合缆的圆整度,对称撕裂绳可以有效撕开护套,尼龙外被层可提高耐压性能及耐磨性,有效防御鼠蚁损坏。

技术领域
本发明属于光缆电缆技术领域,具体涉及一种加强型5G无线通信小基站用防鼠防蚁光电混合缆。
背景技术
现有的无线通信5G小基站用光电混合缆,主要应用于室内场景、敷设与楼宇天花板、穿管或线槽内,其防鼠防蚁性能较差,产品使用寿命短;针对上述技术问题,现有的光缆或光电复合缆采用增加保护层的方式提高缆线强度,但这在一定程度上增加了生产成本及产品重量;一种护套料和采用该护套料的环境友好型防鼠蚁光电混合缆(专利号:CN106589556A)的中国专利,通过采用改进后的护套料(该护套料含有由煅烧陶土、芥末素、朝天椒素、邻异丙苯基甲基氨基甲酸酯、α-氰基3-苯氧基苄基-右旋顺式-2,2-二甲基-3-(2’2’-二溴乙烯基)环丙烷羧酸酯组成的防鼠蚁剂)制作护套来避免电缆护套遭受鼠蚁的食害侵蚀,但该加强型5G无线通信小基站用防鼠防蚁光电混合缆独特的护套料成分具有强烈的“辛辣味”和刺激性气味,也会造成人体不适而且其刺激效果稳定性不可预测,且其时效性也只有几年时间,并不能伴随混合缆的使用生命周期,无法大规模推广应用。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种加强型5G无线通信小基站用防鼠防蚁光电混合缆,两个光缆和两个电缆呈十字分布,光电信号传输效率佳,光缆采用蝶形光缆,体积小、质量轻,适用于光缆入户,光缆的外护层、电缆的绝缘层及护套均采用低烟无卤聚烯烃材料,多重阻燃保护,阻燃和抗电磁干扰性能佳,扎纱和撕裂绳的嵌套提高光电混合缆的圆整度和机械强度,填充物还可提高阻水性能,尼龙外被层可提高耐压性能及耐磨性,有效防御鼠蚁损坏。
为实现上述技术目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:一种加强型5G无线通信小基站用防鼠防蚁光电混合缆,包括缆芯,缆芯包括电缆、光缆和填充物,两根电缆左右并行排列,两个光缆对称设置于两个电缆的中部上下侧,包带包覆于电缆和光缆外侧,填充物填充于包带内侧电缆和光缆和填充绳外部,包带外侧还依次包覆有屏蔽层、护套和外被层,包带与填充物之间或包带与屏蔽层之间嵌套有扎纱,屏蔽层与护套之间或包带与屏蔽层之间套嵌有撕裂绳。
进一步地,所述电缆包含导体和绝缘层,所述绝缘层包覆在导体外侧,所述导体为单根镀锡铜线或多根绞合的镀锡铜线,所述绝缘层采用低烟无卤聚烯烃材料。
进一步地,所述光缆为两根蝶形光缆,每根蝶形光缆包含1根以上的光纤、2根加强件和外护层,所述加强件对称设置于光纤左右侧,所述外护层包覆于光纤和加强件外侧。
进一步地,所述外护层采用低烟无卤聚烯烃材料。
进一步地,所述填充物为聚酯带、芳纶或阻水纱。
进一步地,所述屏蔽层由镀锡铜线编制而成。
进一步地,所述护套采用低烟无卤聚烯烃材料,所述外被层采用尼龙12,所述护套和外被层双层共挤成型。
本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明的两个光缆和两个电缆呈十字分布,使得光电复合缆的缆芯结构稳定,不易变形;光缆采用蝶形光缆,体积小、质量轻,适用于光缆入户;光缆的外护层、电缆的绝缘层及护套均采用低烟无卤聚烯烃材料,多重阻燃保护,可极大地提高光电混合缆的阻燃性能和抗电磁干扰,而且低烟无卤聚烯烃材料重量轻、成本低;电缆和光缆外侧填充有填充物,填充物为聚酯带、芳纶或阻水纱,可提高光电混合缆的防水防潮性能,屏蔽层与护套之间或包带与屏蔽层之间套嵌有撕裂绳,对称撕裂绳可有效撕开光电混合缆的护套,以有效提升施工效率,同时可提高光电混合缆的机械强度,同时可吸收电缆在使用过程中散发出的热量以及防止电缆线胶皮相互粘连,而且具有一定的阻燃效果;包带与填充物之间或包带与屏蔽层之间嵌套有扎纱,扎纱和填充物可以有效捆扎光电混合缆的缆芯,使得光电混合缆的缆芯更加完整,确保光电混合缆护套后保持圆形形状,更加有利于光电混合缆的敷设施工;外被层采用尼龙12,在-30°-50°间物理性能改变比较小,抗冲击性能佳,而且尼龙材料优异的低摩擦性使光电混合缆更容易敷设,缩短敷设时间,同时尼龙材料的高硬度,使光电混合缆具有更优的耐压性能,以及防止老鼠和蚁类等动物对光电混合缆的破坏,有效提高光电混合缆的生物防护性以及延长其使用寿命,外被层采用的护套和外被层双层共挤成型,可提高光电混合缆的阻隔性能、机械性能、拉伸成型性能。

如图1所示,本发明的一种加强型5G无线通信小基站用防鼠防蚁光电混合缆,包括缆芯,缆芯包括电缆1、光缆2和填充物3,两根电缆1左右并行排列,电缆1包含导体1-1和绝缘层1-2,绝缘层1-2包覆在导体1-1外侧,导体1-1为镀锡铜线,具有良好的电绝缘性能,耐热性能和一定的机械强度,同时可避免铜氧化及腐蚀,提高可焊性和可靠性,绝缘层1-2采用低烟无卤聚烯烃材料,光缆2为两根蝶形光缆,对称设置于两个电缆1的中部上下侧,每根蝶形光缆包含1根光纤2-1、2根加强件2-2和外护层2-3,加强件2-2对称设置于光纤2-1左右侧,加强件2-2采用金属材料,外护层2-3包覆于光纤2-1和加强件2-2外侧,护层2-3采用低烟无卤聚烯烃,重量轻、成本低且具有极好的阻燃效果,包带4包覆于电缆1和光缆2外侧,填充物3填充于包带4内侧电缆1和光缆2和填充绳3外部,填充物3为聚酯带,包带4外侧还依次包覆有屏蔽层5、护套6和外被层7,其中,屏蔽层5由镀锡铜线编制而成,护套6采用低烟无卤聚烯烃,外被层7采用尼龙12材料,护套6和外被层7双层共挤成型,包带4与填充物3之间嵌套有扎纱8,所述屏蔽层5与护套6之间套嵌有撕裂绳9。
