The operation of the air conditioner can also be automatically controlled according to the acquired user and environmental parameters.
The outdoor fan of the air conditioner can adopt an alternating current fan or a direct current fan, and the direct current fan can realize the stepless speed regulation of the fan through frequency conversion speed regulation, can improve the energy efficiency of an air conditioning system and is generally used in an air conditioner with high energy efficiency; however, this method greatly increases the cost of the air conditioning system. The alternating current fan is low in cost, meanwhile, the step speed regulation can be realized by adding the middle tap, but the process of the fan motor is complex and the cost is increased by adding the middle tap. The low-cost stepless speed regulation of the alternating-current fan can be realized by simply regulating the duty ratio through the voltage regulation and the speed regulation of the alternating-current fan. However, in the process of using the alternating-current speed-adjustable fan, when a switch tube controlled by the fan acts to switch off, a fan motor winding needs to continue current, a direct-current bus is charged through a follow-current diode, the voltage of the bus is increased, the air conditioner is failed to stop due to the increase of the voltage of the bus, and even the air conditioner is damaged.

acquiring the temperature of a fan of an outdoor unit of an air conditioner;
and when the temperature of the outdoor unit fan of the air conditioner reaches a reliability protection point, controlling the outdoor unit fan of the air conditioner to stop for preset protection time.
Referring to fig. 2, an embodiment of the present invention provides an air conditioner control method including:
step S10, receiving a starting instruction of the outdoor fan of the air conditioner, and controlling the outdoor fan of the air conditioner to start;
in this embodiment, the electronic device takes an air conditioner as an example, the air conditioner operates according to an instruction of a user, or automatically starts to operate according to a parameter set in advance, and the operating parameter can be adjusted according to an instruction of an environmental condition or a user requirement in an operating process. Of course, the air conditioner can also automatically control the operation of the air conditioner by setting a detection device to detect environmental parameters and user conditions, and automatically setting the operating temperature, the air guide angle and/or the air speed of the air conditioner.
After the air conditioner is started or in the running process of the air conditioner, receiving a starting instruction of the outdoor fan of the air conditioner and controlling the outdoor fan of the air conditioner to start.
The outdoor fan is not necessarily continuously opened in the operation process of the air conditioner, and the fan of the outdoor unit can be automatically or passively opened according to actual requirements and the operation stage of the air conditioner.
Step S20, when the compressor of the air conditioner is in the running state, the bus voltage of the air conditioner direct current bus is obtained;
a voltage detection device is arranged, is connected with the direct current bus, detects the voltage of the direct current bus, and can be adjusted through duty ratio adjustment when the alternating current fan operates to adjust the wind speed. In the process, the condition that the bus voltage is increased exists, the bus voltage of the direct current bus is detected through the detection device, the value of the bus voltage is detected in real time, and the detected bus voltage is reported in time when the bus voltage value changes. And when the compressor of the air conditioner is in a stop operation state, controlling the fan of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner to operate according to the maximum duty ratio.
And step S30, when the value of the bus voltage is larger than the first preset voltage value, controlling the air conditioner to stop running.
The first preset voltage value is set in advance, and according to actual experience, the first preset voltage value is smaller than a bus voltage value of a bus voltage which causes air conditioner faults, the air conditioner faults cannot be caused below the first preset voltage value, and the air conditioner faults can be caused after the first preset voltage value is exceeded or a certain value (for example, 0.5V or 0.6V) is exceeded, so that after the bus voltage of the direct current bus is detected, whether the bus voltage of the direct current bus exceeds the first preset voltage value or not is judged, and when the bus voltage exceeds the first preset voltage value, the risk of air conditioner faults exists, and the air conditioner is controlled to stop running; and when the air conditioner is not overtaken, controlling the outdoor unit of the air conditioner to operate without stopping.
This embodiment is through opening the back at the air conditioner, and the back is opened to outdoor fan, judges whether the compressor opens, and when the compressor was in running state, the busbar voltage of detecting direct current bus, through busbar voltage's detection and judgement, in time closes the air conditioner, avoids direct current bus's busbar voltage too high in the air conditioner, leads to the air conditioner trouble, causes the loss. The operation control mode is provided, the fault of the air conditioner caused by overhigh bus voltage is effectively avoided, and the operation stability of the air conditioner is improved.
In an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 3, after the step of obtaining the bus voltage of the dc bus of the air conditioner, the method further includes:
and step S40, when the value of the bus voltage is smaller than a first preset voltage value, controlling the fan of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner to operate according to the maximum duty ratio.
When the value of the bus voltage is judged to be smaller than the first preset voltage value, the condition that the bus voltage is high and the air conditioner fails cannot exist at the moment, and the fan of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner can be controlled to operate according to the maximum duty ratio, namely, the air is rapidly supplied. Of course, the fan of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner can be controlled according to actual requirements. For example, according to the instruction of the user, the operation of the outdoor unit fan of the air conditioner is controlled according to the duty ratio corresponding to the instruction; or acquiring the outdoor environment temperature, determining the duty ratio controlled by the corresponding air conditioner outdoor unit fan according to the wind speed interval corresponding to the outdoor environment temperature and the wind speed interval, and controlling the operation of the air conditioner according to the duty ratio.
The wind speed intervals of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner are divided according to the outdoor environment temperature, and comprise ultrahigh wind intervals, high wind intervals and wind speed compressor frequency linkage intervals, for example. The wind speed compressor frequency linkage interval is a preset interval and is an outdoor environment temperature and compressor rotating speed linkage interval. The outdoor environment temperature is divided into different temperature intervals, for example, the temperature of 1-10 ℃ is an interval A, the temperature of 11-20 ℃ is an interval B, the temperature of 21-25 ℃ is an interval C, and the temperature of 26-30 ℃ is an interval D. According to different temperature intervals of outdoor environment temperature, corresponding to different wind speed intervals of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner, for example, a D interval corresponds to an ultra-high wind interval, a C interval corresponds to a high wind interval, and the like, and corresponding relations are set according to requirements and actual conditions. Of course, the air conditioner has different operation modes, and the temperature interval may also be different from the interval of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner. Specifically, referring to fig. 3, the step of determining the wind speed interval of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner to which the outdoor environment temperature corresponds includes: determining a temperature coefficient of the outdoor ambient temperature; and determining the wind speed interval of the air conditioner outdoor unit corresponding to the temperature coefficient as a first air conditioner outdoor unit wind speed interval. The corresponding relation between the ambient temperature and the temperature coefficient can be preset and obtained by analyzing system experiment data, the corresponding relation between the temperature coefficient and the duty ratio of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner can be obtained by analyzing the system experiment data, and different air speed intervals of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner are determined by determining the temperature coefficient, so that the control of the outdoor fan of the air conditioner is more accurate.
When the bus voltage is below the voltage value causing the air conditioner fault, the embodiment determines the wind speed interval of the outdoor environment temperature, and controls the stepless speed regulation of the outdoor fan in different modes, so that the outdoor fan is controlled more reasonably and accurately, and the running comfort of the air conditioner is improved.
Referring to fig. 4, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, after the step of obtaining the bus voltage of the dc bus of the air conditioner, the method further includes:
step S50, when the value of the bus voltage is smaller than a first preset voltage value, judging whether the value of the bus voltage is smaller than a second preset voltage value, wherein the second preset voltage value is smaller than the first preset voltage value;
and step S60, when the bus voltage value is smaller than a second preset voltage value, controlling the fan of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner to operate according to a preset duty ratio, wherein the preset duty ratio is not the maximum duty ratio.
In this embodiment, on the basis of the above embodiment, if the value of the bus voltage is smaller than the first preset voltage value, it is further determined whether the value of the bus voltage is smaller than a second preset voltage value, where the second preset voltage value is smaller than the first preset voltage value, and the second preset voltage value is set on the basis of the first preset voltage value, so as to prevent the damage to components of the air conditioner caused by the high-speed operation of the outdoor unit fan of the air conditioner, which may result in the decrease in the stability of the air conditioner. The second preset voltage value is set according to practical experience, and above the second preset voltage value and below the first preset voltage value, the duty ratio of the outdoor unit fan of the air conditioner is controlled instead of operating at the maximum duty ratio.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 5, when the value of the bus voltage is smaller than a second preset voltage value, the step of controlling the fan of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner to operate according to a preset duty ratio includes:
step S61, obtaining compressor parameters, and determining a wind speed interval corresponding to the fan of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner according to the compressor parameters;
step S62, determining the duty ratio of the fan control of the corresponding air conditioner outdoor unit according to the wind speed interval, and taking the determined duty ratio as a preset duty ratio;
and step S63, controlling the fan of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner to operate according to the determined duty ratio.
The method comprises the steps of obtaining the rotating speed of a compressor of the air conditioner, and determining the rotating speed of the compressor corresponding to the wind speed interval of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner. Setting the wind speed interval of the outdoor fans of different air conditioners according to the different rotating speeds of the compressors, for example, dividing the interval into four intervals according to the rotating speed of the compressors: high wind interval, middle wind interval, low wind interval, ultra-low wind interval. Of course, the rotational speed of the compressor may also be the frequency of the compressor. And determining the duty ratio of the corresponding air conditioner outdoor fan according to the determined air speed interval of the air conditioner outdoor unit.
After the duty ratio of the outdoor fan of the air conditioner is determined, the actual duty ratio of the current outdoor fan of the air conditioner is obtained before adjustment, and the outdoor fan of the air conditioner is adjusted to operate according to the actual duty ratio and the determined duty ratio.
In the actual operation process, the actual duty ratio of the air conditioner is unstable under the condition that the rotating speed of the fan of the air conditioner is unstable. Alternatively, whether the rotating speed of the outdoor fan of the air conditioner is stable is judged by judging the stability of the air volume continuously output by the outdoor fan of the air conditioner. And if the rotating speed of the outdoor fan of the air conditioner is judged to reach the stable state, the outdoor fan of the air conditioner feeds back the actual duty ratio, and the value of the actual duty ratio is detected. Specifically, in order to ensure the accuracy of the actual duty ratio detection, a plurality of values, for example, 8, of the actual duty ratio fed back by the outdoor fan of the air conditioner are detected, and the actual duty ratio fed back by the outdoor fan of the air conditioner is acquired. After acquiring the actual duty cycle of the outdoor fan of the air conditioner, the plurality of values are processed, for example, averaged. And adjusting the operation of the outdoor fan of the air conditioner according to the average value and the determined duty ratio.
The duty ratio is controlled through the parameters of the compressor, so that the operation control of the fan of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner is more accurate and reasonable, and the operation stability of the air conditioner is improved.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the air conditioner operates in different modes, and the compressor parameter corresponds to different wind speed intervals of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner, specifically, referring to fig. 6, the step of obtaining the compressor parameter and determining the wind speed interval corresponding to the outdoor unit of the air conditioner according to the compressor parameter includes:
step S64, acquiring the current operation mode of the air conditioner;
step S65, determining the wind speed interval determining mode of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner corresponding to the operation mode;
and step S66, determining the wind speed interval of the fan of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner to which the compressor parameter corresponds according to the wind speed interval determination mode of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner. The method for determining the wind speed interval of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner comprises the steps that the wind speed interval of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner is determined according to the wind speed interval determination mode of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner, and the wind speed interval is determined according to the wind speed interval determination mode of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner. The determination mode of the wind speed intervals of the outdoor fans of different air conditioners is determined through different operation modes, so that the finally obtained duty ratio of the outdoor fan control is more accurate, the speed change of the air conditioner is more accurately controlled, and the comfort level of the air conditioner is improved.
Referring to fig. 7, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the method further includes:
step S80, obtaining the temperature of the outdoor unit fan of the air conditioner;
and step S90, when the temperature of the outdoor unit fan of the air conditioner reaches a reliability protection point, controlling the outdoor unit fan of the air conditioner to stop for a preset protection time.
In this embodiment, the temperature of the outdoor fan is detected, if the temperature of the outdoor fan exceeds the reliability protection point, if the outdoor fan continues to operate at a high speed, the temperature of components is too high and the components are damaged, so that the reliability of the outdoor fan and the air conditioner is affected, the priority level of the reliability protection is set to be higher than the air speed adjustment, when the reliability protection point is reached, the outdoor fan stops for a preset protection time (8s, the preset protection time is short, and the situation that the outdoor fan stops for too long to affect the control of the indoor environment is avoided), after the preset protection time is stopped, whether the temperature of the outdoor fan is lower than the reliability protection point is judged, if so, the reliability protection is removed, the duty ratio of the outdoor fan is calculated according to the outdoor environment temperature and/or the rotating speed of the compressor, and the outdoor fan of the. The temperature of the outdoor fan is detected, so that the reliable operation of the outdoor fan is ensured, and the reliability of the air conditioner is improved.
In one embodiment of the invention, after controlling the air conditioner to operate according to the determined duty ratio, acquiring the operating rotating speed of the fan of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner; and when the running rotating speed is greater than or equal to the safe running rotating speed, controlling the outdoor fan to run according to the safe running rotating speed. Through the control of safe rotational speed, avoid high-speed operation to lead to the damage of components and parts, protect the reliability of air conditioner outdoor fan operation, improve the stability of air conditioner operation.
To better describe the embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 8, the process of air conditioner control includes:
the air conditioner operates and receives a fan starting command;
judging whether the compressor operates or not, and if the compressor does not operate, operating the fan at full duty ratio;
if the compressor is in the running state, judging whether the bus voltage is greater than a first threshold value, and if the bus voltage is less than the first threshold value, running according to a normal duty ratio;
if the bus voltage is greater than the first threshold value, whether the bus voltage is greater than a second threshold value or not is judged, if the bus voltage is less than the second threshold value, the fan runs at full duty ratio, and if the bus voltage is greater than the second threshold value, the air conditioner is controlled to stop so as to avoid the air conditioner from being in fault.
The present invention also provides an electronic device, including: the air conditioner control method comprises a memory, a processor and an air conditioner control program stored on the memory and capable of running on the processor, wherein the air conditioner control program realizes the air conditioner control method when being executed by the processor. The electronic device can be an air conditioner or other devices for controlling the air conditioner.
The embodiment determines the duty ratio of the outdoor fan according to the outdoor environment temperature and the compressor parameter by acquiring the outdoor environment temperature and the compressor parameter outside the air conditioner acting space, and then controls the operation of the outdoor fan of the air conditioner according to the duty ratio. Different stepless speed change modes are provided, the cost of controlling the outdoor fan of the air conditioner is improved in a mode of not increasing hardware, the manufacturing cost of the air conditioner is reduced, and the flexibility of controlling the air speed of the outdoor fan is improved.
Furthermore, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium, where an air conditioner control program is stored on the computer-readable storage medium, and when executed by the processor, the air conditioner control program implements the following operations:
receiving a starting instruction of an air conditioner outdoor fan and controlling the air conditioner outdoor fan to start;
