本申请实施例提供了一种传输信息的方法和设备,能够实现LCG的BSR的上报。该方法包括:终端设备根据多个逻辑信道组LCG中有待传输数据的第一LCG集合,在至少三种缓存状态报告BSR格式中确定目标BSR格式,其中,所述第一LCG集合包括至少一个LCG;所述终端设备使用所述目标BSR格式上报所述第一LCG集合中的部分或全部LCG的BSR。
