技术领域
本发明涉及的是一种蓝莓提取物泡腾片,属于食品加工技术领域。
背景技术
英文名称:Blueberry,意为蓝色浆果,属杜鹃花科,越橘属植物。起源于北美,多年生灌木小浆果果树。因果实呈蓝色,故称为蓝莓。一种是低灌木,矮脚野生,颗粒小,含丰富花青素;第二种是人工培育蓝莓,能成长至240cm高,果实较大,果肉饱满,改善了野生蓝莓的食用口感,增强了人体对花青素的吸收。全世界分布的越橘属植物可达400余种,主产于美国又被称为美国蓝莓。我国野生蓝莓主要产在长白山、大兴安岭和小兴安岭林区,且大部分在大兴安岭地区。近几年来才成功进行人工驯化培植。我国对蓝莓的研究始于20世纪80年代初,是由吉林农业大学小浆果研究所率先进入蓝莓研究领域,并第一个建立了蓝莓产业化生产基地。蓝莓果实中含有丰富的营养成分,具有防止脑神经老化、保护视力、强心、抗癌、软化血管、增强人机体免疫等功能,营养成分高。其中,由于蓝莓富含花青素,具有活化视网膜功效,可以强化视力,防止眼球疲劳而备受注目。也是世界粮农组织推荐的五大健康水果之一。
眼睛是人体最娇嫩的器官之一,随着年龄增长,眼睛的晶状体、视网膜会逐渐老化,眼部变得浑浊,并出现飞蚊症、白内障、黄斑退化等不适。因此,眼睛和肌肤一样,需要抗老化营养素的滋润才能长久的保持明亮、清澈。特别是长时间操作电脑人群、教师、学生、阅读爱好者。
胡萝卜素,摄入人体消化器官后,可以转化成维生素A,是目前最安全补充维生素A的产品,单纯补充化学合成维生素A,过量时会使人中毒。胡萝卜素有助于良好的视觉功能。蓝莓及蓝莓提取物含有丰富的原青花素,具有抗氧化、抗炎、抗突变、预防夜盲症等多种特殊功能。在国内蓝莓及蓝莓提取物食品虽然已经上市,但其保健产品在市场上几乎看不到。
发明内容
本发明针对以上技术问题,目的是提供一种蓝莓提取物泡腾片。
本发明的所采用的技术方案:一种蓝莓提取物泡腾片,包括下述重量份原料:蓝莓提取物4-6份,叶黄素粉1-3份,木糖醇30-40份,山梨糖醇40-50份,胡萝卜素4-6份,麦芽糊精4-8份,碳酸氢钠0.4-1.6份,柠檬酸钠0.4-1.6份。
优选地,一种蓝莓提取物泡腾片,包括下述重量份原料:蓝莓提取物4-6份,叶黄素粉1-3份,木糖醇30-40份,山梨糖醇40-50份,胡萝卜素4-6份,麦芽糊精4-8份,碳酸氢钠0.4-1.6份,柠檬酸钠0.4-1.6份,植物保鲜剂0.8-1.2份。
所述植物保鲜剂为茶多酚和大蒜素的混合物或其中任意一种。
所述的茶多酚和大蒜素的混合物由60-80wt%茶多酚和20-40wt%大蒜素组成。
取经粉碎后的原料,按配方比例准确称取、物料混合均匀、加水润湿、制粒、干燥、整粒、压片,即可制得本发明的蓝莓提取物泡腾片。
本发明能够使用眼过度、视力功能下降、夜盲症的人士可以长期使用,能够保护视力,减轻眼睛疲劳,对视力功能下降者、近视者服用,能够使症状减轻。
本发明的蓝莓提取物泡腾片,有效成分采用天然食材、安全无副作用,可明显地改善视力,消除眼睛疲劳。在添加植物保鲜剂后,更易保存。
具体实施方式
实施例中:蓝莓提取物,含可溶性固形物90%以上,花色苷含量300mg/kg以上,由西安汇林生物科技有限公司生产。低聚异麦芽糖:含量98%以上,聚葡萄糖:含量98%以上,AK糖:含量98%以上,浓缩苹果汁:可溶性固形物60%以上,果葡糖浆:可溶性固形物60%,其中果糖42%以上,山梨糖醇:含量98%以上,五味子酯甲:含量98%以上,五味子醇甲:含量98%以上。
蓝莓提取物,西安汇林生物科技有限公司生产的蓝莓提取物。叶黄素粉:含量98%以上,晨光生物科技集团股份有限公司生产。木糖醇:含量98%以上,安徽丰原发酵技术工程研究有限公司生产。山梨糖醇:含量98%以上,河南恒锐食品添加剂有限公司生产。麦芽糊精:含量98%以上,诸城东晓生物科技有限公司生产。β-胡萝卜素:含量98%以上,嘉兴天和诚生物科技有限公司生产。
实施例1-4
取经粉碎后的原料,按配方比例准确称取、物料混合均匀、加水润湿、制粒、干燥、整粒、压片,即可制得本发明的蓝莓提取物泡腾片。

茶多酚,CAS号:84650-60-2。大蒜素,CAS号:539-86-6。
茶多酚为茶叶提取物,除具有抗氧化作用,无毒副作用,无异味等特点外,还具有抑菌作用,如对葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、枯草杆菌等有抑制作用。大蒜素(大蒜新素、garlicin)为三硫代烯丙醚类化合物,天然存在于百合科植物大蒜的鳞茎中。对多种革兰氏阳性和阴性菌均有抗菌作用,对杆菌(痢疾杆菌、伤寒杆菌、大肠杆菌、百日咳杆菌)、真菌(白色念珠菌、隐球菌、烟曲霉菌)、病毒(巨细胞病毒)、阿米巴原虫、阴道滴虫、蛲虫等均有抑制杀灭作用,尤其对大肠杆菌、痢疾杆菌等肠道细菌作用强。
本发明的蓝莓提取物泡腾片,有效成分采用天然食材、安全无副作用,可明显地改善视力,消除眼睛疲劳。在添加植物保鲜剂后,更易保存。
测试例1
对实施例1-4制备的蓝莓提取物泡腾片进行测试,30-35℃并自然通风条件下敞开存放,10天后取样测试,在显微镜下测量菌落总数。结果如表2所示。

在添加植物保鲜剂后,菌落总数明显下降,产品保质期得以大幅延长。
测试例2
本发明依据卫生部《保健食品检验与评价技术规范》(2003年版),对本发明蓝莓提取物泡腾片进行了为期90天的人体试食试验的效果评价,每日泡腾本发明实施例3的蓝莓提取物泡腾片6片(每片1克)。结果显示:
试验组左右眼远视力均比试食前有所改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组试食后左右眼远视力与试食前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组的眼部症状积分由服用受试物前的5.13降低至服用后的3.22。
8-20岁,视力改善2行(标准对数视力表视标)以上,视力耐久力提高44%。
结论:试验证实本发明蓝莓提取物泡腾片对人体有缓解视疲劳功能作用。

1.一种蓝莓提取物泡腾片,其特征在于:包括下述重量份原料:蓝莓提取物4-6份,叶黄素粉1-3份,木糖醇30-40份,山梨糖醇40-50份,胡萝卜素4-6份,麦芽糊精4-8份,碳酸氢钠0.4-1.6份,柠檬酸钠0.4-1.6份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种蓝莓提取物泡腾片,其特征在于:包括下述重量份原料:蓝莓提取物4-6份,叶黄素粉1-3份,木糖醇30-40份,山梨糖醇40-50份,胡萝卜素4-6份,麦芽糊精4-8份,碳酸氢钠0.4-1.6份,柠檬酸钠0.4-1.6份,植物保鲜剂0.8-1.2份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种蓝莓提取物泡腾片,其特征在于:所述植物保鲜剂为茶多酚和大蒜素的混合物或其中任意一种;所述的茶多酚和大蒜素的混合物由60-80wt%茶多酚和20-40wt%大蒜素组成。
