The dietary fiber is a general term for polysaccharide which cannot be digested by digestive enzymes secreted by human digestive tract, and the types of the polysaccharide are more, and the polysaccharide comprises cellulose, hemicellulose, protopectin, lignin, pectin, konjac mannan, seed gum, galactomannan and the like. The selenium-rich and chromium-rich wheat dietary fiber powder disclosed by the invention contains selenium element and chromium element which are required by a human body, selenium can directly stimulate the immune function of the organism, the normal immunity of the human body is favorably maintained, chromium can mobilize the enthusiasm of islet cells, the increase of insulin secretion is promoted, and the diabetes symptoms are effectively improved.

Further, the complex enzyme is a mixture of any two or more of amylase, lipase, cellulase and protease, preferably a mixture of amylase, lipase, cellulase and protease mixed in a mass ratio of 1:0.5:2: 1.

(4) sterilizing the mixed powder, naturally cooling to room temperature in an aseptic environment, adding the complex enzyme, and uniformly mixing to obtain the compound enzyme-containing antibacterial powder.
The preparation method is simple and easy to operate, mild in condition and suitable for industrial production.
Further, when the coarse powder is mixed, if the raw materials contain coix seed and buckwheat, the mixture is pulverized and added to the coarse powder for fine grinding.
Further, the sterilization operation is microwave sterilization with microwave intensity of 8kw/kg, temperature of 50-70 deg.C, and time of 1-2 min.

(1) weighing 100g of wheat, 60g of oat, 60g of pumpkin juice, 10g of chromium-rich triticale, 20g of soybean, 20g of coix seed, 15g of buckwheat, 0.2g of selenium-rich malt flour, 20g of vegetable powder (a mixture of sweet potato powder and yam powder in a mass ratio of 1: 1), 20g of complex enzyme (a mixture of amylase, lipase, cellulase and protease in a mass ratio of 1:0.5:2: 1), 2g of white granulated sugar and 1.5g of edible salt;
(2) mixing and crushing wheat, oat, chromium-rich triticale and soybean to obtain coarse powder, adding the crushed coix seed, buckwheat and selenium-rich malt powder into the coarse powder, mixing with vegetable powder, and finely grinding to obtain fine powder with the particle size of 300 meshes for later use;
(3) adding white granulated sugar and edible salt into the fine powder, pouring pumpkin juice while stirring, uniformly mixing, and drying at 50 ℃ for 6 hours to obtain mixed powder;
(4) and (3) naturally cooling the mixed powder to room temperature under an aseptic environment after microwave sterilization, wherein the microwave intensity is 8kw/kg, the temperature is 50 ℃, and the time is 1min, and adding the complex enzyme to uniformly mix to obtain the selenium-rich and chromium-rich wheat dietary fiber powder.
Example 2
The preparation process of the selenium-rich and chromium-rich wheat dietary fiber powder comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing raw materials according to 90g of wheat, 60g of oat, 60g of pumpkin juice, 10g of chromium-rich triticale, 10g of soybean, 0.15g of selenium-rich malt powder, 15g of vegetable powder (a mixture of sweet potato powder and yam powder in a mass ratio of 2: 3), 20g of complex enzyme (a mixture of amylase, lipase, cellulase, protease and the like in a mass ratio), 2g of white granulated sugar and 1.05g of edible salt;
(2) mixing and crushing wheat, oat, chromium-rich triticale and soybean to obtain coarse powder, mixing the coarse powder with selenium-rich malt powder and vegetable powder, and finely grinding to obtain fine powder with the particle size of 200 meshes for later use;
(3) adding white granulated sugar and edible salt into the fine powder, pouring pumpkin juice while stirring, uniformly mixing, and drying at 50 ℃ for 4h to obtain mixed powder;
(4) and (3) naturally cooling the mixed powder to room temperature under an aseptic environment after microwave sterilization, wherein the microwave intensity is 8kw/kg, the temperature is 50 ℃, and the time is 1min, and adding the complex enzyme to uniformly mix to obtain the selenium-rich and chromium-rich wheat dietary fiber powder.
Example 3
The preparation process of the selenium-rich and chromium-rich wheat dietary fiber powder comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing 100g of wheat, 70g of oat, 70g of pumpkin juice, 20g of chromium-rich triticale, 20g of soybean, 20g of coix seed, 20g of buckwheat, 0.2g of selenium-rich malt flour, 20g of vegetable powder (a mixture of sweet potato powder and yam powder in a mass ratio), 30g of complex enzyme (a mixture of amylase, lipase, cellulase and protease in a mass ratio of 1:0.5:2: 1), 3g of white granulated sugar and 2g of edible salt;
(2) mixing and crushing wheat, oat, chromium-rich triticale and soybean to obtain coarse powder, mixing the coarse powder with selenium-rich malt powder and vegetable powder, and finely grinding to obtain fine powder with the particle size of 500 meshes for later use;
(3) adding white granulated sugar and edible salt into the fine powder, pouring pumpkin juice while stirring, uniformly mixing, and drying at 80 ℃ for 8h to obtain mixed powder;
(4) and (3) naturally cooling the mixed powder to room temperature under an aseptic environment after microwave sterilization, wherein the microwave intensity is 8kw/kg, the temperature is 70 ℃, the time is 2min, and adding the complex enzyme to uniformly mix to obtain the selenium-rich and chromium-rich wheat dietary fiber powder.
Example 4
The preparation process of the selenium-rich and chromium-rich wheat dietary fiber powder comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing 100g of wheat, 60g of oat, 60g of pumpkin juice, 15g of chromium-rich triticale, 15g of soybean, 20g of coix seed, 0.2g of selenium-rich malt flour, 20g of vegetable powder (a mixture of sweet potato powder and yam powder in a mass ratio), 25g of complex enzyme (a mixture of amylase, lipase, cellulase and protease in a mass ratio of 1:0.5:1: 2), 2g of white granulated sugar and 2g of edible salt;
(2) mixing and crushing wheat, oat, chromium-rich triticale and soybean to obtain coarse powder, adding the crushed coix seed into the coarse powder, mixing the crushed coix seed with selenium-rich malt powder and vegetable powder, and finely grinding to obtain fine powder with the particle size of 300 meshes for later use;
(3) adding white granulated sugar and edible salt into the fine powder, pouring pumpkin juice while stirring, uniformly mixing, and drying at 60 ℃ for 5 hours to obtain mixed powder;
(4) and (3) naturally cooling the mixed powder to room temperature under an aseptic environment after microwave sterilization, wherein the microwave intensity is 8kw/kg, the temperature is 60 ℃, the time is 2min, and adding the complex enzyme to uniformly mix to obtain the selenium-rich and chromium-rich wheat dietary fiber powder.
Example 5
The preparation process of the selenium-rich and chromium-rich wheat dietary fiber powder comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing raw materials according to 95g of wheat, 70g of oat, 65g of pumpkin juice, 20g of chromium-rich triticale, 10g of soybean, 0.2g of selenium-rich malt powder, 20g of vegetable powder (a mixture of sweet potato powder and yam powder in a mass ratio of 2: 1), 25g of complex enzyme (a mixture of amylase, lipase, cellulase and protease in a mass ratio of 1:0.5:2: 1), 3g of white granulated sugar and 1.05g of edible salt;
(2) mixing and crushing wheat, oat, chromium-rich triticale and soybean to obtain coarse powder, mixing the coarse powder with selenium-rich malt powder and vegetable powder, and finely grinding to obtain fine powder with the particle size of 500 meshes for later use;
(3) adding white granulated sugar and edible salt into the fine powder, pouring pumpkin juice while stirring, uniformly mixing, and drying at 60 ℃ for 6 hours to obtain mixed powder;
(4) and (3) naturally cooling the mixed powder to room temperature under an aseptic environment after microwave sterilization, wherein the microwave intensity is 8kw/kg, the temperature is 60 ℃, the time is 2min, and adding the complex enzyme to uniformly mix to obtain the selenium-rich and chromium-rich wheat dietary fiber powder.
Test examples
The selenium-rich and chromium-rich wheat dietary fiber powder prepared in the embodiment 1 of the invention is prepared into steamed buns and then randomly distributed to 100 volunteers for eating, and through statistics, the number of people with good mouthfeel is 72, the number of people with poor mouthfeel is 2, the number of people with general mouthfeel is 24, and the rest 2 keep personal opinions, so that the food prepared from the selenium-rich and chromium-rich wheat dietary fiber powder is easy to accept by the public.
Claims (9)
1. The selenium-rich and chromium-rich wheat dietary fiber powder is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 90-100 parts of wheat, 60-70 parts of oat, 60-70 parts of pumpkin juice, 10-20 parts of chromium-rich triticale, 10-20 parts of soybean, 0.15-0.2 part of selenium-rich malt flour, 15-20 parts of vegetable powder, 20-30 parts of complex enzyme, 2-3 parts of white granulated sugar and 1.05-2 parts of edible salt.
2. The selenium and chromium rich wheat dietary fiber powder according to claim 1, further comprising 15-20 parts of coix seed and 15-20 parts of buckwheat.
3. The selenium and chromium rich wheat dietary fiber powder as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the complex enzyme is a mixture of any two or more of amylase, lipase, cellulase and protease.
4. The selenium and chromium rich wheat dietary fiber powder of claim 1 or 2, wherein the vegetable powder is a mixture of sweet potato powder and yam powder.
5. A preparation process of selenium-rich and chromium-rich wheat dietary fiber powder is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) weighing the raw materials according to the parts by weight of the raw materials of the selenium-rich and chromium-rich wheat dietary fiber powder of any one of claims 1 to 4;
(2) mixing and crushing wheat, oat, chromium-rich triticale and soybean to obtain coarse powder, mixing the coarse powder with selenium-rich malt powder and vegetable powder, and finely grinding to obtain fine powder for later use;
(3) adding white granulated sugar and edible salt into the fine powder, pouring pumpkin juice while stirring, uniformly mixing, and drying to obtain mixed powder;
(4) and (3) sterilizing the mixed powder, naturally cooling to room temperature in an aseptic environment, adding a complex enzyme, and uniformly mixing to obtain the selenium-rich and chromium-rich wheat dietary fiber powder.
6. The process for preparing selenium and chromium rich wheat dietary fiber powder according to claim 5, wherein the step (2) further comprises the operation of adding the pulverized powder to the coix seed and buckwheat.
7. The process for preparing selenium and chromium rich wheat dietary fiber powder as claimed in claim 5 or 6, wherein the particle size of the fine powder in step (2) is 200-500 mesh.
8. The process for preparing selenium and chromium rich wheat dietary fiber powder according to claim 5 or 6, wherein the drying temperature in step (3) is 50-80 ℃ for 4-8 h.
9. The process for preparing selenium and chromium rich wheat dietary fiber powder as claimed in claim 5 or 6, wherein the sterilization in step (4) is microwave sterilization with microwave intensity of 8kw/kg, temperature of 50-70 deg.C and time of 1-2 min.
