Claims (9)

1. Locking platform, characterized in that it is used for automatic locking of parts (1), said locking platform comprising:
the workpiece support device comprises a workbench (10), wherein the workbench (10) comprises a top plate (11) and a support structure (12) arranged at the bottom of the top plate (11), the top plate (11) is provided with a locking station for placing the part (1), and the top plate (11) is provided with abdicating holes (111) arranged at intervals with the locking station;
the rotating bracket (20) is arranged at the yielding hole (111), and at least part of the rotating bracket (20) extends out of the yielding hole (111) to the upper part of the top plate (11);
the locking pressing block (30), the locking pressing block (30) is rotatably arranged on the rotating bracket (20); the locking pressing block (30) is provided with a first end close to the locking station and a second end far away from the locking station;
the first driving structure (40), the first driving structure (40) is connected with the supporting structure (12), and a first output end of the first driving structure (40) is connected with a second end of the locking pressing block (30) so as to drive the locking pressing block (30) to rotate and enable a first end of the locking pressing block (30) to be pressed on the part (1) located at the locking station;
along a first horizontal direction, the two abdicating holes (111) are oppositely arranged at two sides of the locking station; the two abdicating holes (111) are respectively provided with one rotating bracket (20); the two rotating supports (20) are respectively and rotatably provided with the locking pressing blocks (30), so that the part (1) is pressed along the first horizontal direction through the two locking pressing blocks (30), and the part (1) is pressed along the vertical direction through the two locking pressing blocks (30);
the locking platform further comprises: the clamping assembly (50) comprises a fixed clamping block (51) and a movable clamping block (52), and the fixed clamping block (51) and the movable clamping block (52) are oppositely arranged on two sides of the locking station along a second horizontal direction; the fixed clamping block (51) is fixedly connected with the top plate (11), and the movable clamping block (52) is movably arranged on the top plate (11) along the second horizontal direction; to clamp said part (1) along said second horizontal direction by means of a clamping assembly (50), said first horizontal direction being perpendicular to said second horizontal direction.
2. Locking platform according to claim 1, characterized in that said first actuation structure (40) comprises:
a first cylinder (41), wherein a first cylinder body (411) of the first cylinder (41) is connected with the supporting structure (12), a first output shaft (412) of the first cylinder (41) is arranged in a telescopic mode along the vertical direction, and the first output shaft (412) is located on one side, far away from the top plate (11), of the first cylinder body (411;
a link (42), the link (42) extending in a horizontal direction, a middle portion of the link (42) being connected with the first output shaft (412);
the first ends of the two ejector rods (43) are respectively hinged with the two end parts of the connecting rod (42); the second ends of the two top rods (43) extend upwards and are hinged with the second ends of the two locking pressing blocks (30) respectively.
3. The locking platform of claim 1, further comprising:
the second driving structure (60) is arranged on the top plate (11), and a second output end of the second driving structure (60) is in driving connection with the movable clamping block (52) so as to drive the movable clamping block (52) to move and clamp the part (1) between the movable clamping block (52) and the fixed clamping block (51).
4. Locking platform according to claim 3, characterized in that said second actuation structure (60) comprises:
a second cylinder (61), a second cylinder body (611) of the second cylinder (61) being disposed on the top plate (11), the second cylinder body (611) being disposed spaced apart from the fixed clamp block (51) along a first horizontal direction, a second output shaft (612) of the second cylinder (61) being telescopically disposed along the second horizontal direction;
the transmission plate (62) is arranged on the top plate (11) in a swinging mode along the horizontal direction, and a first end of the transmission plate (62) is hinged with an end portion of the second output shaft (612);
the transmission rod (63) is movably arranged along the second horizontal direction, the first end of the transmission rod (63) is hinged to the second end of the transmission plate (62), and the second end of the transmission rod (63) is connected with the end face, far away from the fixed clamping block (51), of the movable clamping block (52).
5. Locking platform according to claim 4, characterized in that said second actuation structure (60) comprises:
the guide bracket (64) is arranged at an interval with the fixed clamping block (51) along the second horizontal direction, the guide bracket (64) is provided with a mounting hole (641), the transmission rod (63) is movably arranged at the mounting hole (641) in a penetrating mode, and the movable clamping block (52) is located between the guide bracket (64) and the fixed clamping block (51).
6. The locking platform according to claim 4, wherein the first end of the driving plate (62) is provided with a first connecting hole extending in a vertical direction; the locking platform further comprises:
the connecting block (70) is of a U-shaped structure, the U-shaped structure comprises a first plate (71) and second plates (72) arranged at two ends of the first plate (71), the first plate (71) extends along the vertical direction, the second plates (72) extend along the horizontal direction, a clamping groove (711) is formed by the first plate (71) and the two second plates (72) in a surrounding mode, the first plate (71) is connected with the end portion of the second output shaft (612), second connecting holes (721) extending along the vertical direction are formed in the two second plates (72), and the transmission plate (62) is clamped at the clamping groove (711);
the pin (80) penetrates through the first connecting hole and the two second connecting holes (721) so that the transmission plate (62) is hinged to the second output shaft (612).
7. The locking platform of claim 6, further comprising:
guide block (90), guide block (90) set up on roof (11), be equipped with on the upper surface of guide block (90) and follow guide hole (91) that the second horizontal direction extends, pin (80) pass connecting block (70) with stretch into behind driving plate (62) in guide hole (91), pin (80) with guide block (90) sliding connection.

the rotating shaft penetrates through the two first assembling holes (221) and the second assembling holes.

the top plate (11) is also provided with avoidance holes (112), and the avoidance holes (112) are arranged between the two avoidance holes (111) and are communicated with the two avoidance holes (111);
the first cylinder body (411) is connected with the supporting structure (12) and the top plate (11), part of the structure of the first cylinder body (411) is located at the avoidance hole (112), the upper surface of the first cylinder body (411) is flush with the upper surface of the top plate (11), and the upper surface of the first cylinder body (411) is used for placing the part (1);
