本发明涉及建筑防水工程材料领域,具体为一种自粘式防水卷材。
背景技术
自粘式防水卷材是一种以SBS等合成橡胶、增粘剂及优质道路石油沥青等配制成的自粘橡胶沥青为基料层,强韧的高密度聚乙烯膜或铝箔作为上表面材料,可剥离的涂硅隔离膜或涂硅隔离纸为下表面防粘隔离材料制成的防水材料,自粘式防水卷材主要由隔离膜层、中心的胎基层构成。
然后,现有的自粘式防水卷材,其防水功能主要通过表面的涂硅隔离膜涂做防水材料,在隔离膜层局部受损后,该出抗渗透性效果下降,导致与隔离膜层自粘结的粘料层及中心的胎基层渗水,影响了卷材粘粘层与胎基层的粘固效果,降低了防水卷材的防水效果,且现有的自粘式防水卷材中心骨架的胎基层两面直接涂有自粘胶层的强压力敏胶,因强压力敏胶的作用,一定程度上影响了胎基层的耐磨、附着力、耐油、耐化学药品以及工业废气等整体性能。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种自粘式防水卷材,具备抗渗透性好以及中心骨架的胎基层整体性能良好的优点,解决了背景技术中提到的技术问题。
本发明提供如下技术方案:一种自粘式防水卷材,包括上隔离层、上粘料层、胎基层、下粘料层以及下隔离层;
所述上隔离层包括上保护膜层、上隔膜层;
所述下隔离层包括下隔膜层、下保护膜层,下隔离层与上隔离层的表面均涂有防水涂料;
所述胎基层由基料层和聚酯胎基层组成,所述基料层为改性弹性沥青,基料层由石油沥青、SBS、SBR、增粘剂、增塑剂和填充料组成,且各组分占比为:石油沥青45-55%、SBS12-16%、SBR 6-12%、增粘剂6-10%、增塑剂2-3%;
所述胎基层使用丙烯酸酯密封膏进行密封,且与上粘料层和下粘料层之间设有填料;
所述上粘料层和下粘料层均使用强力压敏胶。
优选的,所述聚硅氧烷皮膜以含硅官能基团的二甲基硅油为基础聚合物配制成的乳液型,在交联剂及催化剂等作用下,通过缩合后加成反应,转化成具有隔离性的部分交联的聚硅氧烷皮膜。
优选的,所述上保护膜层为聚乙烯膜,上隔膜层为聚硅氧烷皮膜。
优选的,所述下保护膜层为铝箔膜,下隔膜层与上隔离层中的上隔膜层相同。
优选的,所述防水涂料为氯丁橡胶溶剂与冷底子油混合物。
优选的,所述胎基层上下两面涂有涂膜,涂膜为聚氨酯和聚硫橡胶、并混有增塑剂、补强剂和硫化剂的混合剂的涂料,混合剂的各组分占比为:聚氨酯20—35%、聚硫橡胶60-70%、增塑剂2%-3%、补强剂%1、硫化剂1-2%。
优选的,所述聚酯胎基层为长丝聚酯胎布。
本发明具备以下有益效果:
1、该自粘式防水卷材,通过下隔离层与上隔离层的表面涂有的氯丁橡胶溶剂与冷底子油混合物,使得涂膜是,混合物能快速渗入到隔离层和粘料层的孔隙中,封闭隔离层的毛细孔,使得隔离层、粘料层与胎基层之间结合牢固,提高了隔离层的抗渗透能力,进而在隔离层局部受损渗水后,人能有效保障粘料层与胎基层的粘固性,提高了防水卷材的防水效果。
2、该自粘式防水卷材,通过胎基层两面涂有聚氨酯和聚硫橡胶的混合剂薄膜,并混有增塑剂、补强剂和硫化剂,在生产成本增加较小粘料层对胎基层的粘性不受影响的前提下,使得胎基层的涂膜坚韧、光亮、丰满、耐磨、附着力强,且涂膜耐油、耐化学药品和工业废气,绝缘性好,同时还具有优异的耐油、耐溶剂、耐老化、耐酸碱的特性,提高了防水卷材的整体性能。
3、该自粘式防水卷材,通过上隔膜层为聚硅氧烷皮膜的设计,在固化前为硅油形态,固化后的隔离层呈橡胶态弹性模,提高了上隔离层的弹性,进而提高了防水卷材表面的韧性,同时便于施工,提高了防水卷材的施工效率。

上隔离层1包括上保护膜层101、上隔膜层102,其中上保护膜层101为聚乙烯膜,聚乙烯膜使用前用干净的抹布蘸取少许酒精,进行轻拭,上隔膜层102为聚硅氧烷皮膜,在固化前为硅油形态,固化后的隔离层(这里的隔离层包括上隔离层1和下隔离层5,下面隔离层同述)呈橡胶态弹性模,提高了上隔离层1的弹性,进而提高了防水卷材表面的韧性,同时便于施工,提高了防水卷材的施工效率;其中,硅氧烷隔离剂是以含硅官能基团的二甲基硅油为基础聚合物配制成的乳液型,在交联剂及催化剂等作用下,通过缩合后加成反应,转化成具有隔离性的部分交联的聚硅氧烷皮膜。
下隔离层6包括下隔膜层601、下保护膜层602,下保护膜层601为铝箔膜,下隔膜层602与上隔离层1中的上隔膜层102相同,下隔离层6与上隔离层1的表面均涂有防水涂料,防水涂料为氯丁橡胶溶剂与冷底子油混合物,其中氯丁橡胶溶剂与冷底子油的比例为1:3,通过冷底子油粘度小、流动性好的特点,使之快速渗入到隔离层、粘料层的孔隙中,封闭隔离层的毛细孔,待溶剂凝固后,使得隔离层、粘料层与胎基层之间结合牢固,提高了隔离层的抗渗透能力,避免了上隔离膜1局部受损后,该出抗渗透性效果下降,导致与上隔离层1自粘结的粘料层及中心的胎基层渗水,影响了卷材自粘层的粘粘效果的问题,有效的保障粘料层与胎基层的粘固性,提高了防水卷材的防水效果。
胎基层3由基料层301和聚酯胎基层302组成,胎基层3起到骨架增强作用,其中基料层301为改性弹性沥青,基料层301为石油沥青、SBS、SBR、增粘剂、增塑剂和填充料组成,石油沥青45%-55%、SBS 12-16%、SBR 6-12%、增粘剂6-10%、增塑剂2-3%,通过SBR、SER对石油沥青的改性,提高了石油沥青的耐高低温性能、耐久性以及石油沥青的粘黏性,进而提高了胎基层3的自粘性,同时还保持了石油沥青的高防水性。
其中,聚酯胎基层302为长丝聚酯胎布,通过连续的长丝构成的长丝聚酯,其均匀度、强度、抗热收缩性能良好,使得胎基层302能更好的抗外界负荷,均匀分布外界的应力和抗变形能力;
胎基层3使用丙烯酸酯密封膏进行密封,且与上粘料层2和下粘料层4之间设有填料,填料包括钙粉30%、钛白粉30%、石英砂10%、云母1%、抗氧化剂0.5%、分散剂1%、乳化剂1%、消泡剂0.5%、水20%。
其中,胎基层3上下两面涂有涂膜,涂膜为聚氨酯和聚硫橡胶的混合剂,并以液体聚硫橡胶为主剂,并混有增塑剂、补强剂和硫化剂,混合剂的各组分占比为:聚氨酯20—35%、聚硫橡胶60-70%、增塑剂2%-3%、补强剂%1、硫化剂1-2%,增塑剂以改善聚氨酯和聚硫橡胶高分子材料的性能,降低生产成本,提高生产效益,补强剂以确保聚氨酯和聚硫橡胶的混合剂的粘性不受到破坏,使得胎基层的涂膜坚韧、光亮、丰满、耐磨、附着力强,且涂膜耐油、耐化学药品和工业废气,绝缘性好,同时还具有优异的耐油、耐溶剂、耐老化、耐酸碱的特性,提高了卷材的整体性能。
上粘料层2和下粘料层4均使用强力压敏胶,强力压敏胶为防水卷材的粘性胶以便自粘式防水卷材的方便施工和使用。

所述胎基层(3)由基料层(301)和聚酯胎基层(302)组成,所述基料层(301)为改性弹性沥青,基料层(301)由石油沥青、SBS、SBR、增粘剂、增塑剂和填充料组成,且各组分占比为:石油沥青45%-55%、SBS 12-16%、SBR 6-12%、增粘剂6-10%、增塑剂2-3%;

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种自粘式防水卷材,其特征在于:所述聚硅氧烷皮膜以含硅官能基团的二甲基硅油为基础聚合物配制成的乳液型,在交联剂及催化剂等作用下,通过缩合后加成反应,转化成具有隔离性的部分交联的聚硅氧烷皮膜。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种自粘式防水卷材,其特征在于:所述上保护膜层(101)为聚乙烯膜,上隔膜层(102)为聚硅氧烷皮膜。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种自粘式防水卷材,其特征在于:所述下保护膜层(501)为铝箔膜,下隔膜层(502)与上隔离层(1)中的上隔膜层(102)相同。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种自粘式防水卷材,其特征在于:所述防水涂料为氯丁橡胶溶剂与冷底子油混合物,其中氯丁橡胶溶剂与冷底子油的比例为1:3。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种自粘式防水卷材,其特征在于:所述胎基层(3)上下两面涂有涂膜,涂膜为聚氨酯和聚硫橡胶、并混有增塑剂、补强剂和硫化剂的混合剂的涂料,混合剂的各组分占比为:聚氨酯20—35%、聚硫橡胶60-70%、增塑剂2%-3%、补强剂%1、硫化剂1-2%。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种自粘式防水卷材,其特征在于:所述聚酯胎基层(302)为长丝聚酯胎布。
