Abstract
The invention discloses a semi-automatic disassembly and classification line for waste air conditioners, wherein a disassembly conveyor, a classification screening conveyor and a disassembly operation platform are arranged on a disassembly platform, the lower upper end of a lifting conveyor is connected with the disassembly conveyor, a refrigerant extraction device and a compressor punching and oil discharging device are arranged on the disassembly platform, the disassembly operation platform is distributed along the middle part of the disassembly conveyor and is positioned between the disassembly conveyor and the classification screening conveyor, the classification screening conveyor is also arranged in the lower area of the disassembly platform, discharge ports which are in one-to-one correspondence with the classification screening conveyor in the lower area of the disassembly platform are arranged near the disassembly operation platform, the discharge ports are connected with the corresponding classification screening conveyors through discharge tanks, all the classification screening conveyors are used for conveying corresponding disassembled parts, and the tail end of the screening conveyor used for conveying compressors is connected to a packaging and shaping device through an output conveyor. As shown in fig. 1, in this embodiment, two sets of waste air conditioner semi-automatic disassembly and classification lines share one packing and shaping device 11 and are respectively located at two sides of the packing and shaping device 11. Not only saves the investment of the packing and shaping device 11, but also improves the efficiency of the packing and shaping device 11.

As shown in fig. 3, in the present embodiment, the disassembling conveyor 7 is provided with a light curtain sensor 13, and the light curtain sensor 13 is distributed according to the disassembling operation table 8 to ensure that the disassembling conveyor 7 stops when the waste air conditioner reaches the disassembling operation table 8, thereby realizing self-loading.
