In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a method for controlling an air conditioner, comprising the steps of:
when a shutdown instruction is received, controlling a compressor of an air conditioner external unit to shut down and starting timing, wherein an electronic expansion valve of the air conditioner internal unit is in an open state, and a fan of the air conditioner internal unit is in a running state;
when the timing reaches a first preset time length, controlling the electronic expansion valve to close;
when the timing reaches a second preset time length, controlling the fan to stop;
the first preset time length is less than the second preset time length.
Preferably, while the controlling of the compressor of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner is performed to stop and the timing step is started, the following steps are further performed:
and adjusting the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve to a first preset step value so as to control the electronic expansion valve to be in the maximum opening degree.
Preferably, while the controlling of the compressor of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner is performed to stop and the timing step is started, the following steps are further performed:
and adjusting the rotating speed of the fan to a preset rotating speed.
Preferably, the preset rotating speed is a rotating speed corresponding to the operation of the fan at a low wind gear.
Preferably, after the step of controlling the electronic expansion valve to close when the timing reaches the first preset time length, the method further includes:
and adjusting the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve to a second preset step value so as to control the electronic expansion valve to be in a standby state.
Preferably, the second preset step value is 300 steps.
Preferably, the value range of the first preset time is set to be 30-180 seconds.
Preferably, when the air conditioner is a multi-split air conditioner, the step of controlling the compressor of the external unit of the air conditioner to stop and start timing when the shutdown instruction is received includes:
when a shutdown instruction corresponding to one indoor unit of the multi-split air conditioner is received, judging whether other indoor units of the multi-split air conditioner are in a shutdown state;
and if other internal machines of the multi-split air conditioner are in a shutdown state, controlling the compressor of the multi-split air conditioner to shut down and starting timing.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention also provides a control device for an air conditioner, including: a memory, a processor, and an air conditioner control program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the air conditioner control program when executed by the processor implementing the steps of:
when a shutdown instruction is received, controlling a compressor of an air conditioner external unit to shut down and starting timing, wherein an electronic expansion valve of the air conditioner internal unit is in an open state, and a fan of the air conditioner internal unit is in a running state;
when the timing reaches a first preset time length, controlling the electronic expansion valve to close;
when the timing reaches a second preset time length, controlling the fan to stop;
the first preset time length is less than the second preset time length.
Further, to achieve the above object, the present invention also proposes a computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon an air conditioner control program which, when executed by a processor, realizes the steps of:
when a shutdown instruction is received, controlling a compressor of an air conditioner external unit to shut down and starting timing, wherein an electronic expansion valve of the air conditioner internal unit is in an open state, and a fan of the air conditioner internal unit is in a running state;
when the timing reaches a first preset time length, controlling the electronic expansion valve to close;
when the timing reaches a second preset time length, controlling the fan to stop;
the first preset time length is less than the second preset time length.
According to the scheme provided by the invention, when a user wants to shut down the air conditioner, corresponding shutdown operation is executed to trigger a shutdown instruction, and when the shutdown instruction is received, the compressor of the air conditioner external unit is controlled to be stopped and timing is started, at the moment, the electronic expansion valve of the air conditioner internal unit is still in an open state, the fan of the air conditioner internal unit is still in a running state, and the refrigerant in the air conditioner flows from high pressure to low pressure to realize balance, so that refrigerant impact noise and fan noise can be generated in the process; and when the timing reaches a first preset time length, controlling the electronic expansion valve to be closed, and then when the timing reaches a second preset time length (longer than the first preset time length), controlling the fan to stop until the refrigerant impact noise and the fan noise disappear. Because the fan noise does not look like refrigerant impulsive noise, the fan noise is the wide band noise that a user can accept, and the fan noise is greater than refrigerant impulsive noise, like this, refrigerant impulsive noise just is covered under the fan noise to avoid the user to hear sharp-pointed refrigerant impulsive noise, consequently, improved the use comfort level of air conditioner.

The solution of the embodiment of the invention is mainly as follows: when a user wants to shut down the air conditioner, corresponding shutdown operation is executed to trigger a shutdown instruction, when the shutdown instruction is received, a compressor of an outer machine of the air conditioner is controlled to shut down, timing is started, at the moment, an electronic expansion valve of the inner machine of the air conditioner is still in an open state, a fan of the inner machine of the air conditioner is still in a running state, refrigerant in the air conditioner flows from high pressure to low pressure to realize balance, and refrigerant impact noise and fan noise can be generated in the process; and when the timing reaches a first preset time length, controlling the electronic expansion valve to be closed, and then when the timing reaches a second preset time length (longer than the first preset time length), controlling the fan to stop until the refrigerant impact noise and the fan noise disappear. Because the fan noise does not look like refrigerant impulsive noise, the fan noise is the wide band noise that a user can accept, and the fan noise is greater than refrigerant impulsive noise, like this, refrigerant impulsive noise just is covered under the fan noise to avoid the user to hear sharp-pointed refrigerant impulsive noise. By the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the problem of poor use comfort of the air conditioner caused by refrigerant impact noise is solved.

Based on the hardware structure, the embodiment of the control method of the air conditioner is provided.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a control method of an air conditioner according to a first embodiment of the present invention.
In a first embodiment, the control method of the air conditioner includes the steps of:
step S10, when a shutdown instruction is received, controlling a compressor of an air conditioner external unit to stop and starting timing, wherein an electronic expansion valve of the air conditioner internal unit is in an open state, and a fan of the air conditioner internal unit is in a running state;
step S20, when the timing reaches a first preset time, controlling the electronic expansion valve to close;
step S30, when the timing reaches a second preset time, controlling the fan to stop;
the first preset time length is less than the second preset time length.
Air conditioners commonly used by users generally comprise an external unit and an internal unit, wherein the external unit comprises a compressor, an outdoor heat exchanger and the like, and the internal unit comprises a fan, an electronic expansion valve, an indoor heat exchanger and the like. In this embodiment, when the user does not need to use the air conditioner, the corresponding shutdown operation is executed, for example, when the user executes the shutdown operation by clicking a shutdown button on a remote controller matched with the air conditioner, a corresponding shutdown instruction is triggered. And when the air conditioner receives the shutdown instruction, controlling a compressor of an air conditioner external unit to stop, and starting timing. For example, the timer built in the air conditioner is started to perform timing.
When the air conditioner receives a shutdown instruction, the electronic expansion valve is not immediately controlled to be closed, but the electronic expansion valve is controlled to be continuously in the open state, so that the flow balance of the refrigerant from high pressure to low pressure is realized. In the flowing process of the refrigerant, corresponding refrigerant impact noise is generated. Most of the refrigerant impact noise is narrow-band noise, which is a sharp noise that is difficult for users to endure.
In order to solve the problem, in this embodiment, when the air conditioner receives a shutdown instruction, the fan of the internal unit of the air conditioner is not immediately controlled to be stopped, but the fan is controlled to be continuously in the running state. Therefore, the fan can generate corresponding fan noise in the operation process. The fan noise is mostly broadband noise, although the noise can be greater than refrigerant impact noise, this is the noise that the user can accept.
Because the fan noise is greater than refrigerant impulsive noise, just can cover refrigerant impulsive noise through the fan noise to avoid the user to hear sharp-pointed refrigerant impulsive noise, bring comfortable user experience for the user.
After the refrigerant flows from high pressure to low pressure for a period of time, the refrigerant can reach balance, and after the refrigerant reaches balance, an electronic expansion valve of an air conditioner indoor unit is controlled to be closed, and then a fan of the air conditioner indoor unit is controlled to be stopped.
Specifically, a first preset time and a second preset time are preset, wherein the first preset time is shorter than the second preset time, and the first preset time can be determined according to the time required by the refrigerant to reach the balance, so as to ensure that the refrigerant can reach the balance within the first preset time. For example, the first preset time period is preset to be 1 minute, and the second preset time period is preset to be 2 minutes. Optionally, the value range of the first preset time is set to be 30-180 seconds. When the timing of the air conditioner reaches a first preset time length, at the moment, the refrigerant reaches balance, and the electronic expansion valve is controlled to be closed. And then, when the timing of the air conditioner reaches a second preset time length, controlling the fan to stop.
Optionally, after the air conditioner reaches a second preset time period, the time is cleared.
The following describes the control method of the air conditioner in detail by taking the multi-split air conditioner as an example.
The multi-split air conditioner comprises a plurality of inner units and an outer unit, wherein the outer unit is connected with the inner units through a pipe, and each inner unit is independently controlled to operate. For the multi-split air conditioner, as shown in fig. 3, the step S10 includes:
step S11, when a shutdown instruction corresponding to one indoor unit of the multi-split air conditioner is received, judging whether other indoor units of the multi-split air conditioner are in a shutdown state;
and step S12, if the other internal machines of the multi-split air conditioner are in a shutdown state, controlling the compressor of the multi-split air conditioner to shut down and starting timing.
Because the multi-split air conditioner comprises a plurality of internal machines, when a shutdown instruction corresponding to one internal machine of the multi-split air conditioner is received each time, whether other internal machines in the multi-split air conditioner are in a shutdown state is judged firstly, namely whether the current internal machine corresponding to the shutdown instruction is the last operating internal machine is judged. If the current inner machine is not the last running inner machine, that is, other inner machines in the multi-split air conditioner are running, at the moment, the compressor of the multi-split air conditioner outer machine is controlled to continue running, and the current inner machine is stopped, including the step of controlling the electronic expansion valve of the current inner machine to be closed, and the fan of the current inner machine is stopped.
If the current internal machine is the last running internal machine, namely other internal machines in the multi-split air conditioner are in a shutdown state, controlling the compressor of the multi-split air conditioner external machine to shut down and starting timing. Meanwhile, the electronic expansion valve of the current inner machine is controlled to be continuously in an open state so as to realize the balance of the flow of the refrigerant from high pressure to low pressure. And the fan of the current inner machine is controlled to be continuously in the running state. When the timing reaches the first preset time length, the refrigerant reaches the balance at the moment, and the electronic expansion valve of the current inner machine is controlled to be closed. And then, when the timing reaches a second preset time length, controlling the fan of the current inner machine to stop.
According to the scheme provided by the embodiment, when a shutdown instruction is received, the compressor of the air conditioner external unit is controlled to stop and starts timing, at this time, the electronic expansion valve of the air conditioner internal unit is still in an open state, the fan of the air conditioner internal unit is still in a running state, and the refrigerant in the air conditioner flows from high pressure to low pressure to realize balance, so that refrigerant impact noise and fan noise can be generated in the process; and when the timing reaches a first preset time length, controlling the electronic expansion valve to be closed, and then when the timing reaches a second preset time length (longer than the first preset time length), controlling the fan to stop until the refrigerant impact noise and the fan noise disappear.
Further, a second embodiment of the control method of the air conditioner of the present invention is proposed based on the first embodiment, and in this embodiment, while the step S10 is executed, the following steps are also executed:
step A, adjusting the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve to a first preset step value so as to control the electronic expansion valve to be in the maximum opening degree.
In this embodiment, in order to quickly balance the refrigerant in the air conditioner, when the air conditioner receives a shutdown instruction, the air conditioner controls the compressor of the air conditioner external unit to stop, and also adjusts the opening of the electronic expansion valve of the air conditioner internal unit to the maximum opening. Specifically, since the maximum opening degree of each electronic expansion valve corresponds to a corresponding step value, for convenience of description, the step value corresponding to the maximum opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is hereinafter referred to as a first preset step value. When the air conditioner receives a shutdown instruction, if the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve at present reaches a first preset step value corresponding to the maximum opening degree, the electronic expansion valve is kept to be continuously opened to the first preset step value. And if the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve does not reach the first preset step value at present, adjusting the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve to the first preset step value, and controlling the electronic expansion valve to be in the maximum opening degree. Under the condition that the electronic expansion valve is in the maximum opening degree, the refrigerant in the air conditioner can be quickly balanced, so that the first preset time and the second preset time can be correspondingly shortened, the time for the existence of noise can be reduced, and the use experience of a user is further improved.
Further, as shown in fig. 4, after the step S20, the method further includes the steps of:
and step S40, adjusting the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve to a second preset step value so as to control the electronic expansion valve to be in a standby state.
In addition to the first preset step value corresponding to the maximum opening degree, the electronic expansion valve is also configured with a step value corresponding to the standby state. When the timing of the air conditioner reaches the first preset time, after the electronic expansion valve is controlled to be closed, further, the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is adjusted to a second preset step value so as to control the electronic expansion valve to be in a standby state. For example, optionally, if the second preset step value corresponding to the standby state of the electronic expansion valve is 300 steps, the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is adjusted to 300 steps, and the electronic expansion valve is controlled to be in the standby state.
It is understood that the operation of adjusting the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve to the second preset step value in step S40 may be performed before step S30, after step S30, or simultaneously with step S30, and in this embodiment, the specific order of performing is not limited.
According to the scheme provided by the embodiment, when the air conditioner receives the shutdown instruction, the compressor is controlled to stop, and meanwhile, the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is adjusted to the maximum opening degree, so that the refrigerant in the air conditioner is balanced quickly, the time length of the existence of noise can be reduced, and the use comfort degree of the air conditioner is further improved.
Further, a third embodiment of the control method of the air conditioner of the present invention is proposed based on the first embodiment or the second embodiment, and in this embodiment, while the step S10 is executed, the following steps are also executed:
and B, adjusting the rotating speed of the fan to a preset rotating speed.
In this embodiment, when the air conditioner receives the shutdown instruction, the compressor of the external unit of the air conditioner is controlled to stop, and the rotation speed of the fan is adjusted to the preset rotation speed. Or when the air conditioner receives a shutdown instruction, controlling a compressor of an outer machine of the air conditioner to stop, adjusting the rotating speed of the fan to a preset rotating speed, and adjusting the opening of the electronic expansion valve to the maximum opening.
In order to reduce the power consumption of the air conditioner, preferably, the preset rotating speed is a rotating speed corresponding to the operation of the fan in the low wind gear, that is, the operation of the fan in the low wind gear is controlled, so that the generation of the noise of the fan is realized, and the power consumption of the air conditioner is also reduced.
Specifically, when the air conditioner receives a shutdown instruction, the current rotating speed of the fan is detected, and if the current rotating speed of the fan is a preset rotating speed corresponding to the operation of the fan at a low wind gear, the fan is maintained to continuously operate at the preset rotating speed. And if the current rotating speed of the fan is not the preset rotating speed, for example, the current rotating speed of the fan is the rotating speed corresponding to the high wind gear of the fan, adjusting the rotating speed of the fan to the preset rotating speed.
According to the scheme provided by the embodiment, when the air conditioner receives the shutdown instruction, the compressor is controlled to stop, and meanwhile, the rotating speed of the fan is adjusted to the preset rotating speed corresponding to the operation of the fan at the low wind gear, so that the power consumption of the air conditioner is reduced.
Furthermore, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium, where an air conditioner control program is stored on the computer-readable storage medium, and when executed by a processor, the air conditioner control program implements the following operations:
when a shutdown instruction is received, controlling a compressor of an air conditioner external unit to shut down and starting timing, wherein an electronic expansion valve of the air conditioner internal unit is in an open state, and a fan of the air conditioner internal unit is in a running state;
when the timing reaches a first preset time length, controlling the electronic expansion valve to close;
when the timing reaches a second preset time length, controlling the fan to stop;
the first preset time length is less than the second preset time length.
Further, the air conditioner control program, when executed by the processor, further performs the following operations:
and adjusting the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve to a first preset step value so as to control the electronic expansion valve to be in the maximum opening degree.
Further, the air conditioner control program, when executed by the processor, further performs the following operations:
and adjusting the rotating speed of the fan to a preset rotating speed.
Further, the air conditioner control program, when executed by the processor, further performs the following operations:
and adjusting the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve to a second preset step value so as to control the electronic expansion valve to be in a standby state.
Further, when the air conditioner is a multi-split air conditioner, the air conditioner control program further implements the following operations when executed by the processor:
when a shutdown instruction corresponding to one indoor unit of the multi-split air conditioner is received, judging whether other indoor units of the multi-split air conditioner are in a shutdown state;
and if other internal machines of the multi-split air conditioner are in a shutdown state, controlling the compressor of the multi-split air conditioner to shut down and starting timing.
