and calculating the current switching frequency according to the current voltage phase angle, and controlling the outdoor fan of the air conditioner to operate according to the current switching frequency.
Referring to fig. 2, a first embodiment of the present invention provides a control method of an air conditioner, including:
step S10, receiving a starting instruction of the outdoor fan of the air conditioner, and controlling the outdoor fan of the air conditioner to start;
in this embodiment, the device is an air conditioner, the air conditioner operates according to an instruction of a user, or automatically starts to operate according to a parameter set in advance, and the operating parameter can be adjusted according to an environmental condition or an instruction required by the user during the operation. Of course, the air conditioner can also automatically control the operation of the air conditioner by setting a detection device to detect environmental parameters and user conditions, and automatically setting the operating temperature, the air guide angle and/or the air speed of the air conditioner.
After the air conditioner is started or in the running process of the air conditioner, receiving a starting instruction of the outdoor fan of the air conditioner and controlling the outdoor fan of the air conditioner to start.
The outdoor fan is not necessarily continuously opened in the operation process of the air conditioner, and the fan of the outdoor unit can be automatically or passively opened according to actual requirements and the operation stage of the air conditioner.
Step S20, after the outdoor fan of the air conditioner is started, acquiring the frequency conversion rule of the input power supply of the outdoor fan of the air conditioner;
in the embodiment, the fan used by the outdoor fan of the air conditioner is an alternating current fan, and the input power supply connected to the alternating current fan is alternating current, so that the input power supply of the outdoor fan of the air conditioner is input in a variable frequency mode within a preset or fixed period in the operation process of the outdoor fan of the air conditioner. In this embodiment, after the air conditioner outdoor fan is started, the frequency conversion rule of the input power supply of the air conditioner outdoor fan can be directly determined according to the specification of each air conditioner outdoor fan; or, the frequency conversion rule of the input power supply of the outdoor fan of the air conditioner can be preset by demand, and the preset frequency conversion rule of the input power supply of the outdoor fan of the air conditioner can be directly obtained after the outdoor fan of the air conditioner is started; or, a current or voltage detection device is arranged on the air conditioner outdoor fan, and the frequency conversion period of the input power supply of the air conditioner outdoor fan is determined according to the detected current or voltage change rule of the input power supply by detecting the current or voltage of the input power supply of the air conditioner outdoor fan in real time or at regular time.
Step S30, determining the regulation rule of the switching frequency of the outdoor fan of the air conditioner according to the frequency conversion rule of the input power supply of the outdoor fan of the air conditioner;
the switching frequency adjustment rule is a switching frequency variation rule in a switching frequency adjustment period during the operation of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner, that is, the switching frequency varies continuously in the adjustment period during the operation of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner. The frequency conversion interval of the switching frequency of the outdoor fan of the air conditioner is preset according to the model number or the requirement of the outdoor fan of the air conditioner, namely, the maximum frequency value and the minimum frequency value of the switching frequency of the outdoor fan of the air conditioner are preset, and the switching frequency of the outdoor fan of the air conditioner is adjusted to be the adjustment of the switching frequency between the maximum frequency value and the minimum frequency value.
In this embodiment, the adjustment rule of the switching frequency of the outdoor fan of the air conditioner may be determined as an adjustment rule that is the same as the frequency conversion rule of the input power of the outdoor fan of the air conditioner, that is, when the switching frequency is adjusted according to the adjustment rule of the switching frequency, the change rule of the switching frequency is the same as the frequency conversion rule of the input power of the outdoor fan of the air conditioner, and it can be understood that the input power of the outdoor fan of the air conditioner is synchronized with the switching frequency.
Alternatively, the adjustment rule of the switching frequency of the outdoor fan of the air conditioner may also be determined as an adjustment rule opposite to the frequency conversion rule of the input power of the outdoor fan of the air conditioner, that is, when the switching frequency is adjusted according to the adjustment rule of the switching frequency, the change rule is opposite to the frequency conversion rule of the input power of the outdoor fan of the air conditioner.
Or, the switching frequency adjustment rule of the outdoor fan of the air conditioner may also be determined as an adjustment rule that is staggered with the frequency conversion rule of the input power of the outdoor fan of the air conditioner, that is, when the switching frequency is adjusted according to the switching frequency adjustment rule, the change rule of the switching frequency is staggered with the frequency conversion rule of the input power of the outdoor fan of the air conditioner, but the change period and the change curve are the same.
And step S40, controlling the frequency conversion operation of the outdoor fan of the air conditioner according to the switching frequency adjustment rule.
And after the switching frequency adjustment rule is determined, controlling the switching frequency of the outdoor fan of the air conditioner to continuously adjust the switching frequency according to the switching frequency adjustment rule, so that the switching frequency of the outdoor fan of the air conditioner is subjected to variable-frequency operation in the operation process. It will be appreciated that the switching frequency is repeatedly varied during the adjustment period of the switching frequency adjustment rule.
In the embodiment, after the air conditioner is started and the outdoor fan is started, the frequency conversion rule of the input power supply of the outdoor fan of the air conditioner is acquired, the switching frequency adjustment rule of the outdoor fan of the air conditioner is determined according to the frequency conversion rule of the input power supply of the outdoor fan of the air conditioner, the switching frequency of the outdoor fan of the air conditioner is subjected to frequency conversion operation according to the switching frequency adjustment rule, so that the switching frequency of the outdoor fan of the air conditioner is controlled to be changed all the time, therefore, the electromagnetic interference is effectively staggered, and when the air conditioner uses the alternating current speed-adjustable fan, the EMI test can.
Referring to fig. 3, a second embodiment of the present invention provides a method for controlling an air conditioner, based on the embodiment shown in fig. 2, wherein the step of determining a switching frequency adjustment rule of the outdoor air conditioner according to a frequency conversion rule of an input power of the outdoor air conditioner includes:
step S310, determining the adjustment period of the switching frequency of the outdoor fan of the air conditioner according to the frequency conversion period of the input power supply of the outdoor fan of the air conditioner;
step S320, determining a variation law of the switching frequency of the outdoor air conditioner in the switching frequency adjustment period according to a frequency conversion law of the input power of the outdoor air conditioner in the frequency conversion period. The step S310 and the step S320 do not limit the sequence, and the sequence may be changed.
The outdoor fan of the air conditioner is an alternating current fan, the input power supply of the outdoor fan is a variable frequency power supply, and after the variable frequency rule of the input power supply of the outdoor fan of the air conditioner is determined, the variable frequency period and the variable frequency rule in the variable frequency period can be determined according to the variable frequency rule of the input power supply of the outdoor fan of the air conditioner.
When the switching frequency regulation rule of the outdoor fan of the air conditioner is the same as the frequency conversion rule of the input power supply of the outdoor fan of the air conditioner, the frequency conversion period is the same as the switching frequency regulation period of the outdoor fan of the air conditioner, namely the frequency conversion period of the input power supply of the outdoor fan of the air conditioner is the regulation period of the switching frequency of the outdoor fan of the air conditioner; in the embodiment, the switching frequency adjustment period and the frequency conversion period of the input power supply adopt a synchronous jitter frequency technology, so that interference is staggered, and electromagnetic interference is effectively reduced.
When the switching frequency regulation rule of the outdoor fan of the air conditioner is opposite to the frequency conversion rule of the input power supply of the outdoor fan of the air conditioner, the frequency conversion period is the same as the switching frequency regulation period of the outdoor fan of the air conditioner, namely the frequency conversion period of the input power supply of the outdoor fan of the air conditioner, and the frequency conversion rule of the input power supply of the outdoor fan of the air conditioner in the frequency conversion period is opposite to the change rule of the input power supply of the outdoor fan of the air conditioner in the switching frequency regulation period.
In this embodiment, preferably, the change rule of the switching frequency of the outdoor air conditioner in the switching frequency adjustment period is opposite to the frequency conversion rule of the input power of the outdoor air conditioner in the frequency conversion period, that is, when the input voltage of the power supply is the maximum, the minimum switching frequency is corresponded, and when the input voltage of the power supply is the minimum, the maximum switching frequency is corresponded, so as to further reduce the electromagnetic interference.
It can be understood that, when the switching frequency regulation rule of the outdoor air conditioner fan is staggered with the frequency conversion rule of the input power of the outdoor air conditioner fan, the frequency conversion period is the same as the switching frequency regulation period of the outdoor air conditioner fan, that is, the frequency conversion period of the input power of the outdoor air conditioner fan is staggered with the change rule of the input power of the outdoor air conditioner fan in the switching frequency regulation period.
In other embodiments, the switching frequency adjustment period is the same as the frequency conversion period of the input power of the outdoor fan of the air conditioner, and the variation law of the switching frequency may be different from the frequency conversion law of the input power of the outdoor fan of the air conditioner, for example, the variation law of the switching frequency of the outdoor fan of the air conditioner in the switching frequency adjustment period may also be a sinusoidal variation law in the switching frequency adjustment period; or the cosine change rule in the switching frequency adjustment period, the synchronous jitter frequency technology is adopted by the input power supply and the switching frequency of the outdoor fan of the air conditioner, so that the staggered interference is realized, the electromagnetic interference is reduced, and the change rule of the switching frequency in the switching frequency adjustment period is set.
In this embodiment, the switching frequency adjustment period and the variation law in the switching frequency adjustment period are determined according to the frequency conversion period and the frequency conversion law of the input power source of the outdoor fan of the air conditioner, so that the switching frequency conversion operation is easily adjusted, and the electromagnetic interference is reduced.
Referring to fig. 4, a third embodiment of the present invention provides a method for controlling an air conditioner, based on the embodiment shown in fig. 3, where the step of determining a variation law of a switching frequency of an outdoor fan of the air conditioner in the switching frequency adjustment period according to a frequency conversion law of an input power of the outdoor fan of the air conditioner in the frequency conversion period includes:
step S321, acquiring a zero crossing point voltage value and a peak voltage value of an input power supply of the outdoor fan of the air conditioner in real time or at regular time;
the air conditioner outdoor fan is an alternating current fan, and an input power supply of the air conditioner outdoor fan continuously changes among a highest value, a lowest value and a zero value in the running process of the air conditioner. And detecting a zero crossing point voltage value and a peak voltage value of the input power supply of the outdoor fan of the air conditioner in real time or at regular time, wherein the peak voltage values are a highest peak voltage value and a lowest peak voltage value. In this embodiment, a voltage detection device is disposed in an outdoor air conditioner, and is controlled to detect a voltage value of an input power supply in real time or at regular time, and when the voltage value is detected to be a zero-crossing voltage value and a peak voltage value, the zero-crossing voltage value and the peak voltage value are obtained.
Step S322, determining a zero frequency value, a maximum frequency value and a minimum frequency value of the switching frequency according to the zero voltage value and the peak voltage value;
step S323, determining a change rule of the switching frequency within the switching frequency adjustment period according to the zero frequency value, the maximum frequency value, and the minimum frequency value of the switching frequency.
In this embodiment, the zero frequency value, the maximum frequency value, and the minimum frequency value of the switching frequency are determined according to the zero voltage value and the peak voltage value of the input power of the outdoor fan of the air conditioner.
When the switching frequency regulation rule of the outdoor fan of the air conditioner is the same as the frequency conversion rule of the input power supply of the outdoor fan of the air conditioner, acquiring a zero voltage value and a peak voltage value of the input power supply of the outdoor fan of the air conditioner, wherein the highest peak voltage of the input power supply of the outdoor fan of the air conditioner corresponds to the maximum frequency value of the switching frequency, the lowest peak voltage of the input power supply of the outdoor fan of the air conditioner corresponds to the minimum frequency value of the switching frequency, and the zero voltage value of the input power supply of the outdoor fan of the air conditioner corresponds to the zero frequency value of the switching frequency. Specifically, when the voltage of the input power supply of the outdoor air conditioner runs to the highest peak voltage, the switching frequency is converted to the maximum frequency value, when the voltage of the input power supply of the outdoor air conditioner runs to the minimum peak voltage, the switching frequency is converted to the minimum frequency value, and when the voltage of the input power supply of the outdoor air conditioner runs to the zero voltage value, the switching frequency is converted to the zero frequency value.
Or when the switching frequency adjustment rule of the outdoor fan of the air conditioner is opposite to the frequency conversion rule of the input power supply of the outdoor fan of the air conditioner, after acquiring a zero voltage value and a peak voltage value of the input power supply of the outdoor fan of the air conditioner, the highest peak voltage value corresponds to the minimum frequency value of the switching frequency, the lowest peak voltage value corresponds to the maximum frequency value of the switching frequency, and the zero voltage value corresponds to the zero frequency value of the switching frequency. Specifically, when the voltage of the input power supply of the outdoor air conditioner runs to the highest peak voltage, the switching frequency is converted to the minimum frequency value, when the voltage of the input power supply of the outdoor air conditioner runs to the lowest peak voltage, the switching frequency is converted to the maximum frequency value, and when the voltage of the input power supply of the outdoor air conditioner runs to the zero voltage value, the switching frequency is converted to the zero frequency value.
Or when the switching frequency regulation rule of the outdoor fan of the air conditioner is staggered with the frequency conversion rule of the input power supply of the outdoor fan of the air conditioner, after acquiring a zero voltage value and a peak voltage value of the input power supply of the outdoor fan of the air conditioner, the peak voltage value corresponds to a zero frequency value of the switching frequency, and the zero voltage value corresponds to a maximum frequency value or a minimum frequency value of the switching frequency. Specifically, when the voltage of the input power supply of the outdoor air conditioner runs to a peak voltage value, the switching frequency is converted to a zero frequency value, and when the voltage of the input power supply of the outdoor air conditioner runs to the zero voltage value, the switching frequency is converted to a maximum frequency value or a minimum frequency value.
After the maximum frequency value, the zero frequency value and the position of the minimum frequency value of the switching frequency are determined, the switching frequency change rule of the switching frequency in the switching frequency adjustment period is determined according to the relationship among the maximum frequency value, the zero frequency value and the minimum frequency value.
In this embodiment, the variation rule of the switching frequency is determined according to the voltage frequency conversion rule of the input power of the outdoor fan of the air conditioner, and the electromagnetic interference is further staggered on the basis of reducing the electromagnetic interference due to the synchronous frequency jittering of the power supply, so that the EMI of the air conditioner can pass the test more easily.
Referring to fig. 5, a fourth embodiment of the present invention further provides a method for controlling an air conditioner, based on all the above embodiments, the step of controlling the variable frequency operation of the outdoor fan of the air conditioner according to the switching frequency adjustment rule includes:
step S410, obtaining a zero crossing point voltage value and a peak voltage value of an input power supply of the outdoor fan of the air conditioner;
step S420, determining a current voltage phase angle according to the zero-crossing point voltage value and the peak voltage value;
and step S430, calculating the current switching frequency according to the current voltage phase angle, and controlling the outdoor fan of the air conditioner to operate according to the current switching frequency.
The switching frequency adjustment rule of the outdoor fan of the air conditioner is determined according to the frequency conversion rule of the input power supply of the outdoor fan of the air conditioner, and specifically, the switching frequency adjustment rule can be determined to be the same as, opposite to or staggered with the frequency conversion rule of the input power supply. After the relation between the switching frequency adjustment rule and the frequency conversion rule of the input power supply is determined, in a specific operation process, the voltage phase angle of a current operation node can be determined by acquiring the zero-crossing point voltage value and the peak voltage value of the input power supply of the outdoor fan of the air conditioner and the positions and the sizes of the zero-crossing point voltage and the peak voltage, and then the current switching frequency of the extreme of the current voltage phase angle is sensed so as to control the switching frequency of the air conditioner to be converted to the current switching frequency.
In the embodiment, in the operation process of the outdoor fan of the air conditioner, the current switching frequency is calculated by obtaining the zero-crossing point voltage value and the peak voltage value of the input power supply of the outdoor fan of the air conditioner and then calculating the current voltage phase angle, so as to control the outdoor fan of the air conditioner to operate according to the current switching frequency.
It can be understood that, the method of controlling the frequency conversion operation of the outdoor fan of the air conditioner according to the switching frequency adjustment rule may further specifically obtain the switching frequency adjustment rule according to the third embodiment, and form the change curve of the switching frequency in advance, and in the process of controlling the frequency conversion operation of the switching frequency, the outdoor fan of the air conditioner may directly operate according to the change curve of the switching frequency, and the control method ensures that the frequency conversion rule of the switching frequency is relatively stable.
To better describe the embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 6, the process of air conditioner control includes:
the air conditioner runs, receives a fan starting command and starts a fan;
