the braid driving part (5) is arranged behind the braid positioning and placing part (3), the braid driving part (5) comprises a driving gear driving wheel, a floating pressing wheel and a driving shaft, a roller of the driving gear driving wheel is fixed on the driving shaft, the floating pressing wheel is arranged on a floating bearing of a floating mechanism, the attached braid and carrier tape are arranged on the driving gear driving wheel, and the floating pressing wheel is pressed above the driving gear driving wheel;
