and 4, step 4: putting the non-glutinous rice, the polished round-grained rice, the peanut, the soybean, the millet, the sesame, the walnut and the medlar which are pretreated in the step 1-3 into a crusher for crushing, and sieving by a 100-mesh sieve to obtain premixed powder;
and 5: adding yam powder, white granulated sugar, lotus seed powder and radix codonopsitis powder into the premixed powder, wherein the yam powder accounts for 5% of the mass of the premixed powder, the white granulated sugar accounts for 1% of the mass of the premixed powder, the lotus seed powder accounts for 1% of the mass of the premixed powder, and the radix codonopsitis powder accounts for 1% of the mass of the premixed powder; mixing and stirring uniformly to obtain the breakfast powder.

and 5: adding yam powder, white granulated sugar, lotus seed powder and radix codonopsitis powder into the premixed powder, wherein the yam powder accounts for 6% of the mass of the premixed powder, the white granulated sugar accounts for 3% of the mass of the premixed powder, the lotus seed powder accounts for 2% of the mass of the premixed powder, and the radix codonopsitis powder accounts for 3% of the mass of the premixed powder; mixing and stirring uniformly to obtain the breakfast powder.
Claims (6)
1. The preparation method of the instant breakfast powder is characterized by comprising the following steps:
step 1: baking long-shaped rice, polished round-grained rice, peanut, soybean, millet, sesame, walnut and medlar at low temperature until the materials are well cooked for later use;
step 2: peeling rhizoma Dioscoreae, cooking, and freezing at ultralow temperature to obtain rhizoma Dioscoreae powder;
and step 3: pulverizing semen Nelumbinis and radix Codonopsis, and sieving to obtain semen Nelumbinis powder and radix Codonopsis powder;
and 4, step 4: putting the non-glutinous rice, the polished round-grained rice, the peanut, the soybean, the millet, the sesame, the walnut and the medlar which are pretreated in the step 1-3 into a crusher to be crushed and sieved to obtain premixed powder;
and 5: adding the yam powder, the white granulated sugar, the lotus seed powder and the codonopsis pilosula powder into the premixed powder, and mixing and stirring uniformly to obtain the breakfast powder.

The method for making instant breakfast powder as claimed in claim 1, wherein the raw materials in step 1 comprise, by mass, 10-25% of long-shaped rice, 35-50% of polished round-grained rice, 2-8% of peanut, 10-15% of soybean, 4-10% of millet, 2-5% of sesame, 3-6% of walnut and 2-6% of medlar, and the sum of the mass percentages of the raw materials is 100%.
3. The method for making instant breakfast powder as claimed in claim 1 wherein the step 3 of sieving requires 100-180 mesh sieve.
4. The method for making instant breakfast powder as claimed in claim 1 wherein the step 4 of sieving requires 100-180 mesh sieve.
5. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the yam powder prepared in step 2 is prepared by peeling yam, slicing, steaming, sun drying, and mashing.
6. The method for making instant breakfast powder as claimed in claim 1, wherein in step 5, the yam powder is 5-10% of the mass of the premixed powder, the white granulated sugar is 1-5% of the mass of the premixed powder, the lotus seed powder is 1-4% of the mass of the premixed powder, and the codonopsis pilosula powder is 1-5% of the mass of the premixed powder.
