本发明涉及到一种抗菌坯布整理工艺,属于纺织制造技术领域。本发明的目的在于提供一种抗菌坯布整理工艺,制备方法简单,制备得到的坯布环保性能高,工艺过程简单,生产成本低,采用的原料无毒无害,环保无污染。

技术领域
本发明涉及到一种抗菌坯布整理工艺,属于纺织制造技术领域。
背景技术
坯布是供印染加工用的本色棉布。工业上的坯布一般是指布料,或者是层压的坯布,上胶的坯布等。传统的拼布整理工艺存在大量使用碱和表面活性剂,导致成本高,污水排放量大,是水中的BOD,COD高,处理成本高且增加了环境的负担,其次工序复杂,人工、时间都相对比较浪费,汽、水、电用量大,能耗高。在是氯漂对人体有害,污染空气。
壳聚糖是以甲壳质为原料,再经提炼而成,不溶于水,能溶于稀酸,能被人体吸收。壳聚糖是甲壳质的一级衍生物。其化学结构为带阳离子的高分子碱性多糖聚合物,并具有独特的理化性能和生物活化功能。壳聚糖与酯类的复合材料能有效提高纺织坯布的柔韧性、拉伸强度、环保性能和环保性能。

本发明的目的在于提供一种抗菌坯布整理工艺,制备方法简单,制备得到的坯布环保性能高,工艺过程简单,生产成本低,采用的原料无毒无害,环保无污染。
本发明提供一种抗菌坯布整理工艺,包括如下工艺步骤:坯布烧毛→水洗→冷堆→水洗→氧漂→染色→固色→水洗→烘干;其中所述的冷堆工艺中采用退煮酶助剂;所述的氧漂工艺中采用煮炼酶助剂,所述固色工艺为用冰醋酸调染浴Ph值至5.6-6后,将固色后的全棉坯布进行去固色剂处理,处理温度控制在111-115℃,处理时间30-40分钟;所述的冷堆工艺是指在控制水温为50-60℃下轧退煮酶助剂,轧液率90-100%,二轧二浸,同时织物在A型架上打卷转动,8转/分钟,常温堆置20-24小时;所述的退煮酶助剂,由下列重量百分比的原料制备而成:
退浆酶3-5份;
亚麻脱胶酶10-15份;
中性纤维素酶0.5-2份;
乙基丙烯酸戊酯-壳聚糖复合材料10-15份;
高效渗透剂3-5份;
蒸馏水63-68.5份。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述的氧漂工艺是指常温下浸轧煮炼酶助剂,煮炼酶助剂温度为40-50℃,然后100-102℃汽蒸60分钟。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述的煮炼酶助剂,由下列重量百分比的原料制备而成:
五水偏硅酸钠47-60份;
碱性果胶酶5-10份;
纯碱27-30份;
壳聚糖10-15份;
非离子表面活性剂5-8份;
螯合分散剂3-5份。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果:
1、本发明采用退浆酶、亚麻脱胶酶、中性纤维素酶、乙基丙烯酸戊酯-壳聚糖复合材料等成分,使得纺织坯布耐膜性能高、柔韧性强、环保性好等特性,同时配方中的壳聚糖具有螯合性能,能使坯布的环保性能大大提高;
2、本发明的制备工艺流程时间短、运行成本低、所使用的试剂不污染环境,解决了传统工艺中排放污水污染环境的问题,本发明环境友好,环保。
