In order to overcome the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a method and a device for dynamically establishing an enterprise address book, wherein the method comprises the following steps: receiving an address book merging request sent by a first super administrator managing a first enterprise address book; sending the request to a second super administrator managing a second enterprise address book to be merged; receiving confirmation that the second super administrator accepts the enterprise address book combination; and merging the first enterprise address book into the second enterprise address book.
Having described the general principles of the invention, various non-limiting embodiments of the invention are described in detail below.
Application scene overview
The embodiment of the invention can be applied to a scene of merging address lists of different enterprises, for example, an administrator at a site A establishes an address list 1 by using the name of a certain enterprise, the address list 1 comprises all employees working at the site A, an administrator at a site B also establishes an address list 2 by using the name of the enterprise, the address list 2 comprises all employees working at the site B, because the employees working at the site B and the employees working at the address list 1 belong to the same general company, but because the address list 1 and the address list 2 are established by the administrators of different sub-companies, the address list 1 and the address list 2 are two independent address lists, information in the address lists cannot be shared between the two address lists, and the sharing of the information in the two address lists can be realized by merging the two address lists of the enterprises through the technical scheme of the invention. However, those skilled in the art will fully appreciate that the applicable scenarios for embodiments of the present invention are not limited in any way by this framework.
Exemplary method
In the following, with reference to fig. 1 to fig. 8, a method for implementing dynamic establishment of an enterprise address book according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention is described in conjunction with an application scenario of the present invention. It should be noted that the above application scenarios are merely illustrated for the convenience of understanding the spirit and principles of the present invention, and the embodiments of the present invention are not limited in this respect. Rather, embodiments of the present invention may be applied to any scenario where applicable.
Referring to fig. 1, a flow chart of a method for dynamically building an enterprise address book according to an embodiment of the invention is schematically shown. The method may comprise the steps of:
s100, receiving an address book merging request sent by a first super administrator managing a first enterprise address book.
As an example, the first enterprise address book includes communication information of employees in the first enterprise and enterprise resource information of the first enterprise, where the enterprise resource information includes one or a combination of a number of users, a number of terminals, and purchased services, and the purchased services may further include: cloud conference party number, fixed party number cloud conference room, account balance, cloud storage space and the like. Enterprise resources of an enterprise can be shared by staff inside the enterprise, a concrete sharing mode is that a super manager can check the service condition of current enterprise resources, common members in an address list can apply for using the enterprise resources to the super manager, the resources used by the staff who provides the application can be distributed to the staff who provides the application after the super manager approves the resources, the staff in the address list can specifically apply for the used resources, a cloud conference room is applied for reservation, a terminal is applied for use and the like, the staff in the address list can also directly initiate a conference and forward the initiated conference to participating members, the members in the address list can make calls with each other, and the members in the address list can also reasonably make reservation of the conference by checking the reservation condition of all the resources. In a specific example, if the current enterprise resources include 2 cloud conference rooms, and the user a wants to reserve the conference room on the next day, the user a may first check the reservation condition of the cloud conference room, and if the cloud conference room on the next day has an idle time slot, the user a may apply for the cloud conference room reserving the idle time slot in the second sky to the super administrator. This effectively saves the waiting time of staff for reserving the conference room.
The first super manager can be preset before establishing the enterprise address list, only one super manager can be set in each enterprise address list, and the identity of the super manager can be replaced at a later stage. The method for establishing the address book may be that a first super administrator or a member in the address book sends an invitation to join the address book to an employee of the enterprise to which the address book belongs, specifically, the invitation to join the address book may be sent to an employee group of the enterprise through a mobile end applet (for example, a WeChat applet), or a directional invitation may be sent to an employee in the enterprise through the mobile end applet, the employee who receives the invitation to join the address book of the enterprise may automatically join the address book of the enterprise based on address book information bound by the applet by clicking the mobile end applet, and the employee who joins the address book of the enterprise may automatically adjust and modify own address book information in the address book.
The method for receiving the merging request includes that the server receives an instruction of a first super administrator for clicking a merging address book key on the application interface, an input box is generated on the application interface according to the received instruction, and the server generates the merging address book request based on the instruction of the identification serial number of a second super administrator of the enterprise which wants to apply for merging and is input in the input box by the first super administrator. The identity identification serial number is an ID uniquely corresponding to the user, the first super manager is a super manager of the enterprise address book to be merged, and the second super manager is a super manager of the enterprise address book to be applied for merging the address book. As a specific example, the user a is a second hypervisor of an address book of a certain enterprise (e.g., shanghai sai nei information technology limited company), and the user B is a first hypervisor of a third enterprise, because the enterprise where the user B is located is to be merged by the enterprise where the user a is located, the user B may click the merge request on the application interface and input the id number uniquely corresponding to the user a in the generated input box, and after receiving the input instruction sent by the user B, the server generates the merge request for merging the enterprise where the user B is located with the enterprise where the user a is located. It should be noted that the first super manager and the second super manager may be super managers of the same enterprise but different address lists, or super managers of different enterprise address lists, that is, in one case, the first super manager is a super manager of an enterprise address list of a subsidiary company of beijing, and the second super manager is a super manager of an enterprise address list of a subsidiary company of tianjin, where enterprise a is located. In another case, the first super-administrator is a super-administrator of the enterprise address book of enterprise a, and the second super-administrator is a super-administrator of the enterprise address book of enterprise B. That is, the address book of the enterprise may be merged between different enterprises, or may be merged between different areas of the same enterprise.
In the above example, the enterprise address book of the super administrator initiating the merge request is merged into the enterprise address book managed by the super administrator of the merge request. However, the present invention is not limited to this case, and a hypervisor that actively merges other enterprise address books may issue a merge application to a hypervisor of an enterprise address book to be merged, and after the hypervisor that receives the merge application confirms that the merge is performed, member information and enterprise resource information of the enterprise address book managed by the hypervisor that actively initiates the merge request are both merged into the enterprise address book managed by the hypervisor that actively initiates the merge request. The two ways of initiating the merge request can be integrated into an APP and selected by the hypervisor, for example, as "merge to other enterprise address book" and "merge other enterprise address book to the present address book", respectively, or as "→" and "←" whether to merge to other enterprise address book or merge other enterprise to the present enterprise address book, respectively, in the form of icons.
And S110, sending the request to a second super administrator who manages the second enterprise address book and receives the combination.
As an example, after generating a request for merging the enterprise address book, the server may send the request for merging the address book to a second hypervisor applying for merging the enterprise, where the merge request may be directly displayed on an application interface when the second hypervisor opens an application program, and if the server does not receive a confirmation instruction of the second hypervisor within a time threshold, the server may send a prompt for confirming the merge request to the communication information bound to the second hypervisor identifier number, where the time threshold may be preset. The merge request includes communication information of employees of the enterprise to which the first super manager belongs and enterprise resource information of the enterprise to which the first super manager belongs, the enterprise resource information includes one or a combination of the number of employees, the number of terminals, and purchased services of the enterprise to which the first super manager belongs, and the purchased services may further include: cloud conference party number, fixed party number cloud conference room, account balance, cloud storage space and the like. Specifically, the user a is a first super administrator, the user B is a second super administrator, after receiving a merge address book request sent by the user a, the server sends the merge request to the user B uniquely corresponding to the id serial number according to the id serial number input by the user a, when opening an application program, the user B displays the merge request on an application interface, and includes communication information of employees of an enterprise to which the user a belongs and enterprise resource information, and if the server does not receive a confirmation instruction of the user B within 24 hours (a preset time threshold is 24 hours), a reminder for confirming the merge request is sent to the communication information bound to the id serial number of the user B. The method effectively avoids the phenomenon that the user B misses the confirmation of the enterprise address book merging request because the user B does not open the application program.
And S120, receiving confirmation that the second super administrator accepts the enterprise address book combination.
As an example, after sending the merge request to the second hypervisor, if the second hypervisor accepts the merge request, the server sends an instruction for selecting merge information to the second hypervisor after receiving a confirmation instruction of the second hypervisor, where the merge information includes the staff communication information and/or the enterprise resource information, and the second hypervisor may select the selected merge information sent by the server, may select only to merge the enterprise staff information, may select to merge the enterprise resource information, or may select to merge the enterprise staff information and the enterprise resource information. And only part of the personnel information in the enterprise personnel information can be merged, only part of the resource information in the enterprise resource information can be merged, and the enterprise personnel information and the enterprise resource information can be partially merged. In a specific example, the user a is a first super administrator of a first enterprise, the user B is a second super administrator of a second enterprise, after the first enterprise applies for merging to the second enterprise, the second super administrator receives a merge request sent by the server, confirms that the merge request is received, the server receives a confirmation instruction of the user B and then sends a selection instruction to the user B, the user B selects information to be merged according to actual requirements, and if the user B only wants to merge enterprise resources of two enterprises and does not want to merge personnel information, the user B only needs to click and merge enterprise resources. The method can enable the user to independently select the information needing to be combined so as to avoid the phenomenon that the user combines some information which is not needed by the user, and obviously, the method greatly improves the flexibility of establishing the address list.
S130, merging the first enterprise address book into the second enterprise address book.
As an example, the manner of merging the first enterprise address book into the second enterprise address book is specifically that, after the server instructs to merge the first enterprise address book into the second enterprise address book, the information selected to be merged by the second super administrator is merged based on the selection of the merged information by the second super administrator, if the information selected to be merged by the second super administrator is merged enterprise personnel information and enterprise resource information, the first enterprise employee address book and the second enterprise employee address book are merged, and the enterprise resource of the first enterprise is merged with the enterprise resource of the second enterprise. In one specific example, if the enterprise resources of the first enterprise and the second enterprise are: the number of employees is 2, the number of terminals is 5, the number of cloud conference parties is 10, the number of cloud conference rooms with fixed number of parties is 2, the account balance is 1000 yuan, and the cloud storage space is 1000GB, then the combined enterprise resources are 4, the number of terminals is 10, the number of cloud conference parties is 20, the number of cloud conference rooms with fixed number of parties is 4, the account balance is 2000 yuan, and the cloud storage space is 2000GB, and it needs to be noted here that the number of employees after the two enterprise resources are combined is obtained after superposition and duplication checking. In another case, the merged enterprise address book may be arranged into an address book list by taking a department as a unit, and the merged enterprise resource is obtained by overlapping the enterprise resource of the first enterprise on the enterprise resource of the second enterprise. In one specific example, if the staff configuration of the first enterprise is configured before merging, the sales department: zhang III, finance department: lee, the configuration of the staff of the second enterprise before merger, director: Yuan-Zhi, marketing department: wan somebody, then the address book of the enterprise after amalgamation is the president: Yuan-Zhi, marketing department: zhang III, Wang Yi, finance department: and 4, plum four. In another case, the merged enterprise address book is obtained by connecting the root node of the first enterprise address book tree structure to the child node/root node of the second enterprise address book tree structure according to the connecting node selected by the second super administrator, and the enterprise resources are obtained by overlapping the enterprise resources of the first enterprise on the second enterprise resources. As shown in fig. 9-11, 1, 3, 4, and 5 are child nodes, 2 and 6 are root nodes, fig. 9 is a corporate framework diagram of enterprise a, and fig. 10 is a corporate framework diagram of enterprise B, if enterprise B wants to apply for merging into enterprise a, when a hypervisor of enterprise a accepts a merge request invitation sent by a hypervisor of enterprise B, a hypervisor of enterprise a can manually drag the root node of enterprise B to the root node of enterprise a, so that the root node of enterprise B becomes a child node below the root node of enterprise a, and further merge enterprise directories of two enterprises into the same enterprise directory (as in fig. 11), it should be noted that a specific dragging manner can be adjusted by the hypervisor, and no limitation is made herein.
In another embodiment, because members in two enterprise address lists may have a duplication phenomenon, after the address lists of two enterprises are merged, duplicate checking is performed on the merged enterprise address lists, and the duplication checking is specifically performed in such a way that if the names of employees are duplicated but the corresponding telephone numbers are not duplicated, it is determined that the employees do not belong to the duplication phenomenon, if the names of employees are duplicated and the corresponding telephone numbers are also duplicated, it is determined that the employees belong to the duplication phenomenon, and a second hypervisor for the employees of the duplication phenomenon can select to delete one of the employees. The method can effectively avoid the phenomenon that two repeated employees appear in the same address book, so that the interface of the address book is simpler.
In another embodiment, after merging the address books of two enterprises, the enterprise address book of the merged first enterprise is logged off, the management authority of the first super manager is cancelled, and a reminder that the address book is updated is displayed to all employees in the merged enterprise address book at the same time, and the super manager of the merged address book is still the second super manager of the second enterprise applied to join the enterprise. In a specific example, the user a is a first super administrator of a first enterprise address book, the user B is a second super administrator of a second enterprise, when the first enterprise address book is merged into the second enterprise address book, the first enterprise address book where the user a is located is logged out, the identity of the super administrator of the user a is also cancelled, and the super administrator of the merged enterprise address book only has one unique user B.
In another embodiment, the authority for checking the information contained in the merged enterprise address book is specifically that a super administrator can check all the information contained in the address book and delete and modify the personnel in the address book, a person in charge of each node can check the information of the members at the lower level and the lower level of the node, and the members at the same level can check the information of each other.
The method is realized at a server side, a super manager sends a merging request to the server side device of the invention through a mobile phone terminal, and completes information exchange and merging operation between two super managers by taking a server as a center.
Referring to fig. 2, a flow chart of a method for dynamically building an enterprise address book is schematically shown according to an embodiment of the present invention. The method may comprise the steps of:
s200, a first super manager managing the first enterprise address book sends an address book merging request to a second super manager managing a second enterprise address book.
As shown in fig. 3-5, the merged address book request is sent in a manner that a first super administrator can click a "apply for merging to other enterprises" button displayed on an application interface through a login APP to generate a merged address book request sending button, in one case, the first super administrator can generate an applet containing an enterprise address book of an enterprise to which the first super administrator belongs by clicking the merged address book request button, at this time, an input box can be popped up to input identity information (such as a mobile phone number or a micro-signal) of a second super administrator, and the applet is sent to the second super administrator through an instant messenger (such as a micro-message), and the identity of the second super administrator can be verified through a binding relationship between the instant messenger (such as the micro-message) of the second super administrator and the identity information of the second super administrator, if the user who sends the merging request by the first super manager is not the second super manager, the user clicks a blank page after the applet is displayed, and if the user who sends the merging request by the first super manager is the second super manager, an interface displayed after the user clicks the applet comprises enterprise personnel information and enterprise resource information of a first enterprise to which the first super manager belongs. Specifically, the user a is a super administrator of the first enterprise address book, the user B is a super administrator of the second enterprise address book, and the user C is a person in the address book of the user a, and if the user a wants to merge the first enterprise address book into the second enterprise address book, but sends the applet with the address book merging request to the user C by mistake, at this time, the page where the received applet appears is clicked by the user C and is a blank page. This method can avoid the loss due to the operation error.
In another case, the first super administrator may send the merge request to the second super administrator directly through a WeChat without inputting the identity information of the second super administrator in the merge request, and the second super administrator clicks the merge request to accept the merging of the enterprise address book managed by the first super administrator to the enterprise address book managed by the second super administrator.
S210, receiving the merging confirmation of the second super administrator.
As shown in fig. 6, as an example, after receiving the merge request, the second hypervisor may display an interface containing the staff information and the enterprise resource information of the first enterprise by clicking the applet, and the second hypervisor may select information on the interface to determine information to be merged, and may select only to merge the staff information of the enterprise, or may select to merge the enterprise resource information, or may select to merge the staff information and the enterprise resource information of the enterprise.
And S220, merging the first enterprise address book into the second enterprise address book.
As an example, the manner of merging the first enterprise address book into the second enterprise address book is specifically that after receiving the confirmation of the second super administrator, the information selected to be merged by the second super administrator is merged based on the selection of the merged information by the second super administrator, if the information selected to be merged by the second super administrator is the merged enterprise personnel information and the enterprise resource information, the first enterprise employee address book and the second enterprise employee address book are merged, and the enterprise resource of the first enterprise is merged with the enterprise resource of the second enterprise, in one case, the merged enterprise address book may be arranged into an address book list by sorting the initials of the names of the employees, and the merged enterprise resource is the enterprise resource of the first enterprise superimposed on the second enterprise resource. 10 is a corporate framework diagram of enterprise B, if enterprise B applies for merging into enterprise a, when a hypervisor of enterprise a accepts a merge request invitation sent by a hypervisor of enterprise B, a hypervisor of enterprise a may manually drag the root node of enterprise B to the root node of enterprise a, so that the root node of enterprise B becomes a child node of enterprise a and further merges enterprise address lists of two enterprises into the same enterprise address list (as in fig. 11).
The above method is an operation implemented on a terminal of a hypervisor, such as an operation performed by a program installed in a mobile phone or a PC terminal. The operation can be performed by the server for information interaction and combination between two super administrators, or by the server for information interaction between two super administrators terminals directly or by a third-party program such as WeChat.
Exemplary devices
Having described the method of the exemplary embodiment of the present invention, an apparatus for implementing dynamic establishment of an enterprise address book according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 7 and 8.
Referring to fig. 7, a schematic diagram of an apparatus for implementing dynamic establishment of an enterprise address book according to an embodiment of the present invention is schematically shown, and the apparatus includes the following modules:
a request receiving module 700, configured to receive a contact list merge request sent by a first super administrator who manages a first enterprise contact list.
A request sending module 710, configured to send the request to a module of a second super administrator managing a second enterprise address book to be merged.
A receiving confirmation module 720, configured to receive a confirmation that the second hypervisor accepts the enterprise address book merging.
A merging module 730, configured to be a module that merges the first enterprise address book into the second enterprise address book.
The device is realized at a server side, a super manager sends a merging request to the server side device of the invention through a mobile phone terminal, and completes information exchange and merging operation between two super managers by taking a server as a center.
Referring to fig. 8, a schematic diagram of an apparatus for implementing dynamic establishment of an enterprise address book according to another embodiment of the present invention is schematically shown. The device comprises the following modules:
the request sending module 800 is a module for a first super administrator managing a first enterprise address book to send an address book merging request to a second super administrator managing a second enterprise address book.
A receive confirmation module 810, a module for receiving a merged confirmation of the second hypervisor.
A merging module 820, configured to merge the first enterprise address book into the second enterprise address book.
The above-described apparatus is a client implemented on a terminal of a hypervisor, such as a program installed in a mobile phone or a PC terminal. The client can perform information interaction and merging operation between the two super administrators through the server, or perform information interaction and merging operation between the clients of the two super administrators directly or through a third-party program such as WeChat.
