In the embodiment of the present invention, the business server 110 or the personalization server 130 may also be referred to as a server, and is a device providing computing services. Since the server needs to respond to and process the service request, the server generally has the capability of assuming and securing the service.
The business server 110 or personalization server 130 is configured to include, by way of example and not limitation, a processor, a hard disk, a memory, a system bus, etc., similar to a general-purpose computer architecture, but requires high processing power, stability, reliability, security, scalability, manageability, etc., due to the need to provide highly reliable services.
In addition, in the embodiment of the present invention, one or more service servers 110 may be provided, that is, a plurality of service servers 110 may form a service server cluster, and similarly, one or more personalization servers 130 may form a personalization server cluster, so as to expand the bandwidth of network devices and servers, increase the throughput, enhance the network data processing capability, and improve the flexibility and availability of the network.
In addition, in the embodiment of the present invention, the service server 110 and the personalization server 130 may be configured independently, that is, the two servers respectively perform the functions of the service server 110 and the personalization server 130, or the service server 110 and the personalization server 130 may be configured jointly, that is, one server completes the functions of both the service server 110 and the personalization server 130.
For convenience of understanding and explanation, the specific procedure of the service access method of the present invention will be described below by taking a case where the service server 110 and the personalization server 130 are the same server as an example, without losing generality.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the personalized server includes at least one service access policy, each service access policy corresponds to a user group, each user group includes at least one user, the service access policy is used to control personalized service access of the corresponding user group, each service access policy includes first information, and the first information is used to indicate a one-to-one correspondence between at least one operation information and at least one personalized service.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, a plurality of users in a communication system (or, a plurality of users capable of communicating with a server through a terminal device) may be divided into at least two user groups.
For example, in the embodiment of the present invention, the grouping may be performed according to the user information of each user.
By way of example and not limitation, the user information of the user may include one or more of the following:
the user is located in a region, the age of the user, the occupation of the user, the hobbies of the user, the consumption level of the user, the gender of the user, the occupation of the user, the business access records of the user and the like.
Thus, users having the same or similar user information can be classified into the same user group.
It should be understood that the above listed user information is only an exemplary illustration, the present invention is not limited thereto, and other information or parameters capable of embodying the personalization of the user fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
In the embodiment of the present invention, indication information (hereinafter, referred to as "user group query information" for convenience of understanding and explanation) of a user identifier of a user included in each user group may be stored in the personalization server, that is, the personalization server may determine, using the user identifier as an index, a user group to which the user indicated by the user identifier belongs, so that the personalization server may determine, based on the user identifier carried in a received message (for example, a service access message), a user group to which a user of a terminal device from which the message comes belongs, based on the user group query information.
By way of example and not limitation, the user group query information may be stored in the form of an entry, and table 1 below shows an example of the user group query information according to the embodiment of the present invention.
TABLE 1
By way of example and not limitation, in the embodiment of the present invention, the user identifier may be identity information allocated by an operator or a personalization server to each user, in which case, one identity information may uniquely indicate one user, and as the identity information, at least one of the following parameters may be listed: a mobile phone number of the user, an account name of the user, a registration name of the user, a certificate number (e.g., an identification number) of the user, a unique random number assigned to the user by a personalization server or an operator, and the like.
Alternatively, in the embodiment of the present invention, a device identifier of the terminal device may also be used as the user identifier. Wherein, a device identifier is used to uniquely identify a terminal device, and as an example and not by way of limitation, as the device identifier, at least one of the following parameters may be listed: an Internet Protocol (IP) address of the terminal device, and a Media Access Control (MAC) address of the terminal device.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, one terminal device may be used by only one user, and in this case, the device identifier may be directly used as the user identifier.
Or, in the embodiment of the present invention, one terminal device may also be used by multiple users, for example, different users use the same terminal device for service access at different time intervals, in this case, in a login time interval of one user (that is, a time interval between a time when the personalization server identifies that the user logs in on a certain terminal device and a time when the personalization server identifies that the user logs out of the login), a device identifier of the terminal device used by the user may be used as a user identifier of the user, or the personalization server may determine, based on the login time interval of the user on the terminal device and the device identifier of the terminal device, a user group to which the user belongs.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the number of users included in one user group may be one or multiple, the present invention is not particularly limited, and the number of users included in each user group may be the same or different, and the present invention is not particularly limited.
Also, by way of example and not limitation, in embodiments of the present invention, one user may belong to only one user group. Alternatively, if a user group is considered as a user set, the intersection between any two user sets may be an empty set. Thus, it is possible to avoid an error in determining a user group to which a certain user belongs.
Optionally, different user groups in the personalization server correspond to different user tags, and the user tags are used for indicating types of users.
That is, each of the at least two user groups corresponds to at least one user tag, and the user tags corresponding to any two of the at least two user groups are different.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, the user tag may be the same identification information assigned to the same type of user, and by way of example and not limitation, the classification of the user may be performed based on the user information of the user, that is, in the embodiment of the present invention, the user tag may be determined based on the user information, and the user tag may be obtained by performing abstract interpretation on the same or similar part in a plurality of user information having the same or similar attributes.
For example, in the case that the user information is the occupation of the user, the user information of different users may include, for example: athletes, workers, engineers, accountants, clerks, translations, etc., in which case the user tags of users whose user information is engineers, accountants, clerks, translations, etc. can be set to: the white collar.
That is, in the embodiment of the present invention, in the case of grouping based on user information, a user tag may be assigned to each user group, where the user tag of one user group corresponds to a division reference of the user group (for example, user information that is the same or similar for each user in the user group). Therefore, the user tags corresponding to the user groups are different. In this case, the user group query information may further indicate a user tag assigned to each user group.
Table 2 below shows another example of user group query information according to an embodiment of the present invention.
TABLE 2
It should be understood that the above listed process of grouping users may be performed by a personalization server, that is, the personalization server may obtain user information and user identification of each user from an operator or an administrator, group each user based on a grouping rule configured by the operator or the administrator, and store indication information (i.e., user group query information) indicating the user identification of the user included in each user group.
Or, the operator or the administrator may also directly issue indication information (i.e., user group query information) indicating the user group to which each user belongs to the personalized server, so that the personalized server may determine each user group and the users included in each user group according to the indication information.
In the embodiment of the invention, the service access policy can be configured for each user group. The service access policy is used to control the service access policy. By respectively configuring the service access strategies for each user group, two users belonging to different user groups can use different service access strategies, thereby realizing personalized service access.
In the following, content included in the service access policy in the embodiment of the present invention is exemplarily described.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the service access policy includes information (i.e., an example of the first information) indicating a service to which the received operation information corresponds.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, the first information may indicate a service corresponding to the received operation information, and as an example and not by way of limitation, the first information may be a mapping table entry used for indicating a one-to-one correspondence relationship between multiple types of operation information and multiple types of services, so that when the personalization server receives one operation information, the personalization server may find the service corresponding to the operation information in the mapping table entry.
That is, in the embodiment of the present invention, determining, by the personalization server, the service based on the first information of the service access policy includes the following two processes:
process 1
The personalization server determines what operation the user has performed, and the process may be determined by the personalization server based on the received operation information.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the operation information included in the first information (or the operation of the user indicated by the operation information) may be determined.
By way of example, and not limitation, the operational information may include:
operation information indicating that a user performs registration;
operation information indicating that a user places an order;
operation information instructing a user to edit personal information;
operation information for instructing a user to perform searching;
instructing the user to edit the operation information of the shopping cart;
operation information indicating the user subscription information.
It should be understood that the above listed operation information is only an exemplary illustration, and the present invention is not particularly limited, for example, in the embodiment of the present invention, the operation information may also refer to information that indicates a certain event set by a user is generated based on an operation (e.g., input information) of the user, in this case, the above mapping table entry may indicate a service that needs to be provided by the personalization server when the event is triggered, for example, the operation information may be a birthday input by the user, and the first information may indicate a service that needs to be provided by the personalization server when the birthday of the user determined based on the operation information is reached.
By way of example and not limitation, in the embodiment of the present invention, the operation information in the first information (specifically, the mapping table entry) in the service access policy may be issued to the personalization server by an operator or an administrator.
Process 2
The personalization server may determine a service to be provided from among the plurality of services indicated by the first information (specifically, the mapping table entry) based on the operation information.
Optionally, the at least one service includes at least one of:
a page show service, a promotion service, a recommendation service, a search service, or a process flow service.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, the service controlled based on the service access policy may be at least one of the following services (or service types):
A. page presentation service
The page presentation service refers to a service for presenting text, pictures, videos, or the like to a user on a web page or a user interface (for example, generated based on data from a personalization server) displayed by a display device (for example, a display screen, or the like) of a terminal apparatus.
B. Sales promotion service
Promotion service refers to the operator delivering various information about products or services to the user (e.g., via a personalization server) to persuade or attract the user to purchase their products for the purpose of increasing sales volume. For example, a utility (information provider or sender) may send various information to a user as incentives to consume to influence his attitude and behavior.
C. Recommendation service
Recommendation service refers to an operator prompting a consumer (e.g., via a personalization server) for products or services that the operator can provide, e.g., a marketer can push an advertisement to a user.
D. Search service
The recommendation service refers to that an operator acquires a keyword of a product or service that a user wishes to find (for example, through a personalized server), and pushes the product, service or information related to the keyword for the user.
E. Process flow business
The process flow business refers to the process from the time a user purchases a certain product or service from an operator to the time the user actually obtains the product or service.
It should be understood that the services controlled by the service access policy and the specific form of each service listed above are merely exemplary, and the present invention is not particularly limited.
In addition, as an example and not by way of limitation, in the embodiment of the present invention, the service in the first information (specifically, the mapping table entry) in the service access policy may be issued to the personalization server by an operator or an administrator.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the service access policies corresponding to different user groups are different, and therefore, the services corresponding to the operation information from different user groups (specifically, users in different user groups) are also different.
By way of example and not limitation, if a user a is different from a user group to which a user B belongs, a service access policy corresponding to the user group to which the user a belongs is set as a service access policy a, a service access policy corresponding to the user group to which the user B belongs is set as a service access policy B, operation information corresponding to the operation of the user a is set as operation information a, operation information corresponding to the operation of the user a is set as operation information B, a service corresponding to the operation information a indicated by first information (for convenience of understanding and distinguishing, denoted as first information a) in the service access policy a is set as a service a, and a service corresponding to the operation information B indicated by the first information (for convenience of understanding and distinguishing, denoted as first information B) in the service access policy B is set as a service B, the service a is different from the service B.
The operation information a and the operation information B may be the same or different, and the present invention is not particularly limited.
In the embodiment of the present invention, that the service a is different from the service B may mean that the service types of the service a and the service B are different, that is, the service a and the service B are different services. By way of example and not limitation. For example, for the operation information for instructing the user to log in, the service a may be a promotion service, and the service B may be a recommendation service.
Or, "the service a is different from the service B" may also mean that the service types of the service a and the service B are the same, that is, the service a and the service B are the same service, but the data of the service a provided by the personalization server is different from the data of the service B provided by the personalization server.
For example, if the page display service under the control of the service access policy a is a page display service a, and the page display service under the control of the service access policy B is a page display service B, the page display service a is different from the page display service B, and by way of example and not limitation, "the page display service a is different from the page display service B" may mean that a page corresponding to the page display service a (a page generated based on data of the page display service a) and a page corresponding to the page display service B (a page generated based on data of the page display service B) have different visual experiences, for example, different page tones, or different page layouts (positions of components in the service), and the like.
For another example, if the sales promotion service under the control of the service access policy a is a sales promotion service a, and the sales promotion service under the control of the service access policy B is a sales promotion service B, the sales promotion service a is different from the sales promotion service B, and by way of example and not limitation, "the sales promotion service a is different from the sales promotion service B" may mean that, for the same product or service, the sales promotion content corresponding to the sales promotion service a is different from the sales promotion content corresponding to the sales promotion service B (e.g., the issued sales promotion information), for example, the discount is different, or the bonus is different, etc.
For another example, if the recommended service under the control of the service access policy a is recommended service a, and the recommended service under the control of the service access policy B is recommended service B, the recommended service a is different from the recommended service B, and by way of example and not limitation, "the recommended service a is different from the recommended service B" may mean that the product or service recommended by the recommended service a is different from the product or service recommended by the recommended service B, for example, the advertisement corresponding to the recommended service a is different from the advertisement corresponding to the recommended service B.
For another example, if the search service under the control of the service access policy a is a search service a, and the search service under the control of the service access policy B is a search service B, the search service a is different from the search service B, and by way of example and not limitation, "the search service a is different from the search service B" may mean that the database searched for by the search service a is different from the database searched for by the search service B, or the number of keywords based on which the search service a is based is different from the number of keywords based on which the search service B is based, or the number of related results found by the search service a is different from the number of related results found by the search service B.
For another example, if the flow circulation service under the control of the service access policy a is the flow circulation service a, and the flow circulation service under the control of the service access policy B is the flow circulation service B, the flow circulation service a is different from the flow circulation service B, and by way of example and not limitation, "the flow circulation service a is different from the flow circulation service B" may mean that a process (e.g., a process of adding an additional value) experienced by the flow circulation service a is different from a process experienced by the flow circulation service B.
By way of example, and not limitation, table 3 below illustrates an example of a business access policy.
TABLE 3
By way of example and not limitation, the operation information a to the operation information K may include the following operations:
registration, placing orders, accessing a personal center, socialized reviews, course birthdays, searching, giving up shopping carts, joining customer groups, subscribing to time, and the like.
By way of example and not limitation, the services a to k may include, but are not limited to, the following services:
recommended merchandise, recommended content, associate sales, add to customer group, feed back recent browsing, push advertisements, send mail, send promotional tickets, gift points, and the like.
Optionally, the service access policy further includes second information, where the second information is used to indicate an effective time period of the service access policy.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, each service access policy further includes indication information (i.e., an example of the second information) indicating an effective period of the service access policy (specifically, each operation information or service indicated by the first information included in the service access policy).
Therefore, when the personalized server receives certain operation information, the effective time period corresponding to the operation information can be judged.
For example, if the occurrence time of the user operation indicated by the operation information is in the validation period corresponding to the user operation information, the personalization server may transmit the service corresponding to the operation information (indicated by the first information) for the user.
For another example, if the occurrence time of the user operation indicated by the operation information is not in the validation period corresponding to the user operation information, the personalization server may prohibit the service corresponding to the operation information (indicated by the first information) from being transmitted to the user.
By way of example and not limitation, table 4 below illustrates another example of a business access policy.
TABLE 4
It should be understood that the effective time periods of the respective operation information or services indicated by the second information included in one service policy information may be the same or different, and the present invention is not particularly limited.
In addition, as an example and not by way of limitation, in the embodiment of the present invention, the second information in the service access policy may be issued to the personalization server by an operator or an administrator.
Optionally, the service access policy further includes third information, where the third information is used to indicate a position of a page component corresponding to the service in the page
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, if the service indicated by the service access policy (specifically, the service access policy includes the first information) needs to be presented in a page displayed on a display of a terminal device used by a user through a page component, the service access policy may further include indication information (i.e., an example of the third information) for indicating a position of the page component in the page.
Therefore, when receiving a certain operation information, the personalization server can determine the position of the service corresponding to the operation information and the service component corresponding to the service in the page (hereinafter, for convenience of understanding and distinction, referred to as a target position), and when transmitting the service corresponding to the operation information to the user, send the indication information of the target position (i.e., an example of the third information) to the terminal device used by the user.
By way of example, and not limitation, table 5 below illustrates yet another example of a business access policy.
TABLE 5
In the embodiment of the present invention, the personalization server may obtain a plurality of service access policies from an operator or an administrator, and the personalization server may determine a one-to-one correspondence between the plurality of service policies and the plurality of user groups.
By way of example and not limitation, in the embodiment of the present invention, the service access policy may also be determined based on user information, and the process may be determined by the personalization server based on a preset algorithm and the input user information, or the process may be completed by an operator or an administrator and send information (hereinafter, for convenience of understanding and explanation, referred to as service access policy query information) indicating a one-to-one mapping relationship between each user group and each service access policy to the personalization server.
As an example and not by way of limitation, the service access policy query information may be an entry in which a one-to-one correspondence relationship between each user group number and each service access policy number is recorded, and table 6 below shows an example of the service access policy query information according to the embodiment of the present invention.
TABLE 6
As described above, the personalization server may obtain information of users included in each user group, information of service access policies corresponding to each user group, and information of specific contents of each service access policy.
Therefore, when the personalization server receives a service request message sent by a terminal device, the personalization server can search a service to be sent to the terminal device based on the service request message (specifically, user identification and operation information carried by the service request message), and send data of the service.
The following describes in detail the procedure of the method for service access according to the present invention, taking as an example the interaction flow between the terminal device a used by the user a and the server a (i.e. capable of executing both functions of the personalization server and the service server).
FIG. 2 is a schematic interaction diagram illustrating a method 200 of service access of an embodiment of the invention.
As shown in fig. 2, the method 200 includes: at S210, the terminal device receives an operation of a user accessing a service provided in a page in the page.
Specifically, when an application a installed in a terminal apparatus a (i.e., an example of a terminal apparatus) is used by a user a (i.e., an example of a first user), the terminal apparatus a is communicatively connected to a server a of the application a, and performs information or data transmission with the server a, and presents an operation interface (i.e., an example of a page) of the application a, for example, a web page.
The terminal device a may accept an operation of the user a on the operation interface of the application a by a device such as a touch screen or a keyboard and a mouse. For convenience of understanding and explanation, the following description will be given taking a page in the form of a web page as an example of the operation interface.
In S220, the terminal device requests the service provided in the page from the service server according to the operation, and sends the personalized service request message to the personalized server, where the personalized service request message is used to request to provide personalized service on the basis of the service provided in the page, and the service request message carries the operation information of the user and the user identifier of the user
Specifically, the terminal device a can acquire the service provided by the page (referred to as service B) from the server a (or, a part of the server a providing the service server function) according to the operation. It should be noted that the service B (i.e., the service provided by the page, or the service returned by the service server) may be the same service provided to all users in the communication system.
In addition, in the embodiment of the present invention, the terminal device a may further detect whether the operation of the user triggers an acquisition process for acquiring the personalized service from the server a (or a part of the server a providing the personalized server function).
That is, before sending the personalized service request message to the personalization server, the method further includes:
the terminal device determines that the operation meets the condition for triggering the acquisition of the personalized service.
Specifically, by way of example and not limitation, terminal device a may detect that the user is performing a specified operation (e.g., an operation specified in the first information of the service access policy information) by, for example, a page placement technique or a tag monitoring technique.
The page spotting (or spot burying) technology is that a terminal device monitors and detects a preset operation by presetting a monitoring Code (Code) in a page, wherein the Code refers to a statement in an executable program, and thus the monitoring Code refers to a section of executable program statement written for the purpose of monitoring.
In the page stationing monitoring technology, a monitoring Tag (Tracking Tag) can be preset in a page, wherein the Tag (Tag) refers to an identifier added for identifying a certain monitoring object, the identifier is not a program statement and cannot be executed, a monitoring code needs to be applied to a page Tag server for execution, but the monitoring code can be identified by a program for judging the specific attribute of the monitoring object.
That is, when the terminal device a detects that the user a performs a specified operation a (e.g., a login operation), it may generate operation information a corresponding to the operation a, and send a service request message a (i.e., an example of a personalized service request message) to the server a.
Thus, in S220, the personalization server receives a personalization service request message sent by the terminal device and triggered by an operation of the user in the page, where the operation of the user in the page is an operation of accessing a service provided in the page, and the personalization service request message is used to request that a personalization service be provided on the basis of the service provided in the page, and the personalization service request carries the operation information of the user and the user identifier of the user.
At S230, the personalization server determines a user group to which the user belongs according to the user identifier of the user.
Specifically, after receiving the service request message a, the server a may determine that the operation information a is determined based on the operation of the user a based on the user identifier a, and further, may search for a user group to which the user a belongs based on the following manner 1 or manner 2 (i.e., an example of a user group to which the first user belongs, which is referred to as user group a).
Mode 1
For example, and not by way of limitation, server a may determine user group a based on table 1 above, i.e., server a may identify the user group indicated by the user group number in the row in which user identification a is located as user group a.
Mode 2
As another example, optionally, different groups of users in the personalization server correspond to different user tags indicating the type of user, an
The personalized server determines a user group to which the user belongs according to the user identifier of the user, and the method comprises the following steps:
the personalized server determines a user tag of the user according to the user identification of the user;
and the personalized server determines a user group to which the user belongs according to the user tag of the user.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, the server a may obtain the user information of the user a based on the user identifier a (for example, from an operator, etc.), and further determine the user tag of the user a (i.e., an example of the user tag of the first user, which is denoted as the user tag a) according to the user information of the user a, so that the server a may determine the user group a based on the table 2, that is, the server a may use the user group indicated by the user group number in the row of the user tag a as the user group a. By way of example and not limitation, the user information of user a may be transmitted to server a or the operator at registration time by user a.
Since there may be a case where the user a is a new user of the application a, the operator, the administrator, the server, or the like may not group the user a, and in this case, the identifier of the user a may not be recorded in the table 1, and the method 1 cannot be used. Therefore, the reliability of the present invention can be improved by adopting the above-described mode 2.
It is to be understood that the above-listed modes 1 and 2 may be used alone or in combination, and the present invention is not particularly limited.
At S240, the personalization server determines a service access policy corresponding to a user group to which the user belongs.
Specifically, after determining the user group a, the server a may determine a service access policy a (i.e., an example of a first access policy) corresponding to the user group a. For example, the server a may determine the service access policy a based on the above table 6, that is, the server a may set the service access policy indicated by the service access policy number in the row of the number of the user group a as the service access policy a.
At S250, the personalized server searches for the personalized service corresponding to the operation information carried in the personalized service request message in the determined service access policy.
Specifically, after determining the service access policy a, the server a may determine, based on the operation information a, the service a (i.e., an example of the first service) indicated by the service access policy a (specifically, the first information in the service access policy a) and corresponding to the operation information a.
For example, the server a may determine the service a based on the above table 3, that is, the server a may take the service in the row in which the operation information a is located as the service a.
In S260, the personalization server sends the searched data of the personalized service to the terminal device
Specifically, after determining the service a, the server a may transmit data of the service a to the terminal device a.
Thus, in S260, the terminal device receives the data of the service provided in the page returned by the service server and receives the data of the personalized service returned by the personalized server, where the personalized service is a personalized service corresponding to the operation information of the user and found from the service access policy corresponding to the user group where the user is located.
And, in S270, the terminal device provides a service to the user according to the data returned by the service server, and superimposes the personalized service in the service according to the data returned by the personalized server.
Specifically, the terminal device a may present the page of the service B through a display or the like, and the terminal device a may present the service a (e.g., a page component corresponding to the service a) on the page of the service B based on the data of the service a.
Alternatively,
the service access policy further includes second information indicating an effective period of the service access policy, an
Before the personalization server sends the searched data of the personalized service to the terminal device, the method further includes:
and the personalization server determines that the occurrence time of the operation of the user in the page is within the effective period indicated by the second information included in the determined service access policy.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, the server a may further determine an effective period of the service a (hereinafter, referred to as period a for ease of understanding and explanation), for example, the server a may determine the period a based on the above table 4, that is, the server a may take the effective period in the row of the operation information a as the period a.
The server a may also determine the occurrence time of the operation a (or the occurrence time of the operation information a, hereinafter, referred to as time a for ease of understanding and explanation). By way of example and not limitation, the server a may take the time of receipt of the operation information a as time a. Alternatively, the operation information a or the service request message a may carry a timestamp a, where the timestamp a is used to indicate the occurrence time of the operation a, and thus, the server a may use the time indicated by the timestamp a as the time a.
Moreover, the server a may determine whether the time a is within the time range of the time period a, and if "yes", the server a may send the data of the service a to the terminal device a; if "no", the server a may prohibit sending data of the service a to the terminal device a.
Alternatively,
the service access policy further comprises third information indicating a presentation position of the personalized service in the page, an
The personalization server may send third information included in the determined service access policy to the terminal device.
Correspondingly, the terminal device may receive third information included in the service access policy sent by the personalization server;
and the terminal equipment presents the personalized service at the presenting position indicated by the third information according to the third information included in the service access policy.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, the server a may further indicate a presentation position of the personalized service in the page presented by the terminal device a.
For example, if service a is implemented by a page component, server a may also determine the location a of the page component of service a in the page rendered by terminal device a. For example, the server a may determine the position a based on the above table 5, that is, the server a may take the page component position in the row where the operation information a is located as the position a.
Thus, the server a can transmit the instruction information of the position a (i.e., an example of the third instruction information) to the terminal apparatus a.
Thus, the terminal device can present the page component corresponding to the service a at the position a.
It should be noted that in the embodiment of the present invention, a page component is a small piece of code that can be executed on any Web page based on HTML, and its representation may be video, map, news, mini-game, etc. The basic idea of the method is derived from code multiplexing, and under the normal condition, the code form comprises DHTML, JavaScript and Adobe Flash. By way of example and not limitation, in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) field, a series of page components like "shopping cart," "commodity tree," "commodity search," "commodity details," "sales leaderboard," "hottest commodity," "commodity topic," "personal hub," "marketing campaign," "value gift," etc. can be provided, all of which are self-contained independent data services.
In addition, the service access policy may be a rule file based on an Extensible markup language (xml) file type.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the server may also be referred to as a rule engine, which is a component embedded in the application program, and implements separation of the business decision from the application program code, and writes the business decision using a predefined semantic module. And receiving data input, interpreting business rules, and making business decisions according to the business rules.
At the most basic level, a service access policy may also be referred to as a service rule, and is a structure of composite if/then types, or sometimes called conditions/consequences. Rule management is actually a set of tools that include: the system comprises a rule engine, a rule base, a rule language framework and a rule management integrated development environment. The rules engine is the core of the bottom layer and can be viewed as an if/then high level interpreter. There are several steps to use the business rules. The rules must first be established and then deployed to an application system instance (as in the personalized services application herein). The rules are then computed and the computed results may be filtered before being returned to the user. Finally, the user utilizes the results of the rule processing in the application code.
According to the method for service access, users in a communication system are divided into at least two user groups, different service access strategies are set for different user groups, and therefore when a server receives a service request message sent by terminal equipment, the user group to which a first user belongs can be determined based on a user identifier of the first user carried by the service request message, a service access strategy for the first user is further determined, a service indicated by the service access strategy is provided, and therefore personalized service access can be achieved.
