Abstract

一种防爆永磁电机用阻燃接线柱,包括柱体,所述柱体上设有接线出口和接线进口,所述柱体的内部中段设有阻燃区;所述阻燃区为密封胶层。本发明通过设置密封胶层,相比现有设置金属块而言,能够大大降低成本,且胶层的强度和刚度较大,质地硬,够大大提高阻燃效果,有效隔断爆炸性危险气体,且能够大大减轻重量;通过设置薄片,能够进一步提高密封胶层与柱体之间的连接强度,以及进一步提高阻燃效果。

一种防爆永磁电机用阻燃接线柱
技术领域
本发明涉及一种防爆永磁电机,特别是一种防爆永磁电机用阻燃接线柱。
背景技术
现有的防爆永磁电机,通常用于在爆炸性气体或粉尘环境中工作,因为电机产生的电弧或火花,极易引发爆炸危险。因此,这对电机的防爆要求较高,而接线装置也需要有良好的防爆措施。
CN2012203596215公开了一种阻燃接线柱,包括:接线柱上设有阻燃区、接线出口、接线进口;阻燃区为设计在接线柱内部中间的一个黄铜实体块。这种结构能够有效隔断爆炸性危险气体。然而,采用一个黄铜实体块,需要加厚设计,大大浪费材料,提高成本,增加接线柱的重量,进而增加整个电机的重量。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的上述不足而提供一种结构简单,重量轻,阻燃性好,成本低廉的防爆永磁电机用阻燃接线柱。
本发明的技术方案是:一种防爆永磁电机用阻燃接线柱,包括柱体,所述柱体上设有接线出口和接线进口,所述柱体的内部中段设有阻燃区;所述阻燃区为密封胶层。
上述方案具有以下优点:通过设置密封胶层,一方面,固好后的胶层的强度和刚度较大,质地硬,不易被爆炸性气体爆破或穿透,可以说,采用密封胶层作为阻燃区,能够大大提高阻燃效果,有效隔断爆炸性危险气体;另一方面,结构简单,材料成本低;再者,胶层的重量极轻,能够大大减小接线柱的重量,进而减小电机整体的重量。
进一步,所述密封胶层的厚度为10~50mm。若密封胶层的厚度太小,强度较低,若太厚,浪费材料。
进一步,所述密封胶层与柱体的内壁密封连接。密封胶层与柱体内壁之间可通过粘接实现固定。
进一步,所述密封胶层为防爆胶泥,可起到防爆阻燃作用。
进一步,所述密封胶层的上端和/或下端连接有薄片。为了进一步提高密封胶层的连接强度,可在密封胶层的上端和/或下端设置薄片,薄片与柱体内壁连接,从而进一步提高密封胶层的连接强度,而且设置薄片也能进一步提高阻燃效果。
进一步,所述薄片与柱体的内壁焊接成一体。
进一步,所述接线出口、接线进口设于柱体的两头。
进一步,所述接线出口和/或接线进口为螺纹接口。
本发明的有益效果:通过设置密封胶层,相比现有设置金属块而言,能够大大降低成本,且胶层的强度和刚度较大,质地硬,能够大大提高阻燃效果,有效隔断爆炸性危险气体,且能够大大减轻重量;通过设置薄片,能够进一步提高密封胶层与柱体之间的连接强度,以及进一步提高阻燃效果;且设置薄片后,可直接在薄片与柱体之间灌胶并固化,形成密封胶层。

具体实施方式
以下将结合说明书附图和具体实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明。
实施例1
如图1和图2所示:一种防爆永磁电机用阻燃接线柱,包括柱体1,所述柱体1上设有接线出口11和接线进口12,所述柱体1的内部中段设有阻燃区;所述阻燃区为密封胶层2。
密封胶层2的厚度为30mm。密封胶层2的形状与柱体1的内壁相适配,且与柱体1的内壁粘接。密封胶层的材质优选为防爆胶泥,不仅节约材料,而且能够吸收爆炸冲击波。
柱体1由模具制成,接线出口11设于柱体1的下端,接线进口12设于柱体1的上端,且接线出口11和接线进口12均为螺纹接口。接线出口11用于供电机连接线连接固定;接线进口12用于供电源线接入固定。
本实施例的柱体结构能够使电气连接简单有效,且隔断爆炸性危险气体的效果显著。
实施例2
如图3所示:与实施例1的区别在于,密封胶层2的上端和下端还连接有薄片3,薄片3的厚度为0.3mm。薄片3的材质为不锈钢或黄铜。薄片3的侧面与柱体1之间焊接连接,例如:可从柱体1的外侧对薄片3进行激光焊。薄片3与柱体1之间紧密连接。薄片3与密封胶层2之间采用胶接。由于薄片3本身非常薄,即使与密封胶层2结合,也不会增加接线柱的重量。
如果设置薄片3,可在下部的薄片3与柱体1之间直接灌入一定厚度的胶体,待胶层固化成硬胶层后,再放置上部的薄片3,从而形成整体结构。
由于硬胶层的强度和刚度较大,质地硬,当受到环境温度变化时,硬胶层会产生膨胀,内部产生应力,容易将薄片或柱体顶坏。为了保护薄片,可在硬胶层与薄片之间先填充软胶层,再填充硬胶层,由于软胶层质地软,即使温度高,硬胶层产生应力时,软胶层会抵消应力,起到保护薄片3和柱体1的作用。
综上所述,本发明通过设置密封胶层,相比现有设置金属块而言,能够大大降低成本,且胶层的强度和刚度较大,质地硬,够大大提高阻燃效果,有效隔断爆炸性危险气体,且能够大大减轻重量。本发明通过设置薄片,能够进一步提高密封胶层与柱体之间的连接强度,以及进一步提高阻燃效果;且设置薄片后,可直接在薄片与柱体之间灌胶并固化,形成密封胶层。

Claims (8)

1.一种防爆永磁电机用阻燃接线柱,其特征在于,包括柱体,所述柱体上设有接线出口和接线进口,所述柱体的内部中段设有阻燃区;其特征在于,所述阻燃区为密封胶层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防爆永磁电机用阻燃接线柱,其特征在于,所述密封胶层的厚度为10~50mm。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的防爆永磁电机用阻燃接线柱,其特征在于,所述密封胶层与柱体的内壁密封连接。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的防爆永磁电机用阻燃接线柱,其特征在于,所述密封胶层为防爆胶泥。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的防爆永磁电机用阻燃接线柱,其特征在于,所述密封胶层的上端和/或下端连接有薄片。
6.根据权利要求5所述的防爆永磁电机用阻燃接线柱,其特征在于,所述薄片与柱体的内壁焊接成一体。
7.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的防爆永磁电机用阻燃接线柱,其特征在于,所述接线出口、接线进口设于柱体的两头。
8.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的防爆永磁电机用阻燃接线柱,其特征在于,所述接线出口和/或接线进口为螺纹接口。
