preparing polyoxyethylene, glycerol, ethylene and cyclodextrin into coating film precursor solution, and adding polyaluminium chloride, vitamin C, penicillin and gibberellin into the coating film precursor solution to form coating film nutrient solution; and cooling the coating film nutrient solution to 25-32 ℃, and soaking the sterilized, cleaned and dehumidified pepper seeds. The activity, yield and disease resistance of the pepper seeds are enhanced by the action of polyaluminium chloride, vitamin C, penicillin and gibberellin in the coating film nutrient solution; then, after the pepper seeds are taken out of the coating film nutrient solution, the coating film nutrient solution forms a coating film on the surfaces of the pepper seeds, the coating film contains polyaluminium chloride, vitamin C, penicillin and gibberellin, and the coating film is easy to hydrolyze; after the pepper seeds are sowed, when the coating film meets water vapor in moist soil or irrigation water, the coating film is hydrolyzed to form nutrient solution for the seeds to germinate; in addition, the cyclodextrin in the coating film precursor solution effectively reduces the viscosity of the coating film nutrient solution at normal temperature, so that the pepper seeds can be soaked in the coating film nutrient solution to form a coating film.

Claims (4)

1. A pepper seed treating agent is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials;
pyridaben, mixed bacteria fermentation liquor, calcium chloride, polyoxyethylene, glycerol, ethylene, cyclodextrin, polyaluminium chloride, vitamin C, penicillin and gibberellin;
the treating agent comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 80-90 parts of pyridaben, 40-50 parts of mixed bacteria fermentation liquor, 20-30 parts of calcium chloride, 70-90 parts of polyoxyethylene, 4-15 parts of glycerol, 0.5-2 parts of ethylene, 60-80 parts of cyclodextrin, 1-3 parts of polyaluminum chloride, 0.5-1.5 parts of vitamin C, 0.5-1.5 parts of penicillin and 1-1.5 parts of gibberellin.
2. The pepper seed treatment agent as claimed in claim 1, wherein the mixed bacteria fermentation broth comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1.5-3.6 wt% of Aspergillus niger bacterial liquid, 2-4.9 wt% of actinomycete liquid, 2.3-5.4 wt% of yeast liquid and 2.7-6 wt% of Streptomyces liquid.
3. The pepper seed treatment agent as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cyclodextrin is one of α -cyclodextrin, β -cyclodextrin, and γ -cyclodextrin.
4. The pepper seed treatment agent as claimed in claim 1, wherein the preparation and use method of the treatment agent comprises the following steps:
weighing 80-90 parts by weight of pyridaben, 40-50 parts by weight of mixed bacteria fermentation liquor and 20-30 parts by weight of calcium chloride, and uniformly mixing and stirring to form a pretreatment agent;
secondly, placing pepper seeds in the pretreating agent to be soaked for 2-4 hours;
weighing 70-90 parts by weight of polyoxyethylene, putting the polyoxyethylene into absolute alcohol for ultrasonic cleaning under the ultrasonic cleaning condition of 70-90 kHz and 30-60 minutes at 40-60 ℃, then using a Buchner funnel to match with filter paper for filtering, taking out the polyoxyethylene, and putting the polyoxyethylene into a vacuum drying oven at 40-50 ℃ for drying;
step four, heating polyoxyethylene to 70-80 ℃ by using a magnetic stirrer, keeping the rotating speed of a stirrer at 500-1500 r/min, adding 4-15 parts by weight of glycerol, and keeping the temperature for 10 minutes; then heating to 80-90 ℃, adding 0.5-2 parts by weight of ethylene, and keeping the temperature for 10-30 minutes; adding 60-80 parts by weight of cyclodextrin to obtain a coating film precursor solution;
step five, continuously adding 1-3 parts by weight of polyaluminum chloride and 0.5-1.5 parts by weight of vitamin C into the coating film precursor solution, preserving heat for 10-20 minutes, then cooling to 30-40 ℃, adding 0.5-1.5 parts by weight of penicillin and 1-1.5 parts by weight of gibberellin, and preserving heat for 20-30 minutes to obtain a coating film nutrient solution;
sixthly, cooling the coating film nutrient solution to 25-32 ℃, and stopping stirring by the stirrer; taking out the pepper seeds from the pretreating agent, and putting the pepper seeds into the coating film nutrient solution; and soaking for 120-180 minutes, and then taking out the pepper seeds to finish the use of the treating agent.
