As shown in fig. 1 and 5, a semi-automatic disassembling classification line for waste washing machines comprises a lifting conveyor 2 (adopting a belt conveyor) and a raised disassembling platform 4, wherein a disassembling conveyor 3 (adopting a roller conveyor) is arranged in the middle of the disassembling platform 4, classifying screening conveyors 6 (adopting belt conveyors) are arranged at two sides of the disassembling platform 4, a disassembling operation table 5 is arranged between the disassembling conveyor 3 and the classifying screening conveyors 6, the lower end of the lifting conveyor 2 is a feeding point, the upper end of the lifting conveyor is connected to the disassembling conveyor 3, the disassembling operation table 5 is distributed along the disassembling conveyor 3 and is integrated with equipment for disassembling the waste washing machines, the classifying screening conveyors 6 are also arranged in the area below the disassembling platform 4, discharge ports 7 corresponding to the classifying screening conveyors 6 in the area below the disassembling platform 5 are arranged near the disassembling operation table 5 one by one to one, the discharge ports 7 are connected with the corresponding classifying screening conveyors 6 through discharge chutes 15, the classifying and screening conveyors 6 on the disassembling platform 4 and in the lower area are all arranged in a multilayer mode, all the classifying and screening conveyors 6 are used for conveying corresponding disassembled parts (such as copper parts, aluminum parts, plastic parts and the like), and the tail ends of the classifying and screening conveyors 6 are connected to corresponding collecting devices. As shown in fig. 1 and 5, in the present embodiment, a compressor punching and oil discharging device 8 is provided near the end of the screening conveyor 6 for conveying the compressor on the disassembling platform 5.
As shown in fig. 2, in the present embodiment, the working surface of the lifting conveyor 2 is provided with an anti-slip parting strip 9; as shown in fig. 2, in this embodiment, a horizontal conveyor 1 (a roller machine) is disposed at the feeding point, so as to improve the feeding efficiency.
As shown in fig. 3, in this embodiment, a light curtain sensor 10 is disposed on the disassembling conveyor 3, and the light curtain sensor 10 is distributed according to the disassembling operation table 5 to ensure that the disassembling conveyor 3 stops when the waste washing machine reaches the disassembling operation table 5, thereby realizing self-loading.
