本发明内容主要提供了一种方形连接L型自锁紧定位销,其主要用于方形连接钻杆连接中,对于方形连接钻杆的插接固定,采用L型结构设计,并在一侧安装有固定卡销,当方形连接钻杆两根互配连接后,穿入L型定位销,然后旋转L型定位销,通过L型定位销L型尾部的固定卡销与叶片接触后卡死弹出,防止脱落,当钻杆拆卸时,只需反向旋转L型定位销,便可将L型定位销进行拔出,该定位销设计简便使用,可以有效达到方形连接钻杆连接固定的目的,并且拆装简便快捷,对于井下钻孔施工带来诸多便利。

本发明主要涉及一种方形连接L型自锁紧定位销,其主要用于方形连接钻杆连接中,对于方形连接钻杆的插接固定。
背景技术
方形连接类钻杆作为钻杆使用中常见的一种钻杆连接形式,具有可靠的稳定性,利用方形连接作为钻杆使用的一种连接方式,可以有效进行扭矩的传递和输出,尤其对于杆体表面缠绕螺旋叶片结构的钻具产品,其优势更加突出,为防止方形连接结构脱离,通常情况下通过自动弹销来控制方形连接结构的脱离,但是自动弹销往往存在弹销强度不够或应力集中造成弹销断裂,甚至造成钻杆丢掉孔内的事故;另外一种固定方式是通过铆钉销结构,然后利用紧密弹簧进行固定锁紧,该连接结构方便耐用,抗拉抗压效果良好,但是当使用一段时间后由于紧密弹簧寿命下降,刚性减弱,对于铆钉销的锁紧能力降低,后期会造成铆钉销脱落,引起钻杆孔内丢失事故。
发明内容
本发明内容是提供一种方形连接L型自锁紧定位销,其采用L型结构设计,并在一侧安装有固定卡销,当方形连接钻杆两根互配连接后,穿入L型定位销,然后旋转L型定位销,通过L型定位销L型尾部的固定卡销与叶片接触后卡死弹出,防止脱落,当钻杆拆卸时,只需反向旋转L型定位销,便可将L型定位销进行拔出,该定位销设计简便使用,可以有效达到方形连接钻杆连接固定的目的,并且拆装简便快捷,对于井下钻孔施工带来诸多便利。

依照图中所示,一种方形连接L型自锁紧定位销中的内连接方1为方形结构,并在内连接方1上加工有内连接方定位孔3,同样的外连接方2为方形结构,并在外连接方2上加工有外连接方定位孔4,在内连接方1外圆缠绕有螺旋叶片5,并在螺旋叶片5上加工有固定销孔6,通过固定销孔6对L型销7进行连接固定。
一种方形连接L型自锁紧定位销中的L型销7为L型结构,L型销7圆柱与固定卡销为90度垂直方向布置,固定卡销内部依次安装有卡珠10和复位弹簧9并利用螺钉8进行固定,在内连接方1与外连接方2穿插后,将L型销7插入定位孔位置后沿螺旋叶片5上的固定销孔方向旋转L型销7,通过固定销孔6与固定卡销的配合,达到锁紧定位的目的。

1.一种方形连接L型自锁紧定位销,其特征在于是通过钻杆的方形连接结构实现的快速插接定位,并且钻杆杆体表面缠绕有螺旋叶片结构,方形连接的外连接方与内连接方位置加工有可用于穿插L型自锁紧定位销的定位孔,外连接方与内连接方上的定位孔在进行穿插后中线重合,在靠近内连接方销孔的螺旋叶片一侧加工有固定销孔,L型自锁紧定位销采用L型结构设计,并在一侧安装有固定卡销,当方形连接钻杆两根互配连接后,穿入L型自锁紧定位销,然后沿螺旋叶片上的固定销孔方向旋转L型自锁紧定位销,通过L型自锁紧定位销L型尾部的固定卡销与螺旋叶片的固定销孔接触后卡死弹出;
L型自锁紧定位销圆柱与固定卡销为90度垂直方向布置,固定卡销内部设置有复位弹簧和卡珠,并在尾部用螺钉固定。
