Description

Repairing method for local cracks of hardened terrace
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of architectural decoration, in particular to a method for repairing local cracks of a hardened terrace.
Background
The hardened terrace is a concrete terrace containing mineral alloy aggregate, has the characteristics of dust prevention, skid resistance, wear resistance, strong decoration and the like, and can be widely applied to industrial plants, parking lots and other places. However, when the surface of the poured concrete is finished, the hardened terrace often has obvious cracks due to shrinkage cracks, or the hardened terrace has pits with the size of a coin in other subsequent constructions, so that the overall performance of the hardened terrace is affected.
At present, there are two following treatment methods to local crack or pit of sclerosis terrace:
firstly, repairing by a glue injection method, wherein a solid precipitate or foam material is formed after a polymer grouting material of ethyl carbamate or acrylamide reacts with water to seal local cracks or pits, so that the effect is fast, but obvious repairing marks exist at the repaired part, and the integral attractiveness of the hardened terrace is influenced;
secondly, local repairment method, treat that the regional whole of restoration is got rid of to the structural layer, then locally pour the sclerosis terrace again on the structural layer, the advantage is no restoration vestige, but construction period is long, and construction cost is high, and moreover, the local sclerosis terrace colour of coloring after is inhomogeneous.
Disclosure of Invention
The method aims at solving the problems that the existing repairing method for local cracks or pits of the hardened terrace has long construction period and high construction cost, and the colored hardened terrace has uneven color. The invention aims to provide a method for repairing local cracks of a hardened terrace, which has the advantages that a large-area region to be repaired does not need to be chiseled, the energy is saved, the consumption is reduced, the construction time is shortened, the labor consumption is reduced, meanwhile, the construction waste is reduced, and the environmental pollution is avoided.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: a method for repairing local cracks of a hardened terrace comprises the following steps:
s1: filling cracks or pits in a to-be-repaired area of the hardened terrace layer by using a repairing agent;
s2: uniformly spraying a curing agent on the surface of the hardened terrace layer and soaking;
s3: grinding and polishing the hardened terrace layer;
s4: and coating a water-based protective agent on the surface of the hardened terrace layer, and grinding and polishing.
The method for repairing the local cracks of the hardened terrace comprises the steps of filling the cracks or pits in an area to be repaired with a repairing agent, specifically repairing the cracks or pits, uniformly spraying a curing agent on the surface of the hardened terrace to be fully soaked and polished, and finally coating a water-based protective agent on the surface of the hardened terrace to be polished and polished; the curing agent is used for filling micropores on the concrete surface of the hardened terrace layer, so that the compactness of the concrete surface is enhanced, a long-term super-hard protective layer similar to marble is established, and the wear resistance of the hardened terrace layer is enhanced; moreover, pores on the surface of the concrete are pressed and infiltrated by a polisher to form a high-strength high-hardness polycrystalline silicon layer, so that the corrosion of oxide in the air on the surface of the concrete is prevented, calcium and magnesium ions in the concrete are inhibited from being separated out, the internal molecular structure of the concrete is stabilized, the aim of compacting and modifying the interior of the concrete is fulfilled, and the repairing effect of cracks or pits is fundamentally improved; the construction method does not need to chive off a large area to-be-repaired area, saves energy, reduces consumption, shortens construction time, reduces manpower consumption, reduces construction waste, avoids environmental pollution, and accords with the construction idea of green and environmental protection.
Preferably, in step S1, the repairing agent is a mixture of the repairing agent and the organic solvent in a mass ratio of 1: 1:1, the polymer cation water-based mortar material, the shrinkage-free mortar and the carborundum powder.
Preferably, in the step S2, the curing agent is prepared by dissolving concrete sealing curing agent powder and water in a mass ratio of 1:8 with water, and the curing agent is uniformly distributed on the surface of the hardened terrace layer and is soaked for 2-3 hours.
Preferably, in the step S3, when the curing agent reacts with the concrete of the hardened floor layer and becomes eighty percent dry, the hardened floor layer is polished by using metal grinding sheets of 50 meshes, 100 meshes, 200 meshes and 500 meshes in sequence.
Preferably, the step S3 further includes coloring the hardened floor layer after polishing with a coloring agent, after the coloring agent dries out, uniformly rolling and coating the curing agent prepared by dissolving the concrete sealing curing agent powder and water in a mass ratio of 1:1 with water on the surface of the hardened floor layer, and simultaneously polishing.
Preferably, the step S4 further includes, after the work of polishing and buffing the hardened terrace layer is performed for 24 hours, uniformly coating a water-based protective agent on the surface of the hardened terrace layer, and after the water-based protective agent permeates for 30 minutes, buffing the hardened terrace layer by using a resin abrasive sheet.
Preferably, step S1 is preceded by adhering a protective film to the edge of the wall body near the area to be repaired of the hardened terrace layer, and step S4 is preceded by removing the protective film.
