On the contrary, if the heating power of the heating assembly is within a preset power range, the heating power is within a safe power range, when the power of the heating assembly is adjusted in a temperature keeping stage, the heating power of the heating assembly is adjusted to be out of the preset power range, the heating assembly is damaged or the heating effect cannot be achieved, and at the moment, the power of the fan is adjusted, so that the heating assembly and the fan can be safely operated while the cooking equipment is operated at the first cooking power.
For example, when the heating assembly operates at a high power, in order to enable the cooking apparatus to reach the first cooking power, the power of the heating assembly or the power of the fan needs to be increased, and the power of the heating assembly is high.
(2) And determining the part to be regulated as the heating assembly when the rotating speed of the fan is within a preset rotating speed range and the heating power of the heating assembly is not within a preset power range, and regulating the heating power of the heating assembly at the moment.
The preset rotating speed range is determined according to the set temperature set by the cooking equipment when the cooking equipment is preheated or a food cooking chamber, the preset rotating speed range is a safe rotating speed range of the fan when the temperature in the cooking chamber reaches the set temperature, the fan is easy to damage when rotating at a rotating speed above the maximum rotating speed of the safe rotating speed range, and a non-heating effect is achieved when rotating at a rotating speed below the minimum rotating speed of the safe rotating speed range, so that when the rotating speed of the fan is not within the preset power range, the fan is determined to be the component to be adjusted, the power of the fan is adjusted, and the rotating speed of the fan is adjusted, so that the fan is within the safe rotating speed range when the temperature of the cooking equipment is kept. On the contrary, if the rotating speed of the fan is within the preset rotating speed range, the fan is in the safe rotating speed range, when the rotating speed of the fan is adjusted in the stage of keeping the temperature, the rotating speed of the fan is adjusted out of the preset rotating speed range, the fan is damaged or the heating effect cannot be achieved, the heating power of the heating assembly is adjusted at the moment, and the heating assembly and the fan are enabled to safely operate while the cooking equipment operates at the first cooking power.
For example, when the fan operates at a high rotation speed, in order to enable the cooking apparatus to reach the first cooking power, the power of the heating assembly or the power of the fan needs to be increased, and the rotation speed of the fan is high.
(3) And when the power of the heating assembly or the rotating speed of the fan is low, determining that the part to be regulated is the fan and the heating assembly, and regulating the heating power of the heating assembly and the power of the fan at the same time to improve the rotating speed of the fan. That is to say, the heating assembly and the fan can be adjusted simultaneously, so that the heating assembly and the fan can run safely and reliably.

If the ratio of the fan to the heating assembly is larger than a preset value, the power of the heating assembly is smaller, the heating assembly is determined to be the part to be adjusted, if the ratio of the fan to the heating assembly is smaller than the preset value, the power of the fan is smaller, the size of the part to be adjusted is determined, and the preset value is larger than or equal to 1.
The temperature in the cooking chamber can be adjusted through the heating assembly and the fan, the heating assembly and the fan are adjusted according to the flexibility of the current working conditions of the heating assembly and the fan, the situation that the heating assembly is damaged due to the fact that the power of the heating assembly is continuously increased when the power of the heating assembly is too large is avoided, or the situation that the fan is easily damaged due to the fact that the power of the fan is continuously increased when the fan earns too much power is avoided, and therefore the cooking device is safe and reliable to operate due to the fact that the fan runs at a high rotating speed and is easily damaged due to the fact that the power of the heating assembly and/or the power of the fan are adjusted according to the current heating power of the heating assembly and/or the current rotating speed of the fan.

after preheating of the cooking equipment is finished and when food cooking is not started, determining first cooking power according to the set temperature set during preheating, the maximum set temperature of the cooking equipment and the rated power of the cooking equipment; or after the current food cooking is finished and the food cooking is not started again, determining first cooking power according to the set temperature set during the food cooking, the maximum set temperature of the cooking equipment and the rated power of the cooking equipment;
controlling the cooking device to operate at the first cooking power, so that the temperature in a cooking chamber is kept in a temperature range corresponding to the first cooking power, wherein the first cooking power is smaller than the rated power of the cooking device;
the step of determining the first cooking power according to the set temperature set at the time of preheating or the time of cooking food, the maximum set temperature of the cooking apparatus, and the rated power of the cooking apparatus includes:
acquiring the ratio of the set temperature to the maximum set temperature of the cooking equipment;
and determining the first cooking power according to the ratio, the power coefficient and the rated power of the cooking equipment.
2. The cooking temperature control method of a cooking apparatus according to claim 1, wherein after the step of controlling the cooking apparatus to operate at the first cooking power, further comprising:
detecting the temperature in a cooking chamber of the cooking device;

and detecting that the difference between the set temperature and the temperature in the cooking chamber is smaller than or equal to a preset difference, and keeping heating with the first cooking power.
3. The cooking temperature control method of a cooking apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the cooking temperature control method of a cooking apparatus further comprises:
and after the temperature in the cooking chamber of the cooking equipment is detected to reach the preset temperature, judging that the preheating of the cooking equipment is finished.
4. The cooking temperature control method of a cooking apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the cooking apparatus includes a heating assembly and a fan, and the step of controlling the cooking apparatus to operate at the first cooking power comprises:
adjusting the power of the heating assembly and/or the fan to operate the cooking device at the first cooking power.
5. The cooking temperature control method of a cooking apparatus according to claim 4, wherein the step of adjusting the power of the heating assembly and/or the fan comprises:
acquiring the heating power of the heating assembly and the rotating speed of a fan;
determining a component to be regulated according to the heating power and the rotating speed, and regulating the power of the component to be regulated, wherein the component to be regulated is the heating assembly and/or the fan.
