Abstract
一种直连式双输入轴混合动力传动系统,包括:两根分别与差速器相连的中间轴、通过空心嵌套的方式连接的内、外输入轴、通过花键与外输入轴直接相连的电机以及与内输入轴通过花键直接连接的发动机,其中:外输入轴实现一三五挡驱动,内输入轴实现实现二四六挡驱动。本发明通过电机和发动机分别与DCT奇数轴和偶数轴相连的结构,实现双动力源直接连接交替输出的方式,同时不会出现动力中断和衰减的问题,提高了动力转换的效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及的是一种汽车变速箱以及混合动力驱动系统领域的技术,具体是一种双输入轴直连式混合动力传动DIHT(double input hybrid transmission)系统。
背景技术
DCT变速箱因为其结构变化性多,可以广泛的应用于不同的混动构型。混合动力驱动系统根据控制策略,通过不同动力源之间的扭矩耦合方式,实现发动机和电机的优势互补,达到节约能源的目的。传统DCT变速箱必须通过双离合器才能实现不同模式之间的切换,但是双离合器及其驱动单元成本较高,其控制受温度影响比较大,标定困难,且长时间使用容易造成箱体漏油和动力的衰减的情况。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术存在的上述不足,提出一种直连式双输入轴混合动力传动系统,在DCT变速箱的基础上,取消传统的离合器模块,电机与DIHT奇数挡轴相连、发动机与DIHT偶数挡轴相连,发动机与电机分别设置于在变速箱的两端。动力控制单元控制EM电机,通过一挡齿轮实现整车起步,当车速达到一定数值,动力系统控制发动机控制单元(EMS)调速达到目标转速,实现二当同步器进挡,当一挡和二挡同步器同时在位,电机和发动机实现驱动力衰减的扭矩切换。通过电机调节发动机的载荷,稳定发动机在高效率区间工作,实现系统效率的提升。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
本发明包括:两根分别与差速器相连的中间轴、通过空心嵌套的方式连接的内、外输入轴、通过花键与外输入轴直接相连的电机以及与内输入轴通过花键直接连接的发动机,其中:外输入轴实现一三五挡驱动,内输入轴实现实现二四六挡驱动。

技术效果
与现有技术相比,本发明通过电机和发动机设置于变速器两端并且分别与DIHT奇数轴和偶数轴相连的结构,实现双动力源直接连接交替输出的方式,从而在实现混动系统的所有功能同时不会出现动力中断和衰减,提高了动力转换的效率,达到节约能源的目的。

如图1所示,为本实施例涉及的一种双动力无离合器DIHT混动系统,其包含:与发动机ICE和电机EM相连的外输入轴7和内输入轴10、二个中间轴和差速器Diff,发动机ICE和电机EM设置于外输入轴7和内输入轴10的两侧,其中:第一中间轴1上依次设有第三同步器C、六挡从动齿轮2、五挡从动齿轮3、第四同步器D和第一主减速主动齿轮4;外输入轴7上依次设有三/五挡主动齿轮8和一挡主动齿轮9;内输入轴10上依次设有二挡主动齿轮5、四/六挡主动齿轮6和外输入轴7;第二中间轴11上依次设有二挡第一从动齿轮12、第一同步器A、四挡从动齿轮13、三挡从动齿轮14、第二同步器B、一挡从动齿轮15和第二主减速主动齿轮16;差速器Diff上设有主减速从动齿轮17。

EV起步功能控制逻辑如下:当整车完成基本上电功能后,驾驶员操纵换挡杆在D挡,混合动力控制单元(HCU)进行预挂一挡时,混动控制单元进行预挂一挡,并在挂挡完成后根据驾驶员的需求控制电机输出扭矩,驱动整车行驶。
所述的混合动力控制单元内置双输入轴动力性系统控制单元(DIMT),控制预挂档、升档、降档以及电机和发动机扭矩和转速的计算。
奇数轴挡位到偶数轴挡位切换控制逻辑:电机在一挡驱动整车行驶,当车速达到某一数值A时,此时混动控制单元控制12V起动机启动发动机,发动机启动成功之后,DIMT根据当前车速A计算发动机2挡齿轮需要的目标转速X,挡发动机调节目标转速达到X正负50rpm的范围内时,DIHT控制同步器B完成进挡,偶数轴升挡完成之后,此时电机一挡同步器A在位,电机扭矩正常输出,发动机2挡同步器在位,发动机不输出扭矩,跟随偶数轴随动旋转。
奇数轴挡位到偶数轴扭矩交互控制逻辑:当完成奇数轴挡位到偶数轴挡位的切换,DIHT控制电机扭矩按照一定的斜率(例如50ms实现当前扭矩到目标扭矩)下降,发动机的扭矩按照一定的斜率(例如50ms实现当前扭矩到目标扭矩)上升,实现电机和发动机的扭矩交换,完成由一挡电机驱动切换为二挡发动机驱动。
混动E-boost模式控制逻辑:当DIMT完成偶数轴到奇数轴轴之间的挡位切换,此时奇数轴电机同步环挡位在挡,偶数轴发动机挡位在挡,发动机输出扭矩驱动整车行驶,电机输出正向的驱动扭矩,发动机驱动扭矩加上电机输出的正向扭矩等于整车实际驱动扭矩。电机和发动机的扭矩叠加实现整车Boost加速模式。
混动E-Charge模式控制逻辑:当DIMT完成偶数轴到奇数轴轴之间的挡位切换,此时奇数轴电机同步环挡位在挡,偶数轴发动机挡位在挡,发动机输出扭矩驱动整车行驶,电机输出负向的发电扭矩,发动机输出扭矩减去电机输出扭矩等于整车驱动扭矩。电机作为发动机的负载,以一定的功率对电池进行充电。
奇数轴挡位到偶数轴扭矩交互控制逻辑::
当发动机以二挡驱动整车行驶,奇数轴电机在空挡,DIMT根据当前车速计算电机目标转速,控制电机调速在同步器要求的转速差范围之内,DIMT控制一挡同步器完成退挡,奇数轴退挡完成之后,DIHT控制发动机扭矩按照一定的斜率(例如50ms实现当前扭矩到目标扭矩)下降,电机的扭矩按照一定的斜率(例如50ms实现当前扭矩到目标扭矩)上升,实现电机和发动机的扭矩交换,由二挡发动机驱动切换为一挡电机驱动。同理可以实现1-2-3-4-5-6的升挡和6-5-4-3-2-1的降挡。

2.根据权利要求1所述的直连式双输入轴混合动力传动系统,其特征是,所述的二挡从动齿轮与二挡主动齿轮啮合;六挡从动齿轮和五挡从动齿轮分别与四/六挡主动齿轮和三/五挡主动齿轮啮合;四挡从动齿轮、三挡从动齿轮和一挡从动齿轮分别与四/六挡主动齿轮、三/五挡主动齿轮和一挡主动齿轮啮合;主减速从动齿轮同时与第一主减速主动齿轮和第二主减速主动齿轮啮合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的直连式双输入轴混合动力传动系统,其特征是,所述的一挡主动齿轮反向驱动时实现倒挡。
4.一种基于上述任一权利要求所述系统的控制方法,其特征在于,包括:EV起步模式、奇数轴挡位到偶数轴挡位切换模式、奇数轴挡位到偶数轴扭矩交互控制模式、混动E-boost模式、混动E-Charge模式和奇数轴挡位到偶数轴扭矩交互模式。
5.根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征是,所述的EV起步模式是指:当操纵换挡杆在D挡时,混动控制单元进行预挂一挡,并在挂挡完成后控制电机输出扭矩,驱动整车行驶。
6.根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征是,所述的奇数轴挡位到偶数轴挡位切换模式是指:电机在一挡驱动整车行驶,当车速达到预设车速时,此时混动控制单元控制12V起动机启动发动机,发动机启动成功之后,DIMT根据当前车速计算发动机二挡齿轮需要的目标转速,挡发动机调节目标转速达到目标转速正负50rpm的范围内时,DIHT控制二挡同步器完成进挡,偶数轴升挡完成之后,此时电机一挡同步器在位,电机扭矩正常输出,发动机二挡同步器在位,发动机不输出扭矩,跟随偶数轴随动旋转。
7.根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征是,所述的奇数轴挡位到偶数轴扭矩交互控制模式是指:当完成奇数轴挡位到偶数轴挡位的切换,DIHT控制电机扭矩下降,发动机的扭矩上升,实现电机和发动机的扭矩交换,完成由一挡电机驱动切换为二挡发动机驱动。
8.根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征是,所述的混动E-boost模式是指:当DIMT完成偶数轴到奇数轴轴之间的挡位切换,此时奇数轴电机同步环挡位在挡,偶数轴发动机挡位在挡,发动机输出扭矩驱动整车行驶,电机输出正向的驱动扭矩,发动机驱动扭矩加上电机输出的正向扭矩等于整车实际驱动扭矩。电机和发动机的扭矩叠加实现整车Boost加速模式。
9.根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征是,所述的混动E-Charge模式是指:当DIMT完成偶数轴到奇数轴轴之间的挡位切换,此时奇数轴电机同步环挡位在挡,偶数轴发动机挡位在挡,发动机输出扭矩驱动整车行驶,电机输出负向的发电扭矩,发动机输出扭矩减去电机输出扭矩等于整车驱动扭矩,电机作为发动机的负载对电池进行充电。
10.根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征是,所述的奇数轴挡位到偶数轴扭矩交互模式是指:当发动机以二挡驱动整车行驶,奇数轴电机在空挡,DIMT根据当前车速计算电机目标转速,控制电机调速在同步器要求的转速差范围之内,DIMT控制一挡同步器完成退挡,奇数轴退挡完成之后,DIHT控制发动机扭矩下降,电机的扭矩上升,实现电机和发动机的扭矩交换,由二挡发动机驱动切换为一挡电机驱动。
