Abstract
The invention relates to the field of electronic factory building construction, in particular to a method for improving epoxy construction efficiency of a cast-in-situ floor waffle hole; the method is characterized in that: polishing the concrete base layer on the upper surface of the waffle hole by using a grinding machine or a double-sided stone grinding machine; ensuring the integral flatness of the concrete base layer on the upper surface of the waffle hole to be +/-8 mm/2 m; performing epoxy primary coating construction to play a role in curing; after the bottom coat is solidified, inflating the PVC balloon and embedding the PVC balloon into the waffle hole; after the PVC balloon is embedded, firstly, coating epoxy resin with quartz sand trowel to scrape epoxy quartz mortar twice, after the mortar layer is solidified, coating epoxy soil twice, sealing the sand hole and the air hole, and taking out the PVC balloon after the middle coating is solidified; polishing the epoxy middle coat, and coating the epoxy surface twice. Background
At present, the state strongly supports the semiconductor industry, and the construction projects of various electronic factory buildings are inexhaustible. Most of electronic factory buildings relate to the construction of clean rooms, and new technologies such as waffle cylinders are applied. For the epoxy construction of the waffle cone floor floors and the bottom surfaces, the traditional construction method comprises the following steps: the hole of the waffle hole is leveled only manually, the manual work efficiency is only 8-10 holes/day/person, and the hole is arc-shaped, so the hole is uneven after leveling, and more than 90% of the epoxy mortar can cause the phenomenon of sagging of the inner wall of the waffle hole in the troweling process, so the hole is extremely difficult to clean. step 5, after embedding the PVC balloon, firstly coating epoxy resin with a quartz sand trowel to scrape epoxy quartz mortar twice, after the mortar layer is solidified, coating epoxy soil twice, sealing the sand hole and the air hole, and taking out the PVC balloon after the middle coating is solidified;
step 6, polishing the epoxy primer coat, and coating the epoxy primer coat on the epoxy primer coat;

Compared with the traditional method for leveling the waffle hole opening by only relying on manpower, the method greatly improves the working efficiency and effectively ensures the quality of epoxy construction.
