Description

Semi-solid cleaning agent
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a semisolid cleaning agent. More specifically, the present invention relates to a semisolid cleansing agent useful for a facial cleansing agent, a bath soap, a hand soap, and the like.
Background
A cleansing agent using a fatty acid salt (soap) is widely used because it is excellent in cleansing power of sebum dirt and refreshing feeling after cleansing. In addition, semisolid cleansing agents such as gel-like cleansing agents, cream-like cleansing agents, and paste-like cleansing agents are preferable from the viewpoint of good feeling in use and foaming properties.
Conventionally, a cream-like cleansing agent in which a higher fatty acid is gelled with a polyhydric alcohol and a nonionic surfactant has been generally used, but such a cream-like cleansing agent requires an excessive amount (for example, 30% by mass or more) of a higher fatty acid to be blended in order to obtain a semisolid state (see patent document 1).

Disclosure of Invention
Problems to be solved by the invention
In recent years, it has been reported that some of higher fatty acids and salts thereof (sometimes referred to as "higher fatty acids (salts)") cause skin roughness, and it has been desired to reduce the amount of fatty acids to be blended. However, in the case of a cream-like cleansing agent, if the amount of fatty acid to be blended is reduced, there are the following problems: the viscosity at room temperature is low, and the shape is hard to be formed into a semisolid shape, and the viscosity change at high temperature is large, so that the storage stability is low.
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a semisolid cleaning agent having excellent storage stability despite a small amount of higher fatty acid or a salt thereof.
Means for solving the problems
The present inventors have conducted intensive studies to achieve the above object and as a result, have found that a semi-solid cleaning agent having excellent storage stability despite a small amount of higher fatty acid and a salt thereof blended therein can be obtained by using a semi-solid cleaning agent containing the component (a): higher fatty acid and/or salt thereof, component (B): a higher alcohol which is solid at 20 ℃ and has 16 to 20 carbon atoms, and a component (C): the content ratio of the carboxyvinyl polymer component (A) is within a specific range. The present invention has been completed based on these technical ideas.
Specifically disclosed is a semisolid cleaning agent containing the following component (A), the following component (B) and the following component (C), wherein the content ratio of the component (A) is 5.0-25.0% by mass.
Component (A): higher fatty acid and/or salt thereof
Component (B): a higher alcohol which is solid at 20 ℃ and has 16 to 20 carbon atoms
Component (C): carboxyvinyl polymer
The component (C) is preferably an alkyl-modified carboxyvinyl polymer.
The semi-solid cleaning agent preferably contains the component (B) in an amount of 1.0 to 10.0% by mass and the component (C) in an amount of 0.1 to 1.0% by mass.
The semi-solid cleaning agent preferably further contains the following component (D).
Component (D): polysaccharide thickeners
The semisolid cleaning agent preferably further contains the following component (E).
Component (E): surface active agent
The component (C) is preferably a crosslinked polymer of (acrylic acid/C10-30 alkanol acrylate).
ADVANTAGEOUS EFFECTS OF INVENTION
The semisolid cleaning agent of the present invention has excellent storage stability despite the small blending amount of the higher fatty acid and the salt thereof. Further, the semisolid cleaning agent of the present invention can maintain the conventional cleaning property despite the small amount of the higher fatty acid and the salt thereof blended, and can provide excellent foaming, spreading at the time of application, and foam quality of the cleaning agent.
Detailed Description
The semisolid cleaning agent of the present invention comprises at least: higher fatty acids and/or salts thereof; a higher alcohol which is solid at 20 ℃ and has 16 to 20 carbon atoms; and carboxyvinyl polymers. In the present specification, the higher fatty acid and/or a salt thereof is sometimes referred to as "component (a)", the higher alcohol which is solid at 20 ℃ and has 16 to 20 carbon atoms is sometimes referred to as "component (B)", and the carboxyvinyl polymer is sometimes referred to as "component (C)".
That is, the semisolid cleaning agent of the present invention contains at least the component (a), the component (B), and the component (C). The semi-solid cleaning agent of the present invention may contain components other than the above components (a) to (C). The semi-solid cleaning agent of the present invention may contain only one component, or may contain two or more components, for example, the component (a), the component (B), the component (C), and other components.
In the present specification, the content ratio of each component (for example, the component (a), the component (B), the component (C), and the other component) included in the semi-solid cleaning agent of the present invention may be appropriately selected from the ranges described so that the total content ratio in the semi-solid cleaning agent is 100% by mass or less.
In the present specification, "semisolid" refers to a state such as gel, cream, or paste having low fluidity. For example, "semi-solid" refers to the following state: a polypropylene tube container (100mL capacity, 5mm inner diameter of outlet) was filled with 50g of a cleaning agent, and the outlet of the tube container was faced downward, so that the cleaning agent was hard to drip when the container was held in an atmosphere at 20 ℃ for 10 seconds.
[ component (A): higher fatty acid and/or salt thereof ]
The higher fatty acid and/or a salt thereof (higher fatty acid (salt)) as the component (a) is one or both of a higher fatty acid and a higher fatty acid salt, and contributes to the cleaning property, foaming property, foam quality and storage stability of the semisolid cleaning agent of the present invention. The component (A) may be used alone or in combination of two or more.
Examples of the higher fatty acid include higher fatty acids having 10 to 22 carbon atoms such as lauric acid, myristic acid, palmitic acid, stearic acid, oleic acid, and behenic acid; vegetable oils such as olive oil, coconut oil, palm oil, and cottonseed oil; animal fat such as fish oil and beef tallow.
Examples of the salt of the higher fatty acid salt include alkali metal salts such as sodium salt and potassium salt; alkanolamine salts such as monoethanolamine salt, diethanolamine salt and triethanolamine salt. The higher fatty acid salt in the semisolid cleaning agent of the present invention may be a higher fatty acid salt prepared in advance as a salt, or a higher fatty acid and a base may be separately mixed and formed from a higher fatty acid and a base in the process of producing a semisolid cleaning agent.
Among them, the component (A) is preferably a higher fatty acid (salt) having 10 to 20 carbon atoms. When the number of carbon atoms of the higher fatty acid (salt) is 10 or more, the viscosity of the semisolid cleaning agent is appropriate and the cleaning property is more excellent. When the number of carbon atoms of the higher fatty acid (salt) is 20 or less, water fusion is excellent, so that foaming is more excellent and storage stability is more excellent. The higher fatty acid (salt) has more preferably 12 to 18 carbon atoms, and still more preferably 12 to 14 carbon atoms (in particular, lauric acid or myristic acid) from the viewpoint of more excellent foaming and foam quality.
The component (a) preferably contains myristic acid, particularly, in view of maintaining a semisolid state and further improving storage stability, and in view of further improving foaming and foam quality. Further, lauric acid is preferably contained in order to achieve more excellent water fusion, particularly excellent initial foaming.
The content of the component (a) in the semi-solid cleaning agent of the present invention is 5.0 to 25.0 mass%, preferably 6.0 to 22.0 mass%, and more preferably 10.0 to 20.0 mass% with respect to 100 mass% of the semi-solid cleaning agent of the present invention. When the content is 5.0% by mass or more, the cleansing property is exhibited, and the detergent functions as a cleansing agent, and is excellent in foaming and foam quality, moderate in viscosity, and excellent in storage stability. When the content is 25.0 mass% or less, the skin roughness is less likely to occur, and the spreading and fusion at the time of application is excellent. The content ratio of the component (a) is the total of the content ratios of all the components (a) in the semisolid cleaning agent of the present invention.
When the component (a) contains myristic acid, the content of myristic acid in the semi-solid cleaning agent of the present invention is preferably 10.0% by mass or more, more preferably 20.0% by mass or more, even more preferably 30.0% by mass or more, and particularly preferably 50.0% by mass or more, based on 100% by mass of the total amount of the component (a). When the component (a) contains lauric acid, the proportion of lauric acid contained in the semi-solid cleaning agent of the present invention is preferably 10.0% by mass or more, more preferably 20.0% by mass or more, further preferably 30.0% by mass or more, and particularly preferably 50.0% by mass or more, relative to 100% by mass of the total amount of the component (a). The lauric acid content is preferably 80.0 mass% or less.
[ component (B): a higher alcohol which is solid at 20 ℃ and has 16 to 20 carbon atoms ]
The higher alcohol which is solid at 20 ℃ and has 16 to 20 carbon atoms as the component (B) has the following functions: by using the component (C), a semisolid state is formed with a small amount of the component (a) mixed, and the storage stability is improved. Specifically, the cleaning agent can be made semisolid by using a higher alcohol which is solid at 20 ℃. In addition, it is presumed that: by using a higher alcohol having 16 or more carbon atoms as the higher alcohol which is solid at 20 ℃, the viscosity of the cleaning agent is moderate and the cleaning agent is hard to drip; by using a higher alcohol having 20 or less carbon atoms, the lipophilicity is not excessively high, but is moderate, and the storage stability in a semisolid state is excellent because the cleansing agent has a gel structure. The component (B) may be used alone or in combination of two or more.
Examples of the component (B) include cetyl alcohol (palmityl alcohol), stearyl alcohol, arachidyl alcohol, and cetostearyl alcohol. Examples of the alcohol containing the component (B) include lanonol. Among them, stearyl alcohol is preferable from the viewpoint of further excellent development at the time of coating.
The content of the component (B) in the semi-solid cleaning agent of the present invention is not particularly limited, but is preferably 1.0 to 10.0% by mass, more preferably 3.0 to 6.0% by mass, based on 100% by mass of the semi-solid cleaning agent of the present invention. When the content is 1.0% by mass or more, the effect of the compounded component (B) can be sufficiently obtained, and the viscosity of the semisolid cleaning agent is more moderate, so that the semisolid cleaning agent is less likely to drip, and the semisolid cleaning agent is excellent in usability and further excellent in storage stability. When the content ratio is 10.0% by mass or less, the semi-solid cleaning agent can be inhibited from hardening, and the developing fusion is more excellent. The content ratio of the component (B) is the total of the content ratios of all the components (B) in the semisolid cleaning agent of the present invention.
[ component (C): carboxyvinyl Polymer ]
The carboxyvinyl polymer as the component (C) has the following effects: by using the component (B), a semisolid state is formed with a small amount of the component (A) mixed, and the storage stability is improved. The component (C) may be used alone or in combination of two or more.
Examples of the component (C) include carboxyvinyl polymers which are polymers mainly of acrylic acid, and alkyl-modified carboxyvinyl polymers which are copolymers mainly of acrylic acid and alkyl methacrylate (for example, copolymers having 10 to 30(C10 to C30) carbon atoms in total). Among them, an alkyl-modified carboxyvinyl polymer is preferable. It is presumed that when the component (C) is an alkyl-modified carboxyvinyl polymer, the lipophilicity of the component (C) is improved by the alkyl-modified portion, the affinity of the component (a) with water is further improved, the viscosity of the semisolid cleaning agent is more appropriate, and the storage stability is more excellent.
The carboxyvinyl polymer is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include compounds represented by the INCI name "CARBOMER" (international dictionary and handbook for cosmetic raw materials, 15 th edition, volume 1, 2014, pages 582 to 583). The alkyl-modified carboxyvinyl polymer is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include compounds represented by the INCI name "ACRYLATES/C10-30 ALKYL ACRYLATE Crossplastomer ((acrylic acid (ester)/C10-30 alkanol acrylate) crosslinked polymer" (15 th edition, volume 1, 2014, page 63-64). The component (C) is particularly preferably a crosslinked polymer of (acrylic acid (ester)/C10-30 alkanol acrylate).
Examples of the commercially available products of the carboxyvinyl Polymer include a trade name "Carbopol 934 Polymer", a trade name "Carbopol 940 Polymer", a trade name "Carbopol 941 Polymer", a trade name "Carbopol 980 Polymer", a trade name "Carbopol 981 Polymer", a trade name "Carbopol 1342 Polymer", a trade name "Carbopol 2984 Polymer", a trade name "Carbopol Ultrez 10 Polymer", a trade name "Carbopol ETD 2050 Polymer" (manufactured by Lubrizol Advanced Materials Co., Ltd.), a trade name "AQAQAQEC UPHV-501", a trade name "AQEC HV-504", a trade name "AQHV-505" (manufactured by Sumitomo Seiki Co., Ltd.), a trade name "hiviswako 104", a trade name "hiviswa 105" (manufactured by Wako Co., Ltd.). Examples of commercially available products of the above-mentioned alkyl-modified carboxyvinyl Polymer include a trade name "PEMULEN TR-1", a trade name "PEMULEN TR-2", a trade name "Carbopol ETD 2020 Polymer", a trade name "Carbopol ULTREZ 20 Polymer", a trade name "Carbopol ULTREZ 21 Polymer" and a trade name "Carbopol SC-200 Polymer" (manufactured by Lubrizol Advanced Materials Co., Ltd., supra).
The component (C) is not particularly limited, and may be used after neutralization with an alkaline substance or after neutralization with an alkaline substance. Examples of the basic substance include alkanolamines such as triethanolamine and monoethanolamine; inorganic bases such as ammonia, sodium hydroxide and potassium hydroxide; basic amino acids such as arginine, and the like. The amount of the basic substance added may be appropriately mixed depending on the kinds of the component (C) and the basic substance and the amount of the component (C).
The content of the component (C) in the semi-solid cleaning agent of the present invention is not particularly limited, but is preferably 0.1 to 1.0% by mass, more preferably 0.2 to 0.7% by mass, based on 100% by mass of the semi-solid cleaning agent of the present invention. When the content is 0.1% by mass or more, the effect of the compounded component (C) can be sufficiently obtained, and the viscosity of the semisolid cleaning agent is more moderate, so that the semisolid cleaning agent is less likely to drip, and the semisolid cleaning agent is excellent in usability and further excellent in storage stability. When the content ratio is 1.0% by mass or less, the semisolid cleaning agent can be inhibited from hardening, and the development and fusion are more excellent. The content ratio of the component (C) is the total of the content ratios of all the components (C) in the semisolid cleaning agent of the present invention.
The semi-solid cleaning agent of the present invention is particularly preferably such that the content of the component (B) is 1.0 to 10.0% by mass (preferably 3.0 to 6.0% by mass) and the content of the component (C) is 0.1 to 1.0% by mass (preferably 0.2 to 0.5% by mass) based on 100% by mass of the semi-solid cleaning agent of the present invention. In this case, the viscosity of the semisolid cleaning agent is more appropriate, and the storage stability is more excellent.
[ component (D): polysaccharide thickeners
The semisolid cleaning agent of the present invention preferably further contains a polysaccharide thickener (sometimes referred to as "component (D)"). When the semi-solid cleaning agent of the present invention contains the component (D), the semi-solid cleaning agent can be developed and fused well while maintaining the semi-solid and storage stability, and the water fusion is more excellent, and the foam quality (particularly, the texture and elasticity of foam) is further improved. This is presumably because the component (D) enhances the coating of the bubbles. The component (D) may be used alone or in combination of two or more.
Examples of the component (D) include plant-derived polysaccharide thickeners such as alginic acid, carrageenan, agar, furcellaran, guar gum, papaya seed, konjac mannan, tamarind seed gum, tara gum, dextrin, starch, locust bean gum, gum arabic, ghatti gum (ghatti gum), karaya gum, tragacanth gum, arabinogalactan, pectin, and quince; animal-derived polysaccharide thickeners such as chitosan and hyaluronic acid; curdlan, xanthan gum, gellan gum, cyclodextrin, dextran, pullulan, hyaluronic acid and other microbial polysaccharide thickeners; nonionic cellulose derivatives such as microcrystalline cellulose, methyl cellulose, ethyl cellulose, hydroxymethyl cellulose, hydroxyethyl cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, and hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose; anionic cellulose such as carboxymethyl cellulose; cationized cellulose such as O- [ 2-hydroxy-3- (trimethylammonium) propyl ] hydroxyethyl cellulose chloride; and cationized guar gum such as O- [ 2-hydroxy-3- (trimethylammonium) propyl ] guar gum.
Examples of commercially available products of component (D) include a product name "エコーガム T" (product name of DSP GOKYO FOOD & CHEMICAL CO., LTD., xanthan gum), a product name "INAGEL Guar gum CS" (product name of Itania FOOD industries, Ltd., Guar gum), and a product name "JAGUAR HP-8" (product name of Tritrizzo, hydroxypropyl Guar gum).
When the semi-solid cleaning agent of the present invention contains the component (D), the content of the component (D) in the semi-solid cleaning agent of the present invention is not particularly limited, but is preferably 0.05 to 1.0% by mass, more preferably 0.1 to 0.5% by mass, based on 100% by mass of the semi-solid cleaning agent of the present invention. When the content ratio is 0.05% by mass or more, the effect of the compounded component (D) can be sufficiently obtained, and the foam quality of the semisolid cleaning agent becomes more favorable. When the content ratio is 1.0% by mass or less, the semisolid cleaning agent can be inhibited from hardening, and the development and fusion are more excellent. The content ratio of the component (D) is the total of the content ratios of all the components (D) in the semisolid cleaning agent of the present invention.
[ component (E): surfactant ]
The semi-solid cleaning agent of the present invention preferably further contains a surfactant (sometimes referred to as "component (E)"). As the component (E), nonionic surfactants, anionic surfactants, and amphoteric surfactants are preferable. Among these, amphoteric surfactants are more preferable because they are more excellent in water-melting property and further improve foam quality (particularly foam texture and elasticity) while maintaining semisolid and storage stability. The component (E) may be used alone or in combination of two or more.
Examples of the amphoteric surfactant include alkylamide betaine amphoteric surfactants such as lauramidopropyl betaine and coconut oil fatty amidopropyl betaine; glycine-type amphoteric surfactants such as alkyl glycinate, carboxymethyl glycinate, and N-acylaminoethyl-N-2-hydroxyethyl glycinate; aminopropionic acid-type amphoteric surfactants such as alkyl aminopropionates and alkyl imino dipropionates; glycine betaine-type amphoteric surfactants such as alkyldimethylaminoacetic acid betaine, alkylamidopropyldimethylaminoacetic acid betaine, and alkyldihydroxyethylaminoacetic acid betaine; sulfobetaine-type amphoteric surfactants such as N-alkyl-N, N-dimethylammonium-N-propylsulfonate, N-alkyl-N, N-dimethylammonium-N- (2-hydroxypropyl) sulfonate, N-fatty amidopropyl-N, N-dimethylammonium-N- (2-hydroxypropyl) sulfonate, and alkylhydroxysulfobetaine; imidazolinium-type amphoteric surfactants such as alkylcarboxymethylhydroxyethyl imidazolinium betaine, and the like.
When the semi-solid cleaning agent of the present invention contains the component (E), the content of the component (E) in the semi-solid cleaning agent of the present invention is not particularly limited, but is preferably 0.5 to 5.0% by mass based on 100% by mass of the semi-solid cleaning agent of the present invention. When the content ratio is 0.5% by mass or more, the effect of the compounded component (E) can be sufficiently obtained, and the foam quality of the semisolid cleaning agent is further improved and the texture state (the state in which the semisolid shape is retained, the development is good, and the developed state has uniformity) is further improved. When the content ratio is 5.0% by mass or less, a decrease in viscosity of the semisolid cleaning agent is less likely to occur. The content ratio of the component (E) is the total of the content ratios of all the components (E) in the semisolid cleaning agent of the present invention.
[ Water ]
The semi-solid cleaning agent of the present invention contains water. The water is not particularly limited, and pure water is preferred. The content of water in the semi-solid cleaning agent of the present invention is not particularly limited, but is preferably 30.0 to 90.0% by mass, and more preferably 40.0 to 85.0% by mass, based on 100% by mass of the semi-solid cleaning agent of the present invention.
[ other ingredients ]
The semisolid cleaning agent of the present invention may contain the components (a) to (E) and components (other components) other than water within a range not impairing the object of the present invention. The other components are not particularly limited, and examples thereof include components generally used in cosmetics and quasi drugs. Specifically, examples thereof include: lower alcohols such as ethanol; oily components such as fats and oils, polyols, higher alcohols other than component (B), ester oils, vegetable oils, and hydrocarbon oils; a thickener other than the component (D) such as a cationic polymer; a humectant; a bactericide; a pearlescent agent; a scrubbing agent; glycyrrhizic acid and its salt as anti-inflammatory agent; cooling agents such as menthol; phosphoric acid and its salts, citric acid and its salts, lactic acid and its salts, sodium hydroxide, triethanolamine and other pH regulators; a fragrance; an ultraviolet absorber; an antioxidant; chelating agents (complexing agents); a film-forming polymer compound; powder; a pigment; a pigment; vitamins; amino acids; an astringent; a whitening agent; an animal or plant extract; an acid; alkali, and the like. The components (a) to (E) are not particularly limited, and may be selected from the group consisting of a fatty acid, and a fatty acid.
Examples of the abrasive cleaning agent include polyethylene (polyethylene powder), polypropylene (polypropylene powder), crystalline cellulose, hydroxyapatite, polylactic acid, hydrogenated castor oil, paraffin wax, talc, silicone powder, silica, mica, titanium oxide, and metal soap. When the semi-solid cleaning agent of the present invention contains an abrasive cleaning agent, the content of the abrasive cleaning agent in the semi-solid cleaning agent of the present invention is, for example, 0.1 to 20.0% by mass based on 100% by mass of the semi-solid cleaning agent of the present invention.
The semisolid cleaning agent of the present invention is not particularly limited, and can be produced by a known or conventional method. For example, the above components may be mixed and stirred in a homomixer.
The semisolid cleaning agent of the present invention can be used as a face cleaning agent, a bath soap, a hand soap, etc.
The semi-solid cleaning agent of the present invention may be in the form of a semi-solid cleaning agent of the present invention filled in a container. Examples of the container include a pump container and a tube container. Among them, the semisolid cleaning agent of the present invention is preferably filled in a tube container because of its excellent discharge property.
In a conventional semi-solid cleaning agent containing a fatty acid (salt), if the amount of the fatty acid (salt) to be mixed is reduced, the viscosity is lowered and the cleaning agent becomes liquid rather than semi-solid. In response to this problem, it is considered that the viscosity is increased by compounding a carboxyvinyl polymer as a thickener. However, this case has the following problems: the storage stability was lowered, and the elasticity of the cleansing agent was improved, the spread was deteriorated, the texture was easily broken, and the water fusion at the time of foaming on the palm was deteriorated, and the foaming was deteriorated. In contrast, the semisolid cleaning agent of the present invention is semisolid and excellent in storage stability even when the amount of the higher fatty acid (salt) blended is relatively small, by using the specific higher alcohol [ component (B) ] and the carboxyvinyl polymer [ component (C) ] in combination, the amount of the fatty acid (salt) blended is small. This is presumably because the component (B) having a high lipophilicity and the component (C) having a hydrophilic property improve the affinity of the component (a) with water, and the components (a) to (C) and water form a gel having a high stability, which is different from a conventional gel formed from a fatty acid (salt), a nonionic surfactant, and a polyhydric alcohol. Further, the semisolid cleaning agent of the present invention is excellent in cleaning power, development, foaming and foam quality.
