本发明公开了一种圆形3单元增强型小基站光电混合缆,包括缆芯,缆芯包括电缆、光缆和填充物,两根电缆左右并行排列,光缆设置于两个电缆的中部上侧,包带包覆于电缆和光缆外侧,填充物填充于包带内侧电缆和光缆和填充绳外侧,包带外侧还依次包覆有屏蔽层、护套和外被层。本发明可直接传输电能和光通信信号,电缆和光缆外部设置填充物,可阻水防潮,绝缘层、护层和护套均采用低烟无卤聚烯烃、交联阻燃聚烯烃或聚氯乙烯材料,具有极好的阻燃效果且重量轻、成本低,外被层采用的尼龙材料,其优异的低摩擦性使光电混合缆更容易敷设并降低敷设成本,尼龙材料的高硬度,使光电混合缆具有更优的耐压性能以及有效防止鼠蚁对光电混合缆的破坏。

技术领域
本发明属于光缆电缆技术领域,具体涉及一种圆形3单元增强型小基站光电混合缆。
背景技术
现有的小基站用光电混合缆的防鼠防蚁性能较差,鼠蚁咬食光电混合缆的护套不仅会减短缆线的使用寿命同时还可引发漏电、短路或通信中断等问题,更甚者还可能引发火灾。现有的防鼠蚁光电混合缆往往通过增加保护层的方式提高其防鼠防蚁性能,但这在一定程度上增加了光电混合缆自重及生产成本,资源利用率低。因此,亟需一种防鼠防蚁效果佳同时可提高通讯效果或防水等其他性能的光电混合缆。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种具有良好的耐压性能、防水性能及光电传输性能的圆形3单元增强型小基站光电混合缆。
为实现上述技术目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:一种圆形3单元增强型小基站光电混合缆,包括缆芯,缆芯包括电缆、光缆和填充物,两根电缆左右并行排列,光缆设置于两个电缆的中部上侧,包带包覆于电缆和光缆外侧,填充物填充于包带内侧电缆和光缆外侧,包带外侧还依次包覆有屏蔽层、护套和外被层。
进一步地,所述电缆包含导体和绝缘层,所述绝缘层包覆在导体外侧,所述导体为单根铜线、镀锡铜线或铜合金导线,所述绝缘层采用低烟无卤聚烯烃、交联阻燃聚烯烃或聚氯乙烯材料。
进一步地,所述导体为多根绞合的铜线、镀锡铜线或铜合金导线。
进一步地,所述光缆包含2根以上的紧套光纤、加强件和护层,所述紧套光纤采用绞合制成,各紧套光纤间紧贴,所述护层包覆于紧套光纤外侧,所述加强件夹设在护层与护层之间。
进一步地,所述紧套光纤包括光纤和包覆于光纤外侧的紧套层,所述加强件采用芳纶纱或玻纤纱,所述护层采用低烟无卤聚烯烃、交联阻燃聚烯烃或聚氯乙烯。
进一步地,所述填充物为聚酯带、芳纶或阻水纱。
进一步地,所述屏蔽层由铜线、镀锡铜线或铜合金导线编制而成。
进一步地,所述护套采用低烟无卤聚烯烃、交联阻燃聚烯烃或聚氯乙烯材料,所述外被层采用尼龙6或尼龙12,所述护套和外被层双层共挤成型。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下有益效果:本发明可直接传输电能和光通信信号,两根电缆左右并行排列,光缆设置于两个电缆的中部上侧,圆形3单元设置使得光电混合缆结构稳定,保障缆芯的圆整度,以有利于施工敷设;鉴于本发明多敷设于天花板、穿线管或线槽内,光缆采用紧套光纤,具有体积小和较好的机械强度特点,绝缘层和护层采用低烟无卤聚烯烃、交联阻燃聚烯烃或聚氯乙烯,有效地提高了产品防火等级和抗电磁干扰,包带包覆于电缆和光缆外侧,填充物填充于包带内侧电缆和光缆外侧,填充物采用聚酯带、芳纶或阻水纱,可阻水防潮,包带依次包覆有屏蔽层、护套和外被层,护套采用低烟无卤聚烯烃、交联阻燃聚烯烃或聚氯乙烯材料,具有极好的阻燃效果,可用于对阻燃性能要求高的场所,而且重量轻、成本低,外被层采用的尼龙材料,其优异的低摩擦性使光电混合缆更容易敷设,缩短敷设时间,降低敷设成本,同时尼龙材料的高硬度,使光电混合缆具有更优的耐压性能,以及防止老鼠和蚁类等动物对光电混合缆的破坏,有效提高光电混合缆的生物防护性以及延长其使用寿命,护套和外被层双层共挤成型,可提高光电混合缆的阻隔性能、机械性能、拉伸成型性能。

如图1所示,本发明的一种圆形3单元增强型小基站光电混合缆,包括缆芯,缆芯包括电缆1、光缆2和填充物3,两根电缆1左右并行排列,电缆1包含导体1-1和绝缘层1-2,绝缘层1-2包覆在导体1-1外侧,光缆2设置于两个电缆1的中部上侧,光缆2由2根紧套光纤2-1、加强件2-2和护层2-3,2根紧套光纤2-1采用绞合制成,左右紧贴,紧套光纤2-1包括光纤2-11和包覆于光纤2-11外侧的紧套层2-12,护层2-3包覆于紧套光纤2-1外侧,加强件2-2夹设在护层2-3与护层2-3之间,包带4包覆于电缆1和光缆2外侧,填充物3填充于包带4内侧电缆1和光缆2外侧,包带4外侧还依次包覆有屏蔽层5、护套6和外被层7。
其中,导体1-1为单根铜线、镀锡铜线或铜合金导线或其他导电线,导电性能和可焊性能佳,绝缘层1-2采用低烟无卤聚烯烃、交联阻燃聚烯烃或聚氯乙烯材料,具有良好的阻燃性能。
进一步地,导体1-1还可为多根绞合的铜线、镀锡铜线或铜合金导线或导体1-1,导线1-1的可靠性及稳定性得以提高。
进一步地,紧套光纤2-1的数量,可根据小基站(pRRU)的实际使用需求进行增加。
进一步地,加强件2-2采用芳纶纱或玻纤纱,护层2-3采用低烟无卤聚烯烃、交联阻燃聚烯烃或聚氯乙烯。
进一步地,填充物3为聚酯带、芳纶或阻水纱。
进一步地,屏蔽层5由铜线、镀锡铜线或铜合金导线或其他导电线编制而成。
其中,护套6采用低烟无卤聚烯烃、交联阻燃聚烯烃或聚氯乙烯材料,具有极好的阻燃效果,外被层7采用尼龙6或尼龙12,护套6和外被层7双层共挤成型,可提高光电混合缆的阻隔性能、机械性能、拉伸成型性能,外被层7采用尼龙材料,其优异的低摩擦性,使光电混合缆更容易敷设,缩短敷设时间,降低敷设成本,同时尼龙材料的高硬度,使光电混合缆具有更优的耐压性能,以及防止老鼠和蚁类等动物对光电混合缆的破坏,有效提高光电混合缆的生物防护性以及延长其使用寿命。

1.一种圆形3单元增强型小基站光电混合缆,包括缆芯,其特征在于,所述缆芯包括电缆(1)、光缆(2)和填充物(3),两根电缆(1)左右并行排列,所述光缆(2)设置于两个电缆(1)的中部上侧,包带(4)包覆于电缆(1)和光缆(2)外侧,所述填充物(3)填充于包带(4)内侧电缆(1)和光缆(2)的外侧,所述包带(4)外侧还依次包覆有屏蔽层(5)、护套(6)和外被层(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的圆形3单元增强型小基站光电混合缆,其特征在于:所述电缆(1)包含导体(1-1)和绝缘层(1-2),所述绝缘层(1-2)包覆在导体(1-1)外侧,所述导体(1-1)为单根铜线、镀锡铜线或铜合金导线,所述绝缘层(1-2)采用低烟无卤聚烯烃、交联阻燃聚烯烃或聚氯乙烯材料。
3.根据权利要求2所述的圆形3单元增强型小基站光电混合缆,其特征在于:所述导体(1-1)为多根绞合的铜线、镀锡铜线或铜合金导线。
4.根据权利要求3所述的圆形3单元增强型小基站光电混合缆,其特征在于:所述光缆(2)包含2根以上的紧套光纤(2-1)、加强件(2-2)和护层(2-3),所述紧套光纤(2-1)采用绞合制成,各紧套光纤(2-1)间紧贴,所述护层(2-3)包覆于紧套光纤(2-1)外侧,所述加强件(2-2)夹设在护层(2-3)与护层(2-3)之间。
5.根据权利要求4所述的圆形3单元增强型小基站光电混合缆,其特征在于:所述紧套光纤(2-1)包括光纤(2-11)和包覆于光纤(2-11)外侧的紧套层(2-12),所述加强件(2-2)采用芳纶纱或玻纤纱,所述护层(2-3)采用低烟无卤聚烯烃、交联阻燃聚烯烃或聚氯乙烯。
6.根据权利要求5所述的圆形3单元增强型小基站光电混合缆,其特征在于:所述填充物(3)为聚酯带、芳纶或阻水纱。
7.根据权利要求6所述的圆形3单元增强型小基站光电混合缆,其特征在于:所述屏蔽层(5)由铜线、镀锡铜线或铜合金导线编制而成。
8.根据权利要求7所述的圆形3单元增强型小基站光电混合缆,其特征在于:所述护套(6)采用低烟无卤聚烯烃、交联阻燃聚烯烃或聚氯乙烯材料,所述外被层(7)采用尼龙6或尼龙12,所述护套(6)和外被层(7)双层共挤成型。
