Description

Traditional Chinese veterinary medicine powder for preventing goose viral diseases and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of traditional Chinese veterinary medicines, and particularly relates to a traditional Chinese veterinary medicine powder for preventing goose viral diseases and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Goose has strong disease resistance in poultry and has few disease types. With the rapid development of the intensive production of the goose farming industry. The kinds of diseases of geese are more and more. In recent years, viral or bacterial virulent infectious diseases such as goose paramyxovirus disease, goose influenza, goose hemorrhagic necrotizing hepatitis and the like are discovered successively. Especially, the recent outbreak of avian influenza hinders the healthy development of goose breeding industry.
At present, goose paramyxovirus disease is a new infectious disease, is an acute infectious disease characterized by digestive tract pathological changes, has a high morbidity, and particularly has a morbidity and mortality rate of goslings within 10 days of age of 100 percent and a morbidity and mortality rate of goslings within 10-15 days of age of more than 90 percent; if the vaccination to the goose paramyxovirus disease is not timely in the breeding process, serious economic loss is caused to the goose breeding industry. In the prior art, after goose paramyxovirus is attacked, antiviral serum or yolk antibody is generally adopted for treatment, but the antiviral western medicines for poultry are few, expensive and high in side effect, and the powerful antiviral western medicines are particularly utilized to induce teratogenesis. The traditional Chinese medicine has good antiviral effect, small side effect and no drug resistance, but the existing traditional Chinese medicine for preventing goose paramyxovirus disease is deficient in information, so that in order to prevent goose paramyxovirus disease, inhibit virus and bacteria proliferation and improve goose organism immunity, the traditional Chinese medicine with good prevention effect and low toxic and side effect is searched for according to the theory of dialectical treatment of Chinese veterinary medical science and prescription, starting from the whole body, and the purpose of treating the root cause is achieved. Has important social significance for inhibiting the spreading of goose paramyxovirus disease and has important economic value for many goose breeders.

Clinical trial
1 general data
Selecting 30-60 days old geese bred by a plurality of laying goose farmers, and selecting 820 geese with goose paramyxovirus disease symptoms.
The selection basis is as follows:
1) the goose is white and thin feces at the early stage of illness, and then is water-like with dark red, yellow or green color.
2) Listlessness, fluffy feather, weakness of limbs and squat,
3) when one foot is lifted all the time, the appetite is reduced or the goose is abolished, the breeding geese stop laying eggs but drink water is increased,
4) then, nerve symptoms such as cervical sprain, split cleft, etc. were found.
2. Method of treatment
2.1 goose groups
The intervention study was carried out by randomly dividing the geese 820 having symptoms of goose paramyxovirus disease into a treatment group and a control group according to a random number table method.
Treatment groups: 410 geese with paramyxovirus disease symptoms, wherein the white thin manure 102, the two limbs of which are weak and the ground 87 squat, are lifted 114 by one foot, and the neck is twisted and the split 107 is split;
control group: 410 goose with paramyxovirus disease symptoms, wherein the white thin feces 115, two limbs of which are weak, squat the ground 85, lift 96 with one foot, twist neck and split 104.
2.2 methods of treatment
Treatment groups: the oral traditional Chinese veterinary medicine powder prepared in the embodiment 1 of the invention is taken twice a day in the morning and at night, and the dosage of the traditional Chinese veterinary medicine powder provided in the embodiment 1 is 0.1-0.3% of the weight of the feed taken each time, and the traditional Chinese veterinary medicine powder is taken together with the feed.
Control group: the ribavirin tablets are taken twice a day in the morning and at night, and the weight of the ribavirin tablets taken each time accounts for 0.05-0.1% of the weight of the feed taken each time, and the ribavirin tablets and the feed are taken together.
The two groups are administered simultaneously for 5 days.
3. Criteria for therapeutic effect
And (3) curing: the sick goose recovers the spirit, the appetite is normal, the goose moves freely, and the stool form and times are all recovered to be normal;
the effect is shown: the sick goose has improved spirit, increased appetite, reduced diarrhea frequency and improved shape;

4. The results of the clinical trials are shown in table 1.
TABLE 1 results of clinical trials
As can be seen from table 1, the cure rates, the death rates and the total effective rates of the two groups are all less than 0.05, and significant differences exist, the test results of the oral traditional Chinese veterinary medicine powder provided by the embodiment 1 of the invention show that the total effective rate is as high as 94%, the cure rate is 69%, the death rate is 1.7%, and the total effective rate of the control group is 95%, the cure rate is 71% and the death rate is 2.6%, which indicates that the effect of the traditional Chinese veterinary medicine powder for preventing goose paramyxovirus disease is similar to the antiviral effect of the powerful antiviral western medicine, but the death rate of the antiviral western medicine is slightly higher than that of the traditional Chinese veterinary medicine powder provided by the invention, and further shows that the traditional Chinese veterinary medicine powder provided by the invention has small side effect, can effectively prevent the scattering of goose paramyxovirus disease, and has important economic value for many goose farmers.
