Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of internet technologies, and in particular, to a method, an apparatus, and a device for processing service object information.
Background
With the popularization of e-commerce technology, various e-commerce platforms are continuously appeared, and a great number of users can purchase needed goods including clothes, food and goods such as airplane tickets, train tickets and the like on line by using a client (APP) or a webpage access mode provided by the e-commerce platform.
For the purpose of improving the user experience and the like, some e-commerce platforms provide recommendation services for the user, for example, if the user purchases the commodity a in the e-commerce platform, other commodities similar to the commodity a in the e-commerce platform may be recommended or cross-recommended for the user. The cross recommendation may be referred to as a cross recommendation, and for example, if a user purchases an airline ticket to a certain place, it is possible to recommend goods such as a hotel and a sight spot ticket near a destination for the user. However, regardless of cross-recommendation or other recommendation services, the e-commerce platform is implemented based on a record of user operation behavior on the commodity entity in a commodity entity database maintained by the e-commerce platform itself. The commodity entity is a bearing carrier for mapping commodities provided by merchants in an e-commerce platform.
Therefore, a basic premise in providing recommendation services to users is to generate commodity entities corresponding to commodities on the e-commerce platform side. At present, a common commodity entity generation method is as follows: when a merchant wants to put a commodity on an e-commerce platform for sale, a commodity entity generation template is obtained from the e-commerce platform, and the generation template specifies information which the merchant needs to fill, namely detail information of the commodity which needs to be added, so that the merchant can fill the commodity detail information manually. The mode of manually generating commodity entities by merchants is very inefficient, and can be generally suitable for retail merchants with limited commodity quantity and more stable commodity types.

It should be understood that the term "and/or" as used herein is merely one type of association that describes an associated object, meaning that three relationships may exist, e.g., a and/or B may mean: a exists alone, A and B exist simultaneously, and B exists alone. In addition, the character "/" herein generally indicates that the former and latter related objects are in an "or" relationship.
The words "if", as used herein, may be interpreted as "at … …" or "at … …" or "in response to a determination" or "in response to a detection", depending on the context. Similarly, the phrases "if determined" or "if detected (a stated condition or event)" may be interpreted as "when determined" or "in response to a determination" or "when detected (a stated condition or event)" or "in response to a detection (a stated condition or event)", depending on the context.
It is also noted that the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a good or system that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such good or system. Without further limitation, an element defined by the phrase "comprising an … …" does not exclude the presence of other like elements in a commodity or system that includes the element.
In addition, the sequence of steps in each method embodiment described below is only an example and is not strictly limited.
Before introducing the service object information processing method provided by the embodiment of the present invention, a scene to which the service object information processing method provided by the embodiment of the present invention is applicable is introduced. The business object information processing method provided by the embodiment of the invention can realize that the business object of the business provider establishing communication connection with the server of the e-commerce platform is automatically embodied as a commodity entity (called as an object entity in the embodiment of the invention) at the e-commerce platform side, namely, the object entity corresponding to the business object at the e-commerce platform side is automatically generated according to the detail information of the business object at the business provider side.
The server of the e-commerce platform can implement a direct communication connection with the service provider in advance through an API or the like, for example. For the e-commerce platform, the service provider in the embodiment of the present invention may be considered as an external service provider, compared to a service provider that directly mounts its own service object information (e.g., commodity information) on the e-commerce platform. Based on this, the service provider in the embodiment of the present invention may also be referred to as a direct connection merchant (i.e., a merchant that establishes a communication connection with a server of the e-commerce platform in advance and performs data interaction with the service provider in real time based on a trigger of a user), and a service object of the service provider may be referred to as a direct connection commodity. In practical applications, the service provider may be, for example, an airline, a railway operation department, a passenger transportation company, etc. that sells airline tickets, train tickets, bus tickets.
Currently, the process of purchasing directly connected merchandise to directly connected merchants through a merchant platform: taking purchasing an airline ticket as an example, a user can input a search word such as where to go from a certain day in an airline ticket search interface provided by an e-commerce platform to trigger searching for the airline ticket, at this time, the e-commerce platform acquires information of each airline ticket meeting the user requirement from each airline platform in real time through communication connection established between the e-commerce platform and each airline company providing an airline ticket selling service, all acquired airline ticket information is integrated together and output to the user, and the user further selects the airline ticket required by the user to complete purchasing. In the process, the e-commerce platform is equivalent to a display function which only provides a search entry, a search for goods meeting the requirements of the user from the merchant platform and a search result, and is similar to a search engine. In this case, the directly-connected commodity information is maintained by the directly-connected merchant, and the e-commerce platform only provides functions of searching, displaying and the like of the directly-connected commodity information, so that the targeted recommendation of other directly-connected commodities and commodity entities in the e-commerce platform to the user based on actions of the user on the directly-connected commodity such as purchase and the like cannot be realized at present.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a first embodiment of a service object information processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the service object information processing method according to the embodiment of the present invention may be executed on an e-commerce platform side, for example, may be executed by a server on the e-commerce platform side. As shown in fig. 1, the method comprises the steps of:
101. and extracting the characteristic information of the first service object from the first service object information corresponding to the service provider according to the service type corresponding to the service provider which has established the communication connection.
102. And generating an object entity corresponding to the first business object according to the characteristic information.
103. An identity for identifying the subject entity is assigned.
104. And correspondingly storing the object entities and the identifications in the object entity database.
The e-commerce platform may obtain, based on a preset information screening condition, first service object information that satisfies the information screening condition from each service provider through an already established communication connection with the service provider, or may obtain, based on a search request triggered by a user, first service object information that satisfies the search request from each service provider through the communication connection, where it is understood that the number of the obtained first service object information may be at least one.
In practical applications, the service provider may be some business related to the travel industry, such as each airline company, hotel, car rental company, railway operation department, and the like. Accordingly, the first service object information may be airline ticket information of an airline company, train ticket information of a railway operation department, vehicle rental information of a rental car company, and the like.
It can be understood that, establishing a communication connection between the e-commerce platform and the service providers refers to a communication link that establishes direct communication between a server on the e-commerce platform side and hardware devices, such as servers, corresponding to the service providers.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the e-commerce platform may generate an object entity corresponding to the first service object based on the feature information extracted from the first service object information of the service provider, that is, complete the materialized mapping of the first service object to the e-commerce platform. The object entity is used as a marker of the first business object and can be displayed on a commodity display interface of the e-commerce platform to be watched by a user, and after the user clicks the object entity, the commodity detail information related to the object entity, namely the first business object information, can be further displayed. Generally, the object entity is represented as a teletext style.
In an optional embodiment, the extracting, according to the service type corresponding to the service provider that has established the communication connection, the feature information of the first service object from the first service object information corresponding to the service provider may be implemented as:
automatically acquiring N pieces of first service object information from a service provider, wherein N is more than or equal to 1;
determining a characteristic attribute to be extracted according to a service type corresponding to a service provider;
and extracting characteristic attribute values corresponding to the N first business objects from the N first business object information according to the characteristic attributes.
In this case, the generating of the object entity corresponding to the first business object according to the feature information may be implemented as: and generating object entities corresponding to the N pieces of first business object information according to the characteristic attribute values corresponding to the N pieces of first business objects respectively, and associating the corresponding first business object information for the generated object entities.
In this embodiment, the object entities are in one-to-one correspondence with the first business objects, as shown in fig. 2.
In practical applications, the N pieces of first service object information may be obtained from a service provider in combination with a service object information updating policy of the service provider, for example, it is assumed that for a certain service provider, the service object information of the service provider is updated every day, and thus, the service object information included in the service provider may be obtained from the service provider every day as the N pieces of first service object information or some of the N pieces of first service object information.
Because the show object entity in the e-commerce platform is in order to let the user know that there is an object that can be used for doing, for example, show a dress picture and be furnished with the main characteristics of dress such as long-sleeve, chiffon dress, let the user know that it corresponds to a dress that has what characteristics, this show plays the guide effect that guides the user to further know the commodity details, accomplish the purchase of placing an order, consequently, for improving interface friendship give consideration to this guide effect simultaneously, should not show too much detail information in the object entity. Therefore, for each first service object information in the obtained N first service object information, the feature attribute to be extracted may be determined first according to the service type of the service provider, and then the corresponding feature attribute value is extracted therefrom. Optionally, corresponding characteristic attributes may be set in advance for different types of service providers, that is, corresponding characteristic attributes may be set in advance for different types of service objects, for example, for ticket service objects such as airline tickets and train tickets, and the set characteristic attributes may be a departure place, a destination, and a departure time; for business objects such as travel products (five-day trip in a certain place), the set characteristic attributes can be a destination, a date and a propaganda picture.
After extracting a corresponding characteristic attribute value from a certain piece of first business object information, generating an object entity according to the characteristic attribute value, and associating the piece of first business object information with the object entity, wherein the first business object information is equivalent to object detail information corresponding to the object entity, and not only contains the characteristic attribute value, but also contains other information except the characteristic attribute value. The object entity may be generated based on the characteristic attribute value, and the object entity explicitly including the characteristic attribute value may be generated based on a preset object entity generation model.
For example, as shown in fig. 2, it is assumed that a certain piece of first business object information is airline ticket information a, which includes information of a departure point a, a destination point b, a departure airport a1, an arrival airport b1, a flight number 111, a departure time, a price Y, an inventory K, a model, an additional service, and the like, and if the determined characteristic attributes are a departure point, a destination point, and a departure time, characteristic attribute values extracted therefrom are a departure point a, a destination point b, and a departure time, then generating an object entity according to the characteristic attribute values means that the object entity explicitly includes the characteristic attribute values, so that a user can directly see the characteristic attribute values. Associating the airline ticket information A for the object entity, namely writing the airline ticket information A containing the plurality of information into a preset field in a data structure corresponding to the object entity, so that if a user wants to know more detailed information, the user needs to click the object entity to enter a detail information display interface, and the airline ticket information A containing the plurality of information can be seen from the interface. Similarly, the above-described processing is performed for both the airline ticket information B and C illustrated in fig. 2.
In another optional embodiment, the extracting, according to the service type corresponding to the service provider that has established the communication connection, the feature information of the first service object from the first service object information corresponding to the service provider may further be implemented as:
determining a characteristic attribute to be extracted according to the service type of a service provider;
and automatically acquiring M pieces of first service object information with preset characteristic attribute values from a service provider according to the characteristic attributes, wherein the preset characteristic attribute values are used as the characteristic information corresponding to the M pieces of first service object information, and M is more than or equal to 1.
Thus, generating an object entity corresponding to the first business object according to the feature information may be implemented as: and generating object entities corresponding to the M first business objects according to the preset characteristic attribute values, and associating M first business object information for the object entities.
In this embodiment, the object entity and the M first business objects are in a corresponding relationship of a pair M, as shown in fig. 3.
In practical application, the e-commerce platform may set different feature attributes for different types of service providers in advance, so that when acquiring service object information, the e-commerce platform may set a certain feature attribute value in advance, and further may acquire service object information having the preset feature attribute value, which is referred to as M pieces of first service object information, from each service provider corresponding to the same service type. For example, the service type is a ticket service, and the preset feature attribute values set for the ticket service are: departure place a, destination b and departure date 5.1-5.30 days. The business object corresponding to the ticket business can be an air ticket, a train ticket, a bus ticket and the like. Taking an airline ticket as an example, M pieces of first service object information meeting the preset characteristic attribute value may be obtained from each airline company corresponding to the airline ticket service, and are assumed to be airline ticket information A, B and C in fig. 3. Further, an object entity corresponding to the preset feature attribute value is generated, and the M pieces of first service object information are associated with the object entity, as shown in fig. 3.
The method for mapping the M first service objects to the same object entity in the e-commerce platform can effectively reduce the total number of object entities required to be maintained by the e-commerce platform.
In practical application, which of the two optional implementation manners is adopted can be selected according to the purpose of materializing the service object information of the service provider to the e-commerce platform, namely creating an object entity corresponding to the service object in the e-commerce platform. For example, if the object entity is created for the purpose of performing targeted recommendation to the user according to the operation behavior of the user on the object entity, the manner of mapping the M first service objects to the same object entity may be adopted, because the commodity feature corresponding to the object entity may embody the user intention. For example, referring to fig. 3, assuming that a user places an order to purchase an airline ticket from a departure point a to a destination point b, that is, the intention of the user to go to the destination point b is known, based on which information such as a hotel and an attraction corresponding to the destination point b can be recommended to the user.
It should be noted that, each of the first business object information often includes information of many dimensions, and the first business object information may be divided into the following three dimensions: basic information, inventory and price. Wherein, when the updating of the stock and the price of the service object of the service provider is frequent, the corresponding first service object information can be divided, wherein the basic information is kept unchanged. At this time, when the corresponding first service object information is associated with the object entity, the inventory and the price included in the first service object information may be set at random, for example, as the first inventory and the first price initially, and then when a certain trigger condition is satisfied, the price and the inventory associated with the object entity may be dynamically updated.
Alternatively, the trigger condition may be, for example: and monitoring that the stock and the price of the first service object in the service provider are updated, namely updating the first stock and the first price in the first service object information associated with the object entity to be the second stock and the second price if the stock and the price in the first service object information in the service provider are monitored to be updated to be the second stock and the second price. The monitoring may be that the service provider actively informs the e-commerce platform when the stock and price of the first service object change, or that the e-commerce platform polls the stock and price of the first service object of the service provider at a certain time interval to determine whether the price is updated.
After the object entity corresponding to the first business object is generated through the above process, an identifier may be assigned to the object entity, where the identifier is used to distinguish and uniquely identify the object entity, and the identifier may be, for example, a string of characters or an identification pattern such as a two-dimensional code. Furthermore, the object entity and the corresponding identifier can be correspondingly stored in an object entity database of the e-commerce platform, so that the service object of the service provider is automatically mapped to the object entity of the e-commerce platform, namely, a bearing carrier of the service object is formed in the e-commerce platform, and the generation efficiency of the object entity is improved.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart of a second embodiment of a method for processing service object information according to the embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 4, the method may include the following steps:
401. responding to the search operation of the user, if the object entity is matched with the search operation, displaying the object entity, and establishing a corresponding relation between the search operation and the identification of the object entity.
In practical applications, a user may trigger a search operation in the e-commerce platform, for example, by clicking a certain category of multiple categories provided in a home page of the e-commerce platform, a search operation for an object entity included under the category is triggered; and for example, a search operation is triggered by inputting a search keyword in a search component in a home page or other certain page of the e-commerce platform, and for example, a search for corresponding airline ticket information is triggered by inputting a departure place, a destination and a departure time through an airline ticket search component.
If an object entity corresponding to the search operation exists in the e-commerce platform, a search result interface containing the object entity is displayed to a user, and a corresponding relation between the identification of the object entity and the search operation is established, wherein the corresponding relation reflects that the search operation is triggered on the object entity by a user. It should be noted that the search operation may include not only an identifier representing the search operation, but also a user identifier, where the user identifier may be a user terminal MAC address, a user login account, and the like, and thus the correspondence indicates that a user triggers a search for an object entity.
In practical applications, if the search operation is triggered by a user inputting a search keyword, in the process of determining an object entity corresponding to the search operation, the search keyword may be matched with a product feature corresponding to the object entity, or the search keyword may be matched with first business object information associated with the object entity, and if the product feature or the first business object information includes the search keyword, the product feature is considered to be matched with the search operation.
402. Responding to the viewing operation of the user on the object entity, acquiring a second stock and a second price which are currently corresponding to the first service object information associated with the object entity from the service provider, updating the first stock and the first price in the first service object information associated with the object entity into the second stock and the second price, displaying the updated first service object information, and establishing a corresponding relation between the viewing operation and the identifier.
In the foregoing embodiment, it is mentioned that, in the process of generating the object entity, the inventory and the price in the business object information associated with the object entity may be randomly set. However, when a user triggers a viewing operation on an object entity matched with the search operation of the user, the user needs to be provided with accurate stock and price, and therefore, at this time, the e-commerce platform needs to query the stock and price (assumed as the second stock and the second price) corresponding to the first service object information at this time from the service provider through a communication connection between service providers corresponding to the first service object information associated with the object entity so as to update the original first stock and first price in the first service object information associated with the object entity, and further, display the updated first service object information to the user.
It can be understood that, when the object entity is associated with a plurality of first business object information, the above-mentioned real-time updating process of the inventory and the price needs to be performed for each first business object information, so that the user can view the plurality of updated first business object information associated with the object entity.
In addition, the e-commerce platform also records that the user triggers the viewing operation on the object entity, namely the e-commerce platform establishes the corresponding relation between the viewing operation triggered by the user and the identification of the object entity.
403. And responding to a purchase operation triggered by the user on the updated first business object information, and establishing a corresponding relation between the purchase operation and the identifier.
It can be understood that, when a plurality of first business object information is associated with an object entity, when a user triggers a purchase operation on any first business object information therein, a corresponding relationship between the purchase operation triggered by the user and an identifier of the object entity can be established.
404. And according to the corresponding relation, acquiring the object entity to be recommended corresponding to the object entity in the object entity database, and outputting the object entity to be recommended to the user.
The corresponding relationship in this step refers to the corresponding relationship between the various operations established in the foregoing step and the identifier of the object entity, and these corresponding relationships may be used to make targeted recommendation to the user. For example, assuming that the user is found to view a certain object entity based on the generated correspondence, other similar object entities belonging to the same category as the object entity may be recommended to the user; assuming that it is found based on the generated correspondence that a user purchases a certain object entity, cross recommendation can be performed for the user based on the object entity, for example, if it is found that the user purchases an airline ticket to a certain place, object entities such as hotels and scenic spots at a destination can be recommended for the user.
In this embodiment, a corresponding object entity is created in the e-commerce platform based on an materialized mapping result of a service object of a service provider in the e-commerce platform, and tracking of an operation of a user on the object entity is realized by establishing a corresponding relationship between the operation of the user and an identifier of the object entity, so that a purpose of performing targeted recommendation on the user based on the operation of the user on the object entity is realized.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 4, when the user triggers the search operation, how the e-commerce platform responds to the search operation of the user based on the self-maintained physical goods is described. However, in practical applications, a communication connection between the conventional e-commerce platform and the service provider still exists, and a manner in which the e-commerce platform obtains the service object information for responding to the search operation of the user from the service provider is still available, which is described below with reference to the embodiment shown in fig. 5.
Fig. 5 is a flowchart of a third embodiment of a method for processing service object information according to the embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 5, the method may include the following steps:
501. and responding to the search operation of the user, acquiring second service object information matched with the search operation from the service provider, and displaying the second service object information to the user.
In practical applications, two search components may be set in the e-commerce platform, for example, in the top page, and the two search components correspond to different search paths, for example, one corresponds to obtaining a search result from a service provider and one corresponds to obtaining a search result from an object entity database of the e-commerce platform. Of course, only one search component may be provided, and the search path corresponding to the search component may include the service provider and the object entity database. The process of obtaining the target entity corresponding to the search operation from the target entity database may be as described in the foregoing embodiment.
In this embodiment, in response to a search operation of a user, such as an input search keyword, service object information that matches the search operation may be obtained from a service provider and referred to as second service object information, and the second service object information may be presented.
502. And if the second service object information is matched with the object entity, establishing a corresponding relation between the search operation and the identification of the object entity.
After the second service object information is obtained, the second service object information can be matched with the object entity in the object entity database, and if the second service object information is found to be matched with a certain object entity, the corresponding relation between the search operation of the user and the identification of the object entity is established. And if the second business object information contains the characteristic attribute value of a certain object entity, the object entity is considered to be matched with the second business object information.
Optionally, at this time, the e-commerce platform may further update the inventory and price of the first business object information associated with the object entity according to the inventory and price included in the second business object information.
503. And responding to the operation behavior of the user on the second service object information, and establishing a corresponding relation between the operation behavior and the identifier.
504. And according to the corresponding relation, acquiring the object entity to be recommended corresponding to the object entity in the object entity database, and outputting the object entity to be recommended to the user.
Since the object entity matched with the second service object information is determined, the corresponding relation between the subsequent operation behaviors triggered by the user on the second service object information, such as viewing, purchasing and the like, and the identifier of the object entity can be established, so that various operation behaviors of the user on the second service object information are mapped to the operation behaviors of the corresponding object entity in the e-commerce platform, and the user can be pertinently recommended to the user based on the operation behaviors of the user on the object entity.
Fig. 6 is a flowchart of a fourth embodiment of the service object information processing method according to the embodiment of the present invention, where the service object information processing method according to this embodiment may be executed by a user terminal device on a user side.
