and when the compressor operating frequency is less than the minimum operating frequency, controlling the compressor to operate at the minimum operating frequency.
Referring to fig. 2, an embodiment of a control method of an air conditioner according to the present invention includes:
step S10, acquiring the ambient temperature and the ambient humidity;
in an embodiment, a temperature sensor and a humidity sensor are arranged on an indoor unit of the air conditioner, the temperature sensor can acquire the ambient temperature of the indoor environment where the indoor unit is located, and the humidity sensor can acquire the ambient humidity of the indoor environment where the indoor unit is located. The ambient temperature and ambient humidity at the sensor or sensor may be converted to digital information and may be sent to a processing device (e.g., a CPU or microprocessor).
The indoor unit of the air conditioner is also provided with an air outlet, and an air deflector is arranged on the air outlet, wherein the air deflector can comprise an inner air deflector and an outer air deflector. The air conditioner controls the air output and the air output direction of the air outlet according to the air guide angle of the air guide plate, wherein the air guide angle can comprise an inner air guide angle corresponding to the inner air guide plate and an outer air guide angle corresponding to the outer air guide plate. The inner air guide plate and the outer air guide plate are controlled to act in a synergistic mode according to the inner air guide angle and the outer air guide angle, and different refrigeration effects and wind sheltering effects can be achieved.
Step S20, determining the angle of the air deflector according to the environment temperature and the environment humidity;
in an embodiment, when the ambient temperature and the ambient humidity are obtained, the angle of the air deflector can be determined according to the ambient temperature and the ambient humidity, and when the ambient temperature and the ambient humidity are high, the angle of the air deflector can be controlled to be increased, so that the air output is increased, and a better refrigeration effect is generated.
Optionally, the determining the angle of the air deflector according to the ambient temperature and the ambient humidity includes the following steps:
step S21, acquiring the current set temperature;
in an embodiment, the current set temperature may be an air conditioner cooling temperature set by a control terminal, wherein the control terminal may be a remote controller and/or an intelligent mobile terminal.
As will be appreciated by those skilled in the art, the temperature can be set by the smart mobile terminal, and then the air conditioner is provided with a data communication device, which may be bluetooth, WiFi, or ZigBee, etc. The air conditioner can be directly communicated with the mobile terminal, and can also be communicated with the intelligent mobile terminal through a data transfer device. The relay device may be a data relay device such as a wireless router.
Step S22, when the environment temperature is higher than the current set temperature and the environment humidity is higher than a first preset humidity, taking the first preset angle as an air deflector angle;
in an embodiment, when the ambient temperature and the current set temperature are obtained, the ambient temperature and the current set temperature are compared, when the ambient temperature is greater than the current set temperature, it may be determined that the cooling effect of the air conditioner is not good at the current time, and when the ambient humidity is obtained, the ambient humidity may be compared with a first preset humidity for comparison. When the ambient temperature is higher than the current set temperature and the ambient humidity is higher than the first preset humidity, the first preset angle can be used as the angle of the air deflector to ensure the quick refrigerating capacity of the air conditioner.
And S23, when the ambient temperature is less than or equal to the current set temperature and the ambient humidity is less than or equal to a second preset humidity, taking the second preset angle as an air deflector angle, wherein the first angle is greater than the second angle.
In an embodiment, when the air conditioner determines that the ambient temperature at the current moment is less than or equal to the current set temperature and the ambient humidity is less than or equal to the second preset humidity, it may be determined that the cooling effect of the air conditioner at the current moment is better, so that the angle of the air deflector is reduced, thereby achieving the effect of avoiding people from wind and further improving the comfort of the air conditioner. Therefore, the second preset angle can be used as the angle of the air guide plate, wherein the second air guide angle is smaller than the first air guide angle.
Optionally, the determining the angle of the air deflector according to the ambient temperature and the ambient humidity includes the following steps:
step S24, acquiring the current set temperature, the first temperature threshold and the second temperature threshold;
step S25, when the ambient temperature is simultaneously higher than the current set temperature and the first temperature threshold value, and the ambient humidity is higher than a first preset humidity, taking the first preset angle as an air deflector angle;
and S26, when the ambient temperature is less than or equal to the current set temperature and a second temperature threshold at the same time, and the ambient humidity is less than or equal to a second preset humidity, taking a second preset angle as an air deflector angle, wherein the first angle is greater than the second angle.
In an embodiment, when the cooling effect of the air conditioner is determined according to the current ambient temperature and the current set temperature, the cooling effect of the air conditioner may not be accurately determined, so that a first temperature threshold and a second temperature threshold may be set in the air conditioner, and when the ambient temperature is greater than the current set temperature and the first temperature threshold at the same time, and the ambient humidity is greater than a first preset humidity, it is determined that the cooling effect of the air conditioner is not good, so that the first preset angle is used as the angle of the air deflector, and the rapid cooling capability of the air conditioner is ensured.
And when the ambient temperature is less than or equal to the current set temperature and the second temperature threshold at the same time and the ambient humidity is less than or equal to the second preset humidity, judging that the refrigerating effect of the air conditioner at the current moment is better, so that the angle of the air deflector can be reduced, and the effect of avoiding people by wind is realized. Namely, the second preset angle is used as the angle of the air deflector.
It should be noted that the angle of the air deflector can be an angle of the air deflector relative to the air outlet, and when the angle of the air deflector is 90 °, the air deflector can be an air guiding angle of the maximum air output. Thus, the first preset angle may be 90 ° and the second preset angle may be 45 °. The first temperature threshold and the second temperature threshold may be stably determined according to the current setting, for example, a numerical value corresponding to the first temperature threshold may be a numerical value corresponding to the current setting temperature plus 1, and a numerical value corresponding to the second temperature threshold may be a numerical value corresponding to the current setting temperature minus 1.
In addition, the wind guide plate angle can comprise an inner wind guide angle of the inner wind guide plate and an outer wind guide angle of the outer wind guide plate, and the inner wind guide angle and the outer wind guide angle can be the same so as to be different. When interior wind-guiding angle is inequality with outer wind-guiding angle, the aviation baffle angle can include two different angles, promptly first preset angle can include two different numerical values to correspond interior wind-guiding angle and outer wind-guiding angle respectively.
Further, when the inner wind guiding angle and the outer wind guiding angle are determined, the inner wind guiding plate and the outer wind guiding plate can be controlled to operate at the inner wind guiding angle and the outer wind guiding angle respectively, wherein an entity for executing and controlling the inner wind guiding plate and the outer wind guiding plate to operate at the inner wind guiding angle and the outer wind guiding angle respectively can be a data processing unit of the air conditioner, and the data processing unit can be a CPU or a microprocessor. In order to realize the rapid processing of control data and improve the response speed of the air conditioner, a special microprocessor only used for processing the control data of the air deflector can be added in the air conditioner, and when the air deflector needs to be controlled by the air conditioner, the special microprocessor can directly read the angle of the air deflector from a storage medium, so that the air deflector is controlled according to the angle of the air deflector. The air deflector may be controlled by a stepping motor or other mechanical devices, which is not limited in this embodiment.
And step S30, determining the running frequency of the compressor according to the angle of the air deflector.
In an embodiment, the step S30 is preceded by the following steps:
step S40, acquiring a preset wind speed adjusting coefficient and a current wind speed grade;
step S50, determining a target wind speed grade according to the wind speed adjusting coefficient and the current wind speed grade;
and step S60, calculating the target fan rotating speed according to the target wind speed grade, and controlling the fan to adjust the current rotating speed to the target fan rotating speed.
In one embodiment, the wind speed adjustment coefficient K is a predetermined value and is a constant, for example, K is 0.8. When the wind speed adjustment coefficient is obtained, the current wind speed level can be obtained. The current wind speed level may be a wind speed level set by the control terminal, or a wind speed level calculated according to an automatic wind rule. When the current wind speed level FanLevel is obtained, the target wind speed level can be calculated according to the following formula:
FanLevel_Run=FanLevel×K
wherein, FanLevel _ Run is the target wind speed level.
When the target wind speed grade is obtained through calculation, the maximum wind speed, the minimum wind speed and the maximum wind speed grade can be obtained, and the target fan rotating speed S is calculated according to the following formula:
and the Func _ MaxFan and the Func _ MinFan are respectively the maximum wind speed and the minimum wind speed, and the FanLeve _ Max is the maximum wind speed grade.
The maximum wind speed, the minimum wind speed, and the maximum wind speed level are fixed values and stored in a storage medium.
And when the target fan rotating speed is obtained through calculation, controlling the fan to adjust the current operating rotating speed to the target fan rotating speed.
Optionally, the step S30 includes the following steps:
step S31, obtaining a frequency lookup table corresponding to the wind guide angle and the target wind speed grade;
step S32, inquiring the label frequency in the frequency lookup table based on the environment temperature and the environment humidity;
and step S33, calculating the running frequency of the compressor according to the label frequency and the target wind speed grade.
In an embodiment, when the wind guide angle is determined, a frequency lookup table stored in a storage medium and corresponding to the wind guide angle is obtained. The operation frequency table is a two-dimensional table, and the corresponding label frequency can be determined according to the ambient temperature and the ambient humidity. Wherein the frequency lookup table is as follows:
wherein A isiTo ambient humidity, BjIs ambient temperature, PijIs the corresponding tag frequency.
Therefore, it can be determined according to the ambient temperature BjAnd the ambient humidity AiLooking up the table to obtain the tag frequency Pij。
It should be noted that, because the actual ambient temperature is a continuous value and the corresponding ambient temperature in the table is a discrete value, the table lookup may be performed according to the following rule when the table lookup is performed according to the acquired operation time.
a) Ambient temperature B in the TablejArranged in sequence in said frequency look-up table, i.e. B above1<B2<B3<B4<B5Or B1>B2>B3>B4>B5Then, judging whether the environmental temperature is greater than BjMaximum value of or less than BjMinimum value of (d);
if so, according to the BjMaximum value of or BjOtherwise, determining B with the minimum absolute value of the difference value with the minimum absolute value according to the actual environment temperaturejAnd according to B whose absolute value of the difference value from itself is minimumjAnd looking up a table to obtain the label frequency.
b) Run time B in the TablejCalculating each B in turn in the running frequency tablejSelecting B with the smallest absolute value from the absolute value of the difference value of the actual ambient temperaturejAs the environmental temperature for table lookup, the actual environmental temperature is the acquired actual environmental temperature.
Because the ambient humidity is a continuous value and the ambient humidity in the table is a discrete value, the table can be looked up according to the ambient humidity by adopting the same rule as the ambient temperature. In addition, the above table is only for explaining the present invention, and is not intended to limit the present invention. It will be appreciated that the specific contents of the frequency lookup table may be determined by a developer according to empirical formulas.
When the tag frequency is obtained, the compressor operating frequency M can be calculated according to the following formula:
M=Pij-(FanLeve_Max-FanLevel_Run)×σ
wherein, sigma is the slope coefficient of a function curve which is fitted by taking the ambient temperature and the humidity as independent variables and the label frequency as dependent variables, and PijFor the found tag frequency.
And when the compressor running frequency M is calculated, controlling the compressor to adjust the current running frequency to M.
Optionally, after the step S33, the method further includes the following steps:
step S34, when the compressor operating frequency is less than the minimum operating frequency, controlling the compression to operate at the minimum operating frequency
In one embodiment, the minimum operating frequency is the minimum tag frequency in the frequency lookup table, and PijIs measured.
In one embodiment, the ambient temperature and the ambient humidity are obtained, the angle of the air deflector is determined according to the ambient temperature and the ambient humidity, and the operation frequency of the compressor is determined according to the angle of the air deflector, so that the effect of improving the comfort level of the air conditioner is realized through joint modulation of a plurality of factors, but no special sensor is added, and the technical problems that the production cost and the maintenance cost of the air conditioner are increased and the production efficiency is reduced are solved.
In addition, an embodiment of the present invention further provides an air conditioner, including: the air conditioner control method comprises a memory, a processor and an air conditioner control program stored on the memory and capable of running on the processor, wherein the air conditioner control program realizes the steps of the control method of the air conditioner according to the various embodiments when being executed by the processor.
