The small snow and ice removing vehicle as claimed in claim 1, wherein a rotating shaft is rotatably connected to the frame behind the rear driven shaft, a snow throwing shovel is arranged on the rotating shaft, a snow throwing port is formed in the frame above the rotating shaft, a snow protecting cover is arranged on the upper side of the frame at the snow throwing port, and the snow throwing shovel lifts the snow shovel upwards to throw the snow out of the snow protecting cover through the snow throwing port.

The small snow and ice removing vehicle as claimed in claim 1, wherein a salt outlet casing is arranged below the salt inlet casing, the salt outlet casing is connected with the salt inlet casing, a salt dropping port which can be communicated with the salt dropping port is formed in the salt outlet casing, a fixing frame is fixedly connected to one backward side of the salt outlet casing, a driving motor is connected to the fixing frame, a rotatable driving shaft is connected to the driving motor, a throwing disc is connected to the driving shaft, a rotatable protecting cover is arranged on the lower side of the connecting plate and can rotate around the periphery of the throwing disc, a cavity for containing a snow melting agent is formed on the inner side of the protecting cover and the upper side of the throwing disc, a salt dropping port for dropping the snow melting agent is formed in the protecting cover, a feeding port is formed in the upper side of the protecting cover, and the snow melting agent dropping from the salt dropping port drops onto the throwing disc through the feeding port.

The small snow and ice removing vehicle as claimed in claim 3, wherein a support plate is fixedly connected to the side of the salt discharging housing, the outward extending end of the support plate is hinged to a linear actuator, a push-pull rod moving towards the shield is connected to the linear actuator, and the end of the push-pull rod extending towards the shield is connected to the shield.

The small snow and ice removing vehicle as claimed in claim 7, wherein the frame is provided with a sliding groove, the frame is connected with an adjustable adjusting plate, one end of the adjusting plate facing to one side of the frame is provided with a sliding shaft capable of sliding along the sliding groove, the other end of the adjusting plate is provided with a threaded hole convenient for connecting with the frame, the sliding shaft extending out of the frame is rotatably connected with a tension pulley, and the tension pulley is abutted against the first belt.
9. A method for snow and ice removal by using the small-sized snow and ice removing vehicle as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8, characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) the hand pushing frame is held by hands, and the hand pushing frame is pushed to enable the trolley to walk forwards;
(2) the position of the salt outlet shell is adjusted, the angle adjusting driver acts, and when the salt falling port is enough to accommodate the salt outlet, the angle adjusting driver stops acting;
