Detailed Description
It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
The invention provides an energy-saving temperature control method of an air conditioner, which mainly solves the problem of high power consumption caused by the fact that a compressor operates at the highest frequency firstly when the temperature of the existing air conditioner is controlled, and simultaneously, the problem of uncomfortable user feeling caused by sudden change of indoor temperature caused by the fact that the compressor operates at the highest frequency is solved. Air conditioners include, but are not limited to, window air conditioners, wall mounted air conditioners, cabinet stand air conditioners, mobile air conditioners, embedded air conditioners, and the like.
Referring to fig. 1, in a first embodiment, the method for controlling temperature in energy-saving operation includes:
step S10, controlling the compressor to start running at a preset initial frequency, and continuously acquiring the indoor temperature and the outdoor temperature in the temperature control process according to a preset acquisition rule;
in this embodiment, the preset starting frequency is set to be a low-frequency operation, specifically 20 to 30Hz, in order to increase the time of the low-frequency operation of the compressor and improve the energy saving effect, in other embodiments, a high frequency (60 to 90Hz) may be used as the preset starting frequency, and other low-frequency ranges may also be used as the preset starting frequency, which is not limited in the present invention.
The air conditioner comprises an indoor temperature sensor and an outdoor temperature sensor, wherein the indoor temperature sensor is used for acquiring indoor temperature, and the outdoor temperature sensor is used for acquiring outdoor temperature. The energy-saving temperature control device of the air conditioner can respectively and correspondingly obtain the indoor temperature and the outdoor temperature from the indoor temperature sensor and the outdoor temperature sensor.
And step S20, adjusting the operating frequency of the compressor according to the newly acquired outdoor temperature, the newly acquired indoor temperature and the historical indoor temperature.
The higher or lower the outdoor temperature is, the more difficult the air conditioner is to adjust the indoor temperature, and thus the difficulty in controlling the indoor temperature can be known by acquiring the outdoor temperature. The historical indoor temperature is the indoor temperature acquired before, and the temperature control capacity of the current air conditioner can be known by comparing the newly acquired indoor temperature with the historical indoor temperature. The temperature control capability of the air conditioner is improved when the temperature control capability is insufficient by balancing the current temperature control difficulty and the current temperature control capability of the air conditioner.
The embodiment of the invention starts to operate at a preset initial frequency by controlling the compressor, and continuously acquires the indoor temperature and the outdoor temperature in the temperature control process according to a preset acquisition rule; and adjusting the running frequency of the compressor according to the newly acquired outdoor temperature, the newly acquired indoor temperature and the historical indoor temperature. The low frequency is used as the starting frequency of the compressor, so that the time of the low-frequency operation of the compressor is prolonged; the difficulty degree of temperature control is known by utilizing the outdoor temperature, the actual temperature control value is determined according to the indoor temperature and the historical indoor temperature, the running frequency of the compressor is adjusted according to the difficulty degree of temperature control and the actual temperature control capacity in a targeted mode, when the difficulty degree of indoor temperature control is high, the temperature control capacity of the air conditioner is increased, and the temperature control effect is guaranteed.
Further, referring to fig. 2, based on the first embodiment of the energy-saving temperature control method of the air conditioner of the present invention, the second embodiment of the energy-saving temperature control method of the air conditioner of the present invention is used for energy-saving and temperature-reducing, and in the second embodiment of the energy-saving temperature control method of the air conditioner of the present invention, before step S20, the method further includes:
step S30, acquiring a target temperature set by a user;
step S40 of determining whether the newly acquired indoor temperature is greater than the target temperature;
when the newly acquired indoor temperature is greater than the target temperature, the process proceeds to step S20;
the newly acquired indoor temperature is higher than the target temperature, which indicates that the indoor environment needs to be cooled continuously. Therefore, step S20 is continuously executed, the temperature reduction process is completed by continuously controlling the frequency of the compressor, so that the actual temperature reduction trend is kept gentle, thereby avoiding the uncomfortable feeling caused to the user by sudden changes of the indoor temperature, and the gentle temperature reduction trend also increases the time of the low-frequency operation of the compressor, thereby achieving the effect of operating energy conservation.
When the newly acquired indoor temperature is not greater than the target temperature, proceeding to step S50;
and step S50, adjusting the operating frequency of the compressor to maintain the indoor temperature at the target temperature.
The newly acquired indoor temperature is not greater than the target temperature, which indicates that the indoor temperature has reached the target temperature set by the user, and at this time, the temperature reduction process is not required, and only the indoor temperature needs to be maintained at the target temperature, so that the step S20 is not continuously performed, and instead, the operating frequency of the compressor is adjusted to maintain the indoor temperature at the target temperature.
The embodiment of the invention continuously judges whether the newly acquired indoor temperature is greater than the target temperature set by the user to serve as the judgment condition of the subsequent compressor running frequency, and when the indoor temperature is greater than the target temperature, the temperature reduction treatment is continuously executed according to the step S20; when the indoor temperature is not higher than the target temperature, the temperature is not lowered any more and the indoor temperature is maintained. Therefore, the air conditioner can be timely turned from the temperature reduction treatment with relatively high power consumption to the constant temperature treatment with relatively low power consumption, and the energy-saving and temperature-controlling effects of the air conditioner are achieved.
Further, referring to fig. 3, based on the above embodiment of the energy-saving temperature control method of the air conditioner of the present invention, in the third embodiment of the energy-saving temperature control method of the air conditioner of the present invention, step S20 includes:
step S21, determining a cooling standard value according to the newly acquired outdoor temperature;
in this embodiment, a plurality of cooling standard values are pre-stored in the air conditioner, and the plurality of cooling standard values correspond to the plurality of outdoor temperature ranges one to one, respectively. The standard temperature-reducing value is a standard temperature-reducing value of the air conditioner within a corresponding outdoor temperature range within standard time, and is reduced along with the increment of the external temperature. In the embodiment, when the outdoor temperature is less than 35 ℃, the standard value of the temperature reduction is 0.5 ℃; when the outdoor temperature is within the range of 35-38 ℃, the standard value of the temperature reduction is 0.3 ℃; when the outdoor temperature is higher than 38 ℃, the standard value of the temperature reduction is 0.2 ℃.
Step S22, determining an actual cooling value according to the newly acquired indoor temperature and the historical indoor temperature;
the historical indoor temperature comprises the indoor temperature acquired before, and the temperature control capacity of the air conditioner can be obtained by comparing the newly acquired indoor temperature with the historical indoor temperature. In this embodiment, the current temperature control capability of the air conditioner can be known more accurately by comparing the newly acquired indoor temperature with the previously acquired indoor temperature. And acquiring new indoor temperature at an interval of standard time after acquiring the previous indoor temperature, and comparing the newly acquired indoor temperature with the previously acquired indoor temperature to obtain an actual cooling value in the standard time.
And step S23, adjusting the operating frequency of the compressor according to the actual cooling value and the cooling standard value.
The actual cooling capacity of the air conditioner and the ideal cooling condition can be obtained by comparing the actual cooling value with the cooling standard value, and the cooling capacity of the air conditioner is enhanced when the actual cooling capacity is lower than the ideal cooling condition.
According to the invention, the cooling standard value corresponding to the current outdoor temperature is obtained through the mapping relation between the cooling standard value arranged in the air conditioner and the external temperature range; determining an actual cooling value capable of representing the current cooling capacity of the air conditioner according to the newly acquired indoor temperature and the historical indoor temperature; through the comparison of the actual cooling value and the cooling standard value, the cooling capacity of the air conditioner is enhanced when the actual cooling capacity is lower than the ideal cooling condition, and the cooling effect is guaranteed.
Further, referring to fig. 4, based on the third embodiment of the energy-saving temperature control method of the air conditioner of the present invention, in the fourth embodiment of the energy-saving temperature control method of the air conditioner of the present invention, step S23 includes:
step S231, judging whether the actual cooling value is smaller than the cooling standard value;
when the actual cooling value is smaller than the cooling standard value, the step S232 is executed;
step S232, increasing the running frequency of the compressor to improve the indoor cooling efficiency;
the fact that the newly acquired actual cooling value is smaller than the cooling standard value indicates that the cooling capacity of the current air conditioner is not strong enough, and the cooling capacity of the air conditioner needs to be enhanced. Therefore, step S232 is executed, the refrigeration efficiency of the air conditioner can be improved by increasing the operating frequency of the compressor, so that the actual cooling trend can be in an ideal state, the problem of unsatisfactory indoor cooling effect caused by insufficient cooling capacity of the air conditioner due to overhigh outdoor temperature is avoided, and the cooling effect of the air conditioner is ensured.
In this embodiment, the upper limit of the operating frequency of the compressor is 90 Hz.
When the actual cooling value is not less than the cooling standard value, the step S233 is entered;
step S233, the operating frequency of the compressor is maintained.
The fact that the newly acquired actual cooling value is not less than the cooling standard value shows that the cooling capacity of the current air conditioner can cope with the cooling work of the indoor temperature at the current outdoor temperature. Therefore, step S233 is executed to keep the current operating frequency of the compressor.
In this embodiment, through the size of comparison actual cooling value and cooling standard value, directly judge whether the air conditioner is that the cooling ability can satisfy the requirement of user to indoor cooling, when the air conditioner can not satisfy indoor cooling requirement, improve the operating frequency of air conditioner compressor and improve the cooling ability of air conditioner, guarantee the cooling effect of air conditioner.
Further, referring to fig. 5, based on the first embodiment of the energy-saving temperature control method of the air conditioner of the present invention, the fifth embodiment of the energy-saving temperature control method of the air conditioner of the present invention is used for energy-saving temperature rise, and in the fifth embodiment of the energy-saving temperature control method of the air conditioner of the present invention, before step S20, the method further includes:
step S60, acquiring a target temperature set by a user;
step S70, determining whether the newly acquired indoor temperature is less than the target temperature;
when the newly acquired indoor temperature is less than the target temperature, the process proceeds to step S20;
when the newly acquired indoor temperature is less than the target temperature, the process proceeds to step S20;
the newly acquired indoor temperature being less than the target temperature indicates that the indoor environment needs to be further subjected to the warming treatment. Therefore, step S20 is continuously executed, the temperature rising process is completed by continuously controlling the compressor frequency, so that the actual temperature rising trend is kept gentle, thereby avoiding the uncomfortable feeling to the user caused by sudden changes of the indoor temperature, and the gentle temperature rising trend also increases the time of the low-frequency operation of the compressor, thereby achieving the effect of saving energy in operation.
When the newly acquired indoor temperature is not less than the target temperature, the process proceeds to step S80;
and step S80, adjusting the operating frequency of the compressor to maintain the indoor temperature at the target temperature.
The newly acquired indoor temperature is not less than the target temperature, which indicates that the indoor temperature has reached the target temperature set by the user, and at this time, the temperature raising process is not required, and it is only necessary to keep the indoor temperature at the target temperature, so that the step S20 is not continued, and instead, the operating frequency of the compressor is adjusted to maintain the indoor temperature at the target temperature.
According to the embodiment of the invention, whether the newly acquired indoor temperature is less than the target temperature set by the user is continuously judged to serve as the judgment condition of the subsequent compressor operation frequency, and when the indoor temperature is less than the target temperature, the temperature rising processing is continuously executed according to the step S20; when the indoor temperature is not less than the target temperature, the temperature is not raised any more and the indoor temperature is maintained. Therefore, the air conditioner can be timely converted from the temperature rise treatment with relatively high power consumption to the constant temperature treatment with relatively low power consumption, and the energy-saving and temperature-controlling effects of the air conditioner are achieved.
Further, referring to fig. 6, based on the fifth embodiment of the energy-saving temperature control method of the air conditioner of the present invention, in the sixth embodiment of the energy-saving temperature control method of the air conditioner of the present invention, step S20 includes:
step S24, determining a temperature rise standard value according to the newly acquired outdoor temperature;
in this embodiment, a plurality of temperature-raising standard values are pre-stored in the air conditioner, and the plurality of temperature-raising standard values correspond to the plurality of outdoor temperature ranges one to one respectively. The standard temperature rise value is a standard temperature rise value of the air conditioner within a corresponding outdoor temperature range within standard time and is reduced along with the decreasing of the external temperature. In the embodiment, when the outdoor temperature is more than 10 ℃, the standard temperature rise value is 0.5 ℃; when the outdoor temperature is within the range of 5-10 ℃, the standard temperature rise value is 0.3 ℃; when the outdoor temperature is less than 5 ℃, the standard temperature rise value is 0.2 ℃.
Step S25, determining an actual temperature rising value according to the newly acquired indoor temperature and the historical indoor temperature;
the historical indoor temperature comprises the indoor temperature acquired before, and the temperature control capacity of the air conditioner can be obtained by comparing the newly acquired indoor temperature with the historical indoor temperature. In this embodiment, the current temperature control capability of the air conditioner can be known more accurately by comparing the newly acquired indoor temperature with the previously acquired indoor temperature. And acquiring new indoor temperature at an interval of standard time after acquiring the previous indoor temperature, and comparing the newly acquired indoor temperature with the previously acquired indoor temperature to obtain an actual temperature rise value in the standard time.
And step S26, adjusting the running frequency of the compressor according to the actual temperature rise value and the temperature rise standard value.
The actual temperature rise value is compared with the temperature rise standard value, the actual temperature rise capacity and the ideal temperature rise situation of the air conditioner can be obtained, and the temperature rise capacity of the air conditioner is enhanced when the actual temperature rise capacity is lower than the ideal temperature rise situation.
According to the invention, the heating standard value corresponding to the current outdoor temperature is obtained through the mapping relation between the heating standard value arranged in the air conditioner and the external temperature range; determining an actual temperature rise value capable of representing the current temperature rise capacity of the air conditioner according to the newly acquired indoor temperature and the historical indoor temperature; and the actual heating value is compared with the heating standard value, so that the heating capacity of the air conditioner is enhanced when the actual heating capacity is lower than the ideal heating capacity, and the heating effect is guaranteed.
Further, referring to fig. 7, based on the sixth embodiment of the energy-saving temperature control method of the air conditioner of the present invention, in the seventh embodiment of the energy-saving temperature control method of the air conditioner of the present invention, step S26 includes:
step S261, judging whether the actual temperature rise value is smaller than the temperature rise standard value;
when the actual temperature rise value is smaller than the temperature rise standard value, the step S262 is executed;
step S262, increasing the running frequency of the compressor to improve the indoor heating efficiency;
the fact that the newly acquired actual temperature rise value is smaller than the temperature rise standard value indicates that the temperature rise capability of the current air conditioner is not strong enough, and the temperature rise capability of the air conditioner needs to be enhanced. Therefore, step S262 is executed, the heating efficiency of the air conditioner can be improved by increasing the operating frequency of the compressor, so that the actual temperature rising trend can be in an ideal state, the problem that the indoor temperature rising effect is not ideal due to insufficient temperature rising capability of the air conditioner caused by too low outdoor temperature is avoided, and the temperature rising effect of the air conditioner is ensured.
In this embodiment, the upper limit of the operating frequency of the compressor is 90 Hz.
When the actual temperature rise value is not less than the temperature rise standard value, the process proceeds to step S263;
step S263, the operating frequency of the compressor is maintained.
The fact that the newly acquired actual temperature rise value is not less than the temperature rise standard value shows that the current temperature rise capability of the air conditioner can cope with the temperature rise work of the indoor temperature at the current outdoor temperature. Therefore, step S263 is executed to keep the current operating frequency of the compressor.
In this embodiment, by comparing the actual temperature-rising value with the temperature-rising standard value, it is directly determined whether the temperature-rising capacity of the air conditioner can meet the requirement of the user for indoor temperature-rising, and when the air conditioner cannot meet the requirement for indoor temperature-rising, the operating frequency of the compressor of the air conditioner is increased to improve the temperature-rising capacity of the air conditioner, thereby ensuring the temperature-rising effect of the air conditioner.
