本发明公开了一种手机贴膜,依次包括第一副膜、粘结层、基层、防爆层、第二副膜,所述第一副膜和第二副膜为离型层,所述粘结层为用于粘在表面的不干胶层,所述基层为光学级膜,所述防爆层包括以下重量份的各组分:丙烯酸树脂20‑30份,聚氯乙烯40‑50份,磷酸钙6‑10份,二氧化硅2‑12份,苯甲醇1‑7份,硼化二钼5‑10份,玻璃纤维素3‑8份,2‑羟基‑4‑甲氧基二苯甲酮2‑6份,聚苯硫醚2‑5份,钛白粉4‑9份。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种手机贴膜。
背景技术
随着通信技术的发展,5G的时代即将来临,在原有电子产品中,金属手机后盖由于存在遮挡5G信号的问题,已满足不了现有的无线通讯技术,并且轻量化、薄片化、外观多样化的需求也越来越大。
目前越来越多手机等无线通讯设备,其外壳或后盖的生产倾向于采用塑料或者玻璃,并使用IMD注塑工艺来完成,具体地,需要把塑料制备成所需异形壳料或者对玻璃进行CNC加工,同时在表面进行丝印、电镀等处理,实现壳料的不同纹理、光栅效果,目前的工艺一般为GMF工艺,其步骤一般为:1.透明PC+PMMA复合板材,表面硬化,进行注塑或者热弯成型或者直接采用玻璃;2.内部贴合PET防爆膜,在PET防爆膜表面进行UV转印纹理或者拉丝,再在表面电镀颜色、然后进行表面丝印,最后与透明PC+PMMA复合板材复合热压成型或者直接与玻璃复合。采用上述工艺需要将防爆膜材料模切成片状,再进行UV转印、电镀以及印刷,整个工序的良品率和效率都极低。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题:针对现有技术的不足而提供一种手机贴膜,以解决上述问题。
本发明所解决的技术问题可以采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种手机贴膜,其特征在于,依次包括第一副膜、粘结层、基层、防爆层、第二副膜,所述第一副膜和第二副膜为离型层,所述粘结层为用于粘在表面的不干胶层,所述基层为光学级膜,所述防爆层包括以下重量份的各组分:丙烯酸树脂20-30份,聚氯乙烯40-50份,磷酸钙6-10份,二氧化硅2-12份,苯甲醇1-7份,硼化二钼5-10份,玻璃纤维素3-8份,2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮2-6份,聚苯硫醚2-5份,钛白粉4-9份。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,所述防爆层包括以下重量份的各组分:丙烯酸树脂25份,聚氯乙烯45份,磷酸钙8份,二氧化硅6份,苯甲醇8份,硼化二钼8份,玻璃纤维素5份,2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮4份,聚苯硫醚4份,钛白粉6份。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,所述防爆层与第二副膜之间还设置有抗蓝光膜层。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,所述抗蓝光膜层与第二副膜之间还设置有防静电涂层。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,所述基层为PET膜或PC膜或PMMA膜。
由于采用了如上的技术方案,本发明利用多层膜的复合结构,而且防爆层采用特殊的配方制成,大大增加了防爆性能。本发明还具有蓝光防护和静电防护功能。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
一种手机贴膜,依次包括第一副膜、粘结层、基层、防爆层、第二副膜,第一副膜和第二副膜为离型层,粘结层为用于粘在表面的不干胶层,基层为光学级膜,防爆层包括以下重量份的各组分:丙烯酸树脂20份,聚氯乙烯40份,磷酸钙6份,二氧化硅2份,苯甲醇1份,硼化二钼5-10份,玻璃纤维素3份,2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮2份,聚苯硫醚2份,钛白粉4份。防爆层与第二副膜之间还设置有抗蓝光膜层。抗蓝光膜层与第二副膜之间还设置有防静电涂层。基层为PET膜。
实施例2
一种手机贴膜,依次包括第一副膜、粘结层、基层、防爆层、第二副膜,第一副膜和第二副膜为离型层,粘结层为用于粘在表面的不干胶层,基层为光学级膜,防爆层包括以下重量份的各组分:丙烯酸树脂25份,聚氯乙烯45份,磷酸钙8份,二氧化硅6份,苯甲醇8份,硼化二钼8份,玻璃纤维素5份,2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮4份,聚苯硫醚4份,钛白粉6份。防爆层与第二副膜之间还设置有抗蓝光膜层。抗蓝光膜层与第二副膜之间还设置有防静电涂层。基层为PC膜。
实施例3
一种手机贴膜,依次包括第一副膜、粘结层、基层、防爆层、第二副膜,第一副膜和第二副膜为离型层,粘结层为用于粘在表面的不干胶层,基层为光学级膜,防爆层包括以下重量份的各组分:丙烯酸树脂30份,聚氯乙烯50份,磷酸钙10份,二氧化硅12份,苯甲醇7份,硼化二钼10份,玻璃纤维素8份,2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮6份,聚苯硫醚5份,钛白粉9份。防爆层与第二副膜之间还设置有抗蓝光膜层。抗蓝光膜层与第二副膜之间还设置有防静电涂层。基层为PMMA膜。
本发明利用多层膜的复合结构,而且防爆层采用特殊的配方制成,大大增加了防爆性能。本发明还具有蓝光防护和静电防护功能。

1.一种手机贴膜,其特征在于,依次包括第一副膜、粘结层、基层、防爆层、第二副膜,所述第一副膜和第二副膜为离型层,所述粘结层为用于粘在表面的不干胶层,所述基层为光学级膜,所述防爆层包括以下重量份的各组分:丙烯酸树脂20-30份,聚氯乙烯40-50份,磷酸钙6-10份,二氧化硅2-12份,苯甲醇1-7份,硼化二钼5-10份,玻璃纤维素3-8份,2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮2-6份,聚苯硫醚2-5份,钛白粉4-9份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种手机贴膜,其特征在于,所述防爆层包括以下重量份的各组分:丙烯酸树脂25份,聚氯乙烯45份,磷酸钙8份,二氧化硅6份,苯甲醇8份,硼化二钼8份,玻璃纤维素5份,2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮4份,聚苯硫醚4份,钛白粉6份。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种手机贴膜,其特征在于,所述防爆层与第二副膜之间还设置有抗蓝光膜层。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种手机贴膜,其特征在于,所述抗蓝光膜层与第二副膜之间还设置有防静电涂层。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种手机贴膜,其特征在于,所述基层为PET膜或PC膜或PMMA膜。
